Food was better, service was still ok. Ambiance is purely a matter of taste

Phew, I decided against writing a review for a long time, but after having had incredibly bad experiences three times on Saturday nights, there's no other way. The store is an absolute dump / the service is terrible!!! As I said, here I'm only referring to a visit on the weekend at night (where there's not much going on)... in MC Drive you wait up to 20 minutes even though there's nothing going on until you can finally order something. As an example, you order 3 cheeseburgers WITHOUT cucumbers and get 3 cheeseburgers WITH cucumbers that look like you've already thrown them up three times. Love for food definitely looks different... When I asked the service company, they apologized for the bad experience, but that was no compensation recommend avoiding this place :)

Service was fast but pomes and chicken were cold

Well, I was there today with my friends for dinner after a carnival party (we were dressed up). There was loud talk about my friend about how “hot” she would look. When she came out of the toilet, the employee and his other colleagues told her that also said personally. That was really very unpleasant. In addition, the curly fries, like nuggets, just tasted old and disgusting. Wuppertal itself is beautiful, but none of us will ever see the store again.

The food tastes good. However, we had to wait 45 minutes (!) for breakfast! And it wasn't particularly busy. How can something like that be? We were clearly late for our appointment, which was still clearly open!

Stable McDonalds! Always fresh, always warm, always quick and complete! And if you want to eat there, it's also a nice restaurant to eat there!

So you can't go wrong anymore. Sour cream was forgotten, the netted potatoes were ice cold, my Big Tasty was ice cold, the double cheeseburger was ice cold and had no onions or mustard, but the 6 nuggets were burning hot. I called 7 times to complain about this, unfortunately no one answered the phone. In general, apart from the nuggets, the food had a very unpleasant bitter aftertaste. Why did I actually wait 10 minutes at the McDrive counter?

Never again!!! I wanted to order the Halloween special menu. When I received it, the fries were missing. When I asked for fries, the worker answered me listlessly "yes, wait a minute" and rolled her eyes back. When I wanted to eat my burger there was still a frozen onion ring that was hard as a rock (see attachment) what a disgrace!!!! But it also smelled extremely bad.

Everything was very tasty, only some burgers were cold and not that tasty but the experience was still good.

First there was no cola at all, then the wrong one and the lid wasn't on properly then it was tipped over, but in 9th check nuggets were 10 yours

Very inefficient. Especially, missing burgers, missing ketchup!! Sent complaints and no response!!!!!

Ordered food for the 3rd time and food was MISSING for the 3rd TIME. Very annoying and ruins your evening. But well learned, never order again!

This branch is the only one in Mannheim that has a drive-thru. That's why we only go there when we feel like Burger King. Ordered from the drive last night and checked everything straight away. Number of burgers and sides were correct. Pepper was missing again and there was mayo instead of sour cream. But good.. Didn't want to run in.. At home then the surprise.. Instead of the Cheesy Rösti Lover Beef Double there was an unidentifiable plant based burger wrapped in paper. Today I drove in and asked for the branch or shift manager. I explained my concerns to him. He was very nice and polite to me. Apologized for that and offered to freshen up the Cheesy Rösti Lover Beef Double for free. As a gesture of goodwill and upon request, he even made two of them. This is what customer service looks like! Thank you
