Stop McDonald's. A bit poorly organized.

After a very long journey, I took an emergency break here. Maybe it's my own fault that I didn't check my bag at McDonald's, but I had completely the wrong things in my bag and chicken without sauce... it's especially fun. Since I drove straight on, I obviously couldn't complain. The burgers were also the wrong burgers and then two of them... The staff seemed slightly overwhelmed or annoyed, even though there was little activity...

Very dirty. Tables are dirty, the floor is sticky...

A bit remote, but it's quiet and it's quick.

There's a lot going on. Highway junction. Can be quite crowded. No idea when. But otherwise a very good choice to open a branch there. The goods are always freshly prepared. Yesterday, however, a terminal for ordering was broken. That stops quite a bit. But since it was full you had to wait for your order anyway. And the display with the order numbers was not active. The numbers were called orally. But that's not a problem. Always happy to go there

Nice clean McDonalds. It was very busy but everything went quickly. Even though everything was freshly made, the burgers weren't really hot. The fries were great again

We took a short break from our trip here. Ordered food here, it was delivered quickly and we have a nice play corner for the children where they can let off steam

We were at McDonald’s in Breitscheid at 11:45 p.m. A change to the vegetarian burger was not possible because changing the recipe would be punishable. That's what we were told. We decided to place a regular order at the counter (there was no other customer there). Here, too, we were rudely informed by the branch manager that ordering was only possible at the machine. According to the McDonald’s website, you can order at the counter…”we’re here to help and advise you”..haha. That was our last visit to this company!

Customer service? Not here!!!!!! We were rudely told to order from the machine, even though we wanted to order at the counter.

Nice staff, nice seating. The food was hot and delicious.

Bad service. Firstly, we sat at a dirty table, after which we kindly asked the staff to clean it. The response was then that we had to clean it ourselves... After this we got our food, the BigMac was very poorly put together and the meat was cold, just like the fries. Also, one of the BigMacs had no sauce, which made it very dry. As icing on the cake, there was also a hair (not ours) on the fries. Very sorry about this experience.

Very bad service, unfriendly staff.

We were there 30 minutes before closing time. After we received our food from the table service, we were briefly informed (quite unfriendly) that the tables on the terrace would be wiped in 10 minutes. So we should stop our meal and go inside the restaurant. So far so good. 5 minutes before closing time, one of the employees stood in the aisle and, brandishing a key, told us “we’re closing!” The visit ended with half a burger and a closed door!

As in Mülheim, also in this Prünte branch... there is always something missing. Today the crowning glory....I only received a simple Big Mac when I ordered a Double Big Mac. It's great if you only notice this at home, because you definitely don't tear apart burgers in the car. @Operator...please don't copy paste the answer as usual.

I just had the most loving BigMac and Royal Cheese I've eaten at McDonald's in years. Everything was actually spread between the two burger buns and not all over the box. The taste is also really great. Enough sauces - but not too much. The cheese melted really nicely. Great experience. Super friendly and nice table service. Many thanks to all employees for such a nice lunch break. Really good mood right now.

Have you ever driven a car for a long time without wearing a seatbelt? Yes, that's right, it beeps non-stop. It's the same here in the restaurant, but it's so loud that it even drowns out the music. So if you like sitting in constant beeping...here's your opportunity! Eating is really fun, beep beep beep beep... That's exactly what the customer wants to hear...right?

The ambience is modern and in keeping with the current zeitgeist. The hygiene in the toilets is "magical" (take a look at the backs of the doors when cleaning) and the opening times do not match Google. I'm standing in Mc Drive shortly after 7:00 a.m. and want to order and nothing happens. (I don't think the blonde employee at the counter would resolve the situation...) But good. Maybe you just have to adapt and say goodbye to tact, standard and helpfulness. What counts is quick money. A pity.

The food is always fresh and warm. The staff is really top. Always friendly and in a good mood 👍

Without a word, a false tray was placed on the table and the number (of the stand) was removed. Afterwards, of course, the waiter, who had the correct order, was confused, which unfortunately only further delayed the process. The atmosphere wasn't particularly inviting either. There are much more modern restaurants there.

Very clean ! Since I hadn't been to McDonald's for a long time, I didn't know the control terminal, but a young, very friendly woman explained it to me!!!

We were a bit hungry at night after we had spent the day in Düsseldorf and stopped there on the way home. Burgers were very tasty and fresh.

I used the electric charging station here. Unfortunately, the provider is in the upper price segment in contrast to the market.

Burger meat is dry, cola only tastes like water. The syrup ratio was wrong. After you complain, you are annoyed and given a new cola that tasted exactly like water. Cleanliness zero points. We're going to Saarn, at least it tastes good there!

Oh man, what was going on today? In McDrive there's a queue all the way to the street. After 15 minutes it was our turn and we got our order. As I was driving out, my wife noticed that a menu was missing. So we thought we'd quickly go in and complain, but the store was locked...so we had no choice but to wait in line again. Another 10 minutes later, we were able to describe our problem and then after another 5 minutes a grumpy employee brought a burger to the waiting bay for the car. He mumbled something about technical problems and left again. So we spent a total of over 45 minutes at McDrive, brought home 2 cold meals and 1 warm burger, everyone was annoyed and disappointed. This was a visit to break the habit! Next time you'll have to think about getting something "quickly" from McDonalds 😟 Update This hasn't happened again so far, we were able to receive our food quickly recently and it was still warm at home

A pleasant McDonald's just a few minutes from the highway. Very clean and with friendly staff.

Small, sweet Mc D. with a parking space in front of you. Very cozy, quiet at lunchtime, friendly service, not tons of teenagers in the store for 1 coke, outside area very clean. I can recommend the café au lait, 2 sugars with chocolate cake. See you soon and thank you ☆

Friendliness is a foreign word here!

One of the few branches in North Rhine-Westphalia (I travel a lot of km in North Rhine-Westphalia for customer service) where the staff still speaks German. The shop is always clean and the food is ready quickly. Everything great

Unfortunately, very disappointing at a late hour in terms of hygiene, but otherwise the apple turnovers were fantastically delicious!

Of all the mc's in the area, this is the best store. The service is always great, I never had any problems with cleanliness and order there. The staff is always very friendly and if something isn't as ordered, you get a replacement quickly and usually even with a little extra as an apology.

The bad shop and unfriendly only order on the computer not at the checkout - you should mean the shop that doesn't respond to its customers I won't go into the store again

Stood at the Mc Drive counter for 20 minutes, the lady just couldn't manage to enter the coupon codes and then another 10 minutes at the checkout in the second window. Simply unbelievable

In the evening after the party you can quickly go to McDonald's, what could be better? Super fast service, although we ended up eating in the car. The fries and burgers were still hot and delicious. Thank you.

Small McDonalds with sockets at many tables. The food is standard. The employees today were very friendly. The food arrived at my table super quickly and correctly - even though I had just been in the car for a short time. Only the climate is set a little too strongly. Despite the jacket, it's pretty cold in the room. If I'm in the area again and want a stopover, I'll still come here again.

Burgers so hot it burns you & manager doesnt even know first aid. Should be closed, if there are no first aid trained people on the floor at all times

First and biggest mistake, you are forced to order at the terminal Under the pretense that it would be “faster”. There is no way that staff will abandon this attitude; the franchise owner would have supposedly ordered them to only process orders via terminal and not direct orders... And I don't even want to mention the thing about waste prevention

I ate an excellent Hamburger Royal TS here. Cleanliness was also okay. The play areas were also open for children. Unfortunately, this is not always the case. Only the air conditioning was quite cool and therefore uncomfortable.

1. You cannot order directly from the staff, although this is expressly stated by McDonald's. 2. The cleanliness is not that of a restaurant. Before sitting down, you should make sure that the seat and table are clean. 3. Citizens are just thrown together. A slice of cucumber and about 5 crumbs of onion (hamburger). It looks similar to a cheeseburger, not even the cheese makes it into the middle of the burger. The burgers weren't even really warm. I have decided to never enter this store again. For me once and never again.

Unfortunately you can no longer pay in cash, only at the crowded terminals. We then got the cappucino at the drive-thru.

I stopped there repeatedly with my son... the food is McDonald's, you can argue about that, but my son likes it... the service was friendly and quick after we ordered with table service on the app. But the cleanliness of the branch... the tables and seats are fixed to the floor, dirt collects around them, it sticks... the seats are sticky. @ Marcus Prünte ... please take care, this is also possible in other branches, and my perception of last night is not based on a one-time snapshot.

So really... Why not always like that. It could have been due to the time (1 p.m.), but the food was served absolutely quickly, max 3 minutes with table service. Best citizen and fries ever at a McDonalds. Everything crispy and fresh. Simply great.

I was in this McDonald's for the last time. From the outside, yuck, from the inside, yuck. Looks bigger than it is. We used table service. Ordered at the terminal and sat down. There were trays of trash everywhere. The return carts are overcrowded. Mc Drive also full. Nobody thought it necessary to clean the tables, let alone clear away the garbage. After almost 35 minutes we got our food. Except for the fries, everything was at a good temperature, but we didn't feel like having to wait that long for the fries again. Above all, can you take the rubbish with you when you go to the tables, or is that not possible? Some guests were quite annoyed.

The employee was very unfriendly Without that solving a problem. As a customer, you felt like you were disturbing the employee.

The prices have been increased significantly!!!

Um ein MC Sundae zu bekommen kann man dies nur am Tableau bestellen. Wie krank ist das denn!! Wir haben dann ganz verzichtet!! MC Donalds nie wieder!!

Die machen um 2 Uhr zu und wir waren um 1.45 da!!!! Die hatten Einfach zu!!!!! So ein saftladen. Wir sind fast verhungert. Dat geht gar nicht!!!!! Ne cheeseburger und ne Pommes wären ja wohl noch gegangen !!! Minus 8 Sterne

In diesem Restaurant kann man nur am Automaten bestellen, was ich nicht gut finde.

Bin schon als Kind gerne hingegangen immer ein gutes McDonalds gewesen. Meistens sauber und nicht zu voll. Die Preise sind nur noch unverschämter geworden früher 5.99€ für ein McMenü bezahlt und 1€ für einen Cheeseburger. Gehe das halb nur noch ganzen selten hin wenn die Preise wieder runtergehen komme ich vielleicht wieder.

Gehe hier sehr gerne frühstücken. Immer freundlich.

Big Tasty Bacon Menü mit Curly Fries bestellt.. Burger kalt! 6 curly Fries gehabt.. darunter labbrige Pommes! McDonalds Pommes halt..in kalt Selbst für den nächtlichen Hunger nicht zu empfehlen Wenigstens waren die 9er Nuggets warm und lecker

Sauber Auf jeden Fall besser als andere Filialen

McDonald's Ratingen-Breitscheid ist die beste Filiale der Kette in der Region Düsseldorf/ Duisburg / Ratingen Sehr gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen, sehr schnelle Bedienung am Drive in, sehr freundliche Bedienung und vor allem immer frische Speisen. Zwei Klassen besser als zum Beispiel Duisburg-Grossenbaum oder Düsseldorf-Flughafen.

Normale Chicken Nuggets statt Plant Nuggets bekommen. Von 3 Saucen bekam ich zwei. Und beide falsch. Pommes waren kalt, Burger sahen aus wie ausm Karton ganz unten. Und Kohlensäure in der Cola kostet anscheinend extra. Sorry, wahrscheinlich war es weil es Sonntag war? Ich finds schade.

Leider Fehlten die Saucen schon 2x aber sonst gut

Dieser Mc.Donalds ist um längen besser wie der in Ratingen West. Zwar gehören beide dem selben Franchise Unternehmen, aber Qualitativ bekommt man hier das frischere Essen serviert. Ansonsten Mc.Donalds eben.

Das McDonald's Restaurant ist wie jedes anderes Franchise Restaurant von McDonald's aufgebaut. Die Essenqualität ist überall gleich.

Echt guter Mecces. Die Toiletten waren nicht ekelhaft, was ja meistens nicht der Fall ist, mein großes Menü hatte ungefähr 2-3 Minuten Wartezeit und Service war auch freundlich. Cheffe hats im Griff :-)

Schnelle Bedienung, hatte zwar nur einen BigMac, aber ich musste noch nicht mal anhalten bei der Ausgabe. Bemerkenswert

Alles ist sauber, die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, alles ist frisch zubereitet und heiß.

Gepflter MCDONALD'S sehr sauber freundliches Personal. Die Burger waren absolut frisch und dementsprechend lecker,alle drei Monate gönn ich mir das einfach.

Abends etwas langsam und träge, aber sauber

Bin bis heute immer gerne nach der Spätschicht hingefahren. Der "Iced Fruit-Smoothie-Mango Ananas" war gerade im Sommer göttlich. Was ich heute bekommen habe, für einen ordentlichen Preis, war eine Unverschämtheit. Ca. 0,4 Liter-Becher mit 300g Eiswürfeln und 0,1 Liter Smootie. Und kommt mir nicht mit gestiegenen Kosten, ich komme selbst aus der Gastronomie. Dann nimmt man halt 30 Prozent mehr und gibt ordentliche Ware raus. Mich habt ihr vergrault und es schadet auch andere Filialen.

Normaler McDonald's, erschreckend sind mittlerweile die Preise.

Wer schnell was essen möchte hier muss man nicht lange warten. Preis ist mit Coupons vollkommen in Ordnung. Und für eine kleine Pause auch vollkommen inordnung zum Essen

Ich glaube die Rezeptur der Sauce beim Mc Rib hat sich verändert...viel zu scharf

Was soll ich da sagen? Es ist halt ein McDonald's. Machen hier in der Regel nur eine kurze Pause wenn wir mit den Motorrädern unterwegs sind. Zu meckern hatten wir bisher nix. Dort ist es ordentlich und sauber. Mitarbeiter sind immer alle freundlich. Für Kinder gibt es draußen einen Spielplatz und für die Erwachsenen gemütliche Sitzplätze.

Der Royal TS ist absolut empfehlenswert. Knackfrisch und genügend grün drin. Sind ohne große Erwartungen eigentlich nur für die Kids hingefahren und waren positiv überrascht. Wieder einmal einen Burger "wie früher" bekommen. Vielen Dank!

Waren Anfang August vor und nach unserer Flugreise hier. Am Essen kann man nix aussetzen, war frisch und heiß, was ja schon selten ist. Die Sauberkeit war ok.... Haben schon in schlechtere Filialen erlebt.

Als Gast des nebenan liegenden, hervorragenden Hotel Mercure war es für uns praktisch, so nah zwischendurch etwas unkompliziert essen zu können. Angenehm war es auch, dass es einen schönen Aussenbereich gibt. Das Personal war ausserordentlich nett und das Essen sehr schnell bereit.

Meine Tochter liebt die Bestellaufnahme am Computer. Die Filiale ist sauber, verfügt über eine Theke am Fenster mit PC's für die Kids - Spiele & Infos. Die Bestellung via PC ist fehlerfrei & sehr schnell. Schöner Aussenbereich

Ja was soll man zu mc Donald´s schreiben - die meisten kennen dieses Restaurant aus Ihrer Stadt und daher möchte ich nicht mehr schreiben!

für einen schnellen Imbis zwischen durch ganz OK. Direkt an der Hauptstrasse gelegen. Nur POersonal könnte etwas schneller sein.
