KÖZ RESTAURANT 2 in Hanau

Again and again someone who tries to deliver a larger order (company) says ... "I don't understand any German" and then adds 5 or 10 euros and hopes that he can fool someone. Such a pathetic thing!!!! Really pathetic.

Mixed grill plate with rice and 2x lentil soup was ordered and an extra rice with it. The extra rice in the picture cost €4, which is overpriced for this portion. There was no salad as a side dish with the grill plate! Rice was ok Chicken was fine Adana was a total loss (it tasted like coal) Lamb chop total damage Beef was okay Lentil soup total damage Tastes just like Mevlana from Hanau!

Unfortunately we are super disappointed. We enjoyed staying here before, but this time it was a total failure. I invited my family over for my birthday and it wasn't the usual standard. Meat not of good quality and extremely dry, rice completely dried out, a shame for my birthday and the money.

Very clean and very polite service. The woman sübaha, her appearance and the others also took great care of us. The food was VERY tasty and the air was great here too. The music has the right volume and 10 points out of 10. always happy

Best kebab in Hanau with very friendly staff! The price-performance is unbeatably good, my recommendation!

Unfortunately the salad was completely slimy brown... already in the metal bowl. The rice was a good tablespoon and there was a huge basket of cold, untoasted bread and a dollop of sauce... it didn't blow us away. The restaurant otherwise looks very well maintained and is nicely decorated and the service was very friendly. Unfortunately the salad was really subpar. I wouldn't even have given it to my bunny anymore, it was so wilted.

I've eaten there in the past and the "Döner Teller" was pretty good. Yesterday we decided to give their Pizza a try, we made a terrible decision. The cheese and mushroom pizza and the Sucuk pizza with garlic are best avoided.

Very clean and nice location. Staff very nice and friendly. Next time I'll come to the restaurant to eat with friends. Thank you very much

Vomit kebab was sickening, a hair in my kebab inside was not recommended

UNfortunately, it might be the worst doner box I've ever eaten.

It's a shame, you pay 17 Euros for roasted hair, there wasn't even 2 Euros worth of meat in it. Disgrace...

Food wasn't good! Very dry and economical food!

Quite low level for a Turkish restaurant, my meal was totally cold, I had to ask to warm it up, some other dishes were better but not enjoyable. No beer available at all, even from the bottles, instead we had to take an expensive 0.2 tiny Coke. I don't think I'd visit this restaurant again.

Very good restaurant, the food was fresh and delicious. We were a year ago in the same restaurant, and we liked it even then. I recommend it🙂

Friendly staff, and decent portions, one of which was lukewarm, but was promptly replaced with a correct one. Moderate prices, only the worn out benches need to be reupholstered - we'll be happy to come back!

Nicely decorated restaurant. You want to clearly differentiate yourself from all the kebab stalls and place more emphasis on ambience. The service is impeccable - very accommodating and friendly. Our table was freshly wiped again upon arrival and made a very clean impression. The food is prepared very appetizingly and presented on the plate. The eye definitely eats here. The included salad is fresh and the food came to the table still warm. Unfortunately I have to deduct a few points because the taste didn't blow me away. The price-performance ratio and the portion offered are right. As an entree, warm flatbread is served with 3 delicious dips. However, in retrospect you remember the taste of the food more. It tastes solid or good, but in my opinion has no recognizable characteristics. The garlic sauce is tasty, but below average (I've had much better elsewhere). What I don't understand about all the plated dishes: unfortunately they are always put together in such a way that the fries end up totally soggy like the run-of-the-mill Pommdöner. Unfortunately not so cool. I won't be a regular customer here, but if I'm hungry for a grilled dish and we happen to be in the city, that's perfectly fine.

Amount of food very little or very small for the price we paid. Cola 3€ for 0.2L unbelievable!! There's just shouting at the back of the bar the whole time. Not recommendable!!

I was here with my family (5 people) The food was very tasty. Freshly baked bread was served with the soup. The meat was very tender and overall everything was very well prepared. Our daughter's food was forgotten... in hindsight it was a good thing, she tried ours but didn't like it. But ordered anyway and wasn't served! There wasn't a bit of salt in the ayran, we salted it ourselves. That was the worst meal in our entire lives, I have never eaten such a bad Iskender in my life. No butter, no sauce. After eating, all 3 of us had heartburn and stomach pain. It wasn't 100% appealing from the outside but the interior is very nice. Location top food flop Sorry, but never again.

The worst thing I've ever seen, outrageous. The fact that you can call something like a cheeseburger is awesome. You have to learn a few things, the fries were dead.

If I could I would give the food less than one star! We ordered our New Year's Eve food from Köz. The waiting time was longer than an hour, and the driver was cheeky on the phone even though he was wrong about the address! When we unpacked the food we were shocked! For the so-called meze (starter in German) for a whopping 18 euros, there were sauces slapped together with mostly peppers and dry olives! The chicken dürüms were totally burnt and ice cold! The fries tasted like they had been saved for 2 days and repackaged! A disaster for almost a whopping €50! Never again

I was in this restaurant for the second time today and felt very comfortable. Without exception, all of the employees were very friendly and polite. My children and I were served very quickly and very well by the nice young woman with dark hair and the young man. We were even offered tea several times after the meal, which was very tasty. I absolutely can't understand some of the bad reviews.

A foreign substance was found in the food, they only apologized, I was embarrassed because I recommended that place to my friends.

They probably wonder why restaurants that have made a name for themselves after a certain period of time do not live up to their names, because I have earned my money anyway. We went to drink kelle paça soup in the morning. If I didn't know about kelle paça soup, if I hadn't drunk kelle paça all over Turkey, we would have believed that the 10 pieces of meat in the water given to us at Köz restaurant were kelle paça. Fortunately, we put garlic in it and it turned into an edible water soup.

Schmeckt richtig geil service war perfekt.ich würde aufjedenfall nochmal kommen:))

Haben dort das erste mal bestellt und nie wieder ! Bestellt waren 2 dönerteller ! Mit zusätzlichen Beilagen für insgesamt 50 Euro! Ganz schön stolzer Preis , angerufen gesagt das sie uns Döner lieferten anstatt dönerteller. Lieferant angekommen wollte er ernsthaft alle 2 Döner zurück haben die schon bei uns zuhause waren mein Mann hat einen schon gegessen vor langer Warte Zeit und Hunger! Noch nie erlebt wobei es ja denen ihr Fehler war in der Bestellung Stande dönerteller. Naja überteuert und nichtmal ne Hand voll Pommes mit nur trockenem Fleisch! Und dann auch noch unseren angebissene Döner wieder zu haben.

Das Essen (Lahmacun mit Fleisch und Salat sowie Baklava zum Dessert) war lecker. Die Portionen groß. Netter Service. Der Innenraum ist sauber aber etwas kahl und nicht gemütlich. Auf Herrentoilette leider kein Papier mehr im Handtuch-Spender.

The food is great, and the atmosphere is nice. The thing is NOT nice is SERVICE. A waiter is doing everything extremely slow! If you're in a hurry, no advice to visit this place.

Leckerer Döner und nettes Personal.

Super leckeres Essen wird hier von freundlichem Personal serviert. Von mir gibts 5 Sterne. Hier komme ich sehr gerne wieder her.

Sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter und sehr leckereres Essen. Komme auf jeden fall wieder. Update 01.03.2022 Waren heute wieder dort essen. Die Mitarbeiter waren wieder sehr freundlich und das Essen super lecker. Update 16.05.2023 (von 5 auf 3 Sterne) Waren mittlerweile ein paar mal da. Die Mitarbeiter sind immer noch freundlich, aber das Essen hat sehr nachgelassen.

Sehr leckeres Essen und nette Bedienungen. Kurze Wartezeit und angenehmes Ambiente. Preise sind ganz OK. Parkhaus um die Ecke:)

Waren heute mit der Familie zum Iftar da. Uns hat das Essen sehr gut geschmeckt. Kellner waren auch sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Eines der besten Restaurants bei dem ich jemals gegessen habe. Das Essen schmeckte vorzüglich und die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Ich lege es jedem ans Herz, der wirklich gut essen gehen möchte.

Sehr seriöse Mitarbeiter/innen, sehr aufmerksame und schnelle Dienstleistungen. Das essen ist eine 10/10. Das Fleisch ist so saftig, dass man schon nur beim hinschauen riesen Hunger bekommt!

Mit abstand der beste iftar abend mitt denn jungs zusammen hab noch nie so eine freundliche Bedienung gesehen. Die Atmosphäre ist wunderbar und das essen einfach eine 100 von 10
