Ahoi Bistro im Bad in Cuxhaven

The employee was very friendly and explained to us which color of chocola we should use. The floor and the tables were all dirty. It was also very busy because it was raining, but a quick wipe down every now and then would have been nice. I don't think the paper plates, disposable dishes, and sauce sachets are so helpful. It's annoying and not ideal for the environment. The fries were good.

It's just a snack in a fun pool. We were served very friendly (so I can't understand some of the criticism here) and we also liked our food (both rice pudding) and it was reasonable in terms of price-performance ratio. It would be great if there was a slightly healthier alternative to fries and rice pudding, but I suspect that there wouldn't be enough demand for this (the salad is available in the bistro in the sauna area). The ambience is okay - you're just sitting in the large swimming pool and it's correspondingly noisy. If there were a few more staff, you could wipe down the tables again (French fries and mayorest on the neighboring table), but with a lot of people it's understandable that this would take a moment...

A snack bar employee was supposed to talk to his customers in the hopes of generating some extra sales. The conversation was one word, "chip." Overall, the employees lacked a service orientation. A more extensive menu and a bit more service orientation would certainly encourage us to go there for more than just a drink...

The food was delicious. The fried fish was particularly outstanding, as were the fries. The prices are perfectly reasonable. Don't forget that this is a swimming pool bistro, not a Michelin-starred restaurant!

The catering in the sauna area is a disaster 😕!

Bistro in the sauna area! Five stars for a fantastic pizza with arugula and Parma ham + Parmigiano. Topped with good olive oil! World-class! # Addendum: Looking at the latest reviews, it must just be the owner who changed.#

Bratwurst & fries were freshly prepared. Unfortunately, the bratwurst is not on a grill but in fat - unfortunately this is common practice in many snack bars. But there is nothing to complain about in terms of quality and the price/performance ratio.

Terrible! I've never eaten worse. The owner probably makes a living from unsuspecting tourists. Unfortunately there are plenty of them in Cuxhaven, otherwise he would already be broke. Locals who know their way around will definitely never order anything there. The store borders on assault and should be closed by the authorities. Frozen food, old fat, dead fried food, dirty, unfriendly, listless...these are appropriate words for this dive bar. There is no other way to describe the store. I warn against eating there. Better take a banana and a slice of bread with you. It tastes better, is healthier and cheaper and it helps to put an end to such operators.

Unfriendly employee in the bistro. We waited about 15 minutes for anyone to take our order. At least we looked through the door next to the cash register and called out to see if anyone was there, then a bad-tempered employee came in with a garbage can and complained to us that we weren't allowed to look through the door and that he had to work. That's true, but if the kitchen is open after 12 p.m., you should do all the work that needs to be done outside of the bistro beforehand. At least he then took the order and picked up the nuggets by hand. Well, it's fried but we don't really think it's hygienic. What's more, we noticed afterwards that he didn't even wash his hands. He came in with a garbage can and didn't even wash his hands! Instead of 6 chicken nuggets we only got 4. It's better to bring your own food than order there!

The snack bar operator is overwhelmed. It can't be that I have to wait an hour for a position of fries.

The gentleman is completely overwhelmed with his snack. Also unfriendly towards customers. Tables are dirty. Paper plates and wooden cutlery are a no-go. My daughter's burger bun was dried out. Both citizens drowned in gravy. The whole snack bar seems loveless.

Bad service, unfriendly and cold food

Nuggets mit 🍟 = Besten Nuggets dir ich gesessen habe, mega lecker . CURRYWURST mit 🍟 = mega Lecker Milchreis = Mega Lecker Latte Macchiato = Mega Lecker . Alles Gerichte wurden erst nach Bestellung gemacht , finde ich nicht verkehrt . Wird Abends nichts in den Müll geworfen . Der Herr an der Kasse war mega freundlich und hat einen sehr guten Eindruck hinterlassen. Danke für die schöne Zeit

Unfreundlich, unsauber und unverschämt teuer. Hamburger total ertränkt in bilkig Remoulade! und Ketchup...Nuggets, Pommes, Mayo und Cola 10,30 Euro....in viel besserer Qualität nebenan beim Griechen nicht nur am Tisch serviert und auf Porzellan, sondern auch noch deutlich billiger.....nie wieder werden wir da essen !!!

Leider wird alles Tod frittiert. Currywurst von einer Seite komplett schwarz. Pommes ohne Salz. Chefkoch sehr wortkarg und lustlos. Können wir nicht empfehlen
