McDonald's in Cuxhaven

terrible service...just ordered a coffee, waited 20 minutes...this has never happened before in my experience

Absolutely terrible! Everyone who was served before us complained that something was either missing, not right or something else was wrong. Not one thing in my order was right, some employees really should be checked better.

Yesterday, April 29th, was by far the worst meal at a McDonald's branch in a long time. Honestly, I didn't know something like this still existed. One after the other...ordering at the "counter" went quickly. The employee is competent and friendly. The food came to the table quickly... So...Now it comes: Starting with the fries. These were cold, oversalted and so limp...the Big Tasty, ice cold and the taste was just bland...The Chicken Mc Nuggets were loudly warm...the McRipp was warm, but far too little sauce, as was the Fish Mac...hardly any sauce, but cold again... The cola without ice...that was okay! Conclusion: The quality of the food on site still has a lot of room for improvement!!! The ambience is getting old and no longer up to date!!! Reminiscent of a festival tent with the long tables...

Ordered chicken nuggets and double cheese at the drive thru yesterday, my partner and I have the same diarrhea today, but extremely violently with cramps etc. as if someone had put laxatives in it.. not normal!!

The staff is not well managed. They seem overwhelmed and aimless. Unfortunately the staff doesn't do the business justice. We waited almost 30 minutes for fast food, then the order was wrong and the feedback was not accepted due to being overwhelmed. There is a lot of catching up to do here!

Today I went to McDonald's with my child. They didn't put any toys in the Happy Meal. And there was a hair in my burger. I went to the kitchen to pick up the toy and they even doubted my words. But the toy was later returned. The service is complete crap!

Food is usually good, but if it's not, it's promptly improved. The furnishings should soon be due, especially the great flickering ceiling lighting is absolutely unpleasant. The entire shop flickers and flashes happily. Hopefully the cleanliness can only be improved in the guest area! Drive in works relatively quickly.

The shift manager with blonde, short hair refuses help with order deficits. Fries cold, undercooked, greasy. Cleanliness in the entire “restaurant” leaves a lot to be desired. Only service at the counter was nice. But also too few staff.

I am more and more convinced that McDonaldz need to go side and better choose other restaurants. These sandwiches cannot be eaten, bringing a box in the middle of which everything is scattered!

Ordered online, sometimes not available at the window (mc rib)! Alternative solution is just laughable. Something has often been missing in the past. Therefore always ask for a receipt. Staff quite incompetent.

Unfortunately my experience at Mc Donalds in Cuxhaven was negative. I found cold fries, unsalted fries, fake burgers and unfortunately an unclean shop. There was hardly anything going on. My waiting time was 15 minutes for 2 burgers and a fries. Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time either, so you'd better go to Burger King a few meters away!

The staff are friendly and the restaurant is clean. The food tasted like any McDonald's. The ordering machines are very slow.

The food is super better than Burger King. The service is quick and very friendly.

Unfortunately, the store has slacked off quite a bit. If you actually get what you ordered, the burgers seem more like they were "slapped together" than made. The bags are on the drive in front of the serving window so that the food gets nice and cold. But the crowning glory was the missing toy in the Happy Metal. You don't buy that because of the pretty packaging. That gave you big crocodile tears at home. Thank you for that... we won't be coming back.

Unfortunately, the quality is no longer the same as it used to be, unfortunately for almost every MC.

We were there today, ordering and waiting went really quickly because we took the food with us. I think if you eat there it will take a lot longer. What I personally have to complain about is the "friendliness" of some of the employees; friendly interactions with other people would be desirable.

Our order was pushed away so we had to wait 1 hour.

It's disgusting when you specifically order the cheeseburger without onions and then get one where the onions have obviously been chopped!!!!! There were still some on there. The whole fucking burger tastes like onions! I personally can't eat it. I get stomach pain. Thanks for nothing

What happened to this model Mäcces? Once again the order in the drive was not understood due to a lack of language skills. The store is dirty and in the delivery window you see people constantly touching their faces, hair or noses 😳. Like cinema, only the worst film I've ever seen. That's it for us as customers.

The lamp above the table in the cafe has been flickering for about a month and a half or more. That's why my head hurt and I felt like I was in a cheap cafe.

Brought something out for dinner. The food was OK and still warm when I got home.

So service is very nice, but the cleanliness is catastrophic. I think the photos speak for themselves. Mc Monopoly hasn't been around for a while, which shows that it hasn't been cleaned here since then. That's definitely a reason for me never to come here again... It's a shame...

Food is as you would expect from McDonalds. Everything OK. MA are nice. What is complete crap is the lighting in the restaurant! It flickers on every corner and edge and has been for a long time. If you stay for a long time you'll get screwed! Is there no electrician for/at McDonalds? This should be fixed as soon as possible!!!!

Every now and then I quickly stop at Mc Drive counters after work. Burgers have often been missing or swapped. Until now I always thought, OK, it can happen. Nobody drives off again if they discover it at home. Today, however, was the crowning achievement. We had 2 Mc Ribs and the bottom of both of them was missing from the bun and clearly a burger was swapped again. Something urgently needs to change!

Apparently it is no longer enough for several burgers to be swapped with others when ordering. Nowadays, with McRibs you only get the top half of the bun with your burger. The fact that such a bunch of potentially long-term unemployed people are still being granted the minimum wage is an outrage for every normal working person. If you replace your employees who have fallen off the disk-licking bus with halfway competent primates, that would be an improvement.

I ordered two ice creams and got two juices!!! waiting time 20 minutes!!! staff totally overwhelmed there is still one rating point too many, next time I would prefer Burger King!!!!!

Good parking lot, electric charging station, relatively clean toilet, pure restaurant, very dog-friendly, fresh, hot hamburgers, delicious French fries.

When I got home, both my fries and the bottom bun from the burger were missing. Last time my cheeseburger was missing. Pathetic.

Seeing all the reports of items being stolen from people's bags is a sign that the owners' management is involved as the problem is not being fixed.

Unfortunately, the staff constantly steals food, which you only notice when you get home. This happens almost every time we order and it ruins our food and is a waste of money. Managers really need to get this under control.

Order terminal not working properly, delivery incomplete - Hamburger Royal TS was missing! Chicken nuggets were quite wobbly and should have been fried/fried a little longer. For me, McDonald's in Cuxhaven is not recommended!

Actually very good, but we were there this morning and didn't want to have breakfast. The selection is very limited and there are no offers. Were on vacation in Cuxhaven and ate there twice. Were satisfied every time. The employee who brought the food to the table for both of us was very, very nice and friendly. Rarely experienced something like that.

Things are getting worse here. The last few orders were always missing something or something was completely wrong. Instead of mayo, they put ketchup in their Happymeal. Instead of a salad you get extra salty fries. Drinking bottle for which you pay a deposit is completely missing... Consolation campaign... If only you could get them.... I'm extremely disappointed, I really expected more, but nowadays it's no wonder when you hire such staff. First of all, you can now only choose two types of ice cream and no more. Unfortunately, there are always errors when ordering at this McDonald's. Often something is missing, and even with the Happy Meal something is often forgotten. This was my most disappointing experience at McDonald's to date. In the future I will prefer to buy the Happy Meal somewhere else as every cent here seems to be wasted. Burger King is the better choice for me from now on.

We were in Cuxhaven with our family for the first time and were very hungry. So we stopped here. Very rude employees. First of all, half of our food was forgotten and we had to go and ask several times and collect it ourselves. We were outside under the umbrella, the colleague said I would close the umbrellas now because they weren't meant for the rain. Then we said for a moment that we would please get up and take our food with us. He has me with the umbrella Hit my head and hurt me. It's a shame that Cuxhaven has simply remained in our memories in an outrageous way.

Today I drove through the drive with my daughter and we placed our order. The lady said please go to the second window, I did that, the employee gave me my order, I told him I hadn't paid yet. Suddenly this unfriendly woman who took our order came to the second counter and tried to stop the employee from giving me my order, but I already had the money in my hand. I gave the employee a €100 note, the woman didn't want to accept the money at first, I think she wanted to insist that I go back, but the employee gave her the money and said bring the change. I said to the lady, they said drive up to the second window, so I did. My daughter sat next to me. And confirmed it. But she said no, I said to the first window she couldn't even speak German, I then said it doesn't matter. Withdraw the money and bring me my change. I stood at the second window the whole time and waited for my change. The woman just didn't come. The employee then went to her and got my money. Well, all I can say is that I haven't seen such an unfriendly employee in a long time.

Ich wohne hier in der Gegend und bin öfters hier allerdings habe ich seit Wochen nur beanstandungen. Essen kalt, auch nach zwei mal zurück bringen.... Ewige Wartezeiten auch im drive, sehr unfreundlich und überhaupt nicht mehr das was es mal war.... Widerlich geworden, was auch immer der Anlass der Veränderung war, es ist abzuschaffen

Order terminals take forever for the system to record the ordered products. After completing the order and paying, it took a full 45 minutes until the 3 menus were at the table. The storage spaces for the trays were overcrowded outside and in the back of the branch.

Quality of the food leaves a lot to be desired. It may have been due to the relatively late time (approx. 9:30 p.m.) but it still shouldn't happen.

As soon as you enter you smell a very strong smell of urine that makes you want to vomit. The terminals, some not working, others very slow. Tables and trays not clean enough to make you vomit. The food barely has any taste. And the bathrooms I wanted to avoid seeing that the whole place was dirty and poorly maintained NEVER AGAIN

I ordered and received a McSundae. Everything worked out wonderfully. Gladly again.

Catastrophe! We ask BEFORE whether you can choose the Smurfs. No problem, you can swap it later. After dinner: “Yes, you can’t choose the Smurfs.” One hand doesn't know what the other is doing! There are only 5 in the 6 nugget pack (method?) The chances of winning are not on the reusable cups! The store does a great job of ripping off the customer! Never here again, luckily we are on vacation and don't have to come here anymore!

The staff spoke little or no German and chatted in the kitchen instead of emptying the overflowing return carts. There would have been time for that as there wasn't much going on. When the food was brought to the table, half of it was missing.

A straight 6 for this restaurant. Totally dirty, burgers cold. Only the service was nice.

Absolute disaster! Of the 6 ordering terminals, 5 “worked,” if you can say they worked. The service was so slow due to the surface being dirty with leftover sunscreen (a brilliant day at the start of the holiday in North Rhine-Westphalia) that I gave up trying to order after more than 10 minutes. The family of 4 on the other side of the terminal started ordering 10 minutes before me and weren't finished when I left! Overall, the entire crew seemed completely overwhelmed; the waiting time in the drive-thru was more than 15 minutes. The traffic management in the parking lot is extremely stupid when there are traffic jams in the drive-thru, you can't get away.

You get food very quickly. However, the ordering terminals were very slow and took 2 to 3 seconds after each press for something to happen. Looking through the different menus wasn't really possible. You had to think about what you wanted before you had to wait forever for the menu. Even the preview images didn't load properly and took a few seconds to load. Food was good. Fries were fresh and crispy and the burger was warm. The ice cream also tasted good. The staff was also friendly.

I was in this store today with a friend and I was horrified to discover that the frame seating options you had were not cut out symmetrically. This really bothered me while I was eating because I couldn't look away. Still eat OK. Food was soggy but the Sprite with passion fruit got it out.

There was exactly one employee who brought the ordered food to the tables. He was really nice, helpful and hard-working. But it was clear that there were clearly too few employees. The outside area was very dirty, the tables were sticky, there was a lot of rubbish on the floor and the tray return was hopelessly overcrowded. The floor in the restaurant itself was also sticky and there was obviously a lack of the necessary hygiene. The toilet appeared to be reasonably clean. Considering the overall condition of the McDonald's, I'm assuming the restroom might be at least as disgusting. Overall, there is still a lot of potential here. But it probably fails due to the number of employees.

We were just visiting Cuxhaven and wanted to eat something quick, so we went to McDonald's. I have to say that this McDonald's branch was very clean and the employees were very friendly. The food we ordered was super fresh and very, very tasty. We were all very satisfied.

Everything was great and clean.

Every year on the way to vacation we stop here and eat something. Our start to vacation.

The egghead with glasses insulted me just because I thought it was my food and said here he said say it here again and you'll see. Next time I'll call the cops, dirty shop
