I wanted to quickly grab two large coffees through the drive-thru on a Sunday morning. "Quickly" was definitely not the word for it! We were lined up with two cars at the ordering kiosk, and nothing happened for minutes. Two McDonald's employees then settled down outside to drink their coffee. Inside the restaurant, it wasn't very busy. I asked the employees through my car window why things weren't moving. They told me there was a problem inside. Again, nothing happened for several minutes; by then, there were six cars in the drive-thru. Then, very slowly, things started moving again. The employees inside remained completely calm. It took 25 minutes just to quickly grab some coffee! What a chaotic place!

A quick snack on the way home. Despite the poor reviews, we stopped by the place because it was on our way. Although it was busy, our order (a wrap meal with a Reuben cup and a McCrispy sandwich) came super quickly and warm. The fries were definitely fresher, better than what we're used to. Everything else was fine, too.

We didn't get our food for about 15 minutes, and it was almost cold. The burgers were only lukewarm inside. My order wasn't complete. If I'm ever in this area again, I won't be coming back.

It's a real shame that, even after asking, the order is confirmed as complete, but when you get home, half the order, worth €16, is missing! So, you're becoming the biggest franchisee in the area... Anyone who thinks otherwise is a scoundrel 😉 A complaint has been sent to headquarters, in any case. It wasn't the first time, and it seems to be a scam. 😤

Don't order anything here, just pay!

I come to McDonald's every day in the morning and enjoy the strong coffee from MC Cafe! So my day starts well with the kind words of the employees in this branch!
