Craziness! This has nothing to do with fast food. Been waiting for a small order for 12 minutes now. It can't taste good enough to be worth the wait. Better go to Düsseldorf

Just bought an Iced Coffee Caramel Shake. For almost 5 euros..... 40 percent ice cream in the cup... and there is no ice in there!!!!

Take a look and see if everything is in there!!! I've already driven twice with less than I thought!!! Now it happened to me again that the order was booked but didn't arrive at McDonalds. I had to book back via paypal... that sucks.

Guys, it's annoying! Yesterday around 10:10 p.m. waited 25 minutes (!) in McDrive, completely tired, just wanted to go home and eat something, a super friendly woman in service. Unfortunately, I let her behavior persuade me not to check the bag again before driving away. Then realized the fries were missing from the menu. Hey, that's a single price of over €4! I went to sleep hungry and upset.

Totally overwhelmed staff. The McDonald's was very busy and accordingly there were long queues at the self-order terminals. Ordering at the counter was also a long process. It took almost 30 minutes from ordering to receiving. Then the fries were cold and without salt, ketchup was forgotten even though ordered and napkins were missing. It was also very warm in the restaurant (the air conditioning wasn't working at all), the tables were dirty and some of them hadn't been cleared.

Ordered a lot today and supposedly delivered between 25 and 40 minutes via Uber and paid for via PayPal. Unfortunately the food never arrived! Call McDonald's and tell them to contact Uber, but that doesn't work. I would like to give minus 10 stars, but that's not possible!!!

Wed 8 p.m. Pretty empty, ordered online at the door, went in, took the bag with me. I've never finished faster. It was delicious again.

I've been eating here for over 20 years and am increasingly disappointed with the service and quality. Compared to other branches in the area, the fries and burgers are often cold. As a result, it just doesn't taste as good as expected. I really like the ambience, as long as it stays clean and isn't too crowded downstairs. The staff is dubious, slow and not particularly friendly. You often wait up to 10 minutes and then receive cold food because something is missing or simply takes too long. Unfortunately there is no table service either. This time I tried the new Burger M with a double McChicken Classic, Hamburger Royal TS and ChickenNuggets. The burgers this time were very tasty and hot because I ordered extras. The fries were cold again. 15 minutes waiting time is a bit too much.

I didn't feel comfortable there, the toilets and the general cleanliness didn't convince me. It's a shame!

And I only use first name names for people I know. And expect the same from strangers. Especially when they screw with me.

Have been there 3 times now at different times, each time it was noticeably completely dirty. Orders are prepared incorrectly and late. Since there were a lot of staff there, there seemed to be a lack of organization. Not recommended. We don't go there anymore for hygiene reasons.

Atmosphere and food as it should be, but God what slow staff. 15 to 20 minutes for 4 soft ice creams with a spoonful of caramel on top. Shameful. And the air conditioning looks very promising, but with the doors open it of course doesn't work at all. And that on a day when it is 30 degrees.

The food was hot, the fries were soggy, but after complaining I was brought very hot and fresh fries to the table, and there was also an “apology” from the shift manager because the order didn’t go smoothly straight away. All in all, I was very satisfied at the end of my stay.

25 minutes in McDrive despite pre-ordering in the app. No information on how long it takes. Then not everything has been given out and when you ask you just get a “no, it can’t be”. The complaint was then processed quite carelessly. At least the food was still warm. Unfortunately, I'm negatively surprised and don't know anything about this McDonald's. Otherwise I was always satisfied but unfortunately not this time.

Stood in the drive-thru for 5 minutes today and wasn't served. Then I went in and most of the employees were chatting - apparently no one wanted to take the microphone. Unfortunately, the burgers weren't as good as in other branches, very disappointing. We no longer visit this branch.

Slowly but surely it's turning out to be one of the worst branches there is. 9 out of 10 orders are missing something. Orders via Uber Eats are probably not completely handed over, complaints are impossible, you have to contact Uber. Sorry, but YOU are the ones who screw up giving properly packed bags. If you don't feel like doing your job properly, that can't be our problem. This certainly doesn't affect all employees...there are good ones among you too. But if two customers in front of me have complained in McDrive because parts are missing again, you should think about checking the bags. Waiting times on the drive are underground. You order 2 cheeseburgers and stand at the counter for 15 minutes, regardless of whether the store is full or empty. Staff is friendly - there's no question about it. But if you order 5 items, just manage to actually throw 5 into the bag.

First of all, no receipt with a collection number was swallowed by the printer. Secondly, got the wrong burgers. And again the fries not salted. It doesn't work at all. Never here again 😖

An MC that you do NOT want, you can only order from the dirty displays. Benches are/seem dirty. Drinks and food are not available much.

I've been here three times recently and pre-ordered using the app. Every time something is missing, once I only noticed it at home. Last week the lady who brought it out asked me to check thoroughly. Today 20 nuggets were missing again, and then they were treated badly. The leader turns around and simply leaves instead of apologizing and teaching his MA’s to behave. This store is a disaster.

The slowest MC drive we have ever experienced. Just go there with a lot of patience and not a lot of hunger! Over 40 minutes even though we had already ordered everything via the app.

Just had dinner in this restaurant, first half warm food. Secondly, we could not get an extra straw for our 4 year old son, they were only allowed to provide straws with milkshakes... where has the customer service gone? And about the staff? Antisocial rotten people who look at you with a stupid meaningless head as if you are asking for an entire menu... hello McDonalds, what are you doing? Falling for a straw?!

What a mess here. Tables and chairs were dirty, the food was almost cold, and if you politely ask for a straw for your 4-year-old child, you don't get one because that is only part of a milkshake.

Mmm, the toilets were dirty. The terminal for ordering was extremely slow and didn't take our debit card or credit card. So pay for your order at the counter where the EC card was only taken the second time. All in all, the structure was appealing, but the rest wasn't ideal for us.

We came here for dinner yesterday with our 8-month-old baby. First, all the food was cold. When we asked if they could heat up our baby's food, that was not possible and finally all the toilet paper was gone in the toilets. After my wife reported this to the staff, no action was taken. If you come here with a baby, we really do not recommend this. In our opinion, the worst experience at McDonald's ever. At a large company like McDonalds you can expect it to be child-friendly. The scanners and contactless payment didn't work. The order took forever because the device was, as always, very, very slow. A bong didn't come out either.

We had to wait a long time for our order, about 20 minutes. Orders are prepared by the staff and placed in a warming table where everything was laid out - 10-20 burgers etc. Even after a long wait, we got a lukewarm double cheeseburger that was cold after 3 bites! Unbelievable, although at some point McDonalds was definitely supposed to only serve freshly made warm food! Just like it's been a given in Holland or the UK for years. You can get delicious hot burgers and fries there even after waiting. But I'd rather wait and it's hot. Everything isn't worth the price either. I think the McDonalds are allowed to do anything here in Germany.

When you stand at the front the employee says "just a moment please" and you are only allowed to order 10 minutes later... If you're hungry, it's better to go somewhere else.

The employees always seem overwhelmed, at least during peak hours. The ordering machines always work at random, with the app you sometimes have to register twice because it just doesn't work. And the best thing was we ordered nuggets and got some with meat and shrimp. The 20 box, we've been checking ever since. The plan burgers are good, which is why the 3 stars are not really good. It just tastes like any other McDonald's.

Unfortunately, the restaurant has declined significantly in recent years. Often the food is cold or you don't get something. The floor needs a thorough cleaning, you are literally stuck. Unfortunately, you have to clean the tables yourself before using them because no one else does it. I hope that people take the criticism to heart and work on cleanliness.

Super sticky floors, no contactless payment method, all of the touch screens take 5 seconds to load each tap, at 7 in the morning it took 30 min to get 2 coffees and 2 muffins with 3 other customers in the entire store and they still messed up the order.

The restaurant is centrally located to other restaurants. The ambience inside is good and big. The toilets are very narrow and a bit dirty. Half of the orders are always forgotten. The employees should actually be aware that it is stressful, but are a bit unfriendly. The restaurant manager isn't the friendliest either. Tip: Don't eat here during peak times, e.g. Sundays.

If the cappuccino takes 25 minutes and is then brought to the table almost cold, that doesn't make up for the friendly service. Greasy tables and overfilled "tray carts" indicate a lack of staff or laziness... And at the next table a child was crying because the HappyMeal box was EMPTY when it was handed over...

Food is okay, just McDonald's. The self-service machines are from the day before yesterday with the reaction time of a moving dune, wireless pay is not possible. At least you can insert your EC card. The restaurant is modernized and the upstairs is quite pleasant.

First of all, I don't go to McDonald's often and when I do, I usually order take-out. I don't know if this is generally the case for me, but something is always missing from my order. The journey to this location is strange. Once you've found it, you're in a really great, two-story location. Unfortunately, it is relatively poorly managed. When I and my newly married wife wanted to visit the "fast food" store McDonald's again after we had it delivered last month and it arrived 40 minutes late and was already cold. When we were there, the employee in front of us started speaking a foreign language. We didn't know what they were talking about, they were speaking Torkish or something like that. I ordered a bic mac menu THE BIG MAC DIDN'T HAVE ANY CHEESE WHICH WAS A BOTTOM INSURANCE AND THAT WASN'T ALL THESE ******* GAVE US SPARKLING WATER INSTEAD OF SPRITE BUT THAT WASN'T EITHER WE ALSO GOT US A COFFEE WITH AN ICE CREAM AND THIS ICE CREAM LOOKED LIKE LENTIL SOUP AND TASTED SO TOTAL AWESOME I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!"!!!

One of the worst McDonald's branches I've ever visited. Order terminals work slowly and do not print confirmation. Fries are unsalted and apple turnovers are 4 hours old according to the label. Tables and floors are totally dirty, especially on the upper floor. It's freezing cold in the restaurant because apparently there's no heating to save money. Horrible prices on top of that: almost 4 EUR for a cola. Never come here again!

Sehr kaotisch und dreckig. Rückgabestationen wurden nicht gelehrt und waren überfüllt. Fußboden hat geklebt, Obergeschoss sehr kalt und die Flucht- und Rettungswege wurden mit Kinderhochstühle zugestellt.
