These days, it seems to be common for at least one burger to be missing, the wrong burger to be wrapped, or everything to be cold. Perhaps you should walk alongside while ordering so everything is wrapped. Waiting 20 minutes for the order to be ready and wrapped is a far cry from fast food.

For the third time, I had to drive almost 2 km back to pick up my order. Now, again, the Long Chicken with Nuggets menu was missing nuggets. I don't know why the employees make this mistake every time, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who's been missing something during my takeout.

Simply abysmal. Staff take orders at the drive-in counter incorrectly because they don't understand a word. To top it all off, the employees get rude when you complain and demand the correct order. Unfortunately, criticism has become a foreign concept to many. The fries were also completely soggy and cold, and the place looks unclean.

The service has a lot of room for improvement. Long wait times and then it's not right

We often enjoy fresh burgers, perfectly cooked fries, and really hot coffee here, especially when we don't have time to cook. The chocolate ice cream is also really delicious...

I wonder if these people can read, let alone check what they're packing. Every large order is missing at least two items. I also don't understand how they can employ such incompetent staff on a permanent basis. You order at the drive-thru, pay over 50 euros, and you don't get your entire order. The guy assures you that everything's in there. And then, when you get home, it's a complete disaster. That was definitely the last time we ate at that dump!

Today I ate a chili cheeseburger and a Whopper. What happened? Neither tasted like anything. The burger buns and patties were tiny. The King's Selection Burgers are good, though.

Very long preparation time. Slow service. Those who drive into the drive-thru get their order much faster. I wanted to order my lunch in person, so I had to wait half an hour to get my order (2 Whoopers, 1 hamburger, 1 chicken nuggets, 2 small portions of fries).

I ordered 2 hamburgers, 2 cheeseburgers and 1 long chicken at 4:49 pm but it was ready at 5:29 pm, there were only 2 people in front of me and every time there was a mistake, unfortunately it was not professional, they were shouting from behind

Catastrophic hygiene conditions & extremely uncooperative employee: "People still come." Ordered via terminal – no receipt printed, like many other customers. Total chaos because no one knew their order number. Air conditioning broken inside, all the tables outside littered with trash and used trays. Received the wrong food – no leniency for changing the order. When employee Ms. F. was asked about the catastrophic hygiene conditions outside, her reaction was: "People still come." The manager/shift supervisor, Ms. G., was calmer but just as uncooperative. For me, this was one of the worst Burger King visits ever – both because of the conditions and the attitude towards paying customers.

I'm very disappointed. I had to wait a really long time even though there was nothing going on. They only hire unskilled employees and send them straight to the customer. They have no idea about customer service and the service staff are arrogant. Other Bürger King stores are 100 times better than the one in Hanau.

I upgraded to a large meal in the app, but got a small fries. Since I'd already left, I didn't feel like driving back because the wait time was 25 minutes at the drive-thru, there were two cars in front of me, and the restaurant was almost empty. It's a shame.

Ranzschuppen doesn't even have air conditioning and the table is sticky.

UPDATE: But we tried again...today it was a total disaster: The staff were completely overwhelmed; we waited 25 minutes for the food. When we approached the staff and asked questions...they immediately became rude. It was abysmal. Apparently, there were too many new staff. Maybe they should give intensive training on how to deal with customers!!! Orders aren't prepared correctly. Something is missing or something is different from what was ordered. Often long wait times. People who arrive later are usually served first, even though they ordered and paid at the terminal long before. UPDATE: And we tried again... We ordered in the restaurant ourselves, received the wrong menu. The saucepan at the self-ordering terminal was empty, and there was a problem with the pickup. We repeatedly asked the staff to replace the roll. Unbelievable. Arguments because you have something different on your tray than what you ordered and PAID for. Absolute impudence. At many tables, the seating is dirty, as are the tables. The staff are completely overwhelmed and unfriendly. That really was the LAST TIME HERE. 🤬

By far the worst Burger King in Europe. The self-service counter hasn't been printing receipts correctly for years; it takes 20 minutes or more, even with only three open orders; and recently, the interns/trainees have been giving you anything but what you ordered. Oh yeah, the opening hours are wrong: After 10 p.m., only the drive-thru is open – the line for which often wraps around the entire building. If you have time, go somewhere else.

I was just sitting on the terrace and overheard a female employee (blonde, short, slightly stocky, with a braided pigtail) speaking so rudely to one of her colleagues. I was speechless and lost my appetite! "Do lobbying properly," she said in a disgusting tone. It's Friday night, it's stressful, but then you shouldn't be surprised when younger people come to work unmotivated! I hope these ladies get a proper briefing on how to speak in front of customers!!!

Unfortunately, the drive-thru order is always wrong; either something falls out or there is one too many.

Today, on May 29th, 2025, at 5:14 p.m., I wanted to order a fish burger, but the curt, unfriendly reply was "we didn't have any ham!" Okay, then something from the Mexican selection, what do they have, maybe a tortilla or something similar, I asked, and the answer was "we don't have any Mexican food!" Fine, I said, then I'll just have to go to McDonald's, and then there was laughter from the loudspeaker at the drive-thru ordering station, loud and malicious, as if a complete madman was working there! I don't have to let myself be laughed at by such an unqualified unskilled worker, and I will never go to Burger King again! McDonald's is supposed to be cleaner anyway!

Ate there with family. The order was prepared without much waiting. The staff was polite and friendly. Highly recommended.

The quality could have been better, the preparation took a long time, and as so often, I noticed at home that something was missing from my order. It's a disgrace that such staff are there, who can't even properly pack three burgers and three portions of fries. I can only recommend checking your order on site; something is often missing from the order.

In the past, you always had to check whether the number of items corresponded to the number ordered. Now you have to see if the right burger is in there. I'm angry. Ordered a crispy chicken and got a nugget burger. It also makes a difference in price. Of course I only noticed it when I got home.

Ridiculous opening time until 1 a.m. from 10 p.m. you are greeted with the words only drive in and the queue goes all the way to the parking spaces, that has nothing to do with fast food, I have never experienced it in a restaurant after 12 p.m. I would understand, but 10 is already an indictment

The last time I was there I felt really bad. .I'm not going there anymore. ..it used to be really good..too bad.....I don't feel that way alone.....

As of 1:20 a.m., the Burger King was apparently already closed.

We went to lunch here. The place offered a coke with ice cream on the menu. I selected that but when I picked it up I was not told that it was not available. When I went to report it I was told that they did not have ice cream. I wonder why they put it on the menu if it is not available in the place.

Craziness. Packed full. Only the staff leaves something to be desired.

I had ordered 6 nuggets, there were only 2 nuggets in my bag, not 5, no, there were TWO After we pointed this out to the employees, we were "assumed" that we had already eaten four nuggets out of the bag and wanted to get some more for free. After that, the tomatoes I ordered were missing from my burger, after I got a new burger, it wasn't a normal long chicken like I had ordered but a chili cheese long chicken, it was a really great experience here, not.

Well, 4 people stand at the pick-up station and look at the order slips many times and are constantly running over each other's feet...that means it takes a bit too long...

Every time at the drive-thru, part of the order is forgotten!! It can't be that I have to look closely into the bag every time to make sure nothing has been forgotten!!

It is now the third time that the waiting times are disproportionately long despite the restaurant being empty. My order disappeared from the display, I had to ask or I probably never would have gotten my food. With a starving girlfriend I would drive to another store...

Unfortunately the store has declined significantly... years ago it was much better. Employees overworked and the burgers were carelessly thrown into the bag... a shame

In addition to my One Piece T-shirt (received the wrong size), which brought me back to BK after a long time, I also got food poisoning. Never again BK.

There was little activity in the store for a Saturday evening. We ordered a total of five menus, none of which were complete. But the big hit was that when you order a salad you unfortunately have to eat it without a fork. there are no forks!! How are we supposed to eat a salad without forks? The employee responded with a fork of fries. That was a real disaster

Rip-off shop, the only Burger King that doesn't accept coupons that aren't in paper form. When we asked if we could get any, the poor employee said he wasn't allowed to take any out. We will never visit the BK again, even if we are from Maintal

And once again I was taken for a ride, ordered and paid for large fries but only got small ones.

Unfortunately, the food has become more and more expensive, although the quality is still very poor. The burgers quickly become soft, the onion domes are mushy and what's really cheeky is that the drinks are hardly filled with syrup and only taste like water. Sometimes drinks that are currently out are simply replaced with drinks without telling the customers . The shop is dirty.

Hello, I visited the store on November 10th, 2024 at 9:30 p.m. and ordered 20 plant based nuggets. However, I received 19 nuggets and I didn't know whether they came from the freezer or were from yesterday. I had the staff attention and was told to wait for the manager and he internally didn't come after 15 minutes

Ordinary Burger King fast food restaurant. Well maintained and reliable.

Supposedly open until 1:00 a.m. Wasn't let in until 10:05 p.m.

Everything is great, but more skilled workers need to be hired. The workers are usually overwhelmed with all the orders and at peak times the order takes as long as in a restaurant and not as in a fast food shop.

Terrible, you wait 45 minutes in Drive. It's really bad, you can't drive out from drive because the path is concreted in. Not recommended. Nothing has changed for months

Interior very pleasant Checkout staff are nice, although some are incredibly rude and give the impression that they don't care. Ordered and not everything was in the bag...unfortunately for the 3rd time in a row something was missing at the drive in...I think it's a real shame that you have to check someone else's work. Either a burger or mayo as well as sweet and sour fries were missing, even though they were paid for and not available. The snippy manner of some employees whether in the drive in or at the checkout is not exactly a sign. Toilets have always been clean. Due to the service 3 * Maybe the manager should think about how to ensure better service.

These are currently in the BK First we wait almost 30 minutes for our food. Then it's finally finished. Cola tastes like water, burgers and fries are cold. The cleanliness also leaves something to be desired. Table dirty food leftovers on the floor. And it has to be said that there is hardly anything going on. Watch how others wait about 40 minutes for their food. Even the cars that order at the window wait forever. This is not called fast food, on the contrary. It's a shame, they wanted to come, but that's not possible.

Unacceptably long waiting times despite little activity I recently went to the Burger King branch and I'm really disappointed. Despite being very busy, I waited about 50 minutes for my order. The staff seemed overwhelmed even though there were hardly any customers there. Other guests had similar problems and also waited a long time. It would be nice if Burger King worked on service efficiency as it really detracts from the experience. I hope the service will improve in the future. But long wait times like this are unacceptable, especially for fast food.

First of all, the order terminal's printer doesn't work. No problem, they have the order. We waited 15 minutes for our order and discovered that they had simply forgotten two burgers. Waited another half hour... so what's going on here... all the employees were overwhelmed and all the tables were dirty. All guests waited almost 30 to 45...

Your employee Valentina is very rude if she doesn't want to work with people it's definitely the wrong job for her. It's best to teach her how to serve customers politely.

The terminals fail as soon as you change something in the standard order. Such an order at the checkout becomes a major nervous challenge. With a lot of luck, the food will be put together as ordered!!! Was here again today September 9th, 2024. It's almost unbelievable, but the service has gotten even worse! You have the feeling that the branch only opened today and you still have to get used to it!

More ketchup and mustard on the burger like everything else and then it's cold and the fries are limp and completely over salted and you have to pay over 7 euros for that. No thanks, that was the last time.

No longer the most modern Burger King, it could be renovated and brought up to date. Preparing the food took a very long time, even though only two tables were occupied and there were three in the queue in the terminal including my order. The service at the serving counter was very nice. Unfortunately, I couldn't use the app on the control terminal. The QR code was denied. So no bonus points are earned. 🤨

The employee at the checkout was apparently new, so it didn't quite work out that well. But the Whopper tasted really good. Haven't been to Burger King in a long time but will go back more often now.

Unfortunately, I got there at completely the wrong time. The order machines are faulty and have no receipt paper to print the collection slips and receipts. No function with the app, so no bonus points either. Sunday is apparently a bad day.
