I actually give negative reviews as rarely as possible, but unfortunately there's no other way here... Even though I was the only one who ordered, the pizza and rolls took forever. In terms of noise, based on the pinging noises from the kitchen, I would assume that the ingredients are being defrosted in the microwave. The pizza definitely tasted like that. Not even a quarter of it was eaten and it went straight into the trash. I basically had to change the money myself because the baker couldn't do it. First and definitely last order.
For Corona protection: small shop therefore annoying that there is no cutting disc at the counter. However, masks and gloves were worn
McDonald's
Unfortunately, your ice cream isn't what it used to be. I'm very disappointed. It's now completely poorly prepared and looks like pet food...
It's a shame the quality is declining so much...
I used to love the McDonald's Flurry, especially when they had vegan chocolate, but now you can't even enjoy it anymore!
Ordering via the machine is as easy as in other branches. Cleanliness isn't exactly at the top of their priority list. For coffee (not to-go), they provided wooden stirrers instead of spoons. This is appropriate for paper cups, but not for cups. The food was brought to the table promptly and was hot.
During peak hours, you might have to wait 12 minutes for your McFlurry, as the order list is processed in order. It used to be different, as while the person in front of you had their burger sizzling, their milkshake was made "on the side."
If you order now, and the person in front of you is a large family, you have to wait until it's ready. Perhaps you should use the cash register for small items instead of the terminal.
Again, on the subject of cleanliness.
The restrooms smell like a highway restroom.
Edit 2025:
Nothing, absolutely nothing, has changed. changed...it felt even dirtier...there was uncleaned trash on the tables (yes, I know, that's the customer's responsibility...but...if they don't do it, who will?).
All the tables in our row were beyond greasy...the waitresses didn't care, but instead slunk through the store...and walked past the trash on the tables/floor anyway.
And when we arrived, there really wasn't much going on...
No...honestly...it's not okay.
It takes forever. There's always something missing. You get it delivered without comment, but it's annoying. And today all of a sudden the entire order receipt was gone. So we had to wait for three quarters of an hour and have to discuss things with the staff.
When the order came, it was cold. So just forgotten somewhere.
That was the last time we were there.
The staff is undoubtedly trying, but somehow poorly organized.
Edit: The last two takeout orders I ordered had individual items missing.
For a few months now, you've always had to wait a long time for food. The last few times the burgers were just lukewarm
I'm a guest at the branch in Düsseldorf's old town and I'm supposed to pay for the toilet... Especially since the employee there is more interested in playing on his cell phone than keeping the toilet clean...
#not possible
What actually happened here? I'm not from here, but because of the locations in the area you always end up here and have known the branch for many years.
You order at the self-service counter and wait for ages. You can safely leave out the screen that says it's being prepared/ready for collection, it will print everything as ready pretty quickly anyway, even if you can wait another 5 minutes+.
If it takes too long you should listen. Recently a receipt was obviously lost because it was only "found" when asked. But no reason to lie to the customer and say it will take a moment. In total it was almost a quarter of an hour.
The store now seems constantly dirty, but you can't see anyone in the store because the employees behind the counter are already overwhelmed. The seating area upstairs is almost always closed, even if the shop downstairs is full.
You can generally pick it up yourself, because if you choose table service, no one here will care. The signs at the self-service counters are always missing and if you choose service anyway, you will notice later when the people at the counter call your number through the store (it will have long since disappeared from the screen)...
And now there are errors in orders. Sometimes the products are not the way you know them or you simply have different drinks (e.g. I order a Diet Coke and get an iced tea). At least the food is always hot since everything seems to come fresh from the kitchen.
I hope that things will change for the better here in the future, because that's how it normally is and you wouldn't drive there again...
Was here in the morning and had mini pancakes and latte macchiato. As always, I didn't get a stirrer with my hot drink, despite table service, and had to get one again. I then commented that you should please add stir sticks to the hot drink. A very unfriendly, heavily made-up blonde woman then rudely said that they always do that. I then said that I had never been able to get a stir stick there and then she started arguing with me. Such behavior is not acceptable at all.
The pancakes were hard on the outside and not fully baked on the inside.
McDonalds has declined significantly. Be it friendliness, cleanliness, service, quality... simply everything!
Then it's better to go to a 'normal' snack bar soon.
