Unfriendly staff. Simply a disaster, unfortunately the only MC in the area.

I personally didn't like it but I'm not a big Mc Donalds fan either. The staff was very rude, unfortunately.

Small selection of dishes, discounts are not always available.

The food doesn't taste good, the burgers look like they came from a nuclear reactor and taste like you're being contaminated with radiation, the chicken nuggets could be used as projectiles for the German army, they're so hard, the Coke is actually pretty good. The fries are just McDonald's fries, there's not much to say, the ketchup tastes like Chernobyl and the cheese is as hard as steel and sits on the burger as it sits

I wanted to order something to eat beforehand and the man with glasses at the cash register was so unfriendly. I had said something that I would like and he just walked away even though I wanted to order more. That's why I would actually like to give him zero stars.

The only choices were cheeseburgers, Big Macs, and nuggets. Nothing else was available. Drinks were only allowed water, or apple spritzer, never again.

The worst McDonald's. The employee hardly moves and serves at a snail's pace. The McFlurry machine has been out of service for years. Only earns 0 points

They don't have any coupons, it takes a long time and is tricky, but there's a decent one 300m away

I came a few times and asked if there was still milkshake available, but unfortunately it still wasn't and the machine was still broken for the second month.

Unfortunately, it's much too slow for a Mc'es to a train station, as a traveler you're often stuck at tight times... on site, changing trains or something else, some of the employees need more than 10 minutes just for a cheeseburger. And there's not much going on... the ice cream machine always feels like it's broken (I think it's more of an excuse because you don't want to clean it) and some of the cashiers are also direct gastro (kitchen) staff...

The offer is miserable. The most basic standard things that every McDonald's should have are simply not there. Employees seem almost depressed and so unmotivated that I'm surprised they even served me. The vegan nuggets were really bad compared to other Mcs. I just felt miserable afterwards. I was also given the wrong sauces. I can't think of a good reason to eat there.

Terrible service and very rude staff, always angry. They always handle the fries without gloves.

I'm really positively surprised and can't understand all the other reviews. And as always, the expectations are set far too high in my opinion. It's a really small McDonald's. For those who don't know, the menu varies depending on the size of the restaurant. Plus, we're still talking about a McDonald's station 😂 And also the incredibly nice, slightly smaller employee. She was smiling the whole time and that alone deserves the 5 stars. Oh and it happened to me for the first time in this McDonald's that the burgers and fries were still too hot to eat.

One star is too many, dirty shop. Filthy and dirty like the whole Vahnhif. Employees completely clueless and absolutely rude. Coupons don't work because there's no network or WiFi, just AVOID!!!! You can actually do without coffee! Overpriced and really disgusting!!! Better to avoid the siff shop and buy something decent for less money! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

McDonald's is McDonald's, there's nothing to complain about and the employees are very nice.

Absolute shit store! The prices are totally exaggerated. 50 CT for ketchup. They never have ice cream or apple turnovers and no coupons are accepted. Food absolutely disgusting and you wait 20 minutes for nuggets.

I was just about to get a portion of fries while the sick employee was talking to her colleague about her health problem... Of course she was coughing all over everyone during this. While my fries are cooling down (probably planned?), she coughs all over them and sneezes into my fries for the golden finale before she wants to hand them to me. I ask that you give me my money back because she enjoyed my fries...The lady now wants the change back, otherwise her cash register won't be right... Zero hygiene... No idea about the cash register... Then she cheekily lies to my face that she didn't even cough into my fries or enjoy them... You get to keep the fries and the money

Unfortunately, the staff doesn't do anything about the beggars, who pester you while you're eating and ask for money. If you say no, you want the food on the table and won't leave until you get it! Since this is a main train station, you don't have forever to discuss things and I think that the staff has a duty to remove such people from the shop, but unfortunately the beggars walk happily through the shop, get on people's skin very unpleasantly and nothing happens! That's a no-go, since they're obviously not really needy people, but rather young parasites!

This MC is an example of absolute failure by management and staff Once again, no special products (M; Rib, ...) the staff works at such a pace that you have to plan for a 10 minute wait if there are two customers first. Kitchen is understaffed. Orders are taken and delivered incorrectly. Conclusion Worst MC within a 30 km radius

Not a single vegan burger and the nuggets are not labeled as vegan. Vegans avoid this place for a reason. Burger King is a billion times better.

My son wants to get me a McRib with fries... and what does he bring me a McChicken because they don't have anything else at 3:40 p.m.... was I just unlucky or is it like that often... I'll probably never find out

Absolutely bad. No coupons will be accepted. Staff unfriendly. And so many times. They'll never see me again. I'd rather get a sandwich across the street.

No toilets, just outside the train station where you have to pay. It is questionable whether something like this is even allowed. When I'm here at MC they also have to provide a toilet. Employees are annoyed and there is no friendliness here either. Get out of here quickly

I find it impossible to even serve something like that. My double Big Mac was totally soggy, but there were 5 Talahons in front of me so no wonder why my double Big Mac got cold. Then I continued with the fries, which were totally cold, cold like Antarctica and soggy. I also talked to the Talahons for too long even though I wanted to order. What a disgrace. Well, I had my Happy Meal figure, at least I can now sell it on Ebay and then I'll finally have money again from the prices. You'll just end up poor. Well, I'd rather go to Burger King

Very unfriendly staff and long waiting times

For the first time I have never eaten such a bad cheeseburger, the burger was kept warm for a very long time and therefore has nothing to do with freshness, the staff is totally gossiping about the customers.

A disaster. After being ignored by 2 employees for over 8 minutes (no other customers), I left. Never again!

This has nothing to do with “fast” food. You have to have a lot of time. The staff, some of whom speak very poor German, feel hopelessly overwhelmed with every order. I had to wait almost 15 minutes before I could order, even though there were only 2 customers in line ahead of me. With these, the order took a very long time because the employee didn't understand exactly what they wanted for almost everything. I was spontaneously served by another colleague, although it was very difficult to organize a reusable cup for my drink, which she had accidentally booked. I then received a cup that was very greasy on the outside. I'd rather not think about what the inside looked like before I filled it...

The small blonde woman is not service oriented and seems very overwhelmed. Burgers are also extremely dry and the same goes for the fries.

OK in itself. But nothing more. No toilets. No MCRib. It's more of a snack bar.

Be careful when ordering! The cashier with shoulder-length hair gave me a cheeseburger instead of chickenburger. When I went out and took a bite it was too late. (I'm Hindu and we shouldn't eat beef.) When I wanted to complain he was super passive. Thanks to the lady who took it over

Today I missed my train. I had the opportunity to eat here. But my experience was terrible. The salad and even the burger bun were not fresh, they seemed to be 4-5 days old. The staff was unfriendly and seemed tired and sleeping. Very dirty. Not recommended at all... waste of money and maybe even get sick.

Today I had a chance to eat here, my impression of this place leaves much to be desired, they didn’t have what I wanted to order, there was very little choice, they gave me the wrong potatoes. The food was fresh, but I didn’t like it, it wasn’t as tasty as usual in other establishments, the tables were dirty and the seating areas too. There are two working cash registers, but they are always empty, there is a long queue and the cashiers are busy collecting orders, that is, there is not enough staff, I really feel sorry for the employees of this place. I don’t recommend it😢

On December 18th, 2023, a woman as an employee treated me very badly and cruelly this morning. This is not normal at all. That was really violent and bad. She has no politeness. Unfortunately I don't know her name. I just want to let the McDonald's manager or manager know about it.

Am 18.12.2023 hat eine Frau als Mitarbeiterin heute Morgen Früh mit mir sehr schlecht und grausam behandelt. Das ist überhaupt nicht normal. Das war richtig heftig und schlimm. Sie hat kein Höflichkeit. Ich weiß leider ihre Name nicht. Ich will nur den McDonald’s Leiter bzw. den Geschäftsführer darüber informieren lassen.

Kleine Filiale mit limitierten Angebot - für den schnellen Burger auf die Hand ok, ansonsten darf man hier nicht zu hohe Ansprüche haben.

Ich hab mich so sehr drauf gefreut. Doch ich wurde enttäuscht. Ich wollte mir ein Eis gönnen doch die Maschine war kaputt. Uns als ich meine Punkte einlösen wollte konnte ich es nicht weil die Geräte zu alt dort sind. Und Chickenburger haben die nicht. Das ist einfach nur eine Enttäuschung.

Für einen McDonalds am HAUPTbahnhof taugt dieser ziemlich wenig. Das Personal ist sehr gemächlich, so dass auch bei wenig Betrieb lange Wartezeiten entstehen. Schlecht wenn man danach noch einen Bus oder den Zug erwischen will. Auch akzeptiert man keine Prämien-Codes aus der App. Dies sei "nur in einem großen McDonalds" möglich. Eigenartig da ich solche Codes schon in einem kleinen Mc Donalds mit nur einer Kasse in der Fußgängerzone einlösen konnte. Wählt man dann einige der gängigeren Burger bekommt man dann auch noch einen Cheeseburger der aussieht und schmeckt als wäre er schon seit dem frühen Morgen warmgehalten worden. Der Käse ist fest, das Brot und Fleisch trocken... Ambiente ist ok, könnte sauberer sein.

Personal ist Absolut unfreundlich, find ich nicht gut!!!

Diese Filiale hat sich in den letzten Monaten wirklich gemacht. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, an der Kasse geht es zügig & das Restaurant sieht sauber aus. Die kleinere Auswahl reicht mir völlig aus. Dauert manchmal ein bisschen, allerdings werden dann die Burger auch frisch gemacht & schmecken um so besser. Komme immer gerne wieder.

Etwas eingeschränkt, was für einen Bahnhof als normal angesehen werden kann. Sehr positiv ist dass es hier noch keine Nummern mit Bestellvorgang und Abholung gibt.

Naja, ein Bahnhofs Mc Donalds... Für solch einen oft sehr langsam. Leider keine Toiletten im Restaurant, viele McDonalds Produkte werden hier nicht verkauft, viele andere nicht verfügbar. Wenn die Eismaschine mal funktioniert, freu ich mich über Eis und Cheeseburger. Relativ sauber, Personal mal mehr mal weniger freundlich und gern mit komunikationsproblemen.

Ich war positiv überrascht, freundliche Bedienung und die Doppelcheeseburger waren heiss und saftig. Bester McDonalds in Hanau.

Etwas an der Seite vom Eingang zum Hauptbahnhof gelegen ist eine kleine aber in der Früh sehr gemütliche Filiale von Mac Donalds zu finden. Auch wenn ich nicht zum Essen vor Ort war, kann ich doch für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp diesen empfehlen. Mit etwas mehr Zeit hätte ich hier sicherlich auch eine Kleinigkeit zu mir genommen, aber so bin ich in der Früh etwas verzweifelt hereingekommen, da die Toilettenanlage vor dem Bahnhof weder GooglePay, Kreditkarte oder Girocard angenommen hatte und ich nur noch 50 Cent Bargeld hatte und der Geldautomat außer Betrieb war. Die WC-Anlage verlangt jedoch 1 Euro. Ich erklärte dies kurz der Schichtleitung und fragt, ob sie vielleicht eine Toilette haben, was nicht der Fall ist, aber sie hatte nach Schilderung des Problems mir direkt die 50 Cent gegen einen Euro umgetauscht. :-) Vielen Dank dafür und vielleicht sind es manchmal auch kleine Gesten, die hier einen positiven Eindruck hinterlassen. Von daher vielen Dank und ich bin mir sicher, dass beim nächsten Termin in Hanau ist etwas mehr Zeit vorhanden, um hier ebenfalls eine Kleinigkeit einzunehmen. Abgesehen von der Unterstützung hat mir aber auch die Einrichtung gut gefallen und sie wirkte tatsächlich für einen MacDonalds sehr ruhig und entspannend, so dass ich mir das bei Ankunft in der Früh als eine gute Möglichkeit zur Stärkung vorstellen kann.

Viiiiel zu teuer, keine nette Atmosphäre um dort zu essen.

Großer McDonald mit viel Auswahl und vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten.

Макдональдз, розташований у будівлі центрального залізничного вокзалу міста Ханау. Дуже мало місця, працює дві каси. Немає терміналів (екранів-автоматів) для самостійного замовлення і оплати). Їжа як і у всіх інших закладах цієї мережі ресторанів. Але меню треба вигледіти і ознайомитися на стінах чи над головами касирів вже на касі. Замовила два чізбургера, один поклали з черствою по краях булкою, другий виявився нормальним. Проте персонал привітний, працює швидко.

Danke Google, ich bin zwar fast jeden Tag vor Ort, aber nicht wegen Mägges sondern ich geh zu meinem Zug und da läuft man nun mal am Mägges vorbei Ab und Zu hol icj mir dort was zu Essen, aber Mägges ist halt Mägges, schmeckt in jeder Filliale gleich Der Service dort ist ganz nett Was aber dort oft nicht funktioniert ist Coupons einzulösen Zum Ambiente Da könnte man sich echt mehr Mühe geben Nicht mal ne kleine Pflanze steht da drin

Nettes Personal und schnelle Bestellaufnahme und Zubereitung. Leider nur eingeschränktes Angebot und sehr wenige Sitzplätze und für ein Mc Donald's an einem Hauptbahnhof abends ( zu ) früh geschlossen.

Beim Mc Donald's am Hanauer Hauptbahnhof fehlt es schon seit längerem an Personal, hier sind immer wieder Mängel an Reinigung der Tische und des Bodens oder der Rückgabewagen ist komplett überfüllt. Hier wurde leider an Personal gespart, dadurch das es nur eine Minifiliale ist sind auch Einschränkungen der Gesamtauswahl der Fall. Dennoch bekommt man schnell und heiss die Bestseller vor Ort oder toGo .

Geht so. Service etwas langsam und unaufmerksam. Essen Standard. Günstiger 08/15 Fastfood für Coupon-Schnäppchenjäger.

Leider in den letzten 4 Jahren schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Da der McD EIN Fastfood Laden und zudem in einem Bahnhof liegend ist hat man die Erwartung "schnell" bedient zu werden. Bisher mussten wir aber stets auch bei geringen bis trostlosen Kundenaufkommen verhältnismäßig lange Wartezeiten in Kauf nehmen und hatten fast immer fehlerhafte bzw unvollständige Bearbeitungen unserer Bestellungen. Entweder ist nichts vorrätig und die "frische" Zubereitung dauert seeeehr lange, teilweise wegen Unterbesetzung. Die Eisbestellungen werden oft erst eingebucht, damn von uns bezahlt, dann jedoch entweder erst die Maschine befüllt und gekühlt oder es stellt sich heraus das es nicht funktioniert... Eher ernüchternd. Burgerbestellungen werden auch auf expliziten Wunsch bei Neuanfertigung nicht OHNE Sauce zubereitet oder man verzählt sich bei der genauen Anzahl von Bestellmengen... Alles zusammen nicht wirklich zufriedenstellend oder gut.

Der Mitarbeiter am 02.04.2022 gegen 20:30 ist ein total lieber und sympathischer Mitarbeiter, der sehr schnell und ordentlich arbeitet. Dank ihm haben wir unsere Bahn noch erreichen können! :)

Wenig Personal verfügbar, Lange Wartezeit- trotzdem freundlich!

Hier gibt es die kleinen Vegan Burger, die sind viel leckerer als der Vegan TS. Immer wenn ich hier bin sind die Angestellten super freundlich. Da ich nicht so der McDonalds Fan bin, ist es was Besonderes, dass ich hier schreibe.

Klein, aber sauber und relativ schnell

Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich deshalb nicht das minimum an Sternen. Leider ist das Sortiment sehr begrenzt und hab noch nie so schlechte Burger bekommen... und das erste mal seitdem ich bei MC Donalds esse chicken Nuggets gehabt die nicht knusprig und nicht lecker waren. Bin sehr enttäuscht.
