McDonald's in Lauf a.d.Pegnitz

So I like our McDonald's in Lauf. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Especially when the older generation can't cope with scanning the codes. Thank you for the great service.

Everything was just lukewarm. Disgusting

Very greasy shop, film of grease on the floor, men's toilet smelly of urine, worn out furnishings. Food was ok, but burgers seem to be put together by blind people, everything wrong, everything crooked!

Unfortunately the food was cold, but otherwise it was okay

Unfortunately there isn't a single socket in the entire restaurant. I work in sales and occasionally have to work on the PC. Unfortunately the planned stop was canceled and I continued driving.

If you like McDonald's, you can eat well here. Fresh preparation and nice service.

Fries arrived sticky and cold, unfortunately not for the first time. The worst McDonald's I've ever been to... and it's been that way for a long time with no sign of improvement.

Cleanliness? Have you ever heard of this? Food not fresh, meat dried, fries cold. The tables need to be wiped, we spent 5 minutes looking for a table that was clean, so I will never eat anything here again!!!!!

The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Even though there are enough employees who have the time, no one feels responsible for wiping the tables or doing a quick sweep. I find that very sad. Here too, cleanliness may bring more and, above all, satisfied customers.

I never had a problem with eating at this McDonald's, now I bought 20 VEGAN nuggets, 2 of which were with meat. That doesn't sound tragic to meat eaters, but vegans will understand why it was a problem for me

I had an good experience over here. I order an Big Mac menu and it was tasty and fresh also an mcfluury who was extraordinary. The service was fast and welcoming. Definitely come again 😊🙏 thank you McDonald's!

Today for the 5th time. Addition: it doesn't get better. On the contrary. Something is always forgotten and the wrong things are even packed. Checking on site in McDrive is almost impossible. Opening times Ping-Pong: briefly open again from 7 with breakfast. Now suddenly only again from 8.

Quite a decent Mcces, unfortunately there is a construction site right in front of it. Food came quickly and tasted normal.

Normal McDonalds. What shocked me was: I paid 50 euros and got my things and change at the drive-in. Then I asked for the receipt and the employee immediately handed me another 4 euros. Shouldn't happen. Count your change.

Staff friendly, burgers fall apart. 2 small play boards for children, but no children's area or similar. A public playground is only a 5-minute walk away

It's okay, the ambience could be a little nicer. Parking situation is difficult.

They have lost quality in the fries

Not quite an appropriate standard for a McDonald's - there are nicer ones. This one looks pretty worn out from the outside. But the food and furnishings were impeccable.

All rubbish. Maybe it used to be manageable, but today it's just dirt.

It's a shame what has become of this branch. Breakfast is no longer available, but the branch still opens its doors at 9 a.m. Coffee with a McRib? Nope, thanks. You have to check carefully at the drive-in; every third order is missing something. The friendliness now also leaves something to be desired, employees prefer to talk to each other, if the customer "disturbs" they are treated rudely. This branch has potential, as there are no other branches in the area. Apparently this is simply being exploited without offering any more service, the customer still comes. NO LONGER!!! Edit May 21, 2024. I dared to go to the DriveIn again. Based on experience, I should have checked straight away. Forgot the 9 nuggets, I can now throw away the sauces that came with them. Apple turnover was A...cold and tasted like it had been lying around for 3 days. Apart from the staff, not much seems to have changed. A pity

A cheeseburger at McD in Lauf looks so nice.

Waited 25 minutes for 5 breakfast burgers even though there were only two people in front of us. This has nothing to do with fast food anymore.

Actually a normal McDonald's but what sets it apart from others is clearly that all special requests regarding food are fulfilled and all orders are always complete

You just don't feel safe anymore. Nobody speaks German anymore and communication is therefore very weak.

After a friendly request to add a little more caramel to the ice cream, this was denied and I was informed about the standard! Unfortunately, it was already very little at the beginning! Disappointing service

So today was the last time I went to this McDonalds. I drove into the drive-in and had to recite my order 8 times because the lady couldn't understand me (the lady only spoke broken German). I don't understand why they put people at the drive-in who can barely speak a word of German. Absolute impudence and in the future I will drive a few meters further to Schnaittach and get something from Bürger King. You have now lost a long-standing customer and family forever. Bravo McDonalds keep it up 😂. Without words......

Once, for once, the order in the drive-thru wasn't checked and two McChicken that you had ordered and paid for were missing... It's sad that this kind of thing happens again and again, but the road is now too far to complain about it. Furthermore, the Big Tasty doesn't look particularly appetizing. We'll probably have to look for another fast food restaurant in the future.

I haven't experienced such unfriendly behavior in a long time. Was on the drive yesterday after 4 p.m. Not even a hello or what the menu cost, then took the money, called someone else who could work the cash register and then spent the remaining money. Output window is the same, “Coke” bag of course with the wrong order and that’s it.. 🤷🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️

The offer is determined by the name. So you can't notice any major differences in system catering. The location is not that great. Right on the main street… What matters to me is what the “service” does. And that wasn't so good. It costs nothing to look friendly. There wasn't much going on, so I could go around and wipe down the tables. None. Even when serving, the tray is placed on the table without comment. As I said - system catering. You have to use the few points of contact you have with the customer! And you don't have that here...

When it comes to eating at McDonald's, most of us know what to expect - the usual fast food that serves its purpose but doesn't necessarily reach culinary heights. Therefore, I give the food a solid rating of 3/5 stars. It's nothing special, but it serves the purpose if you're looking for a quick meal. Unfortunately I can't say the same about the service. We were disappointed when we were refused table service despite politely asking for it. Additionally, we were victims of a McFlurry scam - we had ordered a McFlurry but it was never delivered. For this reason the service only deserves 2/5 stars. But now to a really positive aspect: the ambience. This is undoubtedly the highlight of this branch. With a creative and inviting atmosphere, enhanced by decorating the walls and ceilings with burger ingredients like pickles and ketchup on the window panes, this McDonald's is definitely not like the others. Especially between midnight and 2 a.m., when most places are quiet or closed, this McDonald's offers a unique environment worth visiting. For this reason I give the ambience 5/5 stars. Overall, this McDonald's branch in Lauf an der Pegnitz is a mixed bag. The food is typical fast food, the service could be better, but the ambience is really outstanding. If you're looking for a unique spot for a late night snack, this is definitely worth a visit.

An employee attacked me, disrespectfully

The McDonalds is clean and tidy. The food is very good and attractively presented. There is a small play area for children (Montessori boards) The minus point is the tiny parking lot

Quality has been declining for years but the nuggets I took home today. Disgusting... They used to be the best on the market... McDonald's is done for me... Fried in old oil or too long... Quality doesn't even deserve one star

Toys for the kids: we weren't asked which ones we wanted. Fries had been forgotten to add salt and tasted like old fat. Otherwise everything is in the usual McDonalds quality. All in all quite OK.

Was okay. Nothing special. Very busy McDonald's.

The white-collar guys in there like to approach 12-15 year old girls!!! (ask for number, Snapchat, Instagram, a meeting) The toilets are not particularly clean…soap dispensers are often empty. The floor in the toilets is also often wet or sticky. Otherwise you can't complain much. The food tastes good 👍🏼

Naja, erstmal war die Wartezeit auf meine Bestellung ganze 20min. Dann wurde noch eine Pommes vergessen und sich nicht mal entschuldigt sondern darüber gelacht.

DriveIn so ein Saftladen! Ständig wird irgendetwas vergessen. Man muss wirklich immer sofort kontrollieren! Sonst fehlt zuhause die Hälfte!

Sauberer Mc Donald aber etwas lange Wartezeit auf das Essen. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Leider hat sich an der Wartezeit nichts geändert. Wenn es etwas mehr ist was man bestellt dauert es.

The food was actually good, but the restaurant was very, very dirty. Someone spilled a drink, but no one cleaned it. All the tray returns were full and tables and bathrooms were dirty.

Also ich liste mal ein paar meiner Bestellungen(Mcdrive)auf, beginnen möchte ich mit dem, was am weitesten in der Vergangenheit liegt … 1 Big Rösti wurde mir ohne mein verdammtest Rösti verkauft. Vor 2 Wochen 2 McChickenClassics mit jeweils 2x extra bacon bestellt(2,40€) … auf jedem der beiden war eine einzige Scheibe Bacon. Jetzt Die Krönung, gerade da gewesen und einen McChickenClassic geholt, ER HAT KEINE SAUCEEEE!!!! Digger es sind 4 Sachen FÜÜÜNNFF: Brot, Salat, Bacon, Sauce und das Chicken!!! Wieso schafft ihr es immer wieder aufs neue so einen überaus mangelhaften Service zu haben. Ich würde meinen drecks Burger echt gerne mit Sauce essen. Trocken wie die Sahara! Ein Nachtrag: Das Qualitätsmanagement ist ohne Spaß offensichtlich echt stark. Seit meiner sehr negativen Bewertung, hat jedes einzelne Mal alles gestimmt!(bei meinen McChickenClassics) Ganz klar hab ich 👆🏼in dem Text da oben überreagiert, aber wie ihr mit der Kritik umgegangen seid ist beeindruckend und freut mich, daher die Korrektur nach oben🥳 Weiter so!!!

Nur das neue bestellen ist gewöhnungsbedürftig

Essen wie man es vom Unternehmen gewohnt ist, jedoch war der Fußboden im Restaurant lebensgefährlich. Entweder durch falsche Behandlung oder Reinigung sind einem teilweise im Stehen die Füße weggerutscht. Mehr als ein Kind habe ich schlittern sehen.

Mein Mann hat heute in dieser Filiale zwei Happy Meals gekauft zum Mitnehmen. Mitarbeiterin war seinwr Meinung nach ziemlich genervt, verstand so gut wie kein Deutsch. Getränke, die zum Happy Meal gehören, waren nicht dabei, haben wir aber erst zu Hause gemerkt, süss-sauer Sosse hat ebenfalls gefehlt. Gut, mein Mann hätte direkt vor Ort nachsehen müssen, ob alles drin ist. Aber trotzdem, darf nicht passieren, wir haben schließlich für die Getränke bezahlt.

Nachdem ich absolut kein Fan von Fast Food bin, kann man schon zwischendurch hier Essen holen. Service ist nett, schnell u aufmerksam.

Leider ist das jetzt das dritte mal in 12 Monaten passiert. Einmal im Monat gibt es bei uns Fastfood. Meist aus dem goldenen M und gegessen wird zuhause. Daheim angekommen, den Inhalt aus der Verpackung genommen und...es fehlte wieder ein Bürger. Ich kann es jedem nur raten. Kontrolliert Eure Tüten BEVOR Ihr das Restaurant verlasst!!!!

Meist sauber und Service in Ordnung. Essen ist halt wie überall im McDonalds :) Einzig schade ist, dass es so gut wie nie Platzservice gibt - also, dass man sich beim bestellen am Terminal eine Nummer schnappt und das Essen zum Tisch gebracht wird. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden.

Hurra, man kann noch mit Cash zahlen, freut mich! Der Big Mac macht seinem Namen keine Ehre mehr. Alles wird kleiner, sonst o.K.

Bitte immer selbst kontrollieren, ob die Bestellung komplett ist. Echt nervig wenn immer etwas fehlt!!! Immer...

Punktabzug da des öfteren jetzt schon kalte bzw lauwarme Burger bekommen habe. Oder bestellte Sachen in der MC Drive Tüte dann nicht drin waren. Ärgerlich. Ansonsten ist der Laden okay

Mc Drive Katastrophe. Viel zu viele Vertauscher oder Essen das vergessen wird. War diese Woche 2x da und immer hat was gefehlt. Bei den Preisen - eigentlich eine Todsünde.

Wir waren diese Woche zweimal da, um die Gläser zu bekommen. Beide Male wurden die Gläser nicht mitgegeben. Dank vergangener schlechter Erfahrungen kontrollieren wir immer sofort, ob alles vorhanden ist. Die Gläser haben wir dann auch sofort bekommen. Trotzdem ärgerlich, das man sich nicht darauf verlassen kann, das bestellte auch wirklich zu bekommen!!!

Ich muss ehrlich sagen, dieses Mc Donalds ist unter dem Durchschnitt der restlichen Restaurants. Die Burger sind völlig lieblos zusammengeschmissen. Man fühlt sich nicht wohl. Ich gebe mein Geld lieber mit anderswo aus.

Sehr einladender McDonalds. Sauber und lecker. Pommes schmecken gut und werden mit frischem fett gemacht. Ich gehe davon aus, dass das Fett häufiger gewechselt wird.

Unfortunately this McDonald’s does not have ice or ice cream. Super nummer om a hot summer day. Nuggets was fine though.

Ich muss leider sagen das dieser McDonalds der schlechteste McDonalds war den wir jemals besucht haben. Die Burgerbrötchen waren ganz trocken, die Eisportion war viel weniger als wir es in anderen Filialen gewohnt waren.

Die Laufer MC Donalds Filiale ist ein ganz normales MC Donalds wie alle , also absolut OK , Qualität ist wunderbar , Service stets freundlich. Parkplatz ist ausreichend vorhanden , Drive in ist geräumig . Alles perfekt. Sonderwünsche werden ohne Probleme erfüllt.

Haben hier in der Nähe Urlaub gemacht. Da direkt an der Hauptstraße gelegen bot es sich einfach an, regelmäßig mal für den Eisbecher mit Caramell verbeizuschauen.
