I can highly recommend. When I was there, it was very quiet and I was able to get my order relatively quickly.

Two days ago I was a "guest" in this BK. Admittedly, I am a BK fan and know countless people in Germany. And unfortunately I only read the reviews about this BK after I still hadn't received my "fast food" (fast = fast!) almost half an hour after ordering. There were also two foreign customers in front of me, more on that later. During my "stay" in the waiting area, I noticed a lot, including that a completely new employee (around 18-20 years old) was given poor instructions and when she made mistakes, by the manager (around 25 years old) and another Lady (approx. 30 years old) was reprimanded in front of customers. Although they already knew that the foreign customer in front of me had made a mistake, he was not informed about it. When I finally received my "fast food" after 30 minutes, it was only lukewarm and the ham, as others have complained about here, was not well-cooked, but rather half-cooked and barely edible. While I was eating my "lukewarm, insufficiently fried fast food", the aforementioned foreign guest realized that he had made a mistake and went forward to complain about it. The "other lady" mentioned above dealt with the customer in a tone that was absolutely unacceptable because the mistake was BK's, not the customer's.
