Small note on getting there: If you are coming from the autobahn, take care paying attention to the tiny side road that you will have to take to enter. It can be easily missed. It will lead into a ramp down to the place. If you miss it, you can continue driving and turn right at the lights. When we arrived to eat there the place was empty (to our luck). The food is as you would expect from any Burger King. The fact that the place was empty did not cause us to get some pre-made / cold burgers and stale chips (fries) that you sometimes end up with. It was made fresh. The toilets are clean and usable. Soap was also available which often lacks. There was no air conditioning even though it was 32 degrees outside. The place was quite hot, especially on the “sunny” side. Either it was broken or simply not turned on. The staff was friendly and understanding. No complaints but a praise from us for them.

When I was there (at lunchtime) there were hardly any people there. So there are plenty of free parking spaces, no waiting times and fast service. I can't say what it looks like at other times

Food is delicious and tastes as it should. Employees are friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the air conditioning doesn't work, which is absolutely impossible for guests and employees in the heat. The store is pretty on the inside, but unfortunately the outside is very sad and relatively desolate due to the large parking lot.

The food was great but the wait was forever long, over 30 minutes. This has to get better.

Great service, delicious and appealing food! The only drawback is the very dreary atmosphere, which could be spiced up a bit. ;)

Staff are super frustrating and frustrated, they took 30 minutes to get my order which was basic, I saw people with much bigger orders who ordered way after me getting their food way earlier than me and after that I was sharing with them my frustration and asking them why it took so long, they didn't have an answer and didn't apologize, also one of the guys working there rolled his eyes at me and moved his hands and left me talking. I won't go there no more, although I love Burgerking but the treatment I had today was not nice and I feel like I paid them money to discriminate against me and treat me badly, that is very unacceptable.

I rarely eat at burger chains in general and I just tried it again. Burger King Merzig! I would have been better off sinking 13€ and a few bruised ones in the Saar. If you can't be bothered to make blunt based burgers then don't fucking offer it. Why the hell is there bacon on my vegi burger?? And that wasn't the first time but definitely the last time for me. If I became a worker like YOU, I would lose my job.

I would prefer not to give a star but unfortunately you have to, the food was the biggest failure we had as far as Burger King is concerned. The burgers were only half cooked, the fries were cold, the nuggets were never at Burger King again.

Good food, chicken nuggets freshly made, not in the grease several times, as you have seen in other burger restaurants.

Once again I was unable to redeem an app coupon from the Bürger King app. Can each Burger King decide for itself which coupons it accepts and which it doesn't? This makes the coupons a game of chance and causes frustration for the customer. Then go straight to McDonalds.

Hello, we ate as a family passing through there. Not very clean but otherwise it was pretty good

Very dirty tables and benches The cleaning lady cleans the tables outside with her hand. The chairs are put in the right place inside and outside, but no table or bench has been cleaned

Dangerously understaffed. Expect to wait accordingly. Regularly have to wait 30 minutes for my food. The Drive-Thru har priority if you need to get your food faster. Watched them take my burger off the tray to put it into a drive thru bag. Staff looks like they're about to collapse.

At lunchtime the restaurant was completely full. One person, who worked very hard, had to serve all the restaurant guests and the guests in the DriveInn. This can not go well. Waiting for the food for almost half an hour, that's not possible...

Food was good, mayo and ketchup were missing. Tables were dirty.

I went there today to buy burgers. I was greeted very friendly by a young man. I had problems with the app I downloaded and I have to say that I was helped immediately. Food was fresh and hot and the order was complete. I would like to say a big thank you to the Burger King team in Merzig

The rating refers purely to the drive in switch. I drive by here once a week, I think this BK is one of the best in the area. The staff is nice, the food is always warm and tasty.

Dirty place with cockroaches, plus the floor was sticky

Unfortunately, it wasn't until we got home that we noticed that a burger we ordered was missing. In addition, the BK employees apparently do not know the words “Hello”, “Please” and “Thank you”. It was definitely the last time I was in Merzig. The service in Lebach is much better...

So that was a total failure. Order completely wrong (missing items, wrong items, incomplete order) and bad food. Taste not as usual, fries like the day before yesterday and everything cold. Maybe the employees can't read or are poorly trained. But that's not worth any money

It was dirty everywhere, drinks were scattered on the floor, food was lying around... there were full trays on the tables everywhere. The clearing station was more than overcrowded. There was definitely not enough staff there. 3 people for the whole store including the drive-in isn't enough. The fries were lukewarm and wobbly, the burgers were okay. The whole thing doesn't invite you to visit again, sorry.

If you could subtract stars it would be -5. Service is non-existent, they skilfully look past you if you've been trying to order for 15 minutes. Fries that went wrong fly back into the frying pan. Very tasty to look at.

Why the hell can you only order menus when you place your order at the boards set up for this purpose?? I just wanted some burgers without fries or drinks...

I can't recommend it, the floor is very dirty. The food was cold and the rolls were hard Never again!!!

2 people in the room, no hello, lukewarm sandwiches

The Drive-In gets half the orders wrong. Don't bother coming into past 11pm. The staff generally turn their brains off and need to be told things twice. I don't know how they manage to consistently mess up a Whopper, but the bun is dry and hard, the bacon cold and not in the least bit crispy. Saying it didn't make me sick is the only plus. I don't bother getting the stable burger of "the home of the whopper" here anymore. Several staff members are genuinely good at their job, friendly and helpful, but unable to make up for the general incompetence of the rest. Edit: Had to bump the atmosphere up to 4 stars. The restaurant is quiet after the audio setup broke. This is a huge improvement over the d0gsh1t music that used to play there.

Mit den Coupons aus dem Werbeprospekt kann man für 5,99€ ein Menü mit BigKing und mittlerer Pommes sowie Getränk erwerben. Die Portion Pommes war damals gefühlt größer, aber schmeckt immer noch wie früher, geht in Ordnung. BigKing etwas zu viel Zwiebeln, ansonsten lecker. Mitarbeitende an der Kasse sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, erlebt man auch nur selten. Sauberer Burger King und massig Parkplätze vorhanden.

Für Fans von Burger King normalerweise eine der besseren Adressen. Bislang wurden mir hier noch keine ekligen, vor Fett triefenden Burger oder ähnliches serviert, sondern der Service als auch die Produktqualität waren durchweg von konstanter Qualität und völlig angemessen bis auf gelegentliche Problemchen bei der Geschwindigkeit.

Burger King in Merzig,ist echt gut,im Vergleich zu MC Donalds in Merzig,kann ich gar nicht empfehlen,schlechtester MC Donalds im Saarland,immer essen halb kalt,und hier im Burger King immer super,warme Burger😉👍

Atmosphere is Zero... not even music nothing! Food is ok compared to other fast food. Customer service are friendly therefore they got a 4* from me!

Immer wieder gut. Personal sehr locker und nett. Essen kann man nichts beanstanden.

Diese Filiale war immer unsere Lieblingsfiliale. Leider hat sie sich sehr zum negativen verändert. Sie ist nicht mehr so sauber wie sie mal war, das Personal ist zwar sehr freundlich, hat aber offenbar gar keine Lust mehr. Wo man hinsieht nur traurige, genervte Gesichter. Alles wird lieblos zusammen gepackt. Mein Cheeseburger hatte ein trockenes ,,altes,, Brötchen und der Käse war angetrocknet. Total eklig. Die Pommes wie Pappe. Die gingen gar nicht runter. Die 2 Sterne gibt es dafür, dass die Mitarbeiter trotz allem sehr freundlich und bemüht sind. Ich denke, die Filiale steht dem Ende entgegen. Vor allem seit das Kaufland zu gemacht hat geht es spürbar Berg ab. Sehr schade.

Nicht besonders sauber, Personal ist bemüht aber sehr langsam, Burger werden hier nur zusammengeklatscht. Ich hatte selten einen der ansehnlich aussieht. Gibt bessere Filialen.

Man bekommt was man erwartet. Ist vom Service aber der beste im Saarland,nette Mitarbeiter.

Das Restaurant befindet sich auf dem Gelände eine ehemaligen Großkaufhauses, das wohl abgerissen wird. Entsprechend sieht es dort auch aus. Außerdem ist die Zufahrt nur schwer erkennbar. Sonst Standard BK.

Burguer King pequeño pero funcional , con amplio parking . El personal es amable . El punto negativo es la poca iluminación en el parking , prácticamente no se ve nada y es difícil ver las plazas de aparcamiento asi como encontrar la salida del establecimiento

Hui. Das war der merkwürdigste Besuch bei einem Burger King den ich habe. -Komischer Parkplatz -Licht war aus -Musik lief nicht -Irgendwelche haben mit einem Mitarbeiter über irgendwelche Kosten diskutiert. Unser Essen war gut, jedoch haben wir uns jetzt nicht besonders wohl gefühlt.

Wel wat jammer dat de Big King hamburger wat klein is.

The experience was amazing, we came here all the way from Belgium. This opinion might be a bit bias because we all were extremely hungry, but disregard that. The customer service was a 10/10 for us, the food was amazing and perfectly sized for us foreigners. When we‘re here again, we‘ll definitely return to this exact Burger King.

The usual BURGER KING but with very service-oriented young personnel. As some orders were to be produced they brought them hot to the table.

The worst burger I have ever had. The bun was rock hard and the burger was dry and just horrendous. I took one bite and threw the rest away. Avoid at all costs.

Food was as expected at a Burger King. Staff seemed more interested in flirting with co-workers, and even though it is located in Germany, she seemed more inclined to speak French, which got her giggling even more. Still, it's a fast food restaurant, and it did the job.

Sauber, schnell und gut. Ist halt wie man es von einem Schnellimbiss kennt. Weil der Imbiss gleich am Kaufland liegt, hat man viele Parkplätze und kann nach dem Einkauf schnell eine Kleinigkeit essen.

Dimanche soir, sur le chemin de retour d'un week-end, nous avons décidé de ne pas nous embêter à cuisiner à la maison et sommes allés prendre des menus à emporter. La kermesse en face poussant naturellement les badauds à prendre un burger vers 21h30, Vraisemblablement, le staff de 2 serveuses + 1 zombie derrière le comptoir avait du mal à gérer 8 clients... 3/4 d'heure d'attente pour 2 menus... Si la pseudo-serveuse que je qualifie de zombie n'était pas tout le en train de mâcher de manière dégueu son burger froid caché sous son comptoir, j'aurai encore pu faire preuve d'un peu de compréhension, mais là, non. Trop c'est trop. Cet avis annule et remplace mon précédent d'il y a quelques semaines.

Den Bruger King hier neben dem Kaufland gelegen kann ich Ihnen empfehlen. Wenn es in der Mittagspause oder zu einem anderen Anlass einmal schnell gehen muss, sind Sie hier an der richtigen Adresse.

De qualité supérieure à Mc Donald's, établissement bien situé. Rapport qualité/prix intéressant. Petit bémol: parfois la propreté du sol laisse un peu à désirer...

Digne d'un Burger King. Produits frais et personnel courtois. On vous propose souvent des coupons de réduction en plus. Pas de la grande cuisine du simple fast food mais toujours bon pour dépanner
