Kentucky Fried Chicken in Hanau

Don't order when the middle-aged Indian man is standing at the counter. He deliberately chooses the smallest pieces when packing. I got the smallest 18-piece portion I've ever received at KFC, and I saw him do it intentionally. Someone like that shouldn't be standing at the counter serving customers.

I ordered food through Lieferando. The driver arrived much earlier (10-20 minutes) than scheduled. Because of work, I could only leave at the agreed time. The driver had already left, and the food was paid for. On the phone, they blamed me for why I couldn't arrive earlier.

This KFC not only offers good quality food, it also allows customers to experience the diverse daily life in Hanau firsthand and participate in it for a short time. It regularly offers unique experiences. The chili cheeseburger is particularly good.

Well, it was absolutely disgusting. No greeting, all the employees just stayed at the back and didn't even look forward. Is my food being prepared or not? I waited a good 20 minutes for a burger, fries, and a small drink. I then took my food with me and walked back a minute to unpack my food. The burger had minimal toppings, the bun was burnt, and the fries were ice cold. It's outrageous to take something like that out. That was definitely the last time I went there!

Worst service ever. Waited over ten minutes for three chicken wings because the ladies preferred to chat. I then left because my bus was leaving. WITHOUT my order!!!!! That's not okay!!!!!

Stay away from this place! This is what we get after 25 mins - it was cold and looked nothing like in the add! Already reported this to support center!

I've never seen such poor work practices. We had to wait 25 minutes for five pieces of chicken. There was only one employee in the store, preparing the food, taking orders, and serving them to customers. If KFC can't afford additional employees, the company should close its doors.

We ordered food for €25. There were two menus for me and my little brother. There were supposed to be two burgers, two fries and two drinks. Even though we waited for an hour and 20 minutes, the drinks were missing and were handed over like that. It's embarrassing 😡

Worst service I've ever seen, online orders arrived incomplete or incorrect, the terminal crashed while I was ordering and the employee suggested just waiting 5 minutes for it to work again. Even one star is too much for this restaurant

Bad service. Understand almost no German. Food was cold. 15 minute wait even though I was alone in the store.

Incredibly long waiting times. Entire store empty. I pre-order online. See my order being prepared. Zack stays there for 20 minutes. Instead, private calls are made and new orders are processed at an incredibly slow pace.

...well I haven't experienced anything so strange in a long time. Someone works behind the counter who always has his cell phone to his ear, who appears hygienically greasy to outsiders, very unfriendly. Why do customers have to hear relationship problems on their cell phones? Why do you have to make calls and keep customers waiting? Even after several visits, it is clear that the work in the store and the cleanliness really leave a lot to be desired. You run your hands through your face and hair and then you touch the food? So it couldn't be any worse.

2 Stunden auf meine Bestellung gewartet, das Essen ist schon eiskalt angekommen..

Die Mitarbeiterin die heute Abend um 18.30Uhr da war ist super lieb. Hat unsere Bestellung herzlich aufgenommen und als wir 6er Wings wollten, hat sie uns auf ein wesentlich günstigeres Angebot mit 5er Wings aufmerksam gemacht. Punktabzug gibt es lediglich dafür, dass der Laden sehr klein ist und die Tresen Sitzplätze ungemütlich sind. Aber dafür kann die Mitarbeiterin nichts. So Mitarbeiter braucht man! Vielen Dank!

Kein Essen bekommen, 15 min. Geduldig gewartet und ignoriert worden. Habe den Mitarbeitern angesprochen aber er war eher mit seiner Lieferando Bestellung beschäftigt.

Müssten 15 min warten bis wir bestellen dürften so wohl die Mitarbeiter uns gesehen haben, das geht gar nicht

Über Lieferando bestellt es hat 2 Stunden gedauert der Burger war nicht zusammen gelegt worden sonder aufeinander geworfen worden

Du wartest 20 Minuten und es nimmt niemand deine bestellung auf. Da kann ich auch in ein echtes Restaurant gehen und werde dort noch schneller bedient

Die Pommes waren ekelig die haben nach nix geschmeckt hatten kaum Salz und waren nicht ganz durch

Ich hab 40 Min länger auf mein Essen gewartet als angegeben. Musste zweimal anrufen und mich beschweren. Und es war nicht das erste Mal, dass es so gelaufen ist. Ich werd da nicht mehr bestellen, aber auch nicht mehr hingehen. KFC ist verdammt teuer, da wäre zumindest so das Minimum an Service ganz nett. Kleiner Tipp: Ich hätte mehr Verständnis dafür gehabt, dass man meine Bestellung einfach komplett übersehen/vergessen hatte und die erst noch zubereitet werden musste und das halt nochmal so und so lang dauert, als jedes Mal zu hören, es wär in 5 Min da, um dann 15 Min später wieder anrufen zu müssen. Sagt einfach, was Sache ist.

Schlechte Personal und noch schlechteres essen, nicht mehr das was es mal war.

Essen ist für KFC in Ordnung aber oftmals kalt und man muss teilweise sehr lange auf seine Bestellungen warten

Vielfältige Angebotskombination möglich, freundliches Personal, Akzeptanz aller Zahlungsmethoden, schnelle Zubereitung und gute Sitzmöglichkeit. Zu empfehlen.

Nicht mehr das was es mal war. Früher vor 30 Jahren war es noch gut. Was ist nur aus Kentucky geworden 🤮. Die Bedienung war aber 1a und super freundlich.

Geschwindigkeit der Anwendung .

Kleiner KFC in der Innenstadt. Meiner Meinung nach deutlich besser als der im Postcarré. Die Bedienung war viel freundlicher und wirklich nett. Die Hot Wings waren perfekt und wirklich Hot und da niemand vor mir war ging es sehr schnell!

Personal ist immer freundlich auch wenn sie öfters mal unterbesetzt sind. Essens Qualität ist KFC Standart genauso wie die Preise. Wartezeiten sind ebenfalls völlig ok.

Witam KFC mam jedno zadanie na ten temat powinni bardziej zadbać i personel bo jestem bardzo brudno na stolikach oraz późnym godzinami mięso odgrzewane oraz zimne uważam że Nie powinny mieć miejsca takowe sytuację Hallo KFC Ich habe eine Aufgabe zu diesem Thema sollte mehr aufpassen und Personal, weil ich sehr schmutzig auf den Tischen und den späten Stunden des Fleisches aufgewärmt und kalt bin ich denke nicht, dass dies passieren sollte

Bedienung teils überfordert aber sonst OK und freundlich

In Hanau direkt gut zu finden und mit ausreichend Parkplätzen und Parkhaus auch sehr gut mit dem Fahrzeug zu erreichen. In nächste Nähe gibt es auch Bushaltestelle und man kann auch locker zu Fuß zum Freiheitsplatz laufen, wo sich nahezu alle Busse treffen. Toiletten sind im ersten OG und für Behinderte mit Rollstuhl daher nicht erreichbar. Würde mich nur schwer ihren, wenn im Erdgeschoss auch Toiletten dort sind. Aber gegenüber dem Bereich der Einkaufspassage finden sich auch Toiletten, die behindertengerecht sind. Preislich meiner Meinung zu teuer und qualitativ nicht das, was ich von früher mal kannte.
