Unfortunately very dissatisfied. I waited 30 minutes so I could get fries thrown in? Are your customers dogs for you?? To you customers: save your money and eat somewhere else because you won't be happy here.
I would like to give 0 stars! Unfortunately we didn't have a great experience at Burger King today, we were there as a family with three children and had an e order for over €60. When our order was at the table, we noticed that the whooper was missing on the receipt but it was there, so my husband went to the lady at the checkout and pointed it out to her, then she said what we did with the burger... I then said what should we do with it, we didn't get one, she looked at us in complete disbelief and then gave me the whooper We didn't get a fork for the salad either, so I asked my husband to go back to the checkout and said sorry, can I please have a fork, then she said, quite impudently, what did they do with the other fork... Then my husband's collar exploded and he told the lady what he thought, just because she was incapable of putting the order together correctly and didn't want to look stupid next to her colleagues. She assumed that we should have gotten the burger and the fork even though that wasn't the case!!! She was super unfriendly then my husband also became unfriendly and wanted to talk to the boss, she then patted herself on the chest and said I'm the boss here even though that's not true, we know the boss! That was definitely the last visit there
Half the order was forgotten in the drive-thru! Ultimately we paid €32 for 2 burgers. We only noticed it when we got home and we didn't get a receipt. Juice shop
This branch is the only one in Mannheim that has a drive-thru. That's why we only go there when we feel like Burger King.
Ordered from the drive last night and checked everything straight away. Number of burgers and sides were correct. Pepper was missing again and there was mayo instead of sour cream. But good.. Didn't want to run in.. At home then the surprise.. Instead of the Cheesy Rösti Lover Beef Double there was an unidentifiable plant based burger wrapped in paper.
Today I drove in and asked for the branch or shift manager. I explained my concerns to him. He was very nice and polite to me. Apologized for that and offered to freshen up the Cheesy Rösti Lover Beef Double for free. As a gesture of goodwill and upon request, he even made two of them.

I never expect much from branches of this chain.
However, it should be possible to hand out the right burgers. Unfortunately, it wasn't until I got to the hotel that I noticed that there was Chrispy Chicken in the package instead of the M. Right packaging, wrong burger.
By the way, when put together correctly it also looks different, the two Chrispy Chickens that I had instead of an M and a Chrispy Chicken, looked more like they were thrown together.
