Long waiting time for unknown reasons

Were in Urbach today. Looks great after the renovation. Celebrated my granddaughter's birthday there. Orders came super quickly. Staff super nice and friendly. After the meal there was a very delicious chocolate cake. The kids were very excited. Keep it up. Thank you.

Child-friendly, nothing more! Salt EVERYTHING! Even the citizens peddies! Peddies just disgusting... Nuggets tasted like chili cheese! In drink, Fanta, non-carbonated... Unfriendly staff. Was my last visit, performance has been greatly reduced since the renovation!

Delivery service doesn't work, rude employees and long waiting times

It turned out really great. In the past, something was always forgotten. It's been working really well lately. Nothing will be forgotten anymore. Keep it up.

At the drive-in, 2 of 5 orders were incorrect. Big Mac Bacon Ts become a Big Mac. Recently a menu was billed individually and therefore more expensive.

Absolute disaster since the renovation. Something is constantly forgotten when ordering, the staff is unfriendly and some of them don't speak German. Orders now take a disproportionately long time. Really annoying.

Something is constantly forgotten during deliveries. The food is cold and seems stale. It's a shame, actually, I worked there myself and it wasn't as bad as it is now with the employees when we were there. Really sad. I just ordered again and as always I would forget something again. I really don't understand what the employees are thinking because they don't seem to have any brains, it's really catastrophic and nothing is ever given as compensation, it's really outrageous. So something has to happen, it can't go on like this. I wanted to order today but couldn't because the branch is apparently closed. Why is the branch closed? Why can't you sometimes order? Fries often come only half filled. It really doesn't get any more outrageous. We wanted to sit outside and it was raining and asked an employee if they could put up the large umbrellas. The employee said no, not possible. The boss complained because the umbrellas would break in the rain. What does it matter whether the umbrellas are open or in the rain? So what a disgrace. Very impolite. The only positive thing now is the new condition of the branch, but the rest is catastrophic.

On the whole, the enormous prices bother me. The food is okay and the service is not bad... But for a fast food chain where almost everything is automated, I just think the prices are way too high. I'd rather eat a good kebab, it'll fill me up for at least half the day.

I've eaten at this mcdonald 2 times and both times they forgot something in my order. Orderd a big mac with 6 nuggets fries and soda and I only recived the nuggets, fires and soda. How can you forget the most important part of the menu?

Waited 1 hour for my order then after 40 minutes the drink came (the drink was wrong) after waiting another 20 minutes I asked what it was about, I was told that I had already received it (which wasn't the case) then I didn't feel like it anymore Had to wait and gave the order (which had already been paid) to another customer.

Waited almost an hour for the food. The employee then said he had already brought it and portrayed us as liars. After a proper announcement, we received the food. Still the worst McDonald's I've ever been to!

I only got half of the order then after asking and the unfriendly manager I got the other half cold

I worked at this McDonald's for a year and a half, I got a new contract, but two days later I had a conversation with  shift manager and just told her not to talk to me with her hands.  A day later, Ender, the big boss, fired me without asking me. I had just signed a new contract two days before, please don't work here, because it's really a disaster, you have no future.

Very unfriendly staff, big language problems and absolutely no organization if you complain because the number suddenly goes, the young lady said if you don't like it you can disappear!!!! When I said everything is going wrong here, I also ended up saying I'm a kolericker, I'm at a loss for words 🤢🤮

Ambience very nice. But service extremely bad. Never experienced anything like this in a McDonalds. Things are going better in every kebab shop. Are overwhelmed with a few orders. You wait forever. Waited 20 minutes for food even though there were only 3 orders in front of me. There are just waiting faces at every table. It makes you wonder if anyone is even working in the kitchen. But the workforce likes to shout loudly.

After 40 minutes of waiting I asked how far the order was - I should be patient, the food will come when it's ready. A cancellation was then requested --> Unfortunately, this is not possible. Then people became unfriendly. Finally left without food and without money after almost 1 hour.

Food tastes great! Waiting time is an eternity 🙄.

Unfortunately, since the renovation, the entire ordering and pickup process has been really bad.

Nice conversion. Very modern. No comparison to before. The one who can read is in advantage. Correct order placed, incorrect orders received despite correct order. It's a shame that people don't read the receipts properly and just give it out like that.

7 a.m. every day is not every day... 2 hour waiting time because Sundays and public holidays only start at 9 a.m.... you could have written on the banner. Also in the app (I had everything completely pre-ordered) information BEFORE would be nice... Instead, AFTER you have completed the order and confirmed that you are already in the "restaurant" (yes, I was already standing there, doors were open, full lighting, etc), just an information that it is currently not possible to order an app due to technical problemsmmm

Something strange happens: the ordering machines switch themselves off while you order, and you have to wait over 30 minutes for the food. I would advise everyone against this McDonalds

Super Filiale sehr modern, alles schön sauber. sehr überrascht essen war noch heiß.Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich kommen definitiv wieder!

Today we ate on site again and had experiences that were as expected. What really annoyed me was that after I ordered, a nice woman came to me with a flyer to rate the business. Explained the process. so far so good. While waiting for the order, I look at the flyer. You get a goodie when you rate. Nothing new either. What is new, however, is that you can pay for the goodie. So I wanted to rate the restaurant and as a reward I get an item that I can pay for? I find it bold.

Unfortunately you can't give less than one star. The hope of an improvement with the new owner was pointless.

Repeatedly given the wrong food

Perfekter Besuch - so wie man es sich wünscht bei Mc Donalds! Die frisch renovierte Filiale sieht super aus, ist sauber und total modern. Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Drive In und Ladestation auf dem Parkplatz runden alles ab. Wir kommen wieder!

After the renovation, the outside was quite nice, the cheese on the cheeseburger didn't go correctly for the second time, the ice cream machine was constantly broken or just too lazy to clean? Then I got stuck in the lane and couldn't get out of it!! Sometimes very slowly and all of them! Take more Ukrainians!

I guess you should train the staff!!! Fries cold curly fries like rusks very crispy you need an appointment with the dentist, big mac cold fries cold.... what's going on!!!!! The best thing was the sauce, which was warmer than the fries. All I can say is hats off!!!

Update May 2024 - even worse since the renovation. Everything takes forever, is wrong or gets lost between 'in preparation' and 'ready for collection'. Terrible.... I regularly get takeaway food. I can't remember the last time everything I ordered was in the bag... today the printer paper in the ordering machine was empty. I reported it to the cashier. But no one was interested. Instead, it was better to have chaos at the ticket office because of course many people didn't know their number.

Actually not worth a star, but unfortunately you have to give it a star. The biggest juice shop, food takes forever and then it's cold. Fries soggy and without salt. Staff very unfriendly. Once and never there again.

I'm Francesco Cavallaro and I'm very, very enthusiastic about this McDonald's branch in Urbach. All employees are very, very nice, polite, friendly and always helpful. Everyone works more than a hundred percent. The boss is just as nice, polite, friendly and always helpful as the employees. I would always come here in the future. This McDonalds branch is 100% recommended. For me everything is great here.

We tried the new breakfast today. Once across the program. Only the Egg MC muffin was ok. Everything was lukewarm!! The Franzbrötchen was clearly old! If this is supposed to be the new breakfast?? The store is as sparsely designed as the employees.

MC brand new but it's cold as hell. It's 8°C outside and inside the air conditioning is running full blast and the door is open all the time. Catastrophe and no one feels responsible. Eat quickly and leave again, fast food in the truest sense of the word.

The restaurant and outdoor area were recently remodeled and renovated. There are now fewer parking spaces outside. There are 4 parking spaces with electric charging stations. There are now two options for ordering at the drive-thru. The interior has been “spruced up”. Food and drinks standard for McDonalds.

So today we went to McDonald's for the first time after the renovation in Urbach And we have to say, in contrast to Winnenden, this MC is really nice, friendly, inviting, bright, good seating. We really liked it. Winnenden can learn a huge lesson here. The food was really hot 🔥, so much so that we even had to blow. So very satisfied and the shift manager was very friendly.

Eating quickly in between meals

It was busy. The food still came quite quickly and the employee who brought it was super friendly. I haven't experienced something like that in a long time. That's what you want!

During the ordering process at the new terminal, the terminal simply crashed. I couldn't use the discount code again because the message came that it had already been used. The code didn't update within 12 minutes, so I stood in the store for so long and couldn't do anything. Neither does the team leader. Great fast food! In the end I ordered on my cell phone and that worked. It's a shame if the technology fails just a week after opening. This isn't fast food for me.

The food was always great, but after the renovation (2024) the employees are unfortunately incompetent and don't even know simple numbers, neither the German language. Bring our order to other people, these people touch everything, pack everything up and only then call employees. Didn't get a full new menu. Great of you 🙂

A fairly new store but disastrous management. All the orders went wrong and then they weren't even able to give me the money back. Never again and I will complain directly to McDonald's. And if I have to drive to Ronald McDonald’s in person.

Very accommodating, child-friendly and fast service

It wasn't possible to pay at the self-service terminal, so we went to the checkout. At first I was ignored for ages, but men at the next terminal, who arrived much later than me, were billed directly at the next cash register. By the way, I also noticed how two young girls were attacked by the same employee because they were missing McPlants (even though they had been ordered) at the pick-up counter with the words: "Go home to mom, she's already called!". That's enough to leave the store without anything to leave to eat and not come back. Service not to be found

Es wird wieder besser. Es war eine Phase da waren Mitarbeiter und das Essen schlecht! Mein heutiger Besuch war wieder gut und die Mitarbeiter waren Nett.

Bringt halt nix, wenn eure Ladesäulen von Verbrennern zugeparkt werden.

Essen war ok. McDonald's halt. Service war nett

UPDATE: Es gibt seit Herbst 2023 wieder Milchshakes :-) MILCHSHAKE - Fehlanzeige! Wie kann es sein, dass "Die Maschine" seit gefühlten Ewigkeiten kaputt ist? Zu McDonals gehört für mich einfach auch ein Milchshake - ...auch in Urbach!

Für einen Snack okay, nicht Grade schön und sauber.

Erfüllt seinen Zweck. Es bleibt eben ein MC Donalds und man gibt sich Mühe dem Klischee gerecht zu werden..

Ich fande das war einer der besten McDonald's in ganz Deutschland. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr lustig und nett. Obwohl wir so viel bestellt haben mussten wir garnicht lang warten. Das Essen war spitze die Pommes und Burger sehr frisch. Ein sehr guter McDonald's.

Bitte immer vor dem verlassen die Bestellung überprüfen! Wird viel vergessen einzupacken. Aber Kids mögen es halt.

Zum zweiten mal wurde was vergessen, aber ansonsten alles perfekt.

In letzter Zeit fehlt fast immer etwas bei der Bestellung. Im Restaurant normal kein Problem und der Fehler wird gleich behoben. Beim Drive-In aber sehr ärgerlich wenn man schon unterwegs ist und es dann erst bemerkt.

Seit dem Umbau hab ich das gefühl das man länger auf sein Essen wartet. Zu dem fehlen beim Drive-In immer wieder sachen und seien es auch nur sossen oder Ketchup/Mayo.

Wie bei jeden anderen MC Donald.

Hast du einen gesehen, hast du alle gesehen. Aber es war sauber und der Geschäftsführer? wirkte kompetent und durchsetzungsfähig😉😊 Es wurde gerade gereinigt und es ging schnell sein Essen zu bekommen.

Wäre schön zu wissen um welchen McDonalds es sich handelt BEVOR man seine Wertung abgibt 🙄

Ständig ein großer Teil ausverkauft. Heute ging nur mcdrive. Klasse mit Kind im Auto...

Kann ich nicht empfehlen. Wir waren ca. 19 Uhr unter der Woche und die Mitarbeiter waren total überfordert. Bei 3 von 6 Bestellterminals ging keine Kartenzahlung. Teilweise auch die falschen Menüs gerichtet (bei 2 Kunden vor uns). Außenspielanlage gesperrt. Cheeseburger waren zu lange gelegen, Big Mac lauwarm. Schichtleiter hatte den Überblick verloren und war sich unsicher, hat aber zumindest selbst gemerkt, dass es so nicht laufen darf. Dafür, dass MC Donalds die Preise so dermaßen angehoben hat, kann man auch einen angenehmen Aufenthalt erwarten. Hier definitiv nicht mehr!

Leider nicht besonders Sauber, zu lange Wartezeit und gestresste Mitarbeiter.

Falsche Bestellungen eingepackt, organisatorisch Katastrophal. Lieber zu den amderen MC's in der Umgebung!

Mc Donalds halt, ist okay. Manchmal gibts hier und da Probleme und manchmal werden sachen vergessen, werden allerdings direkt behoben bei nachfragen.
