Very long waiting time even though there was only 1 family in front of us. Very slow and unsanitary: garbage overflowing, tables outside were all dirty which attracted wasps into the bargain.

Worst and slower BurgerKing in NRW.

Ordered food, no delivery after 2 hours. No one can be reached by phone. After 2.5 hours I canceled the order and ate somewhere else.. 3 hours after ordering I got a call from the driver asking why we weren't home.. absolutely outrageous.. Reviews on Lieferando speak for themselves..

I've never waited as long for my food at a Burger King branch as I did here...

Friendly staff, the food is fresh. Occasionally longer waiting times. Sometimes dirty and full of food packaging because the trolleys are not emptied.

Nice Burger King from the well-known brand. Large outdoor area, unfortunately right on an arterial road towards BAB 44. Lots of young walk-in customers. Unfortunately, the clearing stations were not emptied and cleaned, at least 15 trays above the target were standing around or stacked, customers did not clear their tables, including trash and tablets. Too bad! Food was good and tasty, but the surroundings could be improved!

There's nothing to criticize about the food here, it's the same at all Burger Kings. In this store, however, the service is annoyingly slow and clumsy. Even if the number of customers is manageable, longer waiting times should be taken into account.

The place is nice, kept tidy and clean. The food is served hot, tasty and fast.

Worst BK I know. We ordered via Lieferando, the order arrived after over 2 hours. You don't think it's necessary to answer the phone in the branch.

I like Burger King! But this branch doesn't work at all... these waiting times are impossible! Unfortunately, they're not really the friendliest either... What a shame... then it's better to go to McDonalds or eat bread and butter at home.

They always come over 45 minutes later than they say and then the food is cold and whoever you call doesn't answer (called 15 minutes in a row and no one answers)

A terrible visit to Citizen King Ratingen ends with a trip to the toilet. When I arrived at Bürgerking with my family, we waited forever until we could place our order. When it came to our turn, a man spoke very broken German and could barely understand it. It was a miracle that we got what we ordered. When we went up and sat down, I saw the toilet and went in unsuspecting. What I saw there shocked me so much that we left our food behind and planned to leave the restaurant. When I spoke to an employee to describe my experience, I was insulted in Arabic and he told me to fix it myself. There was feces (feces) on the floor. A restaurant's toilet reveals a lot about general hygiene and this made me leave immediately. The public order office knows.

Long waiting times, some very unfriendly staff. The last orders were almost always incorrect or incomplete Some of the app cannot be used on the terminal and is far too complicated to use. The drinks machine only dispenses “warm” drinks, so even the ice cubes don’t do much good. The cleanliness in the toilets and in the restaurant area are absolutely unacceptable. Overcrowded return stations speak for themselves. The veterinary office should stop by there more often. Some of the staff only speak very poor, incomprehensible German

Wrong burger bread and forever waiting time

The worst churros I've ever eaten. It is very hard and dry.

If you want to wait 30 minutes for a coffee in the drive-in, you've come to the right place (with hardly any customers on site) I recommend driving to the other side of the street where Mc Donals is, you'll wait a maximum of 5 minutes

We ordered, we watched 3 parts of the Lord of the Rings and it still wasn't true. There were supposedly leftover biscuits on a citizen (at least I hope that there were leftover biscuits) The food didn't taste good and 2 of us got food poisoning and our Ekstar wishes weren't fulfilled even though we paid an extra charge but the driver was really nice

Wrong burger buns, unsalted fries, waited 40 minutes for two hamburgers and one fries. Some burgers not in stock. Unfortunately it was bad last time too. Not recommendable.

Always waiting in line at the drive-thru for at least 15 minutes, that has become really absurd, and that for a fast food shop!!!

The food was good, I didn't notice anything noteworthy. The Burgerking has an ordering terminal which some branches don't have, The branch also has self-service vending machines, which some branches do not have. I like the equipment in the store, the monitor + display of orders who can pick up and who has to wait convinces me positively because it just looks chic, Employees are also in a good mood which promotes teamwork and there are enough parking spaces I would say :)

The staff are very friendly and the food is very tasty, but what really bothers me is that I always order 2 extra ketchups but they always forget it. It's not the first time it's happened, it's unacceptable. I ask for attentive work.

That was really bad. We traveled about 20 minutes because there was spontaneously no BK in the surrounding area. I will remember this branch as “never again”. It's definitely not worth driving there. We drove through the drive and were the only vehicle that had to wait 15 minutes (after payment). And there really wasn't much going on in the store. At first I accepted the time with the argument that everything would certainly be done freshly and thoroughly. Next disappointment: The toppings on my Gouda Lover were everywhere except in the burger. And the Gouda patty wasn't fresh, it was already dry and a bit hard. The other burgers were also less lovingly prepared and one chicken burger contained a hair. #Tasty There was also no receipt. Maybe out of fear of a review directly from BK.

Big King received cold, cheese not melted, after I asked for this error to be corrected, my hamburger was packed into the micro wave and is still being discussed. The new burger was served the same way again, that's a joke! (Little man with glasses)

The burgers were good, everything else was a disaster: I (as well as all the other annoyed customers) had to wait more than half an hour until my food was ready. The ice machine was broken and my Coke was lukewarm (very tasty, no one seemed to care). At the drinks station, screaming children and other teenagers were constantly filling up their cups. In the upper area there was apparently a children's birthday party or a meeting of a youth team, the lower corner was occupied by a few older, shady gentlemen with questionable backgrounds who hadn't ordered anything?! All in all a failure, I advise anyone who is hungry to come here…

Stood in the drive for half an hour for 4 burgers and 2 fries. The bun from the chilli cheeseburger was moldy, black and furry, they tried to sell us that it came from the toaster. These things never saw a toaster because they were ice cold. Fact what was shown on TV. Simply disgusting. Never again. If you like your stomach, you're in good hands there. 👍 Even one star is too much 🤮

The employees are nice and the burgers have always been prepared to my complete satisfaction on my previous visits. The waiting time from ordering to the food being served is usually within the acceptable range. For some, the self-order terminals could be in the entrance area. Similar to the competitor with the golden M, you can place your order digitally on the large display. The toilet on the upper floor is clean, although the men's toilet sometimes smells bad.

It usually takes a little longer and the team never seems complete. But that usually doesn't change the quality. A good BK Even 2 years after my last review, I have to say that it takes significantly longer here than in other branches. Management really needs to do something about this.

I like Burger King's products, but I rarely buy anything from this branch. It's regularly too crowded inside because the service is too slow and at the drive-thru, which I only use, something is missing in around 80% of the orders. In the last two orders alone, one burger was missing and the last time two out of six burgers were missing. And that despite a very long wait in the car! I strongly recommend employing more and/or better staff here and optimizing business processes. Unfortunately, I keep getting enticed to the competition on the other side of the street.

McChicken was ice cold inside and couldn't get a new one

So purely theoretically, since my last 3 experiences, I would prefer to give 12 stars, it takes 2 hours for even one delivery to arrive and every single burger I ordered had a patty that was either undercooked, undercooked or something how strange it tasted. Recommend: It's best to give this store a wide berth.

This branch never again! First the branch was closed because of the scandals and now they can't even keep the customers happy. At lunchtime in the drive-thru, order checked briefly, everything in the bag. At home then the shock, instead of 9 King Wings, say and write 4!!!! For me that's not miscounting, that's real incompetence for me! I just wanted to complain again because this isn't possible. The 1 is missing okay, it happens. But not 5!!! In any case, you stand outside the door in the cold for 20 minutes, then another 10 inside, even though I was the only one inside. Then finally a gentleman comes who didn't want to respond properly to my criticism of the long wait at the door, then I expressed my complaint about the 4 instead of 9 King Wings, and he said that I should have complained directly... I then asked him whether I should count the fries soon, and he said, "ideally, yes"... What kind of incompetent people are these??? That was the last time with you!!!

Burger cold, fries already cold and totally sticky even though it was a short transport. The bacon on the Whopper wasn't fried properly and was still almost raw. Some of the salad is already brown. You lose your appetite. No, not Burger King!

I love fries!!! Really now, there's nothing better. I mean, I really thought about it, thought about it for a long time, there's just nothing better. Fries are my thing. Meist überfordert, evtl. durch bewusste Unterbesetzung der Filiale. Preisleistung muss halt jeder selber entscheiden, ist halt Burger King. Positiv: Die Terminals sind gut Keine verdreckten Tische
