I've been ordering from Lieferrando my entire life, started at a new company, and my colleagues laughed at me the next day when I told them I'd ordered from them. Cold food ✅ 100 years of waiting ✅ Rude ✅ This restaurant cares about money but not a bit about quality or customer service. This is the first review I've ever written, which says a lot. Worst restaurant I've ordered from/eaten at in my 34 years. Don't make the same mistake 😞

These were by far the worst pasta dishes I've ever eaten! Zero flavor, not well seasoned, 2/3 mini mushrooms, not even the large ones even though I ordered them with mushrooms. I have to say, though, the delivery time was great. I'm just sorry I spent money and still felt hungry because I put the food down after three bites. I won't order from here again. It's a shame, really.

We ordered via Lieferando and unfortunately it didn't work at all. The food was delivered to someone else and my number was then given to this person who then called me. I then had to call the restaurant to clarify things and was told I had given the wrong address, which simply wasn't true because my address was still listed online. After an attempt at gaslighting, the food was finally delivered. And if that wasn't shocking enough, the order was wrong. And the punch line of it all: when I called to clarify it, I was ghosted. So I recommend ordering from a different provider to avoid stress and hassle. You save yourself time and stress and the few euros you pay more ultimately show up in the taste.

It's a shame that we even have to give it a star. The food arrived much too late and was only lukewarm. The driver was also the rudest I've ever encountered; he was even worse than the food.

Just ordered, delivery man was absolutely rude + he forgot a mezzo mix. My burger menu was missing fries and half of the tortellini was missing. I wouldn't recommend Manhattan food to anyone.

Pizza was ok...fits...MA wasn't necessarily friendly but I didn't want to marry him either...ambience was nothing like it is for someone who only works on delivery

I ordered something by phone and picked it up. Normally I should have gotten a 10% discount but I didn't get it and the food was really bad.

We've been ordering from there for many years and have never been disappointed. The pizza is simply amazing! The owner seems to have changed, but the food was just as good as before. Perhaps the chef is the same :-) We're very satisfied! We haven't been inside yet, so we can't comment. We order directly from there, and it's delivered super hot and fresh. With Lieferando, you don't know which route the delivery takes. No wonder the reviews complain about the pizzas (cold, shifting, stuck together...). We've never experienced anything like that when ordering directly.

Absolute juice shop! I ordered from Lieferando and after 45 minutes the order was simply canceled! After 45 minutes! No call, no explanation! When you called, you were constantly pushed away!

We ordered two jumbo pizzas, a salad, pizza rolls with aioli and a coke, but a Mezzomix arrived, no pizza rolls and no aioli. Unfortunately, minced meat on the pizza tasted very old. The salad was pretty good and you can't go wrong with it. It's a shame despite all the bad reviews we wanted to give it another chance. You could have called shortly beforehand to ask if something else would be okay instead of a Coke if they don't have it there at the moment🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

Very tasty food and the lady who just delivered the food to us is such a sweet, nice person! But get some bags so no one can get burned ;)

A delivery time of almost two hours at 12 o'clock at night. Simply unprofessional!

The first time and last time. Pizza arrived cold, the dough was from Lidl and it was very dry and inedible. Nothing to recommend and it was too expensive for such ready-made dough!

Ordered food via Lieferando in the higher double-digit range and paid via Paypal. Received payment confirmation from Paypal, but there was no payment note on the receipt upon delivery. They insisted on paying in cash without showing Paypal's details. No willingness to negotiate was shown. When clarifying via Paypal, where the debit was made despite cash payment, there was no response. So you paid for the food twice. I have no understanding for it. Service and customer orientation are virtually non-existent.

If you like diarrhea, you should order there

Addendum to the last review, there has not yet been a refund of the €75 paid twice, but when I asked in the restaurant they insulted me because of the negative review. This is what good customer service looks like.

Ordered for the first time via Lieferando. And with 100% certainty it will be the last time too. Guys, I advise you to stay away from the rubbish they offer. The pizza came almost completely cold and part of it was sticking out of the box. It is a very inexpensive pizza with a ready-made dough like you can buy at Aldi or Rewe. The pizza cost 16 euros. A mess. I threw the rest away because it was just too hard. Angry Here are a few photos.

The tomatoes in the salad were spoiled and old. Chicken is not fresh but processed and is inedible. Yogurt sauce curdled and was flaky and super greasy. The pizza rolls and the aoi sauce that were listed in the offer were missing. Pizzas were thin and somehow dry and already cold because it took longer than 1 hour for the delivery to arrive. It's a shame, but we won't be ordering here again!

So well....ordered yesterday I fell asleep. I called 2 hours later...The man said no problem, call tomorrow and we'll sort it out. I called today and was told no, you can forget. Absolutely unacceptable for an order for €30 If they had at least made me an offer, ok we would deliver again but it would cost €10 No problem But like that... I'll never order there again

I ordered for delivery from Manhattan. This was confirmed with a delivery time of 60 minutes. After about 45 minutes an email came that the restaurant had canceled the order. Repeated calls were not answered.

First and last time ordered there. Cold food, torched thin pizza dough. Ordered at 3:17 p.m. - arrived at 5:05 p.m. It didn't taste particularly good either.

Ordered food to pick up, after I was inside and saw how dirty and messy the inside of the store was, I immediately left. Just disgusting.

I ordered and never received my delivery. After several calls with my phone number, which was correctly stored at Lieferando, I was unable to reach anyone. After calling my friend's cell phone again, we finally had someone on the phone. It was claimed that the delivery person rang my doorbell and I was called several times. None of that happened. Then they offered to deliver the food to me sometime after the store closed. An exact time was not given. I then asked for my money because I couldn't see the point of paying another €20 for cold food after such a long wait and such poor service. Instead of finding a solution, I was yelled at and threatened with video evidence that actually rang my doorbell. After that, Manhattan Food was no longer available. I didn't receive any food or money. This is fraud and will have consequences.

Always order via Lieferando and it usually arrives on time, earlier than in the app 👍🏻 Extra requests are fully accepted👍🏻 Absolutely recommended.

I have never had such a miserable experience with a delivery service in the 15 years I have been ordering food. Pizza was ordered and paid for via Paypal. After more than two hours she arrived. In between, my calls were simply rejected about 30 times. I am speechless and immediately contacted Paypal and Lieferando about what was happening. I recommend everyone to order their food elsewhere. They have definitely lost me as a customer

Noch nie so eine schlechte Bestellung erlebt! Heute haben wir zu Abend bei Manhattan Food bestellt und bis auf ein Gericht kam auch alles so an wie es bestellt war. Ob alles gut war ist die andere Frage... Dieses eine Gericht war wiederum schrecklich. Bilder folgen unten. Die Nudeln waren steinhart und dennoch hatten sie die Konsistenz wie Gummi. Als wir dann angerufen hatten für die Reklamation, hatten wir lediglich eine Aushilfe am Telefon, die auch nicht wirkliches Interesse daran hatte, dass im Unternehmen alles gut läuft. Uns wurde nachdem wir eine Stunde ja auf unser Essen warten mussten, dann am Telefon gesagt, dass wir noch einmal angerufen werden sobald die Nudeln nachgeliefert werden können. Nachdem wir nach 30 Minuten wieder angerufen hatten, wo unsere Nudeln bleiben haben wir lediglich gesagt bekommen, dass die Nudeln später noch ankommen werden. Auch der versprochene Anruf wurde bis zur Nachfrage vergessen. Nach weiteren 64 Minuten kam dann auch endlich das neue Essen. Und das kann man 00 mit dem vorherigen Essen vergleichen. Bild unten.

Bis heute waren wir immer sehr zufrieden, da geschmacklich wirklich super! Aber heute dann die Enttäuschung, bestelle einen Brokkoli Auflauf, den ich schon so oft dort bestellt habe weil er super lecker ist...er besteht aus Kartoffelschreiben und Brokkoli, was bekomme ich heute? Pommes in Gratin statt der Kartoffelscheiben. Was noch schlimmer ist, zwei Ben & Jerry's bestellt und einfach mal komplett andere Sorten bekommen, wenn ich Karamelleis bestelle, dann weil ich vielleicht kein Schoko oder Vanille mag?! Für 9,90 € sollte ich schon die Sorte bekommen, die ich ausgewählt habe! Wenn ihr einfach liefert was ihr greift, dann lasst den Kunden erst keine Wahl überhaupt zu Wählen. 2x9,90 € für die Tonne...DANKE!

Good for pizza, no more to be said

Wir haben in der Vergangenheit regelmäßig bestellt. Vorallem Spaghetti Aioli. Ich liebe sie. Seit diese Portion nur noch halb so groß ist, überlegen wir, ob wir dort bestellen. Nein, Es gibt nur eine Größe. Wirklich sehr schade, wenn man für über 9 Euro nur eine halbe Portion bekommt

Bisher habe ich schon vier Mal bei diesem Lieferservice sowohl Pizzen als auch Nudeln bestellt. Meiner Meinung nach kann man es nur so ausdrücken: Geschmacklich waren die Pizzen und auch Nudeln in keinster Weise zu beanstanden. Der Teigboden der Pizzen ist dünn (so mag ich es), die verwendeten Gemüse des Belages schön saftig und frisch. Die Lieferung hat zwei Mal etwas länger gedauert, als mitgeteilt, jedoch haben wir doch alle hierfür Verständnis, wenn es sonst nichts Anderes zu beanstanden gibt. Daher nehme ich mir nun die Zeit und schreibe diese Zeilen für ein positives Feedback. Danke an das Manhatten-Team, weiter so 👏🏽!

Mega Lecker einfach alles was es gibt. Und geliefert wird schnell sehr selten längere wartezeiten

Pizza, Pasta, Burger, Schnitzel, Fingerfood, Spareribs usw. Das Angebot ist riesig,die Preise okay, das Essen unterschiedlich. Während die überbackenen Schnitzel, die Sandwiches und das Fingerfood durchgängig sehr lecker sind, gibt es bei Pasta und Pizza große Unterschiede. Mal total lecker, mal verbrannt oder es fehlen Extras. Man merkt am Essen, wieviel Stress der Koch/die Köchin gerade hat. Dennoch auf jeden Fall eine Bestellung wert.Aber vielleicht nicht unbedingt zu Stosszeiten.

War mal die beste Pizzeria, seit Besitzerwechsel vor ca. zwei Jahren, hat die Qualität erheblich nachgelassen!

Hallo, das Essen war top, auch der extrawunsch einer nicht pikanten Soße wurde beachtet, allerdings hatte ich zum Essen ein Getränk bestellt welches nicht geliefert wurde. Leider habe ich es erst nach Ladenschluss gemerkt und konnte nicht mehr darauf hinweisen. Bezahlen musste ich das Getränk trotzdem.

Die Pizza war echt Lecker danke werde wieder bestellen👍

Die Lieferung war wirklich super schnell da, leider war das Essen früher besser. Der Salat bestand fast nur aus günstigem Eisbergsalat und hat uns wirklich enttäuscht. Die Pizza 4 Käse war ok, aber auch kein kulinarisches Highlight. Schade, das geht besser.

Letzte 7 Jahre: 5 Sterne plus. Hot San Antonio beste pizza. Lieferzeit passt auch. Bei Abholung günstiger. Kaufe hier seit gut 7 Jahren immer meine Pizzen. Update. Nach Corona... 1 Stern... danke für die letzen Jahre beste Pizza, es ist Zeit zu wechseln.. Leider hat die Qualität spürbar nachgelassen. Dazu wurde der 10% Rabatt auf telefonische Bestellung bei Lieferung nicht gewährt. Trotz Nachfrage am Telefon. Hattet die beste Pizza weit und breit.. .

Seit corona, noch nicht einmal Handschuhe und Mundschutz an. Da ich aber Hunger hatte habe ich es angenommen. Nun warte ich bis das mit dem Virus vorbei ist. Heute den 19.6 noch einmal versucht. Und wieder esen kalt und selbst der Fahrer konnte noch nicht einmal 65c von 67 entscheiden.

Bitte stellt mal euren Kühlschrank/Gefrierschrank niedriger. Meine 330ml Cola bestand fast nur aus Eis....😄🥤

Ich habe einen Schnitzel bestellt mit Pommes und Salat. An sich ist das Schnitzel lecker gewesen bis auf das ich bei der 2 Gabel gemerkt habe das in dem Schnitzel ein Haar war 🤮. Und die Pommes sind kalt und lapprig angekommen.😣 ich habe davor schon einmal bei Manhattan food bestellt und die Pommes waren auch schon kalt ich habe mir gedacht ich gebe euch noch einmal eine Chance aber das war's..

Leckeres Essen, erfüllen auch Spezialwünsche...

Überwiegend schnelle Lieferung, das Essen schmeckt und ist ok. Was aber weniger ok ist, dass statt 8,50€ wie bestellt dann an der Tür 10€ berechnet werden und dazu noch nicht einmal der Kassenbon ausgehändigt wird, finde ich doch etwas dreist. Wird der Preis nach Nasenfaktor gemacht? Der Liefermensch telefonierte parallel, war wohl zu aufwendig für ihn das Wechselgeld raus zu suchen. Ich gebe gerne Trinkgeld, aber das bestimme ich schon selbst somit finde ich das sehr unprofessionell und stimmt mich nachdenklich dort weiterhin zu bestellen!
