We usually eat to-go and parts of the order are often forgotten! Salads, drinks, sauces and even complete burgers. To unpack the whole bag, you can eat right there. If we notice and let us know, it will take a long time for our order to be complete and by then the rest of the food will be cold.

Mac Donald is a place where you can eat in a relaxed way, no fuss, nice and relaxed

Unfortunately, my visit to this McDonald's was a complete disappointment. The entire store was completely dirty, there was trash everywhere, the tables weren't cleared and were sticky and there were leftovers everywhere on the floor. The employees stood around haphazardly, some taking selfies or on their cell phones instead of attending to customers or putting the store in order. The food was lukewarm and tasted disgusting. The nuggets had such a strange taste that I left them and the fries were cold. It was inedible. The behavior of an employee who touched her nose and then immediately packed the burgers without washing her hands was particularly shocking. This was not only unhygienic, but absolutely disgusting. This McDonald's was definitely one of the worst I've ever been to. I will definitely not visit this location again.

Unbelievable... dirty tables and floors even though there weren't many people present. Why doesn't anyone clean the tables? Plus cold burgers and fries + wrong drink. I complained about this and was brought back to the table again...

We waited 20 minutes for 2 burgers. The biggest sleeping pills I've ever seen working at any Mc's. Zero structure in the store. The food was disgusting and the fat on the fries hadn't been changed for at least 40 weeks.

We ate around 2 p.m., we didn't have time to validate our orders as mine was already ready! Much faster than in France. The burgers are better garnished too. Thanks to the lady who served us who was very kind.

Somehow something is always missing when ordering... even with a double pack menu (2 burgers, fries, dip and drink) you manage to get the fries or the wrong drink. Of course it happens sometimes, it's human! However, last week we intentionally ordered something from the drive-thru 4 days in a row and EVERY TIME something was missing. You can assume a certain intention there, right...!?

Well... Ordered an MC flurry Oreo, it tasted like yogurt. Plus a smart menu, one burger had a hair on it and both were soaked in sauce. These were spread on the bun. Unfortunately the order was to take away, otherwise I would have had it exchanged. It's a shame I'll go to other McDonalds in the future.

Definitely one of the better McDonalds. Table service worked. Remarkably polite and friendly staff. Overall clean and well maintained. Food was as usual.

The food was disgusting... Never tried a worst McDonald's in my life... The fries were oily and the quality of the meat very low..... The staff and the service ok. Nothing to complain about.

Amazed at the service I received this evening. First we place an order at the table, the employee at the cash register packs us up, telling us that we have to come and pick up our order at the counter. Secondly the order was wrong. Third, the employee at the cash register didn't give us change, and he didn't deserve it. Fourth, we asked for napkins because they were not served on the tray and the napkin display was empty, the employee threw the napkin at me, almost having to pick it up from the floor alone. Honestly, avoid it!

4 years later I would like to change my review. I think the store has a good team at the moment. Everyone is pretty nice except 1.....and won't forget things as often when you get take-out.

My fries were so white that I was afraid that they would vote for AfD, the cheeseburger actually only tasted like ketchup and as if that wasn't enough, a man suddenly stood next to me on the bench (while I was eating) and started to clean the window behind me. I will refrain from visiting again.

It's a shame you can't give negative points! The second lunch break in which McD Müllheim cannot convince! Both times we pre-ordered via the app, which is an absolute joke as the order was just as slow to be completed if we would have ordered directly on site. Sure, the Müllheimer Mäc-Dreck is one of the lamest in the country. You know when you live here. But I've never experienced a 43 minute wait at the drive and then 2 parts forgotten and one wrong in the combination. Lunch break was basically over, just because of the waiting time, and long faces while unpacking were free. Simply disgusting. Why can't you actually give minus stars? There used to be promotions like, if you wait longer than 5 minutes you get something for free, if this were introduced here the place would be closed after 2 days... ...when is Burger King coming to Müllheim? As is well known, competition stimulates business.

Ordered a vanilla shake and got a chocolate shake. Was exchanged with complaining. Got a Krispy instead of a McRib. Was reluctantly exchanged. I then waited almost 15 minutes for the McRib!!! I wanted to eat at a fast food restaurant because I was in a hurry and couldn't finish because I didn't have time. If possible, I won't go there again.

The worst mc Donald’s we’ve been too, unkind staff with an attitude especially to the foreigners (funny that it’s a village near France 😂), the manager and the old black-headed lady with heavy makeup were trying to “teach us” manners - if no one is paying attention to you when you ask something and you don’t speak German I think “hello” is the right way to try to catch someone’s attention. No one spoke English and suddenly they teach us saying one words: excuse me. So do you speak English or not then? Absolute juice shop. The dirtiest McDonalds with the most unmotivated employees in all of southern Germany. Actually they don't deserve a single star. The place is dirty, trays aren't being cleaned up, and the collection points are overflowing. The tables are disgustingly dirty. Nothing is cleaned there. Waiting time for a cheeseburger was over 10 minutes... Even though there weren't 5 people in the restaurant. I can only recommend giving it a wide berth. It's also much healthier. Bon appetit.

Juice shop. Ordered 2 hamburgers royal cheese, crispy chicken ts with large iced tea. I got a big Fanta, a big Cola and a small Cole with a double cheeseburger. You can make a mistake sometimes, but messing up like that is no achievement. Plus the overly friendly idiot at the counter who doesn't understand anything that's being said to him. Sad. Today I was at McDonald’s where only two people worked. When we entered the store everything looked normal: McDonald's, some tables were occupied, the order was placed at the terminal and paid at the cash register. We sat down and noticed that the tray cart was overflowing, so much so that the tables next to it were also being used. The food delivery took more than 5 minutes. While we were eating, a young man came out of the counter with a large garbage bag and emptied the cart in front of us (everything was nicely packed in the bag). Suddenly new customers arrived. He ran away and continued behind the counter (without washing or sanitizing his hands). When the customers had paid, he ran back out and continued working on the tray cart. He then simply made the trays available to the new customers without cleaning them. I took a photo and you can see that there were still leftover food on the trays. It seemed like the staff were overwhelmed as the drive was also closed. I find it disgusting that the trays weren't cleaned, especially in Corona times. The employees should also wash their hands, because he neatly put things in the trays, then busied himself at the register, preparing fries and putting things on the trays and in bags. Luckily I was just passing through.

Today, February 22, 2024, I was at Mc Donalds in Müllheim with my two children again and I have to honestly say that everything (cleanliness, friendly staff and service) was great about my last visit. The shift manager kept an eye on everything, the staff was motivated and everything went to my satisfaction. Keep it up.

Habe gerade was abgeholt. Der reinste Horror. Ich wollte die Tüte kontrollieren weil hier und da mal was fehlt. Aber der Mann am Fenster sagte alles drin. Bin nach Hause gefahren. Es fehlten die mittlere Pommes und ein Chicken Burger. Da war ja dann nur noch das Big Tasty Menü übrig. Hab mich natürlich aufgeregt erst Mal. Nun wollte ich den big Tasty essen. Es ging nicht. Er war eiskalt und der Patty war verbrannt. Schwarz. Total trocken. Die Curly Fries waren Steinhart und auch kalt. So habe ich heute 25 Euro ausgegeben für überhaupt nichts. 25 Euro ausgegeben um sich zu ärgern und immernoch hungrig zu sein. Zudem ist alles sehr dreckig. Der Laden gehört geschlossen und mit neuem Personal die Lust haben einen tollen sauberen MC Donalds zu führen. Mich wundert es gibt's da keine Kontrollen?

Bedient wurde ich schnell (am Tisch). Leider anscheinend zu wenig Personal. Abfallcaddy schon lange voll, also lassen alle Ihr "Geschirr" auf dem Tisch

16 min warten auf ein Kaffee war mir zu lange und zu allem war er nicht heiß sondern nur lauwarm.

Der Müller hat eine gute Lage am Bahnhof. Schmeckt mir besser als viele andere Fillialen. Die meisten Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Allerdings gibt es Ausnahmen. Die Wartezeit ist meistens nicht lange und es gibt Automaten. Klimaanlage ist vorhanden. Diese ist sehr gut.

Ich bin sehr positiv überrascht über die Veränderung hier drin. Arbeitsabläufe werden eingehalten, Burger schmecken wieder wie sie sollen und es ist wieder angenehm hierher zu kommen. Am meisten Begeisterung hat ein Mitarbeiter hervorgerufen, der mich an der Kasse bediente. Er war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, hatte den Laden im Blick, Tische sauber gemacht, gefegt und die Abräumstationen geleert. Es ist wieder ein positives Erlebnis herzukommen. Danke dafür!

Geht meistens recht schnell. Essen ist wie man es kennt und ordentlich zubereitet. Bestellung am Terminal finde ich gut. Personal ist freundlich. Am besten finde ich nach wie vor den Big Tasty.

Das Essen war in Ordnung. Der Service war leider sehr schlecht. Kontrolliert immer ob ihr auch alles habt. Der Milchshake hat gefehlt und als sie ihn uns gebracht haben war es nicht wie bestellt ein Vanilleshake sondern Erdbeere. Der extra Bacon auf dem Burger hat gefehlt und eine Tüte Pommes 🍟 Bei den Pommes hat das Salz gefehlt/vergessen. Die Bedienung war genervt und hatte gefühlt kein Lust mehr zu arbeiten, vielleicht ein schlechter Tag.

Einiges zu tun. Wenn man nach einiger Zeit. Mal wieder bei McDonalds vorbei geht. Wenn du Spaß daran hast. Bei jedem Besuch etwas neues heraus zu bekommen. Wie die Bestellung deiner Wahl ist. Bist du hier an der richtigen Stelle. Natürlich kannst hier einfach auch Digital einkaufen oder auch bezahlen. Neue Produkte sind nicht immer teuer. Ich wünsche euch einen angenehmen Aufenthalt bei McDonalds.
