The McFish was crispy and had plenty of remoulade sauce, and the ice cream had more than a dollop of chocolate sauce, so overall it was above average. There was no working display for the order numbers, and the wait staff were a bit understaffed and had to rotate quite a bit (but still very friendly despite the stress). A HUGE drawback are the bar stools. They're the only ones you can charge your phone on, and the wooden ones are extremely uncomfortable and incredibly high. I'm not exactly short at 5'9", but I still only lasted 2 minutes. The USB charging ports didn't work anyway (charging stopped after 3 seconds, otherwise I might have struggled for a few more minutes). I didn't have a USB plug with me, so I can't comment on this charging option. A wall outlet might have been okay. Conclusion: If you don't need to charge something, it's absolutely fine.

We ordered two takeaway meals and two portions of fries. We live a two-minute drive away. Unfortunately, when we got home, we discovered that the fries were really cold! What a shame.

Ordering (at the terminal) takes 15 minutes to pay. Waiting time. Wait another 1/2 hour for the food. Incredible!!!

A single catastrophe, fries not cooked through, guests asking for their order to be paid out because they've already waited an hour. Staff running around mindlessly...

The staff are super friendly and helpful! But unfortunately, the restaurant is completely dirty and littered in every area.
