So I like our McDonald's in Lauf. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Especially when the older generation can't cope with scanning the codes. Thank you for the great service.

Was here again today for a long time. I had lattice potatoes with sour cream and a double chilichease burger. First of all, 4 people stood at the counter and talked and didn't pay any attention to me. When the good man moved to take my order, I was insulted because it wasn't fast enough. My food came quite quickly. The lattice potatoes were lukewarm and mixed with the regular fries, which were half raw. Then the burger it was a bun with 2 fart dry meat patties that had no taste. Plus a kind of sauce that had nothing to do with cheese. The only flavor was the chili peppers. "" DISGUSTING "" I don't understand how people spend money on something like that. NEVER AGAIN!!

I don’t recommend going in at all in the morning; if the place is empty, breakfast takes more than 15 minutes to prepare. Take your time and walk in circles

The tables could be cleaned more often. The condition of the toilets is particularly hygienic and, despite an inspection that was apparently carried out shortly beforehand (according to the posted plan), is unacceptable. I actually haven't seen the outdoor playground open since Corona. It's difficult to keep the kids away from the golden M and go to the Home of the Whopper for the really better burgers and crispier fries. Too bad! When it comes to food, one star is deducted because the nugget breading is not convincing and some of the sauce is hardly edible (sour cream sauce).

We ordered two cheeseburgers and two double burgers on a Friday evening at approx. 9.30 p.m. Cold burger bun, almost cold steak, slow service despite many employees and few customers. Absolutely miserable. The worst MD meal I've ever had

Exquisite fast food with a wide range of menu choices and the staff is even friendly enough to accidentally put 3-5 extra sauces here and there despite the high number of visitors, the ambience and the room design are well thought out and timely according to 10/10

The food was okay, but what happened on my toilet a short time later could be described as nothing other than rectal Niagara Falls. Apart from KFC, I had only eaten a few granola bars that day, so the trigger seems pretty obvious. Nothing was open at night, I had to eat something here before I collapsed... 15 minutes of waiting for 4 burgers!!! I was standing in various places and the cars behind me were honking at regular intervals.
