Service is too slow and hardly anyone understands German

Sorry, McDonald's in Goslar. Toilets are also a flagship of a restaurant and if your kitchen looks as good as your toilets, then I wouldn't want to eat with you anymore.

There was no coffee in any form, only juices

At McDrive, employees were completely overwhelmed and couldn't manage the queue properly. An unfriendly employee who instructed you to pull up to the waiting position in a commanding tone while he was talking on his cell phone. Ultimately, I received the completely wrong order, which appeared to be from another customer. It really can't get much worse.

Just a Donald. The food doesn't get any better. The fish mac is now ridiculously small and the cheese on the cheeseburger isn't melted. But cola and latte are OK. :-)

We got chicken nuggets instead of plant nuggets, sauce was forgotten and the strawberry milkshake was already ready on the counter even though we still had to wait forever for the rest. Thanks for the liquid liquid. Better eat somewhere else or nothing at all!

Unfortunately, employees are not motivated. There wasn't much to do, the removal trucks were full.

Hard to beat when it comes to unfriendliness. Something is often missing from McDrive orders...

Nobody feels responsible for the checkout and has to wait 15 minutes just to pay for their order. You also wait the same amount of time to receive your order. The branch is not prepared for the normal evening rush.

With three people, we ordered relatively little, but had to wait 35 minutes for the food. This wasn't because it was forgotten, but because the team was completely overwhelmed by the rush. Even when we asked about the fact that we had a small child with us, the only answer was that we had to wait. When the food came, we discovered that there weren't even napkins on the tray. This is of course inconvenient with a small child and we had to take care of what was served ourselves. The tray station overflowed and the guests simply left the trash on the tables. So some tables were blocked with garbage. Next time I will try the Burger King, which is only 200 m away. I think that will hardly be undercut.

Such a dirty shop! IN the mc Café the corner is full of milk lids, coffee edges, the floor is dirty, tables are not wiped or cleared super disgusting! In addition, women's toilets are full...paper bins are completely overflowing....

I'll keep it short because it won't change anyway. Completely overwhelmed, you can't understand anything at the drive switch because people are mumbling. Food is still almost thrown into the car and orders are still taken incorrectly. Ordered Cola without ice cubes and there were more ice cubes than Cola. And the burgers are also very “lovingly” thrown together and almost cold. Yes fast food blah blah but for the price you can expect more than mud burgers……

A spontaneous decision to get an MC Flurry and a drink turned out to be a time waster. Ordering was only possible via the monitors and you were ignored at the counter. The store was quite busy, so of course the staff had a lot to do. I understand that, but this is precisely when it is important to work in a coordinated manner. Three people got their ice cream before us, it really can't be. We've been waiting in front of them for a whopping 20 minutes. An employee had nothing better to do than get in the way of her colleagues. She apparently knew a couple who were eating there and chatted more with them and fulfilled their wishes immediately. A colleague like that only hinders the process even more. Unfortunately, when it comes to ice cream, you have to say that the ingredients used to be mixed nicely, but today you have to mix the thick layer of Oreo yourself and be careful not to break the wooden spoon. The old receipts were lying around in front of the counter, the number display was broken and the order numbers called out were difficult to understand due to the noise and sometimes lack of German pronunciation. If you sit at the back you won't notice anything. Too bad. MC Donalds used to be something nice, but today we prefer to go downtown to an ice cream parlor.

So that was the last time I was there. You order 2 MC Flurry as Oreo with caramel sauce for 8 euros and what do you get a chocolate ice cream with Oreo sprinkles and chocolate sauce🤦‍♂️ I'm just saying everything that you can do wrong has been done wrong. Never again when you fail so much with such a small order. And that doesn't mean it was busy, there was nothing going on, the 5 people who were already eating at the back can't be seen as a big distraction for the employees.

The food came quickly and was fresh! However, there is a lack of hygiene and the play area is a tragedy. In addition, there are broken strips that pose a risk of injury.

Burgers were great, especially when they were hot. MC Rip super juicy 😍 Are there no more MC Rip cloths? Staff nice and friendly when asked... Unfortunately no one to wipe the tables. The dumpster was overflowing. No toilet paper in the toilet.

One star isn't enough, but you have to give stars to be able to rate this store at all. On July 30th We went to the barely occupied McDonald's with our dog (who is 1 1/2 years old and well trained). The original plan was to sit outside, but we saw that a small dog was already sitting there. To avoid stress, since our dog is a protective dog (German Shepherd breed), we sat inside on a corner where hardly any people pass by. More and more small children came in our direction, their eyes fixed on the dog and of course they were barked at. This happened again when we specifically told the child if he could please go outside. Wasn't listened to and then of course barked and the child got scared again. We were asked by the shift leader/manager if we could sit outside, but we explained that we would be almost done and that we couldn't go outside because of the other dog. We had a Mc Smart menu for two, so it wasn't a big deal and didn't take long. When the owner of the dog came in WITH the dog to get his most anxious daughter, the little dog started barking and of course provoked us. They both barked at each other and instead of taking the child and leaving, the master just watched. We slowly tried to pick up the rest of the food and leave, then the manager came again. We wanted to be out in front to avoid even more barking and stress for both dogs. Then she asked us to go across the terrace because there were two customers at the counter. We tried to make it clear to her several times that this wasn't possible and we were already ready to go. Then of course she made a show and held two doors open for us. That was the last time there. The gentleman with the untrained children and his barker were allowed to continue eating there :) You can still hear the other dog trying to bark all the way to the car. Ridiculous.

Food is like you would expect. I ordered a coke and got a coke zero. I complained in English but it seemed like they only speak German because they asked me my order number in german. So I got a new that was also a coke zero. Didn't want to complain a second time and deal with the language barrier again.

The shop is usually clean and the food is ready fairly quickly. In addition, there are enough of the table setters and there is usually enough staff on site. The parking lot is large and the parking bays are also sufficiently large. The food is good for McDonalds.

I was eating in the store with my family. Burger bun had mold. Doesn't work at all. Then what about the meat, sauces, etc.? Really disgusting. Were in this McDonalds for the last time. Of course it was reported but based on the reaction from the shift manager, it seems to happen more often.

I would have liked the food as shown in the order picture. It looked so delicious, but the real food was so disappointing. 😐

Restaurant half full and still a very long waiting time. Tablet with ready-made burgers and fries sits on counter for minutes. The ice in the Coke has now melted. At our request, the lukewarm food was brought to us. The tables and the toilet could also be cleaned more often.

You came in and thought you were going to vomit, it stank and stuck everywhere so you couldn't eat inside. The food came in and out quickly, which makes me understand the smell. However, I don't recommend the toilets because they are very dirty and disgusting and you can't stay there for more than 30 seconds.

The hand dryer in the toilet doesn't work, the hand paper box is also empty.

Such a filthy toilet is just repulsive, disgusting, mountains of rubbish, dirty tables, maybe. Also take a look in the dining room and don't just make sales at the counter...it's not that difficult

Food was ok but toilets were a disaster. A urinal only intact. There are no paper towels in stock, the wastebasket is overflowing and the fan for drying your hands is also broken.

Unfortunately, it's always dirty, tables haven't been wiped down, rubbish is lying around, untidy, addendum: getting a milkshake is a matter of luck, the machine is broken for what feels like the 100th time. This is a strange shop!

I placed a large order today. We didn't receive more than half of the order. I tried calling to find out - our call was dropped. it's a shock. Thank you for the spoiled atmosphere and poor service

Fast food is something different. You can also grow your own potatoes, harvest them, cut them and fry them before you get your fries here.

The monitors above the checkout have been malfunctioning for 3/4 years. That just shows me how little attention is paid to little things in this store. Additionally, it takes an extremely long time to get your food (far far... far longer than McDonald's 90 second requirement) and the place is always dirty. A pity.

This was the best McD a long time ago. in Goslar. Today you are stuck to the floor in the waiting area, the tables are dirty and the burgers are carelessly slapped together. The last time was the last straw. The oil in the deep fryers had been refilled and various parts of my order had also been showered with cold oil. Unfortunately I only noticed it when I got home, so the burgers were inedible and ended up in the bin.

Entire squad doesn't even wipe the tables within an hour. Dogs running around in the store are disgusting!!!!

The employees were overwhelmed by multiple orders, but very friendly. The toilets were a disaster, very dirty.

Staff is nice and friendly, the fries were fresh. The burgers, on the other hand, are cold and taste like old burger pattis. You can eat some of it, but unfortunately not everything.

A dirty stable. The toilet and sinks dirty. No paper towels to dry hands. The floor sticky. The food was ok.

One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, the waiting time is unbelievable and is only surpassed by the poor quality of the "food". Here you can easily avoid it.

As always, good if you just want a snack. Getting fed will be expensive. An ice cream also costs almost €4 (McFlurry). 😬

If you enter a competition to see who makes the worst burger, this establishment could have a good chance of getting one of the top spots. The ambience is a matter of taste. I do not like it!

Standard McD 😊 ... only sometimes there are no numbers at the self-service kiosks and one of the payment terminals does not work (didn't work) for some time. Clean and mostly quiet.

Curly fries were forgotten but were added upon request. The Royal TS didn't have any tomatoes on it. Upon request, there were no more....Burger was now cold. In general, everything was small and pretty mushy, even the big mäc and the MC chicken...I'm not a big McDonald's goer with my grandchildren but in contrast to the last time in February everything has gotten worse...or austerity measures because of the VAT. In the restaurant you had to look for a clean table. There was a slice of cucumber stuck to the wall that wasn't from today.

We go to McD once a year. Today we took advantage of the offer with 2 citizens, 1x fries and 1x drink for 5.99. Completely OK for the price. Everything was very clean and the staff was nice..

Tables dirty/ tray return overfull/ toilets men: dirty/ women: no toilet paper, no paper towels, no soap and very dirty/ Mc Cafe only small or large cups or no cups at all - all in all not recommended

UPDATE 02/15/24 - Royal TS very well topped, hot and tastes better than before. Fries very hot and well salted. Curlyfries also hot and well seasoned.

Everything perfect!!! Also, big compliments again. My son had lost his cell phone 🫣 It was found very quickly due to the large search operation. Thanks to the stress, such super nice and helpful people

Definitely a case for the health department. The state of hygiene in the guest room and especially in the toilets almost borders on bodily harm! No matter where you put it there is dirt or a sticky greasy film, the toilets are dirty, no toilet paper no matter which toilet is in it, towel paper is also non-existent, not even the checklists are there in the toilet even though they actually SHOULD be there! Completely overwhelmed staff, some of whom don't understand a word but are still sent to service at the counter. Order terminals that constantly crash when an order is placed or don't even work at all. If it looks like that in the visible areas, I don't even want to know what it looks like in the kitchen and the storage areas! I hope a hygiene concept is at least adhered to in these areas. CONCLUSION: THIS BRANCH SHOULD BE CLOSED BECAUSE THERE ARE CONDITIONS THAT ARE HAZARDOUS TO HEALTH!

The worst McDonald's you can visit. Even the branches at the main station are quicker. This has nothing to do with “fast” food.

Ich dachte MC's will sein Image aufbessern?! Halleluja! Es ist so dreckig das man kleben bleibt! Die Toiletten sind nicht zu nutzen, selbst der Verkaufsbereich ist verdreckt! Die Tische, Stühle und tatsächlich fast alle Oberflächen kleben, schmieren oder es stinkt! Früher hat sich mal hin und wieder ein Mitarbeiter die Zeit genommen die Tische abzuwischen, Fehlanzeige! Die Mitarbeiter die vor Ort waren, waren restlos überfordert. Die Schlange wurde immer länger und irgendwann ging gar nichts mehr! Von Fastfood ganz weit entfernt! Für uns war es endgültig der letzte Besuch!

Überfordertes Personal. Die Hygiene lässt sehr zu wünschen über. Wenn man nach einen Lappen fragt um den Tisch abzuwischen, muss das Personal erstmal auf suche gehen. Kein Tuschservice wo ja extra mit geworben wird. Warscheinlich ist es nebenan bei Bürger King besser auch wenn da im Gegensatz zu hier kaum ein Auto steht. Enttäuschend

Die Hälfte der Technik hat nicht funktioniert und es ließ sich schwer bestellen. Durch die technischen Probleme waren nicht alle Getränke vorhanden und die vorhandenen wurden aus Flaschen umgefüllt. Wie meistens war nicht alles in der Bestellung vorhanden. Drinnen war der Boden durch das Wetter so nass, dass es rutschigen war als draußen.

Das Essen war nicht wirklich lecker, der Burger geschmacklos und die Brötchen so dünn das sie den Inhalt nicht tragen können. Die Tische und Bänke dreckig, die Toilette stank nach Urin und war ebenfalls dreckig. Alles irgendwie mit was auch immer besprenkelt und klebrig. Dieser Trolley in dem die Tabletts gesammelt werden war übervoll und das sicher schon seit längerem. Das Personal stand dafür zahlreich in der Küche und schien das alles nicht als seine Aufgabe zu betrachten. Ich geh dort jedenfalls nicht mehr hin, es hatte leider einen gewissen Ekelfaktor.

Selbst für Fast Food unter aller sau! Essensreste überall, Tische weden nicht abgewischt und Personal sehr in Eile.

Müll und Essensreste liegen auf dem Boden/Tischen. Im Essen waren Haare. Auf der Sitzbank sind fett Flecken. Der Service war ganz ok und schnell

Es ist verrückt, wie schrecklich dieses Restaurant ist! Es ist ein Albtraum, was für Id…ten hier arbeiten. Nur langsame Schnecken, die nicht wissen, was sie tun. Das Essen wurde kalt abgegeben, ein Burger wurde wie üblich vergessen. Statt einer Gabel zwei Messer auf den Salat legen. Und wir müssten 20 Minuten warten. Wahnsinn. Es fehlt einfach völlig an Service. Einfach eine schrecklich schlechte Einrichtung.

Gestern mit 10 Leuten dort gewesen .... Tisch Service Fehlanzeige obwohl es am Automaten angeboten wird .... Mitarbeiter weigerten sich im gebrochenen Deutsch die Tischaufsteller rauszugeben....nagut also old school angestellt ... 1 Tag später hängt die Hälfte(die Chicken Fraktion) der Leute über den Klo...ein Schelm wer da böses denkt!!!!!!

Sehr dreckig. Schlechter Service. Es wurde uns mit Kleinkind keine Wickelmöglichkeit gegeben, sowas habe ich in einem McDonald's noch nie erlebt.

Ewig lange gewartet um am Mc Drive die Bestellung aufgeben zu können. Nach der Bezahlung noch ultra lange gewartet bis die Bestellung endlich mal gemacht wurde. Dabei handelte es sich gerade mal nur um 4 Shakes. Hauptsache die Haare liegen, Hände in den Hosentaschen und die Kunden warten. Einfach unmöglich. Absolute Frechheit.

Hat relativ lange gedauert und es sind die ganze Zeit fliegen herum geflogen.

Wenn man keinen Stern vergeben könnte würde ich es tun. Der Manager ist unhöflich und arrogant. Die Mitarbeiter laufen wie ein aufgescheuchter Hühnerhaufen durch die Gegend. Der Manager ist unorganisiert und frech. Tischservice wurde vom Manager verboten, wäre auch nicht schlimm, Gäste die nach uns kamen, bekamen ihr Essen zuerst. Wir fragten nach, warum es so unorganisiert wäre,der Manager sagte uns wir könnten ja unser Geld wieder kriegen, wenn wir wollen. Der Chef bzw. die MC Donalds Manager sollten sich überlegen was sie für Personal einstellen. Uns sieht dieser Laden nicht wieder und weiterempfehlen bestimmt auch nicht.

Total verpeilt. Die Cola hat gefehlt. Und das Kindergeschenk im Happy Mail war auch nicht dabei. Tut mir leid.

Selbst der eine Stern ist zu viel ! Frage mich warum ich einen Happy Meal bestelle wenn dieses verpisste Spielzeug nicht drinne ist ! Einfach nur schlecht

Verkäufer war zwar nett, aber das bringt auch nichts, wenn am Ende 1/3 der Bestellung fehlt und man das falsche Getränk bekommen hat. Leider erst zu Hause gemerkt. 10 Euro für die Katz. Essen war auch nur lauwarm. Nein, danke.

Hamburger Royal kalt 20iger Chicken zweimal Frittiert. Bestellung mehrmals Fehlerhaft. Cola ohne Kohlensäure u wässrig. Einer der schlechtesten Filialen die kenne!

MC Donald's eben. Man weiß worauf man sich einlässt. Was das bedeutet, bleibt individuell.

Plant Nuggets statt Chicken Nuggets bekommen, Tischserviceaufsteller unterm Tresen versteckt, Raumtemperatur viel zu kalt, Boden so rutschig, dass alle Gäste Mühe hatten nicht hinzufallen. Das geht besser.

Egal an welchen Tag und zu welcher Tageszeit, es fehlt mindestens ein bestelltes Produkt.

Essen war lauwarm und die Tische werden wohl nicht mehr so oft abgewischt. Wir werden wohl nicht wieder vorbei kommen. 👎

Netter McDonalds, schneller Service und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Könnte etwas mehr auf die Sauberkeit geachtet werden.

Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Nette Bedienung.

Nie Probleme gehabt mit dem Essen. Hier dauert es manchmal länger an der Ausgabe aber das ist okay es hält sich im rahmen. Große Pommes sind hier voll und nicht halbvoll.nuggets immer knusprig was leider nicht überall so ist. Wraps und burger auch in Ordnung. Insgesamt zu empfehlen da viele Standorte leider nachgelassen haben. Hier aber nicht.

McDonalds in Goslar immer ne gute Wahl

Seit dem das System umgestellt wurde muss man viel Geduld haben eh das Essen fertig ist. Ansonsten war es nicht mehr so warm die Speisen und einer alleine kann das auch nicht schaffen.

Lange Wartezeit (25 min) an einem Samstag Nachmittag obwohl das Lokal nur zur Hälfte mit Gästen gefüllt war. Die Abläufe der Mitarbeiter wirkten sehr unkoordiniert. Die Nummernanzeige war ausgeschaltet. Die Müllwagen waren überfüllt. Die Bürger waren nur lauwarm.

Der Service hat nach einem Blick in die toten Augen der gelangweilten Teenager-Servicekraft eigentlich null Sterne verdient- aber ihr Kollege hat wirklich sein Bestes gegeben, um ihre Schlamperei und Unmotiviertheit auszugleichen! Schade, dass ein so netter Typ in einem Laden arbeiten muss, der auf solche Servicekräfte setzt *und* nicht beliefert wird. Die meisten Produkte waren nämlich ausverkauft.. Positiv zu bemerken ist, dass nicht alle Tische schmutzig waren und man den klebrigen Stellen auf dem Fußbboden ausweichen konnte. Was die Qualität unseres Frühstücks angeht: Cappuccino und Latte Macchiato zu unterscheiden war der Teenagerin leider aufgrund ihrer Müdigkeit nicht möglich. War auch egal, weil sie einen zweiten und dritten Aufguss mit dem gleichen Kaffee herstellte und als Deko Kaffeepulver obendrauf streute. Ich würde gern sagen, dass sie uns klaglos neue Getränke machte- aber ich hatte echt Angst um das Leben meines Mannes als er sich getraut hat sie anzusprechen..... Unser Essen war okay. Also das, was lieferbar war!
