Stood here at the deep fryer for years before I retired into private life. Well-deserved, I think. It was a grind. Conjuring up fries day after day takes its toll. There would have been something left if I had been allowed to work behind the cash register as promised, but there was no relationship with the boss. It's a shame, nepotism has ruined a lot here that we and our team have worked hard for. But no one wants to hear stories like that these days. I see how my nieces and nephews roll their eyes when I talk about my time here. They only care about vaping and climate change. When I was young we tortured animals and went on vacation on mopeds, but now... just sad!

The food is as always, not perfect but not bad either. However, the staff work as if you were sitting on an assembly line and as a customer you feel like goods. Unfortunately, the employees are not nice, nor is the manager. You think in terms of problems instead of solutions when it comes to a topic that affects me as a guest. Unfortunately, the shed cannot be recommended.

It's now a catastrophe, the orders are processed little by little and if you only have two burgers they are on display for 30 minutes. If you then say that they are cold you will be laughed at stupidly. Thanks

Two days ago I was a "guest" in this BK. Admittedly, I am a BK fan and know countless people in Germany. And unfortunately I only read the reviews about this BK after I still hadn't received my "fast food" (fast = fast!) almost half an hour after ordering. There were also two foreign customers in front of me, more on that later. During my "stay" in the waiting area, I noticed a lot, including that a completely new employee (around 18-20 years old) was given poor instructions and when she made mistakes, by the manager (around 25 years old) and another Lady (approx. 30 years old) was reprimanded in front of customers. Although they already knew that the foreign customer in front of me had made a mistake, he was not informed about it. When I finally received my "fast food" after 30 minutes, it was only lukewarm and the ham, as others have complained about here, was not well-cooked, but rather half-cooked and barely edible. While I was eating my "lukewarm, insufficiently fried fast food", the aforementioned foreign guest realized that he had made a mistake and went forward to complain about it. The "other lady" mentioned above dealt with the customer in a tone that was absolutely unacceptable because the mistake was BK's, not the customer's. It speaks volumes when there are hardly any customers in a BK during the peak time of 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. It's clear why: very bad staff, bad food, unappealing atmosphere and looking into the kitchen I definitely wouldn't go in a second time. I would have liked to leave a review on www.bk-feedback-de.com, but to answer countless questions for half an hour for a small coffee, what rubbish is that. Then it's no surprise that BK receives almost no reviews. Maybe they don't even want to know about the trouble........who knows. I will definitely never visit this unspeakable place again

I think 2.49 euros for a cheeseburger is expensive, I can remember times when a cheeseburger cost 0.95 DM and I would have gotten 5 pieces for the money. Service was very friendly, food was okay.

Today was definitely the last time I was in this branch. There was relatively little going on and we ordered our food at the terminal. When we still didn't have our order after almost 20 minutes, I went to the counter and asked for my money back. When the shift leader tried to take care of it and I said it couldn't be done that way, she just said "you're right," which sounded like it didn't matter to me. It took her almost 10 minutes again to bring me my money from the office. By the way, there was another guest who came shortly before us and who then asked for his money back because his order took too long. In my opinion it wasn't the fault of the people in the kitchen, but of those processing the order. I've never seen anything so lame. Even the people who ordered at the DriveInn had to... Waiting 10 minutes for your things is simply not possible, it has nothing to do with fast food. I wouldn't say anything if there hadn't been enough staff, but that wasn't the case. But if you only have capacity employed, that's no use. I order specifically at the terminal because they are even more overwhelmed if you order at the counter. Apparently BK has learned nothing from the bad TV reports and is happily carrying on like this.

I would like to complain about my recent visit to your Burger King locations. That day I received a meal that left something to be desired in both quality and service. For one thing, the food I received was cold - both the burger and the fries. This does not meet the quality standard I expect from Burger King. It was particularly disappointing as I discovered that only one member of staff was working in the kitchen, while four other members of staff appeared to be busy manning the cash register. It seems incomprehensible and inefficient to me that there is only one person working in the kitchen while several employees are at the cash register, resulting in such poor food quality. I hope that this incident is worthy of your attention and for review and improvement the workflows in your restaurants will lead. Not recommendable!! As many have already reported in the reviews, food poisoning with all the trimmings after the visit. I don't want to know what it looks like in the kitchen! It's impossible that a shop like this hasn't been closed by the health department.

Digital ordering only works individually or max 2 menus. Chocolate Milk Cake was a hybrid between vanilla and chocolate. The staff seemed very overwhelmed to me. Don't come here again. Thumbs up for McDonalds

Was man eben von Burger King so kennt. Mitarbeiter machen ihren Job.

Wie soll so ein Burger King schon sein? Manchmal sind die Bedienungen auf Zack und freundlich, dann wieder lahm und maulfaul. Die Whopper mal trocken und mal ordentlich. Hier habe ich das Gefühl die Burger sind mehrheitlich gut und man wird überwiegend freundlich bedient. Edit: muss leider die Sterne reduzieren. Man muss nach jeder Bestellung alles kontrollieren. Die letzten paar mal nicht einmal alles vollständig gehabt. Zufälligerweise ist es nie mehr. Immer fehlt was.

Heute Abend so kurz vor 18Uhr durch den Drive in. Der Mitarbeiter der die Bestellung aufgenommen und auch kassiert hat, war sehr freundlich. Musste nur einen kurzen Moment mit dem Auto Vorfahren und warten. Als der gleiche Mitarbeiter mir das Essen dann zum Auto gebracht hat, hat er sich entschuldigt für die Wartezeit obwohl ich nicht Mal lange gewartet hatte. So freundlicher und sympathischer Mitarbeiter. Burger und co. waren auch frisch und gefehlt hat auch nichts. Vielen Dank und weiter so.

Wie auch immer sowas passieren kann, sind die Burgerpatties des öfteren schon hartfrittiert. Personal freundlich. Restaurant sauber.

Essen ist in Ordnung und in gewohnter Burger King Qualität. Leider ist die Wartezeit gerade am Drive-In relativ lange und es ist schon mehrmals vorgekommen dass Produkte in der Tüte gefehlt oder falsch gepackt wurden.

Über gebuchte und bezahlte Extra-Wünsche (z.B. zusätzliches Gemüdepatty auf einem Fleisch-Burger) muss mit mehreren Mitarbeitern nochmal diskutiert werden. Unverständlich.

Recht gepflegter Burger King. Bissi mehr aufs wischen der Tische achten, damit sich der nächste Gast auch wohl fühlt.

Wie beim letzte mal man bestellt und wartet Gefühlte 10-15 Minute auf die Bestellung. Es gibt bessere Burger King Filialen .

wir bestellten einige whopper und burger. der salat war schon braun !! nicht gut und ekelhaft sah es auch aus. ich empfehle wirklich vorort im laden zu essen, das kann man wenigstens direkt einen neuen machen lassen. aber zum mitnehmen ist echt ärgerlich.

Lange Wartezeiten und dazu auch noch kalte Burger und Pommes..

Wir bestellen nun seit mehr als zwei Jahren in diesem Burger King und müssen echt sagen, das kein anderer Burger King die Premium Burger (Kings Selection) so gut hinbekommt wie der hier. Einige der 1 Sterne Bewertungen hier sind schon schräg, Beispiel: Kunde findet eine Mücke auf dem Tisch und hat Angst vor Malaria.... in Deutschland 😀

Service nur 2 Sterne. Ich hatte statt Pommes Zwiebelringe bestellt die wollte man mir an den Tisch bringen was nicht geschah. Man musste dann hinterherlaufen bis sich etwas tat und dann zum Schluss selbst holen.

Dieser Ort ist gesundheitsgefährdend. Komme auf keinen Fall. Innen und außen voller Mücken. Es ist definitiv sehr gefährlich für die Gesundheit. Sie können an Malaria erkranken oder Fliegen in Ihrem Essen haben.

Typischer Burger King halt. Für ne kleine Bestellung 2 Burger 14 Minute gewartet. Warm waren sie dann zwar nicht, aber Geschmack war OK. Bei manchen MC Donalds Standorten isst man schlechter.

Burger King Standart. Leider sind die Speisen des öfteren halb kalt.Personal versteht einen manchmal nur schwer, da sie der Deutschen Sprache nur bedingt folgen kann.

Das Essen ist leider des öfteren nur Lauwarm und für die angebotene Qualität zu teuer. Der Geschmack ist so, wie man es bei einen Fastfood Restaurant erwartet...

Bei Burger King sind die Meinungen genauso gemischt, wie bei anderen Fastfood Ketten auch. Wenn ich die Auswahl zwischen den verschiedenen Burger Ketten habe, ziehe ich Burger King den Mitbewerbern vor. Da ja bei den Ketten ja alles bis ins Kleinste durchorganisiert ist haben die Angestellten nicht viele Chancen etwas besonders gut aber auch nicht, etwas besonders schlecht zu machen. So ist es auch hier. Guter Burger King Durschnitt. Bliebe noch zu erwähnen das dieser Burger King nicht zu der Türkisch, Russischen Kette gehört, die in letzter Zeit etwas ins Gerede gekommen ist.

Drei Sterne gibts nur weil es letztendlich nicht die gesündeste Art des Essens ist! Der BK Laden selbst ist sauber, das Personal nett! Das Essen ist das was man erwartet und für seine Verhältnisse auch gut! Wer Hunger auf den schnellen Burger hat macht hier somit NICHTS VERKEHRT

Es gibt eindeutig bessere Burger King. Kreditkartenzahlung ging erst, dann auf einmal nicht mehr. Teilweise dauert es sehr lange, bis man seine Bestellung bekommt. Die Gerichte sind in der Ausführung Durchschnitt.

Dieses Fast-Food-Restaurant wird gut geführt, ist immer sauber und man wird flott bedient. Auffällig ist, dass die Speisen immer heiß und frisch gemacht sind.
