Were there last night. Food way too overpriced for what you get. I only ate a chicken cheese burger and it made me throw up this morning. This store should definitely be checked out below.

Why are you still open at 10 p.m. when you have to wait 30 minutes for your order? It doesn't work at all!

I would give minus stars for this meal. Dry, hard chicken pieces from a warming oven, really disgusting, you can hardly swallow, so dry and that's the 4th time now! No thanks, that's enough now!!! Not recommended!!

Food was fresh and good, no small pieces of fillets as is sometimes the case in other KFC's. Service was okay and the ambience was typical of a fast food restaurant as you would expect.

Unfortunately, compared to other fast food restaurants, there is no real selection of vegan alternatives, apart from fries and dips :(

Unfortunately, even for 15 euros there's basically nothing: not counting the soft drink from the machine: fries were okay, coleslaw was okay, so 2.50 each would be justified. What's not possible is the wrap for basically 7 euros - there was nothing in it. The addition of two dry things doesn't justify the whole thing. Paid 15 euros, it was worth 10 euros. 5 euros of tuition paid and never KfC again

Everything great. It was warm and tasted good. Ate there. Everything clean.

At the beginning of September 2024 we went to a KFC again after a few years and we chose the one at Steinheimer Tor in Hanau near the Kinopolis and because we had an hour and a half between 2 performances on the Kinofest weekend. Since we hadn't been to a fast food restaurant for a very long time, the new conditions with an ordering terminal were a new experience. We thought, well, if it optimizes the process and you get a number that calls you and it works, then I'm fine with it, even if it has the flavor of a check-in line or like you're going to the office. Unfortunately, there is absolutely no talk of optimization here. We ordered at 6:45 p.m. and still had no food at 7:20 p.m. In the meantime some guests came and went and we still had no food. When I asked the "service person" at the counter, with a bit of luck and the obvious language barrier, I was able to make her understand that 30 guests who came after us were now served before us. It turned out that our order had already been taken by another guest. So the receipts with the order number are not checked. So suddenly things went very quickly and we received our food after 45 minutes. Overall, very bad idea. We will be careful not to ever enter this store again. 25€ for greasy slow food. There are more sensible ways to go out to eat.

I have never seen such a bad portion for almost €14, I was totally disappointed. Such a beautiful location is wasted. Manager needs to be replaced!!!

It's generally about KFC and not specifically about this branch. KFC has developed so negatively over the years which makes me very sad. I no longer feel like paying these unfairly overpriced prices for fat breading. I spent 20 euros for one person alone and didn't even get full. If the quality kept up with rising prices, then that wouldn't be a problem. BUT WHEN PRICES BECOME UNHUMANE AND QUALITY ALWAYS BECOMES WORSE!,,,, Then I won't let you fool me anymore.

We waited 35 minutes for the food because the store manager decided to put an inexperienced employee behind the counter alone. The lady was very friendly, but completely overwhelmed, which she also told her boss.

A condition around midday. The shop was quite full. Iwi nonsensical. Expensive food for little quality. Cannot pack the order properly. As I said it was either this or nothing. Wtf... I paid for the meal?! Never again, so unfriendly and disgusting to customers.

After eating today I have a bad stomach upset. You can still taste the frying fat… yuck.

I ordered and so did 7 other customers and the two ladies at the counter talked about their great gold jewelry instead of processing the 8 orders. Absolutely disgraceful this shop and the work ethic is terrible.

Air conditioning doesn't work, employees are very unfriendly and the store has to be closed. Drinks machine was broken, waited for over 30 minutes, still didn't work, they weren't even willing to give us anything from the fridge, it was 37 degrees outside.

Food doesn't taste good, the meat isn't fully cooked and full of hair

I don't normally write reviews, but after my visit to KFC am Steinheimer Tor last Saturday I just feel compelled to share my experience. It is outrageous to even ask for money for what we were offered there. I know KFC well and was even responsible for one of this chain's restaurants - I would never have been able to offer what was served to me here. First of all, I would like to emphasize that it was extremely hot this Saturday. As soon as I entered the store, I was hit by an unpleasant smell of grease that was almost unbearable. It was so hot inside that everyone sitting there was sweating. I really felt sorry for the staff - it's no wonder that hardly anyone wants to eat in such conditions. With such high temperatures, the least it would do is turn on the air conditioning to provide a comfortable atmosphere for guests and staff. The upper part of the restaurant was also deserted because it was just too hot there. We finally decided to sit outside, but the umbrellas that were set up there didn't provide much shade. The worst thing, however, was that the tables were completely stuck together - this has nothing to do with the heat, but simply with a lack of cleanliness. Unfortunately, the food was just as disappointing. The salad I ordered was only half full - a few lettuce leaves and tomatoes, nothing more. The hard and completely dried out chicken bites were particularly annoying. I've never seen anything like it - they had to have been at least 5 hours old and you could really taste the old fat. The Zinger Box was also a disappointment. The breading was dry and not crispy at all, and the chicken wings were also a disappointment. In addition, the water I ordered was served warm. I think it's a real shame that the quality at KFC has deteriorated so much at this location. It should be urgently checked by an area manager because what we experienced here is in no way up to the standard that I have come to expect from KFC.

Plenty of parking spaces nearby. Drive-in available. Orders only possible at the terminals. Staff somewhat friendly. Food good as usual. However, my colleague didn't like the chili cheese sauce. Yes, there wasn't anything with chili either, I would think. Otherwise everything was clean, including the toilet facilities.

The employee didn't listen. Questions were ignored. Thighs were bare bones. Only water came from the drink dispenser. The floor was sticky

Since I haven't yet tried any meals at KFC or similar fast-food chains (aside from the milkshake), I can only say that the milkshake is excellent.

I got an upset stomach while eating! When I was back for a few days, everything became clear to me: I ordered and saw my colleagues coming in from smoking without washing their hands. When the lady at the counter asked why she doesn't wash her hands after smoking, I was told that she doesn't handle food either. I then left the store and wrote an email. I was appeased with platitudes and told to present a certificate from the doctor. Therefore no recommendation here!

The girls stand there sad, staring into space and with no desire to do anything, while in the room, tables, chairs and the drinks dispenser, everything is dirty. The chicken is okay to eat but nothing special

Ordered just a burger but there were at least 20 orders in front of me and I had to wait nearly 30 minutes. Staff gave a half apology re the wait. They were completely overwhelmed. The burger was distinctly average, maybe as a direct result of the rush to get things out the door. Disappointing.

To get a menu I had to queue 4 times :-( First at the ordering machine, to hand in the receipt, finally to receive the menu and then the last time at the drinks machine. Nobody needs that - those were the days when people You can go to the order counter, choose your menu and pay, then go to the selected place with your menu and everything is done faster, unfortunately, so what's the advantage for the customer?

Im Drive jedesmal zum kotzen. Entweder fehlen die pommes, oder ein Burger ,dieses mal die Dips. Kann ich leider nicht empfehlen,das kann schon kein Zufall mehr sein.

The food is good but the price is hefty

We were here on a Sunday and so there was a lot going on. Despite all the stress, the employee at the counter was extremely friendly and did a good job 👍 The food was very good as always, I've never had anything to complain about at KFC. The tables were clean and this was constantly checked by an employee, which is something other fast food chains can learn from.

Terrible 😭 Tasteless chicken NEVER EVER AGAIN !!! The two behind the counter are totally unaffected by our questions . No offer of help. It was empty at the time. We have not had Kentucky for such a long time and thought, uhmm maybe we should give it another try. We were excited, until, we got inside. We wanted to order straight from one of the ladies behind the counter so we get what we would like to eat. In cold attitude, we were told to use the contraption to order 😂 No interest of customer service. We ordered and did get what we would like to eat. Ok we thought, eat what we have 😬🥴cold chicken teile tasteless. Large pommes served in small tütte. We were in dismay 23 euros for lunch we didn't want to eat. WE PROMISED NOT TO RETURN, EVER. Those two uninterested young ladies, many are looking for a job, leave your job and go where you are happier, like, at home seating and laying around. Leave a job to those who really needs it

I don't think I will ever come back...4 days ago I found a strand of hair in Crispy's breast...I showed it to a staff member and she gave me 3 pieces of crispy breast for free...Pay close attention, what you put in your mouth...The employees there think they work without a hat on their head

It's actually a shame what has become of the store. Today I got something to eat again after a long time there. However, I was pretty disappointed as soon as I entered the store. The staff seem really annoyed and talk to you as if you were at Frankfurt Central Station. The order I placed was only partially made and roughly a quarter was missing. The food itself tasted good, but I noticed several black spots in the coleslaw that were definitely not natural and what was annoying was the fact that there was hair in the food. Formerly a good KFC, but like many others it has become pretty bad. I won't eat there again in the future.

Bad service. The staff is overwhelmed and the orders are wrong. The burger was missing and 0.3l cups were given instead of 0.5l cups. Urgent consideration should be given to increasing staff.

Was ignored by the waitress and they were unfriendly, that was my last time at KFC in Hanau.

Was completely ignored by the staff even though I obviously had a question. Fries and corn on the cob were cold. The chicken was OK. While we ate we were constantly listening to a Turkish radio station. I don't actually know that. Will not eat here again.

Eine schöne KFC sehr sauber zum Vergleich nur was stört. Die Pommes sind überhaupt nicht frisch, die Hähnchen waren aber lecker ist halt Fast Food.

Immer frisches und heißes Essen. Nach dem Umbau ist es gemütlicher geworden. Ich komme gerne hier essen.

Alle Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit!!! Das Essen schmeckt immer lecker und ich wurde noch nie enttäuscht :)

Leider überteuert. Die Werbung im Internet für gewisse Produkte ist meiner Meinung nach sehr irreführend. Ich hatte KFC anders in Erinnerung. Das Menü auf dem Bild hat ca. 30€ gekostet.

Essen KFC üblich. Wartezeit lang, fast immer 10-15min warten wo ich da war. Sauberkeit war mäßig man merkt Personal kommt zeitlich nicht immer hinterher.

Bei Kentucky schmeckt es eigentlich immer gut. So wie man es kennt. Das Personal könnte etwas freundlicher sein, aber sonst gibt es nichts zu meckern.

War schön sauber zu dem Zeitpunkt, an dem ich da war (also für Fastfood Verhältnisse); auch die Toilette. Das Essen war heiß und hat gut geschmeckt.

Das Essen war Kalt. Die Soße für die Chili Cheese Frites sah aus als hätte die jemand in den Becher gekotzt. Für diese Preise eine unverschämte Qualität.

Cross geht anders. War ein bisschen wie frisiert Pappe.

Is halt Fast Food :) (Wer auch immer das "s" da reingeschmuggelt hat ist ein Genie) Schmeckt ganz okay, kann man Mal machen - preislich ist es ein bisschen zu teuer für die Hühnerfabrik die im Keller ist. Service lässt zu wünschen übrig und die Mitarbeiter sind meistens unfreundlich und haben selber keinen Bock auf ihren Job. Aber essen ist geschmacklich ganz okay. Location könnte besser sein und Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Wie kann man eigentlich so viel Dreck übersehen beim Saubermachen? Was kann man noch dazu sagen? Wenn man Bock auf Chicken hat und Geld, dann würde ich ein Chicken Restaurant empfehlen und nicht der Kram. Wenn man hin geht, ist man halt selbst schuld :) Müsst ihr wissen.

Mitarbeiter sind oft Unfreundlich und kurz a gebunden. Um drive muss man unbedingt seine Bestellung kontrollieren! Mitarbeiter scheinen nur eingeschränkt zu verstehen was man bestellt hat.

Na ja erst mal steht man vor der Kasse, das machen ja viele Fast Food Restaurants noch . Man muss erst fragen ob das noch geht. Da läuft die Bedienung 3x an einem vorbei. Nein, geht nicht! Essen war gut und ging wirklich schnell. Das Restaurant war soweit man sehen konnte sauber. Bis auf die Treppe da hat ein Gast sein Essen verteilt und festgetreten. Da muss man erst mal fragen wer sowas macht. Aber auch das Personal sollte sich darum kümmern. Parkplatz ist eine Voll- Katastrophe. Hier kämpfen Kunden von allen Geschäften um die wenigen Parkplätze. Dann besser Drive thru! Wie gesagt Essen war gut und ging schnell deshalb trotzdem 3 Sterne.

Essen ist ok. Jedoch wurde die Hälfte meiner Bestellung vergessen,Ich habe nur 2 Sachen bestellt und da erwarte Ich auch das alles vorhanden ist.Als Ich mich beschweren wollte wurde ich von der Frau an der Kasse weggeschreckt.

Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass die beiden Mädchen hinter der Theke es hassten, Kunden hereinkommen zu sehen. Der Huhn war geschmacklos und nicht knusprig. Colonel Sanders würde sich in seinem Grab umdrehen. Vielleicht hatte der Koch einen schlechten Tag. Das Huhn war zu fettig.

Leckeres Essen, schneller und freundlicher Service

Qualität ist wie gewohnt. Parken ist hier oft etwas schwierig. Besser gleich ins Parkhaus. Sind dann auch nur 100 m zu Fuß

Heute Abend vor Ort gewesen, und habe ein Menü bestellt im Geschäft, leider war die Bedienung doch sehr unfreundlich, und das bestellte Menü beim auspacken zu Hause doch weit von dem Bestellten entfernt... na ja, der Hunger trieb es hinein, aber wegen 8,10€ nochmals dort hin Eiern muss auch nicht sein, wenn ich nochmals Dort sein sollte, so werde ich die Bestellung kontrollieren, auch wenn es nur wieder nur vier verschiedene Artikel (ohne Softdrink) sein sollten... Malzeit.

Bin soooo mega enttäuscht, hab immer meine 9er Hotwings-Box mit Pürree und Krautsalat to go gekauft. Preis-Leistung geht immer mehr den Bach runter, traurige panierte Knochen, sogar kleine Bruchstücke wurden als 1 Wing gezählt, Pürre noch nicht mal halb voll, n Klecks Soße dazu.... not your Ernst ?!? Der Krautsalt als Einziges zu gebrauchen, Bestellen am Terminal dauert ewig mit Kartenzahlung, Personal völlig überfordert..... Musste 3 Mal sagen, bitte KEINE POMMES, sondern Pürree, in der Box fehlen immer wieder 1 bis 2 Wings, aber der Preis geht kontinuierlich nach oben..... Eine echte Sauerei, finde ich...... Und das leider nicht zum ersten Mal..... Ist euch eure Reputation wirklich sooo Wurscht? Muss doch wiedet nach Offenbach oder Frankfurt gehen, wenn mal wieder Bock auf KFC besteht...... Leider alles sehr unangenehm und schade für diese Marke.

Das ungeschulte und überforderte Personal am Tresen war der Anfang. Eine unfreundliche Bedienung, die Bestellungen falsch versteht. Man bekommt nicht unbedingt das was man will. Auch war die Bedienung nicht in der Lage die Bestellung bei meinem Nachbarn auf Englisch aufzunehmen, in einem amerikanischen Fastfood Tempel in der Nähe von Frankfurt. Am Ende bekommt man das Essen auf dem Tresen hingeschmissen. Unglaublich! Achso, das 0,5l Getränk hat man auch nicht bekommen sondern 0,3l. Der Geschmack der Filets hat an einem Pappkarton erinnert. Also KFC hat sich für mich erledigt.
