Unfortunately really catastrophic...food cold Employees are cold and it's even colder in the store than outside, so the management should ask themselves what's going on... maybe work instead of having two people standing there who don't get anything done

We were at Burger King last night, the staff was nice, but the food we unpacked at home was a disaster. I looked at the burgers on the site that I wanted to order, a burger with lots of bacon, the long chicken with salad. What I got was 2 small pieces of bacon on one burger and on the chicken burger, 2 small old lettuce leaves. We'll never go there again. The burgers we ordered didn't look anything like the picture.

Receive a “Cold Burger” twice. The first burger went back to the kitchen and I got a new burger, but it was even colder. The cook acted in the kitchen as if she was preparing a fresh one, but instead she just swapped out the cold bun for cold burger patties. With anger in my stomach but with the utmost decency, I wanted to let the cook touch the citizen. I told her that I would throw the citizen away either way. But she should touch and feel the citizen. It wasn't about the 10 euros, it was about quality food and nothing like that. From her the lying seemed like a power play. Since I was really looking forward to the meal, I was very disappointed and when I spoke to the cook I was lied to in a very cheeky manner. She told me both burgers were fresh and hot. However, she didn't do a burger "touch test" because she and I knew that she was lying to me. I then ordered and paid for the menu again. The third burger was hot and tasty as standard. The photos show the first and the exchange burgers. the second meat was hard and colder than the tabletop.

cold burger , not tasty bad quality of fast food

This place is so bad, one star is too many. The employees are not at all motivated or interested in how they present and prepare the food. They are also very rude to the guests. The waiting times are long (at least 30 minutes), even though it was not busy. My food was ice cold, but they refused to give me hot food and ignored me. "You should have complained sooner." That's difficult if I'm ignored for 20 minutes first. There were a lot of complaints around me about incorrect orders and waiting times, but they just don't care.

The waiting time in the drive-thru was catastrophic, we waited forever until we could place the order and then we had to wait forever until we even got the food! In addition, the staff was unfriendly and incompetent.

What kind of load? I order food, have 2 customers in front of me and wait 17 minutes. First the lattice potatoes are lukewarm and then the burger. Everything was new, but even the new burger didn't have the temperature to melt the cheese. So cold in the stable that you definitely have to wear a jacket. It was definitely the last time the store would see me.

Slow Food is the correct name for this burger joint. Stood in the Dive In for 20 minutes for a shake and a fries, unbelievable :-( And it wasn't just because of the three cars in front of us, because we stood at the counter for a long time even though there was nothing going on in the restaurant.

Abnormal, never, a cup of coffee, you have to wait more than ten minutes. It's better to find something other than the name of the fast food you ask at lunchtime to eat for dinner

Waited 15 minutes for two BigKing menus, burgers cold, fries without salt and drinks without ice because the crush machine was broken. Sorry, basically did everything wrong. Next time I'll go to the competition... The only positive thing was the cleanliness, probably due to the low customer frequency.

I ordered on the Burger King app. I then had to wait 2 hours for my food... It said 30-40 minutes. The food itself was ok, as you would expect from Burger King. But 2 hours delivery time is absolutely not okay.

If employees worked more slowly they could travel back in time.

The food is usually prepared quickly, warm and tasty. If there were any problems, the staff was always very nice, but often larger groups of young people sit here and talk very loudly or even listen to music... after all, there are plenty of parking spaces and the control terminals now work!

Bread was anything but fresh, the fries were actually always better than at mc stupid. Only here they were lukewarm and already had the taste that they had been lying around for a while. The service and Hospitality is really well the staff is also very polite , specially the staff member on cash counter whose name is Nayal.

Service is completely miserable. My food had been there for over 10 minutes and JUST needed to be packed up. But the employee was of the opinion to grab his butt and watch videos instead of packing my food and giving it to me. There were 6 employees behind the counter. But there was only one woman working. Then why the 5 other employees @BurgerKing? I don't understand the point of why they didn't pack the food right away. I've been to the BK several times. It's always the same problem. Service is very very poor and very incompetent.

Very long waiting time even though there was only 1 family in front of us. Very slow and unsanitary: garbage overflowing, tables outside were all dirty which attracted wasps into the bargain.

Friendly staff, the food is fresh. Occasionally longer waiting times. Sometimes dirty and full of food packaging because the trolleys are not emptied.

The burgers and fries were as expected, so OK, the staff was friendly, but the garbage bins were completely overflowing and besieged by countless wasps outside.

Nice Burger King from the well-known brand. Large outdoor area, unfortunately right on an arterial road towards BAB 44. Lots of young walk-in customers. A small burger takes forever!!!!

Worst BK I know. We ordered via Lieferando, the order arrived after over 2 hours. You don't think it's necessary to answer the phone in the branch.

The place is nice, kept tidy and clean. The food is served hot, tasty and fast.

They always come over 45 minutes later than they say and then the food is cold and whoever you call doesn't answer (called 15 minutes in a row and no one answers)

I like Burger King! But this branch doesn't work at all... these waiting times are impossible! Unfortunately, they're not really the friendliest either... What a shame... then it's better to go to McDonalds or eat bread and butter at home.

A terrible visit to Citizen King Ratingen ends with a trip to the toilet. When I arrived at Bürgerking with my family, we waited forever until we could place our order. When it came to our turn, a man spoke very broken German and could barely understand it. It was a miracle that we got what we ordered. When we went up and sat down, I saw the toilet and went in unsuspecting. What I saw there shocked me so much that we left our food behind and planned to leave the restaurant. When I spoke to an employee to describe my experience, I was insulted in Arabic and he told me to fix it myself. There was feces (feces) on the floor. Long waiting times, some very unfriendly staff. The last orders were almost always incorrect or incomplete Some of the app cannot be used on the terminal and is far too complicated to use. The drinks machine only dispenses “warm” drinks, so even the ice cubes don’t do much good. The cleanliness in the toilets and in the restaurant area are absolutely unacceptable. Wrong burger bread and forever waiting time

The worst churros I've ever eaten. It is very hard and dry.

If you want to wait 30 minutes for a coffee in the drive-in, you've come to the right place (with hardly any customers on site) I recommend driving to the other side of the street where Mc Donals is, you'll wait a maximum of 5 minutes

Wrong burger buns, unsalted fries, waited 40 minutes for two hamburgers and one fries. Some burgers not in stock. Unfortunately it was bad last time too. Not recommendable.

We ordered, we watched 3 parts of the Lord of the Rings and it still wasn't true. There were supposedly leftover biscuits on a citizen (at least I hope that there were leftover biscuits) The food didn't taste good and 2 of us got food poisoning and our Ekstar wishes weren't fulfilled even though we paid an extra charge but the driver was really nice

There's no such thing as a quick burger here. We waited almost 40 minutes. There are too few employees here for the number of customers.

The name fast food is probably out of place here. King of the month ordered and waited to see if they had slaughtered a beef.

The food was good, I didn't notice anything noteworthy. The Burgerking has an ordering terminal which some branches don't have, The branch also has self-service vending machines, which some branches do not have. I like the equipment in the store, the monitor + display of orders who can pick up and who has to wait convinces me positively because it just looks chic, Employees are also in a good mood which promotes teamwork and there are enough parking spaces I would say :)

The staff are very friendly and the food is very tasty, but what really bothers me is that I always order 2 extra ketchups but they always forget it. It's not the first time it's happened, it's unacceptable. I ask for attentive work.

That was really bad. We traveled about 20 minutes because there was spontaneously no BK in the surrounding area. I will remember this branch as “never again”. It's definitely not worth driving there. We drove through the drive and were the only vehicle that had to wait 15 minutes (after payment). And there really wasn't much going on in the store. At first I accepted the time with the argument that everything would certainly be done freshly and thoroughly. Next disappointment: The toppings on my Gouda Lover were everywhere except in the burger. And the Gouda patty wasn't fresh, it was already dry and a bit hard. The other burgers were also less lovingly prepared and one chicken burger contained a hair. #Tasty There was also no receipt. Maybe out of fear of a review directly from BK.

Stood in the drive for half an hour for 4 burgers and 2 fries. The bun from the chilli cheeseburger was moldy, black and furry, they tried to sell us that it came from the toaster. These things never saw a toaster because they were ice cold. Fact what was shown on TV. Simply disgusting. Never again. If you like your stomach, you're in good hands there. 👍 Even one star is too much 🤮

Long wait at home but good food

The employees are nice and the burgers have always been prepared to my complete satisfaction on my previous visits. The waiting time from ordering to the food being served is usually within the acceptable range. For some, the self-order terminals could be in the entrance area. Similar to the competitor with the golden M, you can place your order digitally on the large display. The toilet on the upper floor is clean, although the men's toilet sometimes smells bad.

It usually takes a little longer and the team never seems complete. But that usually doesn't change the quality. A good BK Even 2 years after my last review, I have to say that it takes significantly longer here than in other branches. Management really needs to do something about this.

I like Burger King's products, but I rarely buy anything from this branch. It's regularly too crowded inside because the service is too slow and at the drive-thru, which I only use, something is missing in around 80% of the orders. In the last two orders alone, one burger was missing and the last time two out of six burgers were missing. And that despite a very long wait in the car! I strongly recommend employing more and/or better staff here and optimizing business processes. Unfortunately, I keep getting enticed to the competition on the other side of the street.

There is no children's playground (1st floor) only means two screen play.

So purely theoretically, since my last 3 experiences, I would prefer to give 12 stars, it takes 2 hours for even one delivery to arrive and every single burger I ordered had a patty that was either undercooked, undercooked or something how strange it tasted. Recommend: It's best to give this store a wide berth.

This branch never again! First the branch was closed because of the scandals and now they can't even keep the customers happy. At lunchtime in the drive-thru, order checked briefly, everything in the bag. At home then the shock, instead of 9 King Wings, say and write 4!!!!
