I never thought this store would be so bad! This is the third time we've tried to get proper food in 14 days! Sometimes you wait 45 minutes even though there isn't much going on. You can watch the food getting cold before your very eyes. Something is always missing or it's just so cold that you have to return it. Whether to take away or eat there. We were there one last time.

We wanted to give MC'Donalds another chance, but unfortunately it was subpar again. We're used to the long waiting times now, but the food was once again simply inedible. The mozzarella in the wrap was not melted, cold and hard. I don't want to know how long it's been there. The fries were colorless, limp and not cooked through. Inedible! It's a shame how the branch has collapsed.

Most of the time if you want to order via Lieferando this is simply not possible. Despite delivery times from 11:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., I can NOT order now at 6:15 p.m.

Extremely dirty shop. The toilets were so dirty, I've never seen anything like that and I travel a lot. The cappuccino we ordered was completely full of coffee grounds. Not anything, but more like a Turkish mocha.

A total of 5 times a, drive in the counter, actually ALWAYS been asked to wait at the ordering column for months, after minutes of waiting no orders were ever accepted. Completely far from the concept of McDonald's, I don't even begin to understand how the franchise can be awarded to the recipient. This is a disgusting establishment. My child cried over a toy for 17 hours straight. They don't always deliver sauces. Harry Styles is playing in the place, minus 5 for the atmosphere. We were left dissatisfied. I don't recommend it! Euro denier is better. 🤬🤬🤬

This is one of the worst orders I've had from Mces in a long time! The burgers were thrown into the box and they fell apart. My friend's chicken burger wasn't edible at all, it broke into a thousand pieces in the package. The fries were so soggy as if they had been taken out too early. And the chicken nuggets weren't crispy either. Then they wanted to bring 2 x burgers later. Where only 10 minutes after asking again was there a response and the burger still wasn't at the table. It wasn't full either, which might explain the delays. I was really very disappointed. The only plus point, it was clean! We won't go there again!!!

We were here a few weeks ago and since I knew the branch it was our go-to place for a break. The paths were clean and everything in the restaurant was clean and tidy. This Hartz has 4 employees and the food isn't what we ordered, and when we pointed out that we were missing something, the guy chatted to us and said "look inside if something is missing and not outside" and we have now paid unnecessary money to the guy must be terminated!

The lady at reception told me that they were no longer valid: ...until January 19th, but no longer valid on January 19th? 🤔 Then all the “offers” were already sold out! I asked and I could have gotten everything individually! 🤔 ...and finally, if I should order via the app, there would be offers. 🤔 Then I went and invested my money somewhere else! It was cheaper, more expensive and certainly healthier too!

The food today, January 18, 2025, met expectations. Preparation took about 5 minutes in a half-filled shop. It was correspondingly warm and the ice cream also had a good consistency. Unfortunately the pickup screen didn't work. We were called but didn't hear it because of the loud music. However, the greatest potential is cleanliness. The floor was full of receipts and leftover food and hardly a table had been wiped down. In the meantime, an employee was walking around with cleaning supplies, but seemed uncoordinated. Employees seemed friendly and motivated. To solve the problems, I would either appoint a person who is responsible for the cleanliness on site or a suitable solution in which the condition of the restaurant is systematically checked every x minutes. McDonalds will certainly have a standard for this, which now just needs to be adhered to. I think it is important that employees are also aware that this aspect is important to customers. If employee misconduct is the cause, as a customer I would rather have a clean restaurant and perhaps wait longer for my burger. Good luck with the implementation!

It's just McDonald's, it was good

Normal McDonalds, which we visited on site during our loading break. Everything worked, except for the monitor that showed whose order was now ready for pickup. I have experienced friendlier employees at McDonalds.

I probably had the worst experience in these McDonald's. Never in my life have I experienced anything like that at MC. Food is put into another car and taken back and then on to the next one. I don't know if that's allowed to be like that because who can tell me that the person in front of me has clean hands and so on. Ajajjaja pamedore from your own hard ones doesn't exist. Sauces on burgers are also in short supply. If you're hungry you can make your own burger with the leftovers left on the floor.

Und das Personal, welches mit der Bestellung anscheinend überfordert war, war dann noch recht unfreundlich. Deutschkenntnisse sollten wenigstens vorhanden sein, damit das Personal einen ansatzweise versteht. Pommes, sowie burger waren kalt!

The employees are friendly. We had chosen to collect ourselves, but the food was brought to the table with a smile. There is still room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness. The seats and tables were covered in crumbs and smeared. I cleaned it up first with some napkins. (But I've never experienced anything different in any MCD) The nuggets were fresh and hot, the burgers had plenty of sauce - not as dry as others - but unfortunately they were only lukewarm.

An adventure mountain for anyone who is still fit, it was fun again.

We had dinner there yesterday. The floor was littered with chips in every corner. There was paper everywhere on the floor. The staff wasn't able to clean it up. The tables were all dirty, even the chairs were unsightly. The food was also terrible. Lukewarm, fries not really seasoned and limp. You had to look for sauce, the burgers were more of a kit. And to add to the negativity, there was a rat bait box right next to the children's play area. That was definitely the last time we went to McDonalds.

Unfortunately the standard of cleanliness at the tables is low and the toilets are partly dirty, so unfortunately not a recommendation. However, you could easily charge electricity in front of it.

Fast food redefined! With around 10 people in the store, it takes almost an hour to complete an order (which has unfortunately already been paid for) is quite an art. It's nice that aggression training is also included, as you can't communicate properly with the staff in either German or English. The orders themselves also confuse them or fail to pack the ordered goods. The discussion was correspondingly nice when I actually wanted the food I had ordered. We were warmly welcomed and treated by the staff. The food is like everywhere else, unfortunately my BigMac's were well topped, but McDonald's is always economical with the sauce. The McDonald's in Goslar has repeatedly failed, which means customer satisfaction. A reward is offered in the app and this cannot be offset in the system according to the conditions. Funnily enough, another colleague did this by hand and was able to do it, but the shift manager on duty made no effort to do it that day.

Food is becoming less and more expensive. You should pay attention to cleanliness and hire staff who understand German.

One star is actually too many. The store is just dirty. You can no longer use the toilets... And instead of busying yourself behind the counter with your cell phone, you could perhaps wipe down the tables or remove the fries from the floor.

In my opinion, something should be done here. The crew works hard and does what they can. Hats off to the team. However, the crew seems chronically understaffed. Waiting times are often 6-10 minutes. Only in 1 out of 8 cases will you have your ordered menu within 4 minutes or less. The entire kitchen floor is full of food - which is simply due to the hustle and bustle of the crew. NONE of the 5 monitors that display offers and completed orders stopped working today. Three were completely off, the rest had content that was not recognizable across the board and, above all, was not synchronized. The cleanliness in the dining room only gets one star out of 5. My orders here are always complete and in good condition/well prepared. Food top - customer experience flop. Nevertheless, you can eat here. The McDonald's standard is not quite met, at least not what I imagine it to be. It's not that bad that you have to have it. But I would prefer to come more often if we take countermeasures and fix the deficiencies.

I've never been to such a dirty McDonald's. The tables were so dirty with all the grease and ketchup leftovers on the tables. The floor was littered with chips 🍟 and leftover cucumbers from the 🍔 just bad. The return cart was simply overcrowded... and the staff was simply overwhelmed. Don't even get me started on the wait to get his food, I just feel sad.

The McDonald's is well organized by the staff during the week and the food is usually ready quickly and is therefore good. Underground...waited 25 minutes for the food. Everything is dirty. No toilet paper in the toilet. Staff completely annoyed and no one speaks German! Never again!!!!

The employees seem to be very relaxed and have lost their calm... It wasn't full - but I still had to wait 25 minutes for two lattes, a cookie and an apple turnover. It took 15 minutes to even start putting the cups under the coffee machine... Meanwhile, other employees relaxed, in slow motion, and unloaded the dishes from the dishwasher behind the MC Café counter and put them away. When the full coffee cups were still under the coffee machine after 20 minutes, I kindly but emphatically pointed out how long I had been waiting for my mini order. Then suddenly things went very quickly. But since it was getting busier in the meantime, I also saw the annoyance on the faces of the other guests about the staff's pace. Sorry, but this has nothing to do with fast food anymore... Especially not when there are children, who are naturally more impatient and don't get the food they want.
