It's a nice place, much better than McDonald's and other fast food joints. The food is delicious, filling, and easy to order. The service is okay, except they sometimes mix up the sauces and don't provide napkins or straws, but if you ask, they'll provide them.

I've been to many Burger Kings, but this one is among the best in my opinion. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

We were served by Lukas at the drive-thru. He's a very nice person, attentive to customer requests, and even warmed up our cheese dip! Every time he takes an order, it's prepared correctly, and we never receive an incorrect order.

I went to Burger King today, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I had to wait quite a long time, even though it wasn't busy. While I was waiting, I felt really uncomfortable because it's just not a good feeling to waste so much time just to get something to eat. Overall, the visit was more time-consuming than it was worth. It's a shame—I expected more.

The numbers for completed orders are often not clearly audible (if at all; I sometimes doubt them, even though I have mild hearing loss) And: unfortunately, no refills 🥤 😕 That's standard everywhere these days 🤷🏻‍♂️

Hello, I ordered takeout and discovered at home that all the fries were missing. I was then told on the phone to come back and everything would be made again. When I arrived, the manager took the food from my hand and supposedly made everything again... When we got home, we discovered that everything had been reheated and only two free drinks were included... The manager wasn't very nice either.... All in all, it's very disappointing and annoying to have to go twice for this service and think the customer won't notice.....

Ordered a Wopper with cheese and bacon menu. The fries were lukewarm after 18 minutes, but there was neither cheese nor bacon on them. When I complained, I got a Wopper with cold cheese and ice-cold bacon after 10 minutes, with no sign of fries. I then choked it down and then found out that a couple had to wait 25 minutes, and on top of that, their order was delivered incorrectly. Another got nothing at all after 32 minutes...etc...I would also like to mention that it was practically deserted.

Yesterday, I went to Burger King for the first time in years. Hunger and tiredness formed a disastrous alliance. First, I had to fight my way through a crowd of highwaymen who weren't happy to enjoy their food sitting on the asphalt instead of using the seats in the food hall. Then, what had to happen happened: I was allowed to reveal my will to a touchscreen. I was immediately given a number like at the cheese counter. Now all I had to do was wait on the screen for my call. 🫡 After what felt like an eternity, the time had come. I eagerly received my tray. First, I opened the fries, because they're known to have the shortest half-life. What can I say? Squishy is the new crispy. 🤨 But get it down. Next stop...the "burger" I didn't know that BK now offers assembly kits; my burger first had to be stood up from its side and its individual parts put in the correct order. No problem, all the ingredients were only a few degrees warmer than the ice cream at my favorite ice cream parlor. During assembly, I noticed that the food service specialist had reached into the can of fried onions instead of the ordered bacon. Too much meat is also unhealthy. Thanks, BK. I somehow managed to eat the burger. The included caffeinated, room-temperature drink proved helpful. Conclusion: Never again! I've never regretted paying €13.99 so much. A chip shop, Asian snack, or kebab stand are always better than what McDonald's and BK sell as food.

It was actually okay, the furniture seemed worn out, the wait time was okay, and the food was actually good compared to the competition at Saarwiese!

I waited 10 minutes at the drive-thru, and no one took my order. I then drove up and stood there for another five minutes without any employee mustering up the motivation to serve me. So I finally left. The only positive thing was the friendly smile from one of the employees.

I was at Burger King in Merzig today. The food was okay, except for the burgers, which were lukewarm at best and rock-hard, as if they'd been sitting there for half an hour. Later, they gave me a stomach ache, which is why I won't eat there again. The staff was okay, though.

Nothing works in the restroom, the line for the drive thru is 15 cars long, the air conditioning isn't working inside, 20 orders and only one person serving.

Disappointing Visit – Burger King Merzig Unfortunately, this was an absolutely unpleasant experience. The atmosphere is dirty, unkempt, and anything but inviting. Tables and floors were filthy, and the overall impression was simply disgusting. The prices are completely exorbitant for what's on offer. The branch looks old and outdated – no comparison to modern standards. Unfortunately, nothing is right here. Definitely not an option for me anymore.

I went to the store late at night to buy a cold drink, a large Fanta without ice. When I paid I had a rude awakening: €3.99 - so I decided not to support such behavior anymore. Live and let live, but with this pricing policy it's over!

The Burger King in Merzig is really great. The people are all very friendly and warm and even if they make a mistake, they straighten it out. Highly recommended!

The burgers here still taste better than the competition with the big yellow M. I don't really like eating fast food, but if I have to eat fast food because there's nothing else nearby, Burger King is my first choice. What I would like to emphasize positively is that in this branch the burgers are only wrapped in paper. At the Burger King restaurants available in my region, the burgers are also served in an additional box, which I personally find to be a waste of resources. The burger only has to be transported from one serving to the table. Then I unpack the burger and the pristine box disappears into the trash. That doesn't actually have to be the case. That's why I'm glad that this isn't the case in this branch

You have to look for the meat now. On my jr Whopper the pattie was less than 0.5 cm. It is becoming more and more expensive and the products are becoming smaller and smaller. Outrageous!

I picked up an order at the drive-thru for takeout: two menu items and a box of nuggets. When I got home - 35 minutes from Merzig - I discovered that the box with the nuggets was missing. It was out of the question for me to make a special trip back. I returned there the next day to inform them about the missing product. The staff member I spoke to was very friendly and eager to help me in French and English. He translated what his colleague – who was present when I ordered the day before – said: “You should have called when you noticed the nuggets were missing.” The result of the discussion? Nothing. So I didn't get what I paid for, my kid didn't get his nuggets, and I end up being told that I should have called to point out their mistake... I don't understand why a same day call would have been “more honest” than the fact that I came by personally the next day to inform them. I certainly wouldn't have wasted my time for €5.50 and six nuggets if my order had been correct. They just said, “You’ll have to call next time.” But there won’t be a next time…

I can't complain in general. The staff are always friendly and the food is always fresh. However, it has become quite expensive there, in my opinion. Ordering a pizza is sometimes cheaper and that's why I only give it 4 stars. But otherwise everything is really great! Especially the French fries and the fact that you can also add or leave out ingredients if desired.

Clean room, food faithful to BK. The staff not very cheerful but efficient and polite. It has become our traditional evening meal on January 1st, it is true that it is never very hot but this evening it was as cold as ever we had to eat with our jackets on and I went out with the tip of my frozen nose. This point REALLY needs to be worked on.

You just get raw meat! We just ordered 2 menus and were really looking forward to it, and then you bite into the burger and the meat is raw.

I went to this Burger King branch with my family today. The service and food were okay. Unfortunately it was impossible to eat in peace as it was far too cold. Unfortunately, due to the cold, the food got cold too quickly. When I asked if they could turn on the heating, the only answer was that they didn't have any heating. Too bad. And never again in this branch.

Well, chicken had been in the warming zone for a while, actually a no go given the price. And unfortunately this is not the first time and not only in this branch! I only go there because my wife likes to eat there.

The tables could be cleaned more often. The condition of the toilets is particularly hygienic and, despite an inspection that was apparently carried out shortly beforehand (according to the posted plan), is unacceptable. I actually haven't seen the outdoor playground open since Corona. It's difficult to keep the kids away from the golden M and go to the Home of the Whopper for the really better burgers and crispier fries. Too bad! When it comes to food, one star is deducted because the nugget breading is not convincing and some of the sauce is hardly edible (sour cream sauce).

Ordered a menu of large king fries. Small, medium, large… all the same size. An absolute rip off! This should really be checked by the responsible authorities and those responsible should be held accountable!!!! Personally, embarrassed, staff showed me the unrecognizable comparison. Staff still friendly. Nevertheless, it was the last time for us. It's unbelievable how much people are being deceived!

Small note on getting there: If you are coming from the autobahn, take care paying attention to the tiny side road that you will have to take to enter. It can be easily missed. It will lead into a ramp down to the place. If you miss it, you can continue driving and turn right at the lights. When we arrived to eat there the place was empty (to our luck). The food is as you would expect from any Burger King. The fact that the place was empty did not cause us to get some pre-made / cold burgers and stale chips (fries) that you sometimes end up with. It was made fresh. The toilets are clean and usable. Soap was also available which often lacks. There was no air conditioning even though it was 32 degrees outside. The place was quite hot, especially on the “sunny” side. Either it was broken or simply not turned on. The staff was friendly and understanding. No complaints but a praise from us for them.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning doesn't work, which is absolutely impossible for guests and employees in the heat. The store is pretty on the inside, but unfortunately the outside is very sad and relatively desolate due to the large parking lot.

Staff are super frustrating and frustrated, they took 30 minutes to get my order which was basic, I saw people with much bigger orders who ordered way after me getting their food way earlier than me and after that I was sharing with them my frustration and asking them why it took so long, they didn't have an answer and didn't apologize, also one of the guys working there rolled his eyes at me and moved his hands and left me talking. I won't go there no more, although I love Burgerking but the treatment I had today was not nice and I feel like I paid them money to discriminate against me and treat me badly, that is very unacceptable.

I rarely eat at burger chains in general and I just tried it again. Burger King Merzig! I would have been better off sinking 13€ and a few bruised ones in the Saar. If you can't be bothered to make blunt based burgers then don't fucking offer it. Why the hell is there bacon on my vegi burger?? And that wasn't the first time but definitely the last time for me. If I became a worker like YOU, I would lose my job.

I would prefer not to give a star but unfortunately you have to, the food was the biggest failure we had as far as Burger King is concerned. The burgers were only half cooked, the fries were cold, the nuggets were never at Burger King again.

Once again I was unable to redeem an app coupon from the Bürger King app. Can each Burger King decide for itself which coupons it accepts and which it doesn't? This makes the coupons a game of chance and causes frustration for the customer. Then go straight to McDonalds.

I went there today to buy burgers. I was greeted very friendly by a young man. I had problems with the app I downloaded and I have to say that I was helped immediately. Food was fresh and hot and the order was complete. I would like to say a big thank you to the Burger King team in Merzig

The rating refers purely to the drive in switch. I drive by here once a week, I think this BK is one of the best in the area. The staff is nice, the food is always warm and tasty.

Unfortunately, it wasn't until we got home that we noticed that a burger we ordered was missing. In addition, the BK employees apparently do not know the words “Hello”, “Please” and “Thank you”. It was definitely the last time I was in Merzig. The service in Lebach is much better...

It was dirty everywhere, drinks were scattered on the floor, food was lying around... there were full trays on the tables everywhere. The clearing station was more than overcrowded. There was definitely not enough staff there. 3 people for the whole store including the drive-in isn't enough. The fries were lukewarm and wobbly, the burgers were okay. The whole thing doesn't invite you to visit again, sorry.

If you could subtract stars it would be -5. Service is non-existent, they skilfully look past you if you've been trying to order for 15 minutes. Fries that went wrong fly back into the frying pan. Very tasty to look at.

The Drive-In gets half the orders wrong. Don't bother coming into past 11pm. The staff generally turn their brains off and need to be told things twice. I don't know how they manage to consistently mess up a Whopper, but the bun is dry and hard, the bacon cold and not in the least bit crispy. Saying it didn't make me sick is the only plus. I don't bother getting the stable burger of "the home of the whopper" here anymore. Several staff members are genuinely good at their job, friendly and helpful, but unable to make up for the general incompetence of the rest. Edit: Had to bump the atmosphere up to 4 stars. The restaurant is quiet after the audio setup broke. This is a huge improvement over the d0gsh1t music that used to play there.

Mit den Coupons aus dem Werbeprospekt kann man für 5,99€ ein Menü mit BigKing und mittlerer Pommes sowie Getränk erwerben. Die Portion Pommes war damals gefühlt größer, aber schmeckt immer noch wie früher, geht in Ordnung. BigKing etwas zu viel Zwiebeln, ansonsten lecker. Mitarbeitende an der Kasse sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, erlebt man auch nur selten. Sauberer Burger King und massig Parkplätze vorhanden.

Für Fans von Burger King normalerweise eine der besseren Adressen. Bislang wurden mir hier noch keine ekligen, vor Fett triefenden Burger oder ähnliches serviert, sondern der Service als auch die Produktqualität waren durchweg von konstanter Qualität und völlig angemessen bis auf gelegentliche Problemchen bei der Geschwindigkeit.
