Terribly bad. Rude and aggressive. Instructions on how to order

I wanted to quickly grab two large coffees from McDrive on a Sunday morning. Unfortunately it wasn't quick at all! We stood at the order terminal with two cars and nothing happened for minutes. Two McDonald's employees then sat down comfortably outside to drink their coffee. There wasn't much going on in the store itself. I approached the employees through my car window and asked why things weren't going any further. The answer I received was that there was a problem inside. Again nothing happened for minutes, there were now six cars in the McDrive. Then things continued very slowly. The employees inside were completely at a loss for peace. It took 25 minutes to get a quick coffee! Chaos Shop!

A quick snack on the way home. Despite the poor reviews, we stopped by the place because it was on our way. Although it was busy, our order (a wrap meal with a Reuben cup and a McCrispy sandwich) came super quickly and warm. The fries were definitely fresher, better than what we're used to. Everything else was fine, too.

We only got the food after about 15 minutes, and it was almost cold. The citizens were only lukewarm on the inside. Order was not complete. If I'm in this area again, I won't come here again.

It's a real shame that, even after asking, the order is confirmed as complete, but when you get home, half the order, worth €16, is missing! So, you're becoming the biggest franchisee in the area... Anyone who thinks otherwise is a scoundrel 😉 A complaint has been sent to headquarters, in any case. It wasn't the first time, and it seems to be a scam. 😤

Don't order anything here, just pay!

I come to McDonald's every day in the morning and enjoy the strong coffee from MC Cafe! So my day starts well with the kind words of the employees in this branch!
