Well, we got something for €50 and forgot to add two chicken burgers even though they were paid for. :/

There were no numbers when ordering. We had to wait a long time. A lot of dirty dishes.

That simply can't be the case... Yesterday I had an MC fish instead of the MC RIP I ordered and instead of the 9 chicken MC nuggets that I also paid for there were only 6 pieces in it. I was in a hurry, so I didn't check the order. That's exactly what I recommend to everyone. Check your order.

McDonald's franchise as you would expect. Unfortunately, items in the order are often forgotten. I don't understand what is so complex about an order of 6-8 things that you can't get it right. No problem if you eat on site. It's annoying when you take your food with you and when you get home you realize what's missing. So the note to the customer...check the order straight away. And the note to the branch management, checklist training for the employees. VG

Rude, no goodbye, thanks, etc. Half was forgotten and handed over without an apology or anything.

The prices are too expensive for the mediocre food

Typical McDonald's. Eating the same as everywhere else. Everything went very quickly. Tables could be wiped down occasionally. Toilets were clean so far.

A fairly typical McDonald's restaurant where you get pretty much the full menu, including McCafe and much more. The restaurant has several order terminals where you can place your order or, in the classic way, at the checkout. There is also a McDrive, table service and mobile ordering. The employees are friendly, the orders are prepared quickly and well.

Well, McDonald's is actually a nice place if you want to eat something on the go, but since new staff have been hired there, burgers are forgotten, sauces are forgotten, they even forget to add straws with the drinks, it's really sad what has developed from this 😔

Just went to mcdrive and placed our order (2xMcFlurry). First of all, the lady on the radio was extremely rude, after we had paid, we were supposed to get our ice cream, but we were still standing in line when we were told that we wanted our ice cream freshly made and that there was no "milkshake" available, The same person made a huge fuss and spoke to us very directly and rudely. McDonald's will definitely be avoided in the near future.

Today on mcdrive. A very snippy and unfriendly service that can't really score points with customer friendliness. That was the last time.

Super fast service even for a McDonald's.

The cleanest toilet I've ever used at McDonald's. Otherwise I try to avoid going to the toilet there. Food great as usual. The croissants are awesome. And a games room where the slot machine works.

Had a very bad experience, got 3 Happy Meals, forgot all 3 toys.

No menu on site. The reason was that we are not a restaurant. Every chip shop has something available somewhere. Prices, well without words. Long chicken is only half the size it used to be and the burgers are still cold. Never again...

Today, April 1st, 2024 around 1:30 p.m. I placed an order via the terminal. Since I had collected enough points, I thought I would redeem them by selecting the new ketchup shower gel (3x). There was no information that this shower gel was completely sold out, nor was it grayed out on the terminal, meaning you could also select it! When my order was ready, I went to the counter and noticed that the shower gels were missing. I then spoke to an employee and she just said, "Unfortunately they're all gone. It's only while stocks last. I'm sorry." So I redeemed 1,200 points for FREE and didn't get an alternative for it. Sad. I will definitely describe this problem on my other social media channels. I just don't think it's okay.

Good branch of McDonald's in Riesa. Ordered via app and served at your seat. 👍🏻 The only drawback was the toilet. Just a fan and no paper to dry your hands.

Unfortunately I had a negative experience today, the staff seems very unfriendly and arrogant, no hello, no goodbye, if you don't understand something and ask, the staff gets rude straight away. Receipt only given upon request, although it must always be included. I waited almost 15 minutes for two burgers.

5 stars for the best drive in staff you could wish for. In the finest Saxon style, he answered all questions extremely comprehensively and in a very friendly manner! Perfect!

They didn't give me any straws for cola, but it was ok

It's always great how quick preparation and serving works here, even in times of great demand.

As a grandma of grandchildren who love McDonald's, I can highly recommend the branch in Riesa because all the employees are extremely child-friendly, very helpful and competent. But of course there is also a wide range of activities available for adults.

I like to go there when I'm in a hurry, it always tastes good and the child really enjoys eating it. The staff is always very friendly. Unfortunately, if you have takeaway food you have to check beforehand to make sure everything is inside, but we understand that with the amount of food going on there, something can happen and you can just go there and it will be taken care of straight away. The children's play area is also great, but unfortunately there's not enough time, but the projector would be great if the screens on the side worked again.

Pommes waren nach 2 Minuten vollkommen weich und labbrig, absolut ungenießbar. Milchshake für Kinder im Winter mit Eiswürfel !? Burger kannste auch nicht mehr genießen. Was aufwärts geht sind die Preise! Macht euch Gedanken was besser werden sollte, oder macht einfach zu . Ihr seid kulinarisch einfach nur peinlich!

Wie will man es beschreiben, jeder Laden sieht gleich aus überall gibt es dasselbe Personal war sehr nett, hat auch alles geklappt, mit der digitalen Bestellung.

Geht so Der Big Tasty ist kein big Tasty mehr und man bekommt die Soße vom big tasty nicht so zu den pommes dazu was eigentlich gehen Muss meiner Ansicht nach.

Sehr freundliche (insbesondere kleineren Kindern gegenüber) und hilfsbeteite Mitarbeiter. Es ist alles sehr sauber. Es wird zügig serviert. Gegessen habe ich nicht. Der Espresso schmeckt sehr gut.

Essen wie gewohnt ungesund und teuer.

Das Standartessen was man überall bekommt beim McDonald, nicht besser und nicht schlecht.

Typisches McDonald's Restaurant. Essen, Service und Ambiente wie überall. Nur leider haben wir mitbekommen wie scheinbar eine neue Mitarbeiterin einen Fehler machte und "auf recht freundliche Weise" von ihrer Kollegin darauf hingewiesen wurde. Das macht man einfach nicht.

Habe essen bestellt zum Mitnehmen, wurde erst zum hier essen serviert und dann umgepackt, gefehlt hat auch was. Burger werden zwar immer teurer aber dafür auch kleiner. War sonst immer gerne da aber dann gehe ich doch lieber zu BK. Beste Grüße

Schnelle und super freundliche Bedienung 😃😄

Es war mal einer der besten MC der Region , heute war ich enttäuscht. Vor allem von der Ordnung und Sauberkeit. Alle Müllregale komplett voll , überall stand Müll rum. Sorry , die kann und sollte bei allen sparzwängen nicht Anspruch sein .

Systemrestaurant im Gewerbegebiet. Für McDonalds ein verhältnismäßig großes Grundstück, lange Umfahrt rund um das Restaurant, Terrasse nach hinten (zur Hauptstraße).

Sind gerne hier. Mit Platzservice... nettes Personal... die Burger sind immer gut!!! Neuer Spielbereich außen und auch für Rollstuhlfahrer gut zugänglich.

Schneller und freundlicher Service, waren nur zu einem Eiscafé.

Kein Personal an der Kasse. Die Schlage steht bis zum Eingang. Man muss mindestens 30 Minuten warten das man Dran kommt

Der Mc Donald's ist recht schön. Und das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich. Aber das Geschirr war noch etwas schmutzig. Der Cold Brew Caffè wurde auch nicht so schön serviert. Alles in allem nicht ganz so gut.😐

Es gibt nur 2 Sterne was das Frühstück betrifft. Innerhalb von einer Woche gibt es nur ein mageres Angebot von einem Burger. Kein Rührei steht zur Verfügung und der Bacon and Egg ist auch nicht zu bestellen.

Sehr freundliches Personal, frisches Essen und gingen sogar auf meine Wünsche ein. Top!

Wir waren nur am mc Drive und hatten das Essen via App vorbestellt! Ging flott und die Angestellten waren freundlich!

Es hat uns nicht so gefallen, viele freie Tische, nur nicht sauber, oben wie unten, 1sauberen Platz haben wir dann doch gefunden.

Das Essen war leider nicht mehr warm. Bei den Preis erwarte ich so was.

Ein abgewischter Tisch, Rest 7 freie Tische benutzt. Genauso Sitzplätze und Fußboden, war schon viel besser.

Überforderte Mitarbeiter, völliges Chaos. 3 Autos waren vor uns im Mc Drive, 20 min Wartezeit. Hatte unter anderem ein Happy Meal mit bestellt. Am Fenster wollte man mir dann eine Tüte in die Hand drücken, Auf Nachfrage, wo das Happy Meal ist, wurde auf die Tüte verwiesen. Unterwegs haben wir dann gemerkt, dass wir zwar Spielzeug und Capri Sonne hatten, der Rest fehlte aber!

Überforderte und unfreundliche Mitarbeiter lange wartezeiten und dann fehlt bei der Bestellung auch noch einiges

Absolute Katastrophe am 06.09.18. Das Personal war so überfordert, daß McDrive einen Stau bis auf die Bundesstrasse verursachte. Nach einer Stunde Wartezeit auf 4 Essen wurde verkündet, man hätte unsere Bestellung vergessen, wie bei fast allen anderen Gästen auch. Keine Entschuldigung! Essen war kalt und matschig. So etwas habe ich bei McDonalds noch nie erlebt. Wenn wenigstens eine Entschuldigung gekommen wäre. Aber die Kinder sind hungrig und maßlos enttäuscht nach hause gefahren. Toiletten total unsauber. Kein Tisch abgewischt. Überall Abfall. Riesa und McDonalds...nie wieder

Was soll man zu mäckes sagen ??? ehrlich gesagt wundert es mich hier ein McD zu sehen ... ich war selbst auch in diesem restaurant und es ist wie 99% der anderen halt McDonald .... ich kann mich erinnern 1 oder 2 mal in einem schlechten McDoof gewesen zu sein aber erinnere mich nicht mehr wo das war, dieser hier gehört jedoch zu den normalen 0815 McD die man so kennt

Diverse Hamburger, Hähnchennuggets, Pommes, Wraps und ähnliches ... dafür ist McDonald bekannt. Und es schmeckt immer gleich und gleich gut, aber billig essen kann man nur, wenn mit einem kleinen Burger oder Salat satt wird. Die angebptenen Menüs sind zwischen 7 und 10 Euro, dafür biete auch die nächste Pizzeria schon etwas auf der Karte.

Wie mann es erwartet ging es in diesem Schnellrestaurant schnell und sauber und lecker. Parkplatz war diekt auf dem Gelände vorhanden.

Abends um 23.00h gab es keinen Salat mehr, kein Royal TS oder ander Burger. -außerdem war die Besucherschlange schon auf ca.15 Personen angewachsen aber eine 2.Kasse - Fehlanzeige. Die Dame mit den Kopfhörern stand eigentlich nur im Weg. Kaffee war ok.

Ну куда без Мака? Зашел, оплатил картой, поел и побежал. Вот он макдак. Ничего особенного, но хорошо, что ассортимент везде одинаковый.
