(Cuxhaven branch) Opening times vary daily depending on your mood. The reason is a lack of staff, which is shown carelessly with an A4 note on the door. We are BK fans and have now come from Otterndorf for the third time to stand in front of closed doors. Here the management needs to be replaced or the shop should be closed - hardly sustainable!

Well organized Burger King, not too crowded even at peak times

Fries are always cold.. the rules of BK say no food can be kept warm for longer than 30 minutes.. I stood in line for 40 minutes, then waited again for 10 minutes until I could order and then 30 minutes until I had my food and oh well It wasn't even made with something fresh... but I only ordered 4 fries, they were cold and rancid. I went back and said it was no longer edible, so he actually just threw a fresh bag of fries in with the other 4 He probably didn't understand that all the crap was true. After being upset a few times, he understood it... and stories like that happen almost every time. I'll only go there again when there's a new owner

I stood at the drive-in counter for 5 minutes and no one seemed to want to take my order. We were interrupted while ordering at 9 p.m. with other guests and escorted out with the others waiting. The justification was limited to the quick answer: because we have to do it now. Last Sunday there was a children's party with a bouncy castle, fire department and the Red Cross. My children and I saw it while driving by and spontaneously stopped. This was a great decision. The children were able to let off steam before the car ride back while my wife and I ordered food. Waiting times were short and the food was super fresh and tasty.

Food was typical Burger King. However, the waiting times were very long. The burger was warm and tasted good. However, the fries were soft and certainly had a bit of texture. The two Cola machines for filling drinks were out of order. The ice cream machine was also broken at the time of my visit.

Absolute crap shop. One star is too many. Waited over 30 minutes for the order and then half of it was forgotten and the wrong burgers were also included. The drinks were warm. The employee's shoes can be resoled while walking. That was definitely the last time!

I noticed that other guests on the drive had canceled their order because it was taking too long. (I was also close to canceling, but a phone call stopped me.) The fries were in the deep fryer too long and were too dark. Burger was ok, chilli cheese nuggets were fresh. (I ordered shortly before 5 p.m., before the evening business started.) The employees work very slowly and seem slightly disinterested.

It takes a good 15 minutes to order from the machine. Very slow machines and one in three is broken. Waited 25 to 30 minutes after ordering, never waited so long in a “fast restaurant”! If you're looking for something quick to eat in between meals, you should go somewhere else!

The shop seemed dirty and understaffed, so we waited quite a long time for our food. When the food arrived it looked carelessly thrown together, even by fast food standards. In the end, we only ate there because we didn't have the desire or patience to drive on to the McDonald's next door.

Fries were warm but old and were like cardboard. The garbage truck was bursting at the seams, the floor was sticky and the tables could do with being wiped down again. You can hardly understand anything at the drive-in, the employees look annoyed at the customer. Waiting time was very long, about 35-40 minutes. Despite saying it again, a different side dish arrived than what was ordered. After eating there was diarrhea. The store will never see me again.

If you like good customer service and expect hospitality dont go here. Food was mediocre for the price but I’ll give Burger King credit for the vegan options, which is why I went. I give zero stars The worst thing I found was that they sold me their old dry chicken nuggets before they finished loading and unfortunately I didn't notice that until I got home. If you want to eat here, you should think carefully about how much time you are willing to invest. A normal small restaurant food order took ages, even though there wasn't a particular rush! Probably extremely understaffed. That was a bit stressful, but the food was fine.

Unfortunately the grill was in repair and I was very kindly informed about it. As an alternative I took 2 chicken burgers. The lady at the checkout was super friendly and accommodating. She apologized 1000 times that I had to go without my Wopper even though I had been looking forward to it for 4 hours, hence only 4 stars. The coffee to go was great! :) If I'm in Cuxhaven again, I'll definitely eat here again!

Catastrophe! You're already used to a lot from fast food restaurants, but this branch takes the cake. A whopping 43 minutes of waiting time for 5 menus is already a blast, the fact that the employees are arguing loudly and no one knows which order they have to pack, 5 cars are waiting at the drive in and then in the end half of the order is really missing can't be topped anymore! The happy meal was already cold when the employee remembered that she still had to make the fries. Then the whole order was unpacked and placed on a tablet only to find out that the order was to be taken away - so everything was promptly packed back into the previously crumpled bag. As an apology for the long wait, we were given 4 stamps (which we would have gotten for the order anyway?!). Edit: in the end there was at least 2 ice creams and a cola for free as compensation. Oh well...

I haven't been to a fast food restaurant for a long time... but let's be honest... €3.79 for the portion of fries that is called large... for maybe 30 thin, limp fat sticks... and all that potato scrap that's still in the bag is...that's a joke...that was the very last time for me at Burger King...guys, what's wrong with you...who goes there and lets that happen to them...all of them complaining that everything is so expensive...I can get it in EVERY restaurant or at the kebab shop for at least the same price and have fresh, thick, crispy fries...plus I calmly told the employee that she couldn't help it, but that something like that is simply below all price policy for me... I was insulted anyway... well, I've learned something that they won't see me again... and if I have to go hungry all night... I wish you only the worst... you big corporations who can't get enough... and dear employees... take a look around... the reasonable restaurants... where I'm happy to pay €4 for reasonable fries are urgently looking for staff. ...

So I used to like going to Burger King, as opposed to MacD. The citizens were always nicely done (never looked like the posters, but still sensible) Now after a long time I visited this branch and was looking forward to a delicious Wooper. Unfortunately I was quite disappointed 😞, the wopper looked like it fell on the floor and was quickly put back in the box. The salad was fresh, the meat tasted smoky, but overall I didn't really like it. But that must be my fault, as a young man at a neighboring table ate a whopping 8 burgers with relish.

This evening we spontaneously went to the drive in and were pleasantly surprised by the very friendly employee who took our order. The food was ready quickly and everything was freshly prepared. Great keep it up👌

It's been a long break, back to BK..... The ambience hasn't changed, the air conditioning is far too cool, so the food gets cold too quickly. The citizens were fresh and were even brought to our table, nice service. Ordering at the terminal takes some getting used to, but it's no different everywhere. Practice makes perfect, especially those who come more often will soon get the hang of it 😉

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, super Service, leckeres Essen, wurde auch mal Zeit Eigentlich ist es sehr traurig was so einige Leute hier so als Bewertung abgeben, die selbst keine Ahnung haben, wie toll die Mitarbeiter sind, aber die Leute hinstellen als mürrisch und unfähig.... Die sollten erstmal darüber nachdenken, wie sie dem Personal gegenüber treten, von Anfang an gleich mit dem Personal rum pampen, obwohl noch angeboten wird eine Alternative zu finden, ist schlecht hin eine Frechheit. Und dann noch dem Personal die Schuld geben nur weil man den Frust woanders nicht los wird. Wir kamen den Tag gerade vom drive rein als die Dame, die Mitarbeiterin runter gemacht hat. Der Ehemann hat sich zurück gehalten, aber die Dame war sowas von unfreundlich, sowas sollte hausverbot bekommen.... Wir gehen immer wieder gerne dort hin, da der Service echt gut ist und wir das essen lieben, lasst euch nicht unterkriegen, ihr macht einen guten Job 👌💪👍 Dieser Laden ist ständig unterbesetzt und die armen Mitarbeiter müssen soviel aushalten,von Gästen die überhaupt keine Ahnung haben.Lieber immer einen Grund suchen um an den Mitarbeitern rum ekeln,weil man das zuhause ja nicht kann.Wer möchte denn Heute noch in der Gastro arbeiten......genau NIEMAND!!!! Die Filiale in Cuxhaven ist echt schlimm. Auf Öffnungszeiten ist kein Verlass, da wird dann mal spontan endschieden dass es nur noch Außerhausverkauf gibt. Umständliche Bestellung über die Terminals. King Menü ist nicht gleich King Menü sonst hätten wir Heute das Jr. Menü für einen Euro bekommen. Aber zu den gewählten Chicken Menü ganz es das eben nicht. Jedes Mal ist irgendwas in dieser Filiale was nicht richtig läuft! Eigentlich bevorzugen wir Burger King vor dem großen Mitbewerber aber mittlerweile haben wir die Nase gestrichen voll!!! Den Laden kann man einfach nicht mehr betreten! Hier ist ein Stern noch Zuviel.

Der Fast-Food-Restaurant ist ein Standard Burger King Restaurant.Burger und Snacks sind ok.Das Restaurant war sehr sauber, jedoch lief die Klimaanlage sehr stark, so dass man im Winter dort ohne Jacke friert.

Drive in benutzt. Lautsprecher defekt, sehr schlecht verständlich. Ich fragte was ein Whopper kostet. Super unfreundliche Antwort " wie Preis? Kostet 9.... Was für Preis meins du?" Nach dem mir der Preis an der Kasse genannt wurde habe ich das Geld abgezählt um passend bezahlen zu können - wurde dabei lautstark unterbrochen "ey wir warten". Dann sagte man mir ich solle nochmal rumfahren und neu bestellen, da mein bestelltes Getränk nicht vorrätig sei und man es nicht aus der Bestellung nehmen könne ohne alles zu stornieren. Als ich dann auf den defekten Lautsprecher hin wies, wurde ich angeblökt "was sollisch mache ?! Ey hiers alles kaputt!" Geht's noch? Wartezeit für 2 Burger war übrigens 14 Minuten. Fahrt da bloß nicht hin !!

Hausverbot bekommen weil ich einen Coupon einlösen wollte und die Frau am Drive in sagt es sei zu spät und ich daraufhin sie gebeten habe es zu löschen und neu zu machen… sehr chaotisch und Mega unfreundlich zudem musste ich mich als Kunde beleidigen lassen….

Umständliches bestellen durch eine Maschine. Obwohl Personal vor Ort. Man spricht doch schneller seine Bestellung als sie umständlich einzutippen. Essen gut , Personal sehr freundlich, trotzdem werde ich von weiteren Besuchen absehen. Das Lokal sehr kalt bei Minustemperaturen ungemütlich zum Essen.

Café Crema war nicht so toll. Pommes hätten heißer sein können. Cheeseburger mit viel zu viel Soße und auch nicht so schmackhaft. Viel zu teuer! Ich komme nicht wieder.

Man sitzt gerade einmal 5 Minuten im Burger King und sieht bereits den fünften Kunden der an der Kasse ist weil wieder etwas vergessen wurde. Sieht irgendwie schon nach System aus.

Relativ sauber, es könnte etwas häufiger zwischen den Tischen sowie auf den Tischen mal sauber gemacht werden. Im Service könnte eine Person mehr arbeiten. Ansonsten sehr nett und freundlich dort.

Kannste hin musst du aber nicht weil eh immer dicht der Laden. Was glauben die wann man dort einkehrt? Genau zu Zeiten wo man sonst nirgends was bekommt weil für das selbe Geld könnte man sonst auch in ein richtiges Restaurant gehen.

Den Laden gibt’s doch gar nicht, so wie Bielefeld. Egal wann man dran vorbeifährt, ist das Licht aus und die Reklametafel nicht beleuchtet. Will man keine Gäste? Ist mir total unverständlich.
