McDonald's in Müllheim

Ich bestellte Lipton-Tee, den sie vergessen hatten zuzubereiten, und ich wartete über zehn Minuten auf Wasser, wobei sie mich immer wieder vertrösteten. Das hat mir wirklich nicht gefallen.

Heute Abend war ich beim McDonald’s und bin erneut sehr enttäuscht worden. Bei meiner Bestellung haben die Gläser gefehlt und zusätzlich wurden falsche Burger eingepackt. Ich verstehe nicht, warum man online bestellt, wenn die Bestellung am Ende trotzdem nicht richtig kontrolliert wird. Ich habe knapp 40 € bezahlt und erwarte dafür wenigstens eine vollständige und korrekte Bestellung. Die Kassenbelege hätte ich auch noch als Nachweis. Leider ist das nicht das erste Mal, dass ich dort enttäuscht wurde – für mich war das definitiv das letzte Mal.

Wenn man einen iced coffee shake choc to go bestellt und dann feststellen muss dass von coffee und choc leider nichts zu finden ist… danke für nichts (Geld zurück wäre toll)

Wir empfehlen, die Aspekte Begrüßung und Kundenservice zu überprüfen. Null.

Bestellfehler (Vanille- statt Erdbeermilchshake), dann 15 Minuten Wartezeit auf die Korrektur. In der Zwischenzeit schmolz der Eisbecher meines Sohnes. Keine Entschädigung, trotz der Unannehmlichkeiten. Schlimmer noch: Die zusätzlichen Milchshakes wurden direkt vor meinen Augen an andere Kunden verteilt! Der Kundenservice ist dringend verbesserungsbedürftig. Absolut inakzeptabel.

Ich habe mor den neuen Eis bestellt Magnum Utopia. Der Preis von 5 Euro entspricht nicht dem Werbeversprechen. Ihr sieht wie es beworben wir und wie es serviert wird. Es lohnt sich nicht dieses Produkt zu kaufen, weil es auch schlecht schmeckt. Und die neuen Stühle sind sehr unbequem, es gibt keine Rückenlehne nur bei 2 Tischen und dort sind die Tische zu niedrig.

Ich habe den neuen Eis Magnum Utopia bestellt. Es schmeckt sehr schlecht und genauso sieht es hässlich aus. Die fast 5 Euro lohnen sich nicht auszugeben.

Wird immer schlimmer der Service! Spielzeug wird nicht dazu gepackt ! Wir waren wegen dem Mario Galaxy Spielzeug und Münze da! Leider zu erst zu Hause gemerkt das die Münzverpackung aufgerissen war und Münze geklaut war! Super Personal!! Ab jetzt nie wieder McDonalds! War vorher schon sehr schlecht dort, aber jetzt untragbar!!

Der Manager sagt weder Hallo noch Tschüss, er sagt überhaupt kein Wort... vielleicht sollten Sie über einen Berufswechsel nachdenken.

Ich liebe meine Amelka 💚💙💛❤️ McDonald's ist wie McDonald's, aber der Service ist sehr freundlich, schnell, effizient und das Essen lecker. Sie haben außerdem tolle Angebote und einen super Kundenservice, daher lohnt es sich, mal auf einen Kaffee vorbeizuschauen. Sauber und gut organisiert.

Es ist ein McDonald's, was erwartet man da schon? Das war's.

Lange Wartezeit auf Bestellungen. Tische und WC unsauber.

Das ganze Tablett, auf dem das Essen serviert wurde, war in Öl getränkt. Die Pommes schmeckten wie alte Haarschnitte. Die Burger sahen auch nicht appetitlich aus. Ich weiß, es ist Fast Food, aber es gibt doch gewisse Standards. Die Wartezeit war unerträglich. Meine Nummer verschwand von der Tafel, und trotzdem war meine Bestellung noch nicht fertig. Es war kaum etwas los, vielleicht drei Bestellungen standen auf der Tafel. Schließlich bestellte ich einen Pfannkuchen, einen Milchshake und ein Stück Kuchen, die bereits fertig waren. Ich wartete bestimmt 15 Minuten, obwohl kaum etwas los war. Die Tafel war leer, bis auf meine Nummer, die plötzlich verschwand, und die Bestellung war immer noch nicht fertig. Weitere drei Minuten Wartezeit. Dann stellte sich heraus, dass sie beim Milchshake den Sirup vergessen hatten. Enttäuschend! Geht bloß nicht hin!

Die Toilette muss auch bei Mc Donalds eine Visitenkarte sein. Die Damentoilette war unter aller.......!! Der Chef/ Betreiber nahm es zwar zur Kenntnis aber Privatgespräch war wichtiger, imagehalber dann sich doch noch bequemt, da ich auf die Bestellung gewartet habe, aber so kurz er dort war, funktioniert keine Reingung. Man muss halt alle 30 Minuten mal nachsehen, da es bei meinem letzten Besuch auch nicjt gerade sauber war. Beim Burger Royal TS extra Zwiebeln bestellt, nichts davon vorhanden. 2x dort haben mir nun endgültig gereicht.

Ich finde das Essen von schlechter Qualität, vor allem die runden Pommes frites sind wirklich nicht gut.

Meiden Sie diesen Laden wie die Pest! Der Hamburger war kalt, der Salat welk. Zum Glück habe ich das erst im Auto bemerkt. Und als ob das nicht schon genug wäre, glaube ich, dass das Mindesthaltbarkeitsdatum auf dem Salat absichtlich entfernt wurde; das ist dort immer so. Einfach nur schlampig. Als ich fragte, ob ich die Feuchttücher haben könnte, die eigentlich auf dem Tablett liegen sollten, zog die Bedienung sie demonstrativ aus der Dose und warf sie auf den Tisch. So weit weg wie möglich.

Leider war das Essen kalt mal wieder. War aber schon auf der Schnellstraße. Diese Filiale baut ziemlich ab.

Mir hat der Service sehr gut gefallen, die Kellner waren freundlich.

Jedes Mal lässt die Qualität von Service und Essen nach. Diesmal war das Essen kalt. Letztes Mal war die Bestellung verwechselt. Und davor war sie sogar unvollständig. Es wird immer schlimmer…

Beim Drive in sollte man unbedingt sofort nachschauen ob das bestellte auch wirklich dabei ist. Dort wird man öfter unfreundlich von männlichen Mitarbeitern bedient.

Laden war sehr voll, trotzdem arbeiteten nur wenige Mitarbeiter und das auch noch langsam. Unser Essen kam viel zu langsam.

McDonald’s in Mülheim delivers solid, standard fare overall – nothing more, nothing less. The food arrives hot at the table or over the counter, tastes as expected, and is perfectly acceptable for a quick visit. However, there is room for improvement in cleanliness. It's not a major issue, but it's noticeable: tables and surrounding areas could be cleaned more consistently. Attention to detail often makes all the difference – and that's precisely what's lacking in some places. The staff is a mixed bag. Most employees are friendly and helpful, which is a positive point. However, a few employees come across as unpleasant, not very service-oriented, and rather annoyed. This unnecessarily detracts from the overall impression. Conclusion: A typical McDonald’s with decent food, but weaknesses in cleanliness and consistent service. Four stars are still justifiable, but really on the low end. With a little more focus on hygiene and consistent friendliness, this place could easily achieve a higher rating.

A McDonald's like almost all others. If you like fast food, then it's for you. If you live a healthy lifestyle, then probably not.

Food...its "Omakase" style if you wish to eat at the restaurant and not the bistro. Service, excellent Atmosphere, quiet and spacey...posh.

The manager is unfriendly and some of the staff don't care that there are customers.

We ordered from the drive-thru on November 5, 2025, at approximately 6:40 PM. We are French, and the employee who served us, a man, was clearly racist. No "Hello," no "Thank you," nothing at all. We will not be returning. It's a disgrace that such behavior still exists in 2025.

This McDonald's is a disgrace. When I went to order at the kiosk, I realized there were no more toppers. So I went to the register and politely asked the woman in German (I made sure to specify this) if I could take the one that was sitting there. No greeting, nothing. She just gave me a blank look and said nothing. I told her there weren't any more toppers at the kiosk, and she still didn't answer. I waited, and I saw her just carry on with what she was doing, then she turned her back on me and walked off! I can't believe it!! And the so-called manager walked right past and didn't help me either, and on top of that, they had the nerve to give me dirty looks. I was stunned. I can understand that there are difficult customers, but I really asked politely with a smile and a greeting (in perfect German), and they ignored me and looked at me like I was dirt. We waited over 20 minutes for our meal, while those who went after us got it sooner. Thankfully, a man who was cleaning the tables asked us about it—the only courteous and unassuming person! I definitely won't be going back. McDonald's really needs to rethink its employees! They think they work at Gucci, and even there you'd be treated better.

Unfortunately, on my last visit, someone vomited next to the outdoor tables, and it wasn't cleaned up. I placed my order very early, so I didn't stay long enough to eat. I felt very nauseous. The staff were generally friendly and attentive, but the disgusting sight outside was enough to spoil my appetite.

Things are getting worse and worse at McDonald's... Nothing except coffee is worth the money in any way. In the most extreme emergency, you go to McDonald's and get ripped off again. The fish burger is a joke, and so is everything else. Never going back, but it's enough to use the restroom...

Sometimes I don't get off the highway until midnight. I rarely go to McDonald's. But when I do, I've never been treated unfriendly at the drive-thru. Strawberry milkshake is always good. Thank you.

Worst McDonald's drive-in ever: unfriendly, abrupt, didn't ask what you wanted on your menu, fries were lukewarm and soft, McNuggets were also lukewarm, no napkins, etc. Service and quality are just not what I expected!

Not a single clean table outside🤔

We were passing through on April 1st and visited this McDonald's as a stopover. We were amazed at how clean it was in this branch. It quickly became clear why, as an extremely nice and helpful employee was doing the rounds all the time, mopping the floor, disposing of the tablets and wiping the tables, great commitment, I hope that is also appreciated by the employer! The rest of the employees were also all very polite and courteous. The only drawback: The food took over 15 minutes even though the shop was almost empty. The food was very tasty and very fresh, by the way, the first Royal TS looked exactly like it did in the advertising! :D It was really great!

The staff doesn't speak German. I waited a long time for my order and therefore missed the train; I had to sit for another hour.

was not able to take photo of the place...but kind a popular to the locals here...a lot of guests must i say considering that it's almost late when we drop by..we dined in..tried mc spicy burger, a little spicy but not too much..i'll prefer if it had more sauce ..but it's ok...the apple pie is bigger compared to the serving in the philippines as well as the mcflurry..the location is very convenient to commuters as it is near the train and bus station...cravings satisfied...thank you...

You might think that Mägges is Mägges but this MCD stands out from the crowd: very friendly staff, sparkling clean and the food was freshly prepared and was still really warm. It was quick too, that's how fast food should be!

There were no questions about the quality of the food, everything was fresh and in the right portions. Regarding the service, I waited about 30 minutes for my order. I didn’t see any smiles during service or just some kind of human attitude. Atmosphere - there are quite a lot of people in the hall, but in 30 minutes I didn’t see an employee in the hall who would sometimes simply wipe the tables, which is why many of them were dirty.

In no other McDonald's do you have to wait so long for your food. You can also go to the restaurant there. For 1 cheeseburger, 9 nuggets and 2 desserts, we had to wait 20 minutes when it wasn't busy.

We usually eat to-go and parts of the order are often forgotten! Salads, drinks, sauces and even complete burgers. To unpack the whole bag, you can eat right there. If we notice and let us know, it will take a long time for our order to be complete and by then the rest of the food will be cold.

Mac Donald is a place where you can eat in a relaxed way, no fuss, nice and relaxed

Unfortunately, my visit to this McDonald's was a complete disappointment. The entire store was completely dirty, there was trash everywhere, the tables weren't cleared and were sticky and there were leftovers everywhere on the floor. The employees stood around haphazardly, some taking selfies or on their cell phones instead of attending to customers or putting the store in order. The food was lukewarm and tasted disgusting. The nuggets had such a strange taste that I left them and the fries were cold. It was inedible. The behavior of an employee who touched her nose and then immediately packed the burgers without washing her hands was particularly shocking. This was not only unhygienic, but absolutely disgusting. This McDonald's was definitely one of the worst I've ever been to. I will definitely not visit this location again.

Unbelievable... dirty tables and floors even though there weren't many people present. Why doesn't anyone clean the tables? Plus cold burgers and fries + wrong drink. I complained about this and was brought back to the table again...

We waited 20 minutes for 2 burgers. The biggest sleeping pills I've ever seen working at any Mc's. Zero structure in the store. The food was disgusting and the fat on the fries hadn't been changed for at least 40 weeks.

Somehow something is always missing when ordering... even with a double pack menu (2 burgers, fries, dip and drink) you manage to get the fries or the wrong drink. Of course it happens sometimes, it's human! However, last week we intentionally ordered something from the drive-thru 4 days in a row and EVERY TIME something was missing. Well... Ordered an MC flurry Oreo, it tasted like yogurt. Plus a smart menu, one burger had a hair on it and both were soaked in sauce. These were spread on the bun. Unfortunately the order was to take away, otherwise I would have had it exchanged. It's a shame I'll go to other McDonalds in the future.

Amazed at the service I received this evening. First we place an order at the table, the employee at the cash register packs us up, telling us that we have to come and pick up our order at the counter. Secondly the order was wrong. Third, the employee at the cash register didn't give us change, and he didn't deserve it. Fourth, we asked for napkins because they were not served on the tray and the napkin display was empty, the employee threw the napkin at me, almost having to pick it up from the floor alone. Honestly, avoid it!

4 years later I would like to change my review. I think the store has a good team at the moment. Everyone is pretty nice except 1.....and won't forget things as often when you get take-out.

My fries were so white that I was afraid that they would vote for AfD, the cheeseburger actually only tasted like ketchup and as if that wasn't enough, a man suddenly stood next to me on the bench (while I was eating) and started to clean the window behind me. I will refrain from visiting again.

It's a shame you can't give negative points! The second lunch break in which McD Müllheim cannot convince! Both times we pre-ordered via the app, which is an absolute joke as the order was just as slow to be completed if we would have ordered directly on site. The second time, the online order wasn't even visible to the employees, which wasn't a mistake on our part. 4 employees stand around pointlessly and get in each other's way. There can be no question of fast food. It was lunchtime, but not overly crowded. Finally, a complete burger and two sauces are missing. So much incompetence in one place, combined with employees who barely speak German, is now really sad and unacceptable. I don't even want to start talking about the friendliness and cleanliness.

There are a lot of cigarette butts lying around on the terrace. The outside area is not exactly well maintained.

Burger was more than cold, we wanted the toys we wanted for the Happy Meal, when we asked nicely, we got a super cheeky answer, there's no more... dirty to no end! Not a single table was washed outside, disgusting shop!!!!

Every time we come here everything is always dirty. Finding a place that is clean is impossible. A real shame.
