Arrivé sur place, plus de 5 mins à attendre personne n est venu vers nous ensuite une serveuse désagréable et pas du tout sympathique a tiré une tête pas possible nous disons faut qu elle regarde s il y a de place alors que les 3/4 du restaurant était vide. Encore 5mins d attente pour finalement nous mettre à une toute petite table alors que nous étions 9, une partie de la table au soleil. Aucun respect elle nous regardait avec mépris et nous a donné des cartes en allemand alors que nous sommes français. Nous sommes partis quelques minutes plus tard et plus jamais nous reviendrons. Restaurant que je déconseille complètement.

Celà dépend des jours, il y a du bon et du moins bon...Au début les salades d'accompagnement étaient gratuites, après avec un supplément d'environ 2.50, et maintenant 4 euros ! Les vins ont augmenté de 2 euros la bouteille, une 75cl d'eau minérale San Pelegrino coûte 6.50, incroyable ! Le café est minuscule et hors de prix...Et de la sauce barbecue réchauffée pour accompagner des tranches de lard frites on n'a jamais vu ça ! Pour le service, ça dépend des jours aussi...Quand c'est Milenia qui officie, c'est un plaisir, elle est sympathique, efficace, souriante, avec de bonnes notions de français. Quand c'est quelqu'un d'autre ce n'est pas toujours le cas. Parfois on vous refuse même de débarrasser une table à laquelle en temps qu'anciens clients venant en moyenne toutes les cinq semaines vous souhaitez vous installer...Il faut vous ressaisir sinon vous aller perdre de la clientèle !

Rather regular customer, I was very disappointed with the service today. Unfriendly welcome, service lasting more than 20 minutes for 10 ice creams, average quality of ice cream, and no one has the cheeky collection. Rarely had such service in a restaurant!!!

Steak medium to the point but poor choice of meat on both plates, tough as a shoe sole. Homemade rösti was quite good, the bacon-wrapped beans were also good. Service itself was quite stormy. Price quite acceptable.

Staff inattentive and unfriendly. Small requests for changes to the food cannot be implemented. We only use tomato sauce with pasta instead of minced meat sauce, as has been the case in the past and is on the menu online. The request was rudely rejected: "It's only available the way it's on the map. It's always only been that way. Just look for something else."... When it was pointed out that the map would probably no longer be available on the internet is current, it had to be admitted that the map was recently changed. Yes, what now? “Was it always just like that” or “doesn’t exist anymore because of the new map”? A restaurant that updates its online lunch menu weekly would probably be expected to do the same for the rest of its menu. Apart from that, it is not a sign of good cuisine if a simple request cannot be fulfilled. Zero flexibility. Eat only quantity instead of quality. Unfortunately we didn't like the food either. When we were clearing away we were asked whether it was tasty, but when we were told that we didn't like it and that the plate was almost full, the answer was "ok". No apology, no asking what was wrong, nothing. With a little kindness or interest in the guest, I would have gladly given the store a second chance. But as? Based on Bombastic's responses to other bad reviews, I feel vindicated in not eating there again. Not capable of criticism and not interested in his own guests. A pity.

Be sure to reserve on weekends. Absolutely positive: open all day. Pool tables are separated. Lots of cocktails 🍸. Very good food. Very polite commendable young service.

Warm, welcoming, hearty and comforting meal.

We ate here with 7 people on Easter Sunday. Overall, the picture was mixed. In two dishes with asparagus, the asparagus was very poorly peeled and completely overcooked. At another meal the rösti were completely over salted. The rest of the food was fine. When we politely told the waiter that the Rösti was very oversalted, the answer was that he would report it to the kitchen. At a price of between 25 and 30 euros per meal, you could at least expect an apology or a coffee as compensation. The drink prices are also very high. The atmosphere is actually quite nice and some of our food was okay, but overall the price/performance ratio just doesn't fit.

One of my favorite restaurants in Germany, nice terrace in summer...easy to park in the supermarket car park 50 m away...we can eat there continuously all day long...menu in French...

Good cuisine and a quiet and friendly billiards area. But catastrophic service, feeling of disturbing!!! The staff who avoid meeting your eyes… No smile, our son had his pizza 30 minutes after our meals… Considering the prices!!! A minimum of kindness would be welcome.

Nice place and beautiful terrace. The cocktails are good and the patties are plentiful and good.

The pre-ordered food was ready on time. At home I found a fat, dead blowfly in my salad. Something like this can happen in the summer, but I find it quite unusual at the beginning of March. After what I read about food inspection in October, I lost my appetite and brought the salad back and asked for my money back. That worked without any problem.

I've been here several times and everything has always been great, so yesterday I was there with family and friends who had never been there before. I was just embarrassed because I recommended this restaurant. Nobody was happy, Rösti was very salty, sauce was tasteless and the meat was raw. After we told the waitress, new food was brought, but unfortunately it was just as bad, which is an absolute no go. My friend also had to wait half an hour for his food to arrive after everyone else had already received their food and was asked three times what he had ordered again. The waitress was very friendly, but I was still very disappointed and that was definitely the last time I was there. Everyone else has the same opinion. A pity

We were particularly disappointed by the service.

We have been guests of BomBastic for a long time. Outdoor patio and indoor spaces are great. We feel that the food has deteriorated in taste and quality, but is still within acceptable limits. We are disappointed with the service. New staff that is either listless or overwhelmed. Sometimes they don't understand the German language. Orders are not recorded correctly and we have already had invoices that had too many items because of incorrect orders. It was much better in the past, as was the taste in music (only German rap). The service should concentrate on the guests and not try to be a DJ. It's not suitable for eating and relaxing. We're happy to give you another chance, but something should change for the better. Addendum from February 15, 2024 BomBastic has changed things for the better and we also increased the old rating from 3 stars to 4 stars. Keep it up and we'll come back more often to enjoy and chill

Casual atmosphere and reasonable price.

Friendly service. Lots of choice when it comes to food. Nice location. In summer you can also eat on the terrace. We liked it 👍😁

I ate a very tasty lamb's lettuce 🥗 with pizza bread here. Was absolutely satisfied. Price-performance okay! Service attentive and friendly 😊👍. We'd love to come back. ☺️

A disaster all around. Service didn't work at all. We weren't even offered any more drinks. At the beginning we were ignored for almost half an hour. Didn't ask for any food requests afterwards. There were no clubs to play billiards at all and we would have liked to have a drink, but no one was interested in that. Definitely not recommended.

Schöne Ambiente immer wieder!!!

das Resaurant ist sehr begehrt und ich und meine Familie gehen oft und gerne seit Jahren hier her. Es ist daher oft viel los und der Service kommt manchmal nicht hinter her, das finde ich aber nicht so schlimm. Der Service bemüht sich sehr und ist freundlich. Ich kann die Bewertungen meiner Vorgänger daher nicht verstehen. Es ist ein Top Restaurant, super Küche, freundlich und lockeres, modernes Personal. Einrichtung, Ausstattung und Gestaltung des Restaurants sehr gepflegt, geschmackvoll und sauber, einfach Top.

Der Burger war eine Augenweide, leider wurde das Patty totgebraten, die Pommes waren leider auch ein paar Minuten zu lange im Öl. Der Salat war frisch und lecker. Daher muss ich einen Stern abziehen für das Patty, einen Stern abziehen für die harten Pommes, einen Stern abziehen für die unangemessene längere Wartezeit.

Las ensaladas ya no son como antes y en general la comida ha cambiado un poco. Los helados buenísimos.

Bombastic hat ein sehr schönes Ambienete. Alles ist sehr sauber und die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut und die Preise sind für den Service das Ambiente so wie das Essen extremst gut.

Cela doit faire 15 ans au moins que je vais dès que je peux à ce restaurant . Toujours aussi bon , très belle ambiance , et un service top. Seul point négatif , les prix ont augmenté considérablement.

Hallo zusammen Innen und Aussen sehr ästhetisch. Die Servicekräfte sind mir persönlich manchmal zu unaufmerksam und haben schlechte Laune. Leider kann man die Speisen auf der Karte nicht modifizieren: Taglialle mit Lachs kann man nicht mit Spaghetti haben. Das Essen ist aber super Lecker. ÄNDERUNG NOVEMBER 2023 Die Qualität des Essens hat sich dramatisch verschlechtert. Zerkochte und geschmacklose Tortelini, Lachsspaghetti gibt es mittlerweile. Schmecken furchtbar und sieht ekelig aus. Bestellt man zur Abholung unbedingt die Speisen prüfen. Mal ist der Salat vergessen, ich hatte Tortelini in Schinken Sahne Soße ohne Schinken. Billardtische sind o.k., aber ohne die Turniermarkierungen. Die Queues sind mindestens die Hälfte kaputt, ohne Leder oder verzogen. Wir bringen ab jetzt die eigenen Queues mit. Gegessen wird hier nicht mehr! Bleibt gesund!

Wir waren heute das erste Mal im BomBastic zum Abendessen da. So ein cooles Restaurant mit bequemen Sitzplätzen und Billardtischen. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und aufmerksam. Das preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, ist super für die gute Qualität der Speisen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen dieses Restaurant wärmstens weiter!

Trop cher par rapport à la restauration en Alsace. Surtout pas de carafe d’eau ( il n’y avait jamais en Allemagne) Alors que ll’eau en petite bouteille est hors de prix. Inutile de se déplacer car sur leur carte presque tout est en supplément alors que le prix de base est déjà très élevé. Moins cher en Allemagne ? Ce. n’est plus le cas.

Gutes Restaurant mit vielen Tischen die auch sehr gut gebucht werden. Geschmacklich ist es sehr gut und relativ Italienisch angehaucht also Pizza, Pasta und eben als exclusive Burger und Badische Küche. Preislich ist es der Gegend entsprechend im normalen Bereich nicht zu günstig nicht zu teuer.

habe ein Cordon bleu mit Pommes bestellt, die Pommes waren leider nicht knusprig und eher lauwarm. Das Cordon bleu wurde mit einem Käse ohne Geschmack zubereitet, zudem war es relativ klein und sehr trocken, die nette Kellnerin brachte mir scharfe Soße auf nachfrage. für so ein Essen sind auch durch die Inflation keine solchen Preise zu rechtfertigen.

Lecker Essen, gute familienplatz, gute Kinderspeisekarte.

Ich war heute Mittag in diesem Restaurant, recht freundlicher und lustiger Empfang durch die Bedienung, sehr gutes Essen, recht gute Preise. Weiter so.

Also die Bedienung war ja...... bestellte Getränke waren nach 20 Minuten immer noch nicht da, auf eine Nachfrage wurde man ja regelrecht angepöbelt, das man warten soll und nicht so blöd machen soll, die Tische waren teils gar nicht abgeräumt die Teller standen zum Teil noch Stunden nach dem Essen immer noch da und die leeren Gläser auch.

Als ich dort war mussten wir sehr lange warten bis jemand zu unserem Tisch kam, das lag auch daran dass viel los war also war nicht allzu schlimm. Das Essen war ganz lecker. Als ich bezahlt habe ist mir allerdings etwas aufgefallen. Eine Freundin, welche dabei war hatte bei ihrem Essen eine andere Soße dazu bestellt bzw tauschen lassen. Uns wurde gesagt, weil sie ja keine extra Soße wollte, nur anstatt Bratensoße Rahmsoße, dass wir das nicht extra zahlen müssen. Am Ende wurde die Soße extra berechnet und als ich darauf aufmerksam gemacht habe wurden wir von den Kellnern behandeln als wären wir dumm und der Küchenchef hat uns dann sehr unfreundlich und aggressiv raus geschickt und meinte wir sollen Rücksicht nehmen dass da viel los ist , sie gestresst sind und wir sollen nie wieder kommen.. nur wegen 1€ für Soße.. 😅👍🏻

Endroit convivial en groupe où en famille

Restaurant ideal quand on vient faire ses courses dans le coin. Pâtes pizzas hamburgers salades viandes poissons.... On y trouve son bonheur. Les prix sont corrects La salle est plutôt originale avec des tables hautes. Un coin billard pour les adeptes. Les calamaris fritti sont excellents sans être gras. Il faisait très chaud, donc dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de clim Des membres du personnel parlent français

Essen war echt ok also lecker ist mir nichts negativ aufgefallen. Service war leider eher meh - nicht wirklich organisiert :/

Tote Fliegen in der Vitrine. Deckenleuchte mit Stroboskop Effekt. Sauce Null Geschmack. Teller werden nicht abgeräumt, vielleicht wenn man gegangen ist. Personal null Aufmerksamkeit. Und beim rausgehen wird man noch gefragt ob man bezahlt hat obwohl man selbst zur Kasse laufen muss weil sie schlafen.

Hatten einen Tisch bestellt um 11.30. Der Laden war relativ leer und wir würden nett empfangen. Leider war unser Tisch nicht sauber und war sehr klebrig. Eine bestellte Lasagne würde einfach Mal vergessen, so das die Person erst anfangen konnte,als die anderen schon fast fertig waren. Deswegen nur 3 Sterne. Ich hatte einen Burger und der war sehr lecker.

Definitiv werden wir hier wieder her kommen

La première fois que je suis venue était une réussite, hormis quelques erreurs de service Mais aujourd'hui à été une vraie déception Serveuse française désagréable, service très long, une salade à 23.99e qui laisse a désirée, une assiette de tagliatelles au saumon digne d'un plat pour enfant, et attendu pas loin d'une demie heure pour mon tiramisu qui à été oublié en cuisine .... Je ne pense pas revenir.

Plus jamais autant avant les nouveaux propriétaires et serveurs nous apprécions y aller en famille ou amis la dernière expérience m'a convaincu que c'était définitivement fini pour nous après nous avoir fais comprendre que les français étaient mal venu et que serveuse française blonde a jouer de ca en faisant la victime et n'a absolument pas géré son service avec des remarques plus que déplacé devant mes enfants...1h30 pour avoir les repas de mes enfants alors que d'autres personnes sont arrivées bien après nous et nous critique au près d'autres clients. Nous avions demandé à voir le responsable qui n'était pas la et on nous a dit qu'il n'avaient aucune peur à ce que nous nous plaignons du service qui en prime a l'addition nous on facturé le double à fuir

Mein letzter Besuch in dem Restaurant war höchst enttäuschend. Der Service war langsam und unaufmerksam, das Essen geschmacklos und schlecht zubereitet. Als ich mich vor Ort beschwerte, wurde ich sogar beleidigt. Der Kellner war unhöflich und gab mir das Gefühl, dass ich störe und meine Beschwerde nicht ernst genommen wird. Insgesamt war mein Besuch eine äußerst negative Erfahrung und ich würde es anderen nicht empfehlen. Die schlechte Qualität des Essens und des Service sowie das beleidigende Verhalten des Personals lassen mich keine andere Wahl, als eine sehr schlechte Bewertung auszusprechen

35 Minuten warten müssen bis man bedienst wurde. Die bestellten Getränke wurden nach weiteren 20 Minuten erst gebracht. Ein Getränk wurde vergessen. Zwei Getränke falsch gebracht. Längere Wartezeiten sind hier schon öfters vorgekommen. Die Mitarbeiter sind dennoch freundlich. Der Service ist verbesserungsfähig.

Eigentlich kamen wir zu einer ruhigen zeit. Es war mittags es waren viellicht 2-3 leute da der chef stand vorne ganz machohaft und hat eine Oma gesagt wo sie zahlen wollte mit Karte das geht eigentlich nur ab 20€ in einer frechen ton. Wir haben Eis bestellt Bananen split und Spaghetti Eis die eine kraft esst vor unsere Nase und ja anscheinend braucht es zwei um Spaghetti eis zu machen. Ein tipp vor gäste zu essen und über ihr eis zu essen ist sehr ecklich und nicht professionell und wenn man keine Spagettieis Presse hat dann sollte man nicht Spagettieis verkaufen!!!

Das beste war das Bier, Essen und Service war an diesem Abend eine Katastrophe. Kann ich derzeit nicht weiter empfehlen

Les repas sont vraiment très bon, je n’ai jamais été déçus. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Le lieu est sympathique. Le restaurant est ouvert très tard et sers des repas jusqu’a la fermeture ce qui est pratique. Les serveurs(veuses) sont malheureusement la plupart froid(e) et avec aucun sourire..

Notre cantine quand on va faire des courses ,restaurant idéal pour etre servi rapidement . Carte avec choix très varié, peut etre meme trop . La cuisine est bonne, sans prétention et le service rapide ( qques employés parlent également francais).
