Delicious and fresh burgers. The branch is clean and tidy. Rarely experienced an MC where the burgers look almost like the pictures. Everything was really hot and freshly prepared. Still just a short wait. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating!

Today I had fries, 2 fish mc and 6 mc nuggets, 2 mayonnaise and 3 ketchup! ! But there was only 1 packet of ketchup! This is cheating if I pay for 3 ketchups but only receive 1 ketchup.

Terrible, and they can't do anything at the drive-in. This is the third time that the order was not complete, but we got the money for the regular order. Never again!

Unfriendly, money was thrown into my hand at the MC drive counter so that it fell out of my hand and the counter window was immediately closed. When I handed over the food, I told her that she was very rude and threw the money into my hand like that. Her statement then said that I was very loud.

I ordered with Uber eats (online)...food was tasty and arrived warm... At the McDonald's on Lamboystrasse, cold food was given to the delivery person for the last time!!! Doesn't work at all... It's better to order in Rodgaustr...

It's stupid if you don't speak German ,why is there such an employee at the checkout?!😒😒😒😒 Not much has changed...there's a young woman standing at the checkout...had just taken an order, then she turns around and leaves me standing there!!! Packing an order for the drive 🤦🏼‍♀️, although 2 other employees also do the same!!!Just unbelievable...... The shift leader also stands next to it SIMPLY WITHOUT WORDS!!!

I am extremely disappointed with my last visit to McDonald's. After placing my order at the drive-thru, I got home to realize it was completely wrong. Some items were missing and others were simply wrong. That would be annoying enough, but when I tried to clarify the error over the phone, I was treated in the most rude manner. The staff were extremely rude and when I mentioned that the order was wrong I was even laughed at! I have rarely experienced such unprofessional and disrespectful treatment. I expect much better customer service from a company like McDonald's. Absolute disappointment!

Fast service when issuing, whether ordering at the kiosk or Counter was abandoned, friendly staff despite stressful lunch breaks. Order at the table using the app and everything was great. Employees were super friendly. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. Thanks

Everything okay! Small error in the order was corrected without any problems. The employees were even nice enough to exchange the "wrong" toy in the Happy Meal, despite the stress and crowds.

1.I asked for a straw when I received my order. The lady at the station where I asked said: "No, she won't give that out!" From there you could look into the Driv Inn where there were a lot of straws!!! 2. The second thing was when I was there there was/was a promotion with vouchers that had codes stuck on the cups of the respective products. My friends' drinks also had codes all over them. But mine was scratched and no longer there when I missed my drink! The only possibility is that one of the staff must have stepped in and probably got involved. It's an absolute disgrace!!!!!!!! It doesn't work at all!

Good evening, I would like to complain about an extremely unpleasant experience I had at your branch a few days ago. When I visited the McDonald's branch at Rodgaustraße 7, 63457 Hanau, I was annoyed to find that the burger was cold and the milkshake was melted. I informed the staff and received a new burger, which I really appreciated. However, my concern about the melted milkshake was not taken seriously and I was not offered a replacement. However, that wasn't the worst thing. When I approached the manager again to politely ask for a new milkshake, I was told I was "just stressing out." Eventually I was even expelled from the branch. I am a long time customer of McDonald's and have never experienced such rudeness and poor service. I expect an apology and a proper resolution to this incident. Replacing the milkshake would have been the least you could do, and I hope you handle situations like this better in the future.

I waited 25 minutes for my order, had to go up twice and then get my food myself.

Ordered via Lieferando, unfortunately I selected the wrong address. Happens... When you called, you had to wait for some time until someone answered, after 4-5 people were on the phone and you finally, somehow, understood that the address was wrong and they had given you the new/correct address, you got "grey hairs". ...... Because they couldn't really understand anything in German. This is really a “no go”!! It would be really nice if you hired staff who were at least somewhat proficient/useful in German! By the way, food isn't really hot and quality anymore..... well let's leave it at that......

You have to constantly be careful not to click on anything else that people are aggressively trying to force on you. When I was there today (7/20/22), some tables were dirty. This juice shop, discuss with customers like in kindergarten because of straw. They should close the shop if they're so stingy. Cold the nuggets, salt the fries and then that. Something is going wrong with them and German is out of place. The customer behind me had to ask three times that he didn't get any ketchup (despite ordering) and wanted to see the receipt. Well, everyone knows why McDonalds has various nicknames. It should also be clear that McDonalds is not a top-class restaurant. But a few days ago this branch really topped everything when it came to friendliness, service and speed, even though I was a late guest and was extremely hungry when I went there at midnight during strenuous renovation work. Placing the order on the display was a challenge, but the fact that as a customer in the store who wants his order to go, I am asked to pick up the items at the drive-thru counter is a laughing matter. And the fact that Dispkay didn't spit out an order number led to additional confusion. Sorry, but this gastronomy concept has fundamentally failed and there are now really better alternatives for burgers, fries & Co. 😐

What can you say about MC Donald, you either love it or you leave it, the latter is actually my intention, but hunger drives it in.

We get lunch there for four people about every two months. We always order takeaway from the display. So far we haven't had any problems (I know other McDonald's branches...), everything has always been complete and nothing to complain about.

We got something to take away there. First the apple turnovers were empty, so we had to wait a little longer, then we were missing two burgers (unfortunately we only noticed this when we got home) and then the food was cold and we live 5 minutes away. And the next day neither of us felt well. So we'll never buy food there again.

Ich schreibe Selten Rezensionen, aber hier muss ich. Essen ist Gut, Aber ganz ehrlich der Kundenservice? Grauenhaft!! Es gab glaub ich 5 Mitarbeiter von denen EINER Freundlich war. Dann besser nach Erlensee (Neuberg) Fahren. Dort ist es Sauber und Mitarbeiter Kennen den Begriff Höflichkeit und Kundenorientiert zu sein.

Wir waren um 23:17 Uhr dort zum Essen und ich muss sagen so frisch gemachte Burger hatte ich die letzten 10 Jahre nicht mehr beim McDonalds!! Die Burger waren heiß und frische Zutaten. Das Fleisch war perfekt gebraten. Die Frage ist ob es immer so ist egal um welche Uhrzeit. Ambiente modern und sauber!!!!

Pommes waren heiß und cross.Fleisch Patty etwas zu trocken. Wurden freundlich bedient ,soweit alles in Ordnung.

Es ist MC Donalds Essen...hier soll sich jeder sein eigenes Bild von Geschmack usw. machen. Das einzige was man hier bewerten kann, ist das zu 90% immer was fehlt... diesmal war es eine Portion Pommes und 2 Saucen. Gut wenn das noch in der Filiale beim kontrollieren auffällt. Also immer schön kontrollieren. Doof ist es, wenn man es sich liefern lässt und was fehlt.

Essen war gut, Mitarbeiter waren freundlich. Das Restaurant relativ sauber. Allerdings sind die Toiletten eine Zumutung. Es gibt zwei Toiletten, allerdings war eine dauerhaft abgeschlossen, und die andere schmutzig. Schade, dass mc Donalds die Saucen verändert hat. Und schmecken sie nicht mehr so gut.

War seit vielen Jahren mal wieder bei Mc. Saubere und ordentliches Restaurant. Das Personal ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Qualität hat sich nicht viel geändert. Der Service ist inzwischen sehr gut. Man bekommt die Bestellung an den Tisch gebracht. Sehr gut.

Essen: Burger und Pommes sind oft nur lauwarm. Service: Personal ist recht freundlich Ambiente: alles sieht recht sauber aus, nur die kaputten Sitzbezüge finde ich etwas störend Aber es gibt schlechtere.

Eigentlich eine gute Location wenn die Hygiene eingehalten wird. Aber die kürzlichen Preiserhöhung sind jetzt wirklich unverschämt. Für ein Latte Macciato mittlerweile fast 4€?! Normaler Cafe 1,99€. Da sind die Restaurants und Cafes ja günstiger. Wir reden immer noch von McDonald's und nicht von Starbucks. Unnötige Preiserhöhung bei Café.

Das Essen war im Allgemeinen recht gut, aber die Burger waren kalt und die Pommes köstlich, zwei Fehler in einer Bestellung, Sie gaben Saft statt Cola, Sie enthielten kein Fruchtmousse im Set happy meal

Ich war gestern im DriveIn und habe mir bei der netten Dame einen McFrappé für 4,99€ bestellt. Schon heftig der Preis! Da sagt man schon keine Eiswürfel, wenn es sein muss 1er. Einfach unverschämt das die hälfte voller Eiswürfel ist.

Das Essen ist McDonalds üblich. Die Servicequalität analog der Sauberkeit im Restaurant deutlich unterdurchschnittlich im Vergleich zu anderen McDonalds. Ebenso hielt sich im McDonalds ein wohl Obdachloser auf, der immens nach Urin und Fäkatien stank, sodass wir das Restaurant nebst weiterer Gäste freiwillig verlassen haben, da der Gestank nicht zum aushalten war. Die Mitarbeiter wurden von diversen Gästen hierauf angesprochen, unternahmen jedoch nichts. Hauptgrund warum wir vor diesem McDonalds nur warnen und abraten können ist aber, dass - sofern man seine Parkscheibe während des Besuches nicht im Auto platziert - man einen deutlich überhöhten Strafzettel nebst Ärger am Bein bekommt.

Ich war bereits öfter hier und immer wieder sehe ich die gleichen „Probleme“. Es ist der Mc Donalds im Industriegebiet in Hanau. Der Durchlauf ist nicht zu hoch, deshalb ist es umso verwunderlicher, dass es meistens nicht sauber ist. Man muss Tische suchen, die sauber sind. Das Lokal an sich ist modern eingerichtet, mit Terminals zum bestellen. Für die Kinder gibt es Fernseher, Spiele und draußen eine Rutsche. Das bestellen an den Terminals ist einfach. Leider auch hier das Problem, dass man keinen Service am Tisch erhält. Die Nummern, die dafür notwendig sind, fehlten bei mir immer. Entweder hinkt der Service oder das Personal hat keine Lust? Die Frage sei mal dahingestellt. Sanitäre Anlagen sind okay. Geht auch besser. Essen ist wie bei den meisten Schnellrestaurants von gleicher Qualität.

Typischer McDonalds. Es gibt auch hier die modernen Terminals zur Bestellung, so dass man in Ruhe an einem freien Terminal sein Burgermenü auswählen kann. Hier können auch Zutaten abgewählt oder die Burger mit weiteren Zuraten gegen Mehrpreis aufgepimt werden. Beim Zahlen mit Karte (Giro, Visa, Mastercard) am Terminal erspart man sich weiteres Anstellen zum Bezahlen, bevor der Burger frisch zusammengestellt wird. Es gibt auch einen Tischservice, wo man sich sein Essen direkt an den Tisch bringen lassen kann (Tischnummer am Terminal eingeben). Wie das genau funktioniert, habe ich aber noch nicht nachvollzogen; ich habe daher gewartet, bis meine Nummer am Abholterminal aufgerufen wurde. Mein Burger (Big Mac TS) war frisch zubereitet und lecker. Die Sauberkeit ist auf normalen Nivea. Der Service ist in Ordnung. Die Toiletten sind ebenerdig (ist ja leider nicht immer der Fall). Für einen McDonalds guter Durchschnitt.

... so, wie man es von einer Filiale von Mc Donalds erwartet. Bisserl schlechte Luft, Bedienung genervt, Essen ganz OK, einigermassen sauber.
