Not exactly one of the most inviting representatives of his species. Unfortunately there was also a mistake made in my order which I only noticed later (instead of the double Bigmäc the normal one) the fries could also do with being a little shortened🤷‍♂️ But it was also in a much worse category, which is why it was middle class in the MC comparison.

Personally, I don't think much of McDonalds.

Unfortunately, by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. We waited an extremely long time for breakfast. Longer waiting times for breakfast are normal, as it is only made to order, which is totally fine. However, it is not okay that the waiting time is so long that the burgers arrive at the table almost cold. The restaurant was almost empty. The burgers are supposed to be standardized, but there was so little bacon on the almost cold McMuffin Bacon & Egg that you almost overlooked it. The cheeseburger we ordered sat under the heat lamp for several minutes. It was empty and no crowd. Despite asking, the burger wasn't given out, they just said it would take a while. After another few minutes the same burger was handed over to us. When I asked why it was only being released now, they denied that it had been there the whole time. Toilets are not only absolutely dirty, but also broken. Toilet paper dirty with brown liquid. A women's toilet is so broken that it cannot be used. The faucet hangs from the wall in the men's toilet. The staff is very poorly trained, unreasonable and unfriendly for McDonald's standards. Finally, we ordered another cheeseburger via the drive. This also took a long time. The employee told us that McDonald's is not a fast food restaurant. However, I have to honestly say that this cheeseburger was great. Classy and hot too. Conclusion: We won't go to this McDonald's again. We would have liked to have left sooner, but the children would have been sad.

Short version: The management has to do something here, the situation is not good. Better go to Bßgeige! Food: The orders for milkshakes are almost always mixed up. The burgers always have an excessive amount of lettuce on them. Otherwise okay, except that the waiting time is enormous, especially if you pay in cash. My takeaway orders are always incorrect if they go beyond a menu Service: The employees neither say “hello” nor “enjoy your meal”. Most MAs do not understand standard German and otherwise speak very broken German. But this does not apply to all MAs. Ambiance: See picture. Not cleaned. The floors are rarely cleaned, so several tables cannot be occupied. Since many guests have to wait longer for their orders, the shop at the counter is very crowded and noisy. Additionally, the card/promotion and order number screens are not working. The MAs call this out several times. Hygiene: Tables are not wiped down in between. The toilets are cleaned without rhythm. The sink faucet is not contactless and it is also loose - I can lift it out of the sink... Unfortunately, the kitchen area near the fries looks very bad, there are crushed fries and papers lying around everywhere. As a former rotational force, the store is a disaster. Within a year the store had deteriorated so much. Here management needs to control and train more. Not recommendable.

Dirtiest toilet in Germany. Food doesn't taste that good.

Food was sticky and half cold. That's not possible for the price now being asked. Waited almost 10 minutes at the drive-in before I could place the order even though there was nothing going on and then another 5 minutes from paying to delivery. Staff was bored, unfriendly and incompetent.

Latte Machiato Grande for €4:79 ordered to be consumed in the café. Without asking the customer or passing on information, it is simply served in a paper cup. When asked, it was said that the dishwasher was defective and that the repair would not be possible until the following day. After a short discussion, there was no agreement from the women present. If I hadn't already paid, me and my friends would have left. Does this store only have one dishwasher??? About 15 minutes later a family of 4 arrived. Strange the coffee was in cups. Please work on friendliness and value for money in the interests of the citizens.

First of all: I think, as a former employee of the operating family, I can make a judgment (divorced on good terms, worked there before training). What I learned about 20 minutes ago just makes me angry. I stood in the drive-in for 12 minutes, three cars were in front of me. Finally it was my turn. There's a mumble on the intercom. I kindly ask if this can be repeated. The male voice barks at me asking if I can't go to the restaurant because three cars had ordered before me (normal orders, by the way, no big extra effort), because they now need time. Does it take three orders in the drive to break the work chain? Awkward. It's also about the tone and how you convey and regulate this in the interests of customer satisfaction. Then I drove pissed off. I have never experienced anything like that, either as a customer or as an employee. Parking spaces NOT fully utilized, outdoor area is full, but people, who expects guests to come when the weather is nice?? How slow does the workforce have to be or how poorly was the whole thing planned for a Saturday by the branch or shift management?? Be glad I wasn't the mystery shopper. I would let you fail! So often I ignore the many deficiencies in service and food quality in this branch, but that's enough for now. The store was so great, I have great childhood memories. Today was the last memory, I swear to you. I demand an apology and an answer as to why one is so clearly worse than Rhüden and GS II in the bass violin. If I were the Rieke family, I would be ashamed of this branch! With disappointed greetings, etc.

The hamburger just now was dry as hell. I also showed them the fries after serving them and shook them because they were half done. Always check the store, they're really not good... Yesterday I ordered at the counter because I wanted to pay in cash. So go to one of the checkouts where the order is written above. The little girl seriously said that she would accept my order as an exception, but that you should order from the machines. I asked: Since when? She said: Always. They're just crazy, seriously.

Sorry, absolutely bottom line, I ordered 2 menus, had to wait almost 20 minutes to get cold burgers, when I asked if I could also get them warm, after another 5 minutes I got exactly the same ones, which were probably only in the microwave were because they were already cold again from the counter to the table. Apart from that, I had to clean the table myself as not a single table was wiped. A young blonde man was walking around there as if he had been gassed, trying to get everything done and really making an effort. I feel really sorry for him because he was still being insulted even though he couldn't do anything about it.

It's a disgrace that there's only one employee running around in the restaurant (the poor guy has to take care of everything) and that's definitely what it seems like. Ordering there often takes a very long time, even if you order a coffee it is forgotten or you have to expect a waiting time - not necessarily recommended if you have to go to work and want to get coffee "quickly".

Since there is an order at the terminal, not junk. I ordered and didn't know that you have to pay at the checkout before the order goes out. Not clearly communicated. Waited 20 minutes, nothing happened. Not really again.

McDonalds doesn't actually work anymore. Food wasn't hot even though we ate there and it wasn't crowded. The staff is also monosyllabic and doesn't respond to legitimate complaints at all. Not to forget the annoying ordering at the terminal.

I can only recommend checking that the order is complete directly at the drive-in counter in front of the employee. Later complaints (two minutes later) cannot be accepted because we could have taken the goods out in the car... That is the reasoning ...even though we were still standing in the assigned waiting parking space.

War heute im McCafe und der Kuchen war mal wieder sehr antik. Die Dounats alt und teilweise trocken. Der Kuchen in der Auslage war schon grenzwertig. Der Kaffee lauwarm, die Gläser dreckig und mit Kaffeesatz. Der Kakao nicht richtig durch gerührt, also klumpig. Man musste 20 Minuten warten, alle die danach kamen wurden zu erst bedient.

Irgendwie nicht mehr was es war. Bestellung dauert 20 Minuten. Bürger sind lauwarm. Kein Rührstäbchen für den Kaffe. Tische dreckig. Dutzende Papiertücher auf den Boden verteilt. Auf leeren Tischen stehen die Tischaufsteller folglich keine an den Terminals.

Waren nach langer Zeit mal wieder da. Drive in. Als wir nach langer Wartezeit ca. 20 Minuten endlich dran waren , waren die Burger kalt die in unsere Tüte gepackt wurden. Freundlichkeit, naja. Hat sich für uns erledigt. UPDATE 02.01.24-Am Drive Inn konnte man den MA nicht verstehen. Zu leise. Ware dann nach relativ kurzer Wartezeit erhalten und siehe da, alles drin. Etliche Meter weiter beim herausholen, dann der Hammer, auf dem Big Rösti keine Sauce, weder oben noch unten, die 9er Chicken Nuggets waren eine 8er Packung. Mir reicht es McDonald in GOSLAR wird immer schlechter.

Bedienung so gut wie alle unfähig und Wartezeiten auf Burger & Co. sind nicht zumutbar, man hat das Gefühl, das die Rinder erst bei Bedarf von der Weide geholt werden, von wegen Fast Food😡........

Ich habe auf mein Menu 2-3 min gewartet, Burger war nahe zu heiß viele Zutaten drauf und einer der beste mc‘s Burger denn ich je gegessen habe

Waren vor 2 Tagen kurz vor feierabend noch da, das personal war sehr freundlich und hat unsere große Bestellung noch entgegen genommen. Es wurde nichts vergessen und sogar noch höflich ein schöner Abend gewünscht. Gerne wieder! Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Schon viele McDonald's besucht. Wer nicht aufs WC muss, dann reicht's für 3 Sterne. Als Urlauber könnte man evtl in die Waschstraße abbiegen....

Super lange Wartezeit nach Bestellung. Bestellung unvollständig, Mitarbeiter seht langsam und nicht gerade kooperativ.

Lecker Restaurant echt bester McDonald's

Der wohl schlechteste McDonald’s Deutschlands. Service unter aller Sau. Wartezeiten von über 25 Minuten normal (war schon paar mal da). Essen grundsätzlich lau warm. Getränke oft falsch. Displays defekt. Aufruffunktion nicht funktionstüchtig. Wenigstens die Toiletten waren nutzbar. Ein sehr schlimmes Erlebnis. Leider der einzige Ort mit funktionierender Schnellladesäule.

Wie bei allen McDonald's läßt die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig.

Bestellung via App direkt zum Tisch. Wurde alles richtig „geliefert“. Tisch und Stühle waren sauber - alles Gut soweit.

Vor einem Jahr konnten wir diesen McDonald's noch positiv bewerten. Leider sieht das heute ganz anders aus. Das geht schon los, wenn man den McDonald's betritt. An der Damentoilette gibt es keine Tür mehr. Auf der Herrentoilette sind einige Örtlichkeiten mit Tüten abgeklebt und nicht nutzbar. Leider zieht sich der Eindruck dann auch weiter durch. Wir haben in McCafé Kaffee bestellt. Der der Milchaufschäumer wird nach der Benutzung nicht abgewischt. Die Milch bleibt einfach auf der Arbeitsplatte stehen, statt sie wieder in den Kühlschrank zu stellen. Die Arbeitsplatte wird natürlich auch nicht abgewischt. Der nächste Gast hatte dann Sojamilch bestellt. Die wurde einfach zu dem Rest normale Milch von unserer Bestellung in den Becher gekippt und mit dem versifften Milchaufschäumer aufgeschäumt. Auch hier nach wurde der Milchaufschäumer nicht abgewischt sondern einfach mit einem dicken Rest Milch hängen gelassen. Frei nach dem Motto: das trocknet schon von alleine. Das war heute leider überhaupt nichts. Daher müssen wir unsere Bewertung von vor einem Jahr entsprechend anpassen. Sorry McDonald's.

Desværre igen kolde pommes frites

Sehr schmutzig, Tische, Boden, Toiletten. Die Bestellung ist oft etwas fehlt. Heute bekamen wir Pommes nicht fertig weich und lauwarm, eine große Portion Pommes nur zur Hälfte gefüllt. Getränke ohne Eis . Niemand kümmert sich hier um irgendetwas 😔

Mac Drive mit dem Rad hat funktioniert, ohne App und mit Bargeld. Geht doch noch.

Wartezeiten am drive absolute Katastrophe Kein Auto vor uns und trotzdem 15min gewartet um dann nach Bezahlung nochmal 10min zu warten. Schon sehr ausbaufähig das ganze!

Schmutzige Tische " oben und unten", schmutziger Fussboden, Ablagewagen voll. lange Wartezeit, Bestellung unvollständig, Personal überfordert. / Personal angesprochen das mal die Tische gereinigt werden. Nichts ist passiert. Absolut mies.

Einmal und nie wieder! Personal, das kein einziges Wort Deutsch oder Englisch versteht, so dass es bei einem Getränk bleiben musste, weil Fragen nicht zu klären waren. Völlig zugemüllte Tablettrückgabewagen.

Personal und Service ok.! Essen ist nicht so mein Ding, weil alles nur "lauwarm" ist! Das ist aber überall bei den "Fastfood Ketten" so.

Wow ich bin begeistert, nachdem McDonald’s Goslar mir zunächst bei meiner Lieferando Bestellung einen Burger vergessen hat mit zu liefern, rief ich dort an, sie haben sich vielmals entschuldigt, sehr freundlich und mir zugesagt , dass der Burger nachkomme. Keine 10 min Später standen sie an meiner Tür mit einer Tüte in der sowohl der Burger als auch Handschuhe und eine apfeltasche dabei waren! Ich war sprachlos und rechne das hoch an! Danke McDonald’s!!!
