Rebuild this store the way it used to be. It just looks ugly now. There's no waiting area anymore. The seating is also very uncomfortable. This MC is an example of how to go from a happy child to a depressed adult.

We always drive from Frankfurt to this McDonald's because they always serve everything perfectly prepared. The fries are always the same quality, the fillet or fish is always fresh, never hard on the edges or anything. YES: there are differences in quality, haha.

Burgers aren't prepared as ordered. Had lettuce on my McCrispy Cheese Bacon instead of bacon.

Food is fried too long and/or twice, but charged at full price. While a refund would be possible, it would be too much work and therefore not guaranteed, despite the legal right to do so if you were to look at it strictly.

We all like going there, no question about it. Me too. However, since the renovations were done, the place has been disastrous. The drive-thru with the double counters is unusable. The passage on the right is too narrow, you'll ruin all your rims. The left passage is impossible to drive through because the turning circle is too small for the car. So I can't go into the drive-thru anymore. I'm forced to go in every time now. The new interior renovations are terrible. The seating isn't exactly inviting, the air conditioning never works, and it's always crowded and loud. The entire concept was poorly thought out.

Ich verstehe wirklich nicht, wie es McDonald's Hanau immer wieder schafft, bei Bestellungen etwas zu vergessen ganz egal, ob man zum Mitnehmen bestellt oder vor Ort isst. Ein Mal kann passieren, zwei Mal ist schon nervig, aber wenn sich das regelmäßig wiederholt, hat das nichts mehr mit einem Versehen zu tun, sondern zeigt einfach, dass der Laden seine Prozesse nicht im Griff hat. Es ist wirklich zum Kotzen, jedes Mal nachzählen und kontrollieren zu müssen, ob auch wirklich alles dabei ist. Dafür gehe ich ja eigentlich zu einem Schnellrestaurant weil es schnell und unkompliziert sein sollte. Stattdessen fühlt man sich gezwungen, jedes Mal Detektiv zu spielen. Ganz ehrlich: Wenn ich jedes Mal prüfen und kontrollieren muss, ob alles stimmt, kann ich auch gleich selbst hinter die Theke gehen und mein Essen selbst zusammenpacken. Geld für Renovierungen ist schön und gut, aber vielleicht sollte man sich bei der Häufigkeit dieser Fehler mal überlegen, in bessere Prozesse oder Technik zu investieren, um so etwas zu vermeiden. Oder das "geschulte Personal" wirklich so zu schulen, dass solche Basics wie vollständige Bestellungen keine Herausforderung darstellen. Fazit: Solange sich da nichts ändert, bleibt der Besuch eher ein Ärgernis als ein Genuss.

Update 7/2025 .... After a new renovation, the new concept has been implemented here, with a very friendly interior, everything is spotlessly clean. The drive-thru now has two lanes for ordering, and there are parking spaces available via the app. ...... Fast service at the checkout, regardless of whether the order was placed at the drive-through, at the kiosk, or at the counter. Friendly staff, despite the stress, packed everything reliably. Ordering at the table with the app was also excellent, and the staff were super friendly. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained. It's a great place to go; there have been no complaints about the quality so far. Thank you for that, 5 stars 🌟

The team was very friendly and delivered the food quickly. The store manager, on the other hand, preferred to talk to someone (the district manager) rather than help the rest of the team. The food itself was okay, but they've definitely gone downhill over the years. The prices are really steep these days; a 0.5-liter water costs €4.25, sorry, that's not acceptable at all.

Ordered and paid quickly at the terminal. Delivery to the table was also quick, but this time the burgers were completely cold, all of them. The stuff is way too expensive for that these days.

Additionally, the nuggets I ordered weren't there (I ordered them for takeout). The meat in the Caesar chicken salad was still cold in places. The atmosphere was not good. No conversation with the customers. It's a shame.

Best McDonald's. The food is always fresh, and now that the store has been renovated, everything looks great. So, this is by far the best in the area.

Ich war kurz im Drive-Inn und wollte eigentlich nur einen Cheesburger kaufen. Leider war dieser kalt, was mir schön öfter beim Drive - Inn passiert ist. Diesmal habe ich aber direkt reklamiert und um einen frischen, heißen Burger gebeten. Bekommen habe ich dann einen lauwarmen mit einer kalten Käsescheibe. Das wars für mich. Ganz furchtbarer Laden

Food was run-of-the-mill, as always. The signature burgers were quite good, though (unfortunately, this premium line is no longer available in 2025). Some of the staff take an inordinately long time for individual customers, while others are rudely rushed through. Unfortunately, after the renovation, it now has the feel of a dark, cramped, unfriendly cave, and the prices are simply exorbitant for this fast food.

I'm here at least 1-2 times a week. At the drive-thru, you hear "one moment please" even though no one is there. My order is almost never warm. I recently ordered this new Smart Menu and got an ice-cold, half-eaten cheeseburger. The worst Meccan I've ever encountered. After two years, unfortunately, nothing has changed!

Waited forever for 2 cheeseburgers. Almost all the tables were not cleaned, the tray containers were full and the floor was sticky. Of course it was 0:00, but none of the employees took care of the tables or the floor in the 40 minutes I was there.

We had dinner at Mc's today with our grandson. We don't do this often, but it's a nice thing with our little darling. But what really gets on your nerves is the beeping and beeping from the deep fryers. This noise constantly flowed through this place. That was soooo uncomfortable. My husband thought he had sudden hearing loss. You have to be able to change that...

Typically modern, uncomfortable McDonald's restaurant - the tables were noticeably dirty and guests sometimes cleaned the tables themselves because it was so dirty.

The people behind the counter and at the counter were a disaster. They can't even put fries in a bag, they just throw them in. Didn't even drive 100 meters further, 50% of the stuff was cold. Citizens, nuggets and fries are weak. Friday evening drive in was EMPTY and there were 2 people at the counter!! Since when have you had a service like this?! Cruel and sad.

Today I had fries, 2 fish mc and 6 mc nuggets, 2 mayonnaise and 3 ketchup! ! But there was only 1 packet of ketchup! This is cheating if I pay for 3 ketchups but only receive 1 ketchup.

I am extremely disappointed with my last visit to McDonald's. After placing my order at the drive-thru, I got home to realize it was completely wrong. Some items were missing and others were simply wrong. That would be annoying enough, but when I tried to clarify the error over the phone, I was treated in the most rude manner. The staff were extremely rude and when I mentioned that the order was wrong I was even laughed at! I have rarely experienced such unprofessional and disrespectful treatment. I expect much better customer service from a company like McDonald's. Absolute disappointment!

1.I asked for a straw when I received my order. The lady at the station where I asked said: "No, she won't give that out!" From there you could look into the Driv Inn where there were a lot of straws!!! 2. The second thing was when I was there there was/was a promotion with vouchers that had codes stuck on the cups of the respective products. My friends' drinks also had codes all over them. When I visited the McDonald's branch at Rodgaustraße 7, 63457 Hanau, I was annoyed to find that the burger was cold and the milkshake was melted. I informed the staff and received a new burger, which I really appreciated. However, my concern about the melted milkshake was not taken seriously and I was not offered a replacement. However, that wasn't the worst thing. When I approached the manager again to politely ask for a new milkshake, I was told I was "just stressing out." Eventually I was even expelled from the branch. I am a long time customer of McDonald's and have never experienced such rudeness and poor service. I expect an apology and a proper resolution to this incident. Replacing the milkshake would have been the least you could do, and I hope you handle situations like this better in the future.

Ordered via Lieferando, unfortunately I selected the wrong address. Happens... When you called, you had to wait for some time until someone answered, after 4-5 people were on the phone and you finally, somehow, understood that the address was wrong and they had given you the new/correct address, you got "grey hairs". ...... Because they couldn't really understand anything in German. This is really a “no go”!! It would be really nice if you hired staff who were at least somewhat proficient/useful in German! By the way, food isn't really hot and quality anymore..... well let's leave it at that......

Well, everyone knows why McDonalds has various nicknames. It should also be clear that McDonalds is not a top-class restaurant. But a few days ago this branch really topped everything when it came to friendliness, service and speed, even though I was a late guest and was extremely hungry when I went there at midnight during strenuous renovation work. Placing the order on the display was a challenge, but the fact that as a customer in the store who wants his order to go, I am asked to pick up the items at the drive-thru counter is a laughing matter. And the fact that Dispkay didn't spit out an order number led to additional confusion. Sorry, but this gastronomy concept has fundamentally failed and there are now really better alternatives for burgers, fries & Co. 😐

We get lunch there for four people about every two months. We always order takeaway from the display. So far we haven't had any problems (I know other McDonald's branches...), everything has always been complete and nothing to complain about.

We got something to take away there. First the apple turnovers were empty, so we had to wait a little longer, then we were missing two burgers (unfortunately we only noticed this when we got home) and then the food was cold and we live 5 minutes away. And the next day neither of us felt well. So we'll never buy food there again.
