One star is actually too many. Even if it's just a moment of recording, in the wrong place at the wrong time, so to speak. We were there on June 8, 2024 at around 4:15 p.m., we wanted fries and a cheeseburger, the lady was very unfriendly and stressed. In a very unfriendly and very hectic tone they just said: I'm not doing anything right now, I've been standing here since 9 a.m. this morning, I haven't had a break and now I'm going to have a smoke. Came out of the house, pushed the garbage down in the garbage can and went back in without washing our hands and then gave us our pretzels which we then at least took with us for the kids.. so if she had said it nicer it wouldn't have been so wild! Nobody can do anything about this situation, but pestering the customers like that with 3 small children is disgusting!

Fair prices with good food. If you operate with just one person, it can sometimes take a little longer. But no problem, there are enough benches to wait.

Long waiting time (45 minutes), far too expensive, far too small portions. Fries not salted. Every 5 minutes the condition for smoking goes out.

Unfortunately completely disorganized. You wait in line for 30 minutes for 2 drinks because no orders are taken at the same time. If someone orders 10x fries before you, you won't be able to order until the 10x fries are ready. In addition, the employees smoke right next to the house.
