McDonald's in Cuxhaven

I'm extremely disappointed, I really expected more, but nowadays it's no wonder when you hire such staff. First of all, you can now only choose two types of ice cream and no more. Then the good lady tells me this in a tone and then stands there with the fries to gossip and tells me why I didn't understand it is the cherry on top. It has more than subsided

Toilets are not that clean. And the citizens aren't as hot as they used to be. And way too much lettuce on the Big Mag.

Unfortunately, there are always errors when ordering at this McDonald's. Often something is missing, and even with the Happy Meal something is often forgotten. This was my most disappointing experience at McDonald's to date. In the future I will prefer to buy the Happy Meal somewhere else as every cent here seems to be wasted. Burger King is the better choice for me from now on.

We were in Cuxhaven with our family for the first time and were very hungry. So we stopped here. Very rude employees. First of all, half of our food was forgotten and we had to go and ask several times and collect it ourselves. We were outside under the umbrella, the colleague said I would close the umbrellas now because they weren't meant for the rain. Then we said for a moment that we would please get up and take our food with us. He has me with the umbrella Hit my head and hurt me. The restaurant is really very dirty. There are food residues everywhere on the floors, oil stains… tables are dirty and not cleaned. It's a shame that Cuxhaven has simply remained in our memories in an outrageous way.

Went to the drive-in counter and I found it to be pure clearance, but of course it was Mac Donalds when I saw the prices Other food is, on the one hand, better and healthier and, on the other hand, cheaper and tastier, but elsewhere you are respected and valued as a customer, which is not really the case at Mac Donalds. If you're just at the drive-in counter to get food for home, you also have to check immediately whether everything is there, whether the right drinks are available if the special request has been implemented or whether the sauces are available. All in all, going to another restaurant is always better than at Mac Donalds and as long as there is no more rebellion against it, Mac Donalds will stay the way it is. (Just Bad)

Today I drove through the drive with my daughter and we placed our order. The lady said please go to the second window, I did that, the employee gave me my order, I told him I hadn't paid yet. Suddenly this unfriendly woman who took our order came to the second counter and tried to stop the employee from giving me my order, but I already had the money in my hand. I gave the employee a €100 note, the woman didn't want to accept the money at first, I think she wanted to insist that I go back, but the employee gave her the money and said bring the change. I said to the lady, they said drive up to the second window, so I did. My daughter sat next to me. And confirmed it. But she said no, I said to the first window she couldn't even speak German, I then said it doesn't matter. Withdraw the money and bring me my change. I stood at the second window the whole time and waited for my change. The woman just didn't come. The employee then went to her and got my money. Well, all I can say is that I haven't seen such an unfriendly employee in a long time.

Ich wohne hier in der Gegend und bin öfters hier allerdings habe ich seit Wochen nur beanstandungen. Essen kalt, auch nach zwei mal zurück bringen.... Ewige Wartezeiten auch im drive, sehr unfreundlich und überhaupt nicht mehr das was es mal war.... Widerlich geworden, was auch immer der Anlass der Veränderung war, es ist abzuschaffen

Order terminals take forever for the system to record the ordered products. After completing the order and paying, it took a full 45 minutes until the 3 menus were at the table. The storage spaces for the trays were overcrowded outside and in the back of the branch.

Quality of the food leaves a lot to be desired. It may have been due to the relatively late time (approx. 9:30 p.m.) but it still shouldn't happen.

As soon as you enter you smell a very strong smell of urine that makes you want to vomit. The terminals, some not working, others very slow. Tables and trays not clean enough to make you vomit. The food barely has any taste. And the bathrooms I wanted to avoid seeing that the whole place was dirty and poorly maintained NEVER AGAIN

I ordered and received a McSundae. Everything worked out wonderfully. Gladly again.

Catastrophe! We ask BEFORE whether you can choose the Smurfs. No problem, you can swap it later. After dinner: “Yes, you can’t choose the Smurfs.” One hand doesn't know what the other is doing! There are only 5 in the 6 nugget pack (method?) The chances of winning are not on the reusable cups! The store does a great job of ripping off the customer! Never here again, luckily we are on vacation and don't have to come here anymore!

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The ordering terminals didn't work properly and the dining room smelled of urine. We then ate outside. The staff spoke little or no German and chatted in the kitchen instead of emptying the overflowing return carts. There would have been time for that as there wasn't much going on. When the food was brought to the table, half of it was missing.

Absolute disaster! Of the 6 ordering terminals, 5 “worked,” if you can say they worked. The service was so slow due to the surface being dirty with leftover sunscreen (a brilliant day at the start of the holiday in North Rhine-Westphalia) that I gave up trying to order after more than 10 minutes. The family of 4 on the other side of the terminal started ordering 10 minutes before me and weren't finished when I left! Overall, the entire crew seemed completely overwhelmed; the waiting time in the drive-thru was more than 15 minutes. The traffic management in the parking lot is extremely stupid when there are traffic jams in the drive-thru, you can't get away.

You get food very quickly. However, the ordering terminals were very slow and took 2 to 3 seconds after each press for something to happen. Looking through the different menus wasn't really possible. You had to think about what you wanted before you had to wait forever for the menu. Even the preview images didn't load properly and took a few seconds to load. Food was good. Fries were fresh and crispy and the burger was warm. The ice cream also tasted good. The staff was also friendly.

There was exactly one employee who brought the ordered food to the tables. He was really nice, helpful and hard-working. But it was clear that there were clearly too few employees. The outside area was very dirty, the tables were sticky, there was a lot of rubbish on the floor and the tray return was hopelessly overcrowded. The floor in the restaurant itself was also sticky and there was obviously a lack of the necessary hygiene. The toilet appeared to be reasonably clean. Considering the overall condition of the McDonald's, I'm assuming the restroom might be at least as disgusting. Overall, there is still a lot of potential here. But it probably fails due to the number of employees.

I was in this store today with a friend and I was horrified to discover that the frame seating options you had were not cut out symmetrically. This really bothered me while I was eating because I couldn't look away. Still eat OK. Food was soggy but the Sprite with passion fruit got it out.

We were just visiting Cuxhaven and wanted to eat something quick, so we went to McDonald's. I have to say that this McDonald's branch was very clean and the employees were very friendly. The food we ordered was super fresh and very, very tasty. We were all very satisfied.

Cuxhaven McD it's just before 10:30 a.m. we're standing in front of the ordering machine and we want to have breakfast. Device does not respond to our input. Go to an employee to report this. Answer: "Get up earlier!" Our comment: Without words...!

It was a bit dark in the restaurant, otherwise it was always the same, everything was fine.

Ok for a quick lunch stop. Restaurant was clean and the staff was nice. Food came quite quickly, but the fries were rather lukewarm and that was fresh.

We were in Cuxhaven around 10 a.m. and ordered a few things for breakfast. First of all, this is the 2nd time we were told there was only one croissant available even though we ordered 2. After all, it wasn't yet 10:30 a.m. yet. They had already deducted that when ordering. After we got the breakfast items and we were back in Otterndorf, we found that two items were missing from our bags and we paid for them. I don't understand why the orders aren't checked properly before they go out. A mc toast cheese and a Franzbrötchen were missing.

The order was brought super quickly by a very friendly employee. The food was hot and the restaurant was very clean. There are two five stars for the friendly service, which is rare.

I was there to get Happymeal, unfortunately I couldn't order over the counter. The employee looked very unmotivated and when I asked him he said: "It could take 10-15". Then I had to order it via the board. I don't know how it works in the store, but I thought it was cheeky how he just didn't feel like it and sent everyone to the board. Hopefully this will change in the future.

Was pretty full. Been there again after a long time. But otherwise good.

You don't even get a straw for your drink here, which is full of ice and can't be drunk! If you politely ask for a straw, you will simply answer “No”. Really unnecessary. The straws are made of paper. You can also get these for milkshakes. So why not for ice cold drinks full of ice cubes?! Without words. The toilets are full of toilet paper and tampon wrappers on the floor. The vegan burger was slapped down carelessly. You opened the package and it was more of a mushy pile than a formed burger lol.

Portions are small for a 10-year-old child, so-so place. The parking lot is not too big 😏

Here the customer is actually king. Totally friendly staff. Burgers look like the picture. Food is hot too. Everyone knows what they have to do here. This means there is no confusion like in many other locations

Their crap ordering devices are lansagamer than a grandma with both broken legs and don't even do the orders correctly then don't even want to give you your money back

There is always a man working in the lobby when we are here who is so incredibly friendly and accommodating!!! Food like everywhere else at MCD but the service from this man was excellent and courteous! Always my pleasure!!!! Thank you!!!!

Worst MCDonald's I ever went to in my entire life. Ordered several different burgers, lukewarm and none of them had any vegetables on them, except for the Big Mac, absolutely disgusting. It was bizarre. I used to go there in the past and it was always fine, really don't know what happened here, never seen anything like this.

Every time I go I order the same thing but this time they gave me the chicken krispy that was super burnt, it was dry and not juicy.

Attentive staff, clean dining room, quick service. Unfortunately, the food was only just warm, especially the fries were very soft and lukewarm. A pity. There was probably not enough going on and a lot of things were being kept warm.

Bin wenn überhaupt zwei drei mal im Jahr beim Mc.. langt auch.. essen war nicht heiß und schmeckt immer wieder nach Pappe.. Ändert sich nichts..
