Each time, the quality of service and food deteriorates. This time the food was cold. Last time the order was mixed up. And before that, it was even incomplete. It's getting worse and worse…

I called there and they hung up on me immediately, I don't think that's okay.

At the drive-thru, you should definitely check immediately that your order is actually there. Male employees often serve you rudely there.

The restaurant was very crowded, yet only a few employees were working, and even they were slow. Our food arrived far too slowly.

Employees prefer to stand around rather than empty the tray trolley. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired.

McDonald’s in Mülheim delivers solid, standard fare overall – nothing more, nothing less. The food arrives hot at the table or over the counter, tastes as expected, and is perfectly acceptable for a quick visit. However, there is room for improvement in cleanliness. It's not a major issue, but it's noticeable: tables and surrounding areas could be cleaned more consistently. Attention to detail often makes all the difference – and that's precisely what's lacking in some places. The staff is a mixed bag. Most employees are friendly and helpful, which is a positive point. However, a few employees come across as unpleasant, not very service-oriented, and rather annoyed. This unnecessarily detracts from the overall impression. Conclusion: A typical McDonald’s with decent food, but weaknesses in cleanliness and consistent service. Four stars are still justifiable, but really on the low end. With a little more focus on hygiene and consistent friendliness, this place could easily achieve a higher rating.

A McDonald's like almost all others. If you like fast food, then it's for you. If you live a healthy lifestyle, then probably not.

Food...its "Omakase" style if you wish to eat at the restaurant and not the bistro. Service, excellent Atmosphere, quiet and spacey...posh.

The manager is unfriendly and some of the staff don't care that there are customers.

We ordered from the drive-thru on November 5, 2025, at approximately 6:40 PM. We are French, and the employee who served us, a man, was clearly racist. No "Hello," no "Thank you," nothing at all. We will not be returning. It's a disgrace that such behavior still exists in 2025.

This McDonald's is a disgrace. When I went to order at the kiosk, I realized there were no more toppers. So I went to the register and politely asked the woman in German (I made sure to specify this) if I could take the one that was sitting there. No greeting, nothing. She just gave me a blank look and said nothing. I told her there weren't any more toppers at the kiosk, and she still didn't answer. I waited, and I saw her just carry on with what she was doing, then she turned her back on me and walked off! I can't believe it!! And the so-called manager walked right past and didn't help me either, and on top of that, they had the nerve to give me dirty looks. I was stunned. I can understand that there are difficult customers, but I really asked politely with a smile and a greeting (in perfect German), and they ignored me and looked at me like I was dirt. We waited over 20 minutes for our meal, while those who went after us got it sooner. Thankfully, a man who was cleaning the tables asked us about it—the only courteous and unassuming person! I definitely won't be going back. McDonald's really needs to rethink its employees! They think they work at Gucci, and even there you'd be treated better.

Unfortunately, on my last visit, someone vomited next to the outdoor tables, and it wasn't cleaned up. I placed my order very early, so I didn't stay long enough to eat. I felt very nauseous. The staff were generally friendly and attentive, but the disgusting sight outside was enough to spoil my appetite.

Things are getting worse and worse at McDonald's... Nothing except coffee is worth the money in any way. In the most extreme emergency, you go to McDonald's and get ripped off again. The fish burger is a joke, and so is everything else. Never going back, but it's enough to use the restroom...

Sometimes I don't get off the highway until midnight. I rarely go to McDonald's. But when I do, I've never been treated unfriendly at the drive-thru. Strawberry milkshake is always good. Thank you.

Worst McDonald's drive-in ever: unfriendly, abrupt, didn't ask what you wanted on your menu, fries were lukewarm and soft, McNuggets were also lukewarm, no napkins, etc. Service and quality are just not what I expected!

We were passing through on April 1st and visited this McDonald's as a stopover. We were amazed at how clean it was in this branch. It quickly became clear why, as an extremely nice and helpful employee was doing the rounds all the time, mopping the floor, disposing of the tablets and wiping the tables, great commitment, I hope that is also appreciated by the employer! The rest of the employees were also all very polite and courteous. The only drawback: The food took over 15 minutes even though the shop was almost empty. The food was very tasty and very fresh, by the way, the first Royal TS looked exactly like it did in the advertising! :D It was really great!

The staff doesn't speak German. I waited a long time for my order and therefore missed the train; I had to sit for another hour.

was not able to take photo of the place...but kind a popular to the locals here...a lot of guests must i say considering that it's almost late when we drop by..we dined in..tried mc spicy burger, a little spicy but not too much..i'll prefer if it had more sauce ..but it's ok...the apple pie is bigger compared to the serving in the philippines as well as the mcflurry..the location is very convenient to commuters as it is near the train and bus station...cravings satisfied...thank you...

You might think that Mägges is Mägges but this MCD stands out from the crowd: very friendly staff, sparkling clean and the food was freshly prepared and was still really warm. It was quick too, that's how fast food should be!

There were no questions about the quality of the food, everything was fresh and in the right portions. Regarding the service, I waited about 30 minutes for my order. I didn’t see any smiles during service or just some kind of human attitude. Atmosphere - there are quite a lot of people in the hall, but in 30 minutes I didn’t see an employee in the hall who would sometimes simply wipe the tables, which is why many of them were dirty.

In no other McDonald's do you have to wait so long for your food. You can also go to the restaurant there. For 1 cheeseburger, 9 nuggets and 2 desserts, we had to wait 20 minutes when it wasn't busy.

We usually eat to-go and parts of the order are often forgotten! Salads, drinks, sauces and even complete burgers. To unpack the whole bag, you can eat right there. If we notice and let us know, it will take a long time for our order to be complete and by then the rest of the food will be cold.

Mac Donald is a place where you can eat in a relaxed way, no fuss, nice and relaxed

Unfortunately, my visit to this McDonald's was a complete disappointment. The entire store was completely dirty, there was trash everywhere, the tables weren't cleared and were sticky and there were leftovers everywhere on the floor. The employees stood around haphazardly, some taking selfies or on their cell phones instead of attending to customers or putting the store in order. The food was lukewarm and tasted disgusting. The nuggets had such a strange taste that I left them and the fries were cold. It was inedible. The behavior of an employee who touched her nose and then immediately packed the burgers without washing her hands was particularly shocking. This was not only unhygienic, but absolutely disgusting. This McDonald's was definitely one of the worst I've ever been to. I will definitely not visit this location again.

We waited 20 minutes for 2 burgers. The biggest sleeping pills I've ever seen working at any Mc's. Zero structure in the store. The food was disgusting and the fat on the fries hadn't been changed for at least 40 weeks.

Well... Ordered an MC flurry Oreo, it tasted like yogurt. Plus a smart menu, one burger had a hair on it and both were soaked in sauce. These were spread on the bun. Unfortunately the order was to take away, otherwise I would have had it exchanged. It's a shame I'll go to other McDonalds in the future.

Amazed at the service I received this evening. First we place an order at the table, the employee at the cash register packs us up, telling us that we have to come and pick up our order at the counter. Secondly the order was wrong. Third, the employee at the cash register didn't give us change, and he didn't deserve it. Fourth, we asked for napkins because they were not served on the tray and the napkin display was empty, the employee threw the napkin at me, almost having to pick it up from the floor alone. Honestly, avoid it!

4 years later I would like to change my review. I think the store has a good team at the moment. Everyone is pretty nice except 1.....and won't forget things as often when you get take-out.

It's a shame you can't give negative points! The second lunch break in which McD Müllheim cannot convince! Both times we pre-ordered via the app, which is an absolute joke as the order was just as slow to be completed if we would have ordered directly on site. The second time, the online order wasn't even visible to the employees, which wasn't a mistake on our part. 4 employees stand around pointlessly and get in each other's way. My fries were so white that I was afraid that they would vote for AfD, the cheeseburger actually only tasted like ketchup and as if that wasn't enough, a man suddenly stood next to me on the bench (while I was eating) and started to clean the window behind me. I will refrain from visiting again.

Sure, the Müllheimer Mäc-Dreck is one of the lamest in the country. You know when you live here. But I've never experienced a 43 minute wait at the drive and then 2 parts forgotten and one wrong in the combination. Lunch break was basically over, just because of the waiting time, and long faces while unpacking were free. Simply disgusting. Why can't you actually give minus stars? There used to be promotions like, if you wait longer than 5 minutes you get something for free, if this were introduced here the place would be closed after 2 days... ...when is Burger King coming to Müllheim? As is well known, competition stimulates business.

Ordered a vanilla shake and got a chocolate shake. Was exchanged with complaining. Got a Krispy instead of a McRib. Was reluctantly exchanged. I then waited almost 15 minutes for the McRib!!! I wanted to eat at a fast food restaurant because I was in a hurry and couldn't finish because I didn't have time. If possible, I won't go there again.

We have the McDonald's app. But unfortunately you can't choose Spezi as a drink. You can't select it at the terminals in the restaurant either. Always have to personally tell the staff about the change. They then complain and say they have to enter it as an extra request. But this function doesn't exist. Better schools for staff or please finally change the app and terminal.

The worst McDonalds branch far and wide, Fries disgustingly soggy and mostly unsalted, Meat patties extremely dry and often burnt Fish mac/filet o fish - stank and the white sauce tasted extremely sour Toilets often don't have soap, you have to keep asking the staff to fill the soap dispenser, My child (8 years old) thinks the food is disgusting and doesn't want to go back. Sometimes something is forgotten when ordering. Certain coupons can only be redeemed with an app - which, to put it bluntly, means that you have to register your personal data in an app in order to eat something. Imagine that you first have to log in with your personal data at the supermarket in order to be able to buy certain products. The McRiibs are good. The fries were cold and really inedible. It hasn't been cleaned here for a while and there are leftover food everywhere. The tables haven't been cleaned for a while. The play area is dirty and the dirt is not from today.

The worst mc Donald’s we’ve been too, unkind staff with an attitude especially to the foreigners (funny that it’s a village near France 😂), the manager and the old black-headed lady with heavy makeup were trying to “teach us” manners - if no one is paying attention to you when you ask something and you don’t speak German I think “hello” is the right way to try to catch someone’s attention. No one spoke English and suddenly they teach us saying one words: excuse me. So do you speak English or not then? Bathrooms were filthy and the dining room smell bad, waiting for the food was very (but indeed VERY long) and the served food was cold with missing food. Horrible experience but unforgettable though

It was around lunchtime and it was very busy. Even for take-away we probably had to wait 10 minutes. However, the staff was very friendly and the fries were even hot. One point deducted because we had to wait a really long time.
