It would be nice if the air conditioning wasn't set to freezing temperatures in winter. And even in your winter jacket you'll freeze in McDonald's. It would also be nice if the cheese on a cheeseburger was lost. And doesn't lie so tightly on the padie.

We had dinner at Mc's today with our grandson. We don't do this often, but it's a nice thing with our little darling. But what really gets on your nerves is the beeping and beeping from the deep fryers. This noise constantly flowed through this place. That was soooo uncomfortable. The people behind the counter and at the counter were a disaster. They can't even put fries in a bag, they just throw them in. Didn't even drive 100 meters further, 50% of the stuff was cold. Citizens, nuggets and fries are weak. Friday evening drive in was EMPTY and there were 2 people at the counter!! Since when have you had a service like this?! Cruel and sad.

Delicious and fresh burgers. The branch is clean and tidy. Rarely experienced an MC where the burgers look almost like the pictures. Everything was really hot and freshly prepared. Still just a short wait. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating!

I am extremely disappointed with my last visit to McDonald's. After placing my order at the drive-thru, I got home to realize it was completely wrong. Some items were missing and others were simply wrong. That would be annoying enough, but when I tried to clarify the error over the phone, I was treated in the most rude manner. The staff were extremely rude and when I mentioned that the order was wrong I was even laughed at! I have rarely experienced such unprofessional and disrespectful treatment. I expect much better customer service from a company like McDonald's. Absolute disappointment!

Everything okay! Small error in the order was corrected without any problems. The employees were even nice enough to exchange the "wrong" toy in the Happy Meal, despite the stress and crowds.

1.I asked for a straw when I received my order. The lady at the station where I asked said: "No, she won't give that out!" From there you could look into the Driv Inn where there were a lot of straws!!! 2. When I visited the McDonald's branch at Rodgaustraße 7, 63457 Hanau, I was annoyed to find that the burger was cold and the milkshake was melted. I informed the staff and received a new burger, which I really appreciated. However, my concern about the melted milkshake was not taken seriously and I was not offered a replacement. However, that wasn't the worst thing. When I approached the manager again to politely ask for a new milkshake, I was told I was "just stressing out." Eventually I was even expelled from the branch. I am a long time customer of McDonald's and have never experienced such rudeness and poor service. I expect an apology and a proper resolution to this incident. Replacing the milkshake would have been the least you could do, and I hope you handle situations like this better in the future.

Ordered via Lieferando, unfortunately I selected the wrong address. Happens... When you called, you had to wait for some time until someone answered, after 4-5 people were on the phone and you finally, somehow, understood that the address was wrong and they had given you the new/correct address, you got "grey hairs". ...... Because they couldn't really understand anything in German. This is really a “no go”!! It would be really nice if you hired staff who were at least somewhat proficient/useful in German! By the way, food isn't really hot and quality anymore..... well let's leave it at that......

We get lunch there for four people about every two months. We always order takeaway from the display. So far we haven't had any problems (I know other McDonald's branches...), everything has always been complete and nothing to complain about.

We got something to take away there. First the apple turnovers were empty, so we had to wait a little longer, then we were missing two burgers (unfortunately we only noticed this when we got home) and then the food was cold and we live 5 minutes away. And the next day neither of us felt well. So we'll never buy food there again.

Ich schreibe Selten Rezensionen, aber hier muss ich. Essen ist Gut, Aber ganz ehrlich der Kundenservice? Grauenhaft!! Es gab glaub ich 5 Mitarbeiter von denen EINER Freundlich war. Dann besser nach Erlensee (Neuberg) Fahren. Dort ist es Sauber und Mitarbeiter Kennen den Begriff Höflichkeit und Kundenorientiert zu sein.

Wir waren um 23:17 Uhr dort zum Essen und ich muss sagen so frisch gemachte Burger hatte ich die letzten 10 Jahre nicht mehr beim McDonalds!! Die Burger waren heiß und frische Zutaten. Das Fleisch war perfekt gebraten. Die Frage ist ob es immer so ist egal um welche Uhrzeit. Ambiente modern und sauber!!!!

Pommes waren heiß und cross.Fleisch Patty etwas zu trocken. Wurden freundlich bedient ,soweit alles in Ordnung.

Es ist MC Donalds Essen...hier soll sich jeder sein eigenes Bild von Geschmack usw. machen. Das einzige was man hier bewerten kann, ist das zu 90% immer was fehlt... diesmal war es eine Portion Pommes und 2 Saucen. Gut wenn das noch in der Filiale beim kontrollieren auffällt. Also immer schön kontrollieren. Doof ist es, wenn man es sich liefern lässt und was fehlt.

Essen war gut, Mitarbeiter waren freundlich. Das Restaurant relativ sauber. Allerdings sind die Toiletten eine Zumutung. Es gibt zwei Toiletten, allerdings war eine dauerhaft abgeschlossen, und die andere schmutzig. Schade, dass mc Donalds die Saucen verändert hat. Und schmecken sie nicht mehr so gut.

War seit vielen Jahren mal wieder bei Mc. Saubere und ordentliches Restaurant. Das Personal ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Qualität hat sich nicht viel geändert. Der Service ist inzwischen sehr gut. Man bekommt die Bestellung an den Tisch gebracht. Sehr gut.

Eigentlich eine gute Location wenn die Hygiene eingehalten wird. Aber die kürzlichen Preiserhöhung sind jetzt wirklich unverschämt. Für ein Latte Macciato mittlerweile fast 4€?! Normaler Cafe 1,99€. Da sind die Restaurants und Cafes ja günstiger. Wir reden immer noch von McDonald's und nicht von Starbucks. Unnötige Preiserhöhung bei Café.
