We had dinner there yesterday. The floor was littered with chips in every corner. There was paper everywhere on the floor. The staff wasn't able to clean it up. The tables were all dirty, even the chairs were unsightly. The food was also terrible. Lukewarm, fries not really seasoned and limp. You had to look for sauce, the burgers were more of a kit. And to add to the negativity, there was a rat bait box right next to the children's play area. That was definitely the last time we went to McDonalds.

An adventure mountain for anyone who is still fit, it was fun again.

Unfortunately the standard of cleanliness at the tables is low and the toilets are partly dirty, so unfortunately not a recommendation. However, you could easily charge electricity in front of it.

Fast food redefined! With around 10 people in the store, it takes almost an hour to complete an order (which has unfortunately already been paid for) is quite an art. It's nice that aggression training is also included, as you can't communicate properly with the staff in either German or English. The orders themselves also confuse them or fail to pack the ordered goods. The discussion was correspondingly nice when I actually wanted the food I had ordered. If you even feel the urge to use the local toilets during the hour of waiting, your appetite will be immediately diminished by the catastrophic conditions there. I don't know why there aren't at least three serious physical injuries caused by angry customers every day, but it would certainly be understandable.

We were warmly welcomed and treated by the staff. The food is like everywhere else, unfortunately my BigMac's were well topped, but McDonald's is always economical with the sauce. Unfortunately, the ambience is now the same almost everywhere. But since we were just passing through and were there spontaneously because we wanted to eat something, it didn't matter to us.

The McDonald's in Goslar has repeatedly failed, which means customer satisfaction. A reward is offered in the app and this cannot be offset in the system according to the conditions. Funnily enough, another colleague did this by hand and was able to do it, but the shift manager on duty made no effort to do it that day.

Food is becoming less and more expensive. You should pay attention to cleanliness and hire staff who understand German.

One star is actually too many. The store is just dirty. You can no longer use the toilets... And instead of busying yourself behind the counter with your cell phone, you could perhaps wipe down the tables or remove the fries from the floor.

In my opinion, something should be done here. The crew works hard and does what they can. Hats off to the team. However, the crew seems chronically understaffed. Waiting times are often 6-10 minutes. Only in 1 out of 8 cases will you have your ordered menu within 4 minutes or less. The entire kitchen floor is full of food - which is simply due to the hustle and bustle of the crew. NONE of the 5 monitors that display offers and completed orders stopped working today. Three were completely off, the rest had content that was not recognizable across the board and, above all, was not synchronized. The cleanliness in the dining room only gets one star out of 5. My orders here are always complete and in good condition/well prepared. Food top - customer experience flop. Nevertheless, you can eat here. The McDonald's standard is not quite met, at least not what I imagine it to be. It's not that bad that you have to have it. But I would prefer to come more often if we take countermeasures and fix the deficiencies.

It's not possible to order food in the drive during the day or evening, hardly any German-speaking staff, no friendliness and you wait more than half an hour for the food and then some of it gets cold. Never again!

(As a guest and former worker, I don't understand, this didn't exist 15 years ago). Well, I eat my food on the terrace, as does a family with a child. I've never been to such a dirty McDonald's. The tables were so dirty with all the grease and ketchup leftovers on the tables. The floor was littered with chips 🍟 and leftover cucumbers from the 🍔 just bad. The return cart was simply overcrowded... and the staff was simply overwhelmed. Don't even get me started on the wait to get his food, I just feel sad.

The McDonald's is well organized by the staff during the week and the food is usually ready quickly and is therefore good. On weekends and especially in the evenings/nights there are often not enough employees on site and it therefore takes significantly longer and the quality was sometimes not "perfect", but the branch management is nice and helps with problems.

This McDonalds is a filth!!! Toilets dirty disgusting no toilet paper. Tables are not wiped down and trash cans are not taught. But these problems have probably been going on for years as I've read the reviews. 😖

The employees seem to be very relaxed and have lost their calm... It wasn't full - but I still had to wait 25 minutes for two lattes, a cookie and an apple turnover. It took 15 minutes to even start putting the cups under the coffee machine... Meanwhile, other employees relaxed, in slow motion, and unloaded the dishes from the dishwasher behind the MC Café counter and put them away. When the full coffee cups were still under the coffee machine after 20 minutes, I kindly but emphatically pointed out how long I had been waiting for my mini order. Then suddenly things went very quickly. But since it was getting busier in the meantime, I also saw the annoyance on the faces of the other guests about the staff's pace. Sorry, but this has nothing to do with fast food anymore... Especially not when there are children, who are naturally more impatient and don't get the food they want.

Yesterday we ordered and paid for two ice creams and a burger at the terminal. There weren't many guests on site at that time. Nevertheless, we had to wait over 20 minutes. The lady behind the counter took her time, you could tell her listlessness in every second. Instead of supporting this colleague at the front, another lady was wandering back and forth without really doing anything and, to top it off, she stayed in the doorway at the back of the kitchen to chat with her colleagues. That was really impossible, we won't be coming back.

The cheeseburger we ordered sat under the heat lamp for several minutes. It was empty and no crowd. Despite asking, the burger wasn't given out, they just said it would take a while. After another few minutes the same burger was handed over to us. When I asked why it was only being released now, they denied that it had been there the whole time. Toilets are not only absolutely dirty, but also broken. Toilet paper dirty with brown liquid. A women's toilet is so broken that it cannot be used. The faucet hangs from the wall in the men's toilet. The staff is very poorly trained, unreasonable and unfriendly for McDonald's standards. Finally, we ordered another cheeseburger via the drive. This also took a long time. The employee told us that McDonald's is not a fast food restaurant. However, I have to honestly say that this cheeseburger was great. Classy and hot too. Conclusion: We won't go to this McDonald's again. We would have liked to have left sooner, but the children would have been sad.

Unfortunately, the kitchen area near the fries looks very bad, there are crushed fries and papers lying around everywhere. As a former rotational force, the store is a disaster. Within a year the store had deteriorated so much. Here management needs to control and train more. Not recommendable.

Latte Machiato Grande for €4:79 ordered to be consumed in the café. Without asking the customer or passing on information, it is simply served in a paper cup. What I learned about 20 minutes ago just makes me angry. I stood in the drive-in for 12 minutes, three cars were in front of me. Finally it was my turn. There's a mumble on the intercom. The male voice barks at me asking if I can't go to the restaurant because three cars had ordered before me (normal orders, by the way, no big extra effort), because they now need time. Then I drove pissed off. I have never experienced anything like that, either as a customer or as an employee. The hamburger just now was dry as hell. I also showed them the fries after serving them and shook them because they were half done. Always check the store, they're really not good... Yesterday I ordered at the counter because I wanted to pay in cash. So go to one of the checkouts where the order is written above. Apart from that, I had to clean the table myself as not a single table was wiped. A young blonde man was walking around there as if he had been gassed, trying to get everything done and really making an effort. I feel really sorry for him because he was still being insulted even though he couldn't do anything about it.

It's a disgrace that there's only one employee running around in the restaurant (the poor guy has to take care of everything) and that's definitely what it seems like. Ordering there often takes a very long time, even if you order a coffee it is forgotten or you have to expect a waiting time - not necessarily recommended if you have to go to work and want to get coffee "quickly".

This emotional reaction highlights the frustrating experience many customers may have when searching for quality and taste in a restaurant like this. Despite the disappointing experience with the food, at least the positive observation was that the toilets were clean. This gives hope and suggests that at least one aspect of operations will continue.
