Unfortunately, the quality has now deteriorated, delivery often takes 1.5 hours and within a short period of time and often only arrives lukewarm... a shame

The food was never particularly good, but that's now a reason not to order again. Pizza ice cold when delivered, and like rubber at the first bite. To top it all off, a black hair baked in the cheese. Unfortunately without us in the future.

Absolutely disappointing! I have never experienced such a bad delivery service. It took an incredible 110 minutes for the pizza to finally arrive - even though the delivery time was stated to be much shorter. When the order finally came, the pizza was ice cold. But the best (or rather the worst) is yet to come: On one of the pizzas, the creme fraiche sauce, which actually belongs among the toppings, was smeared carelessly and lumpy at the end. Not only did it look disgusting, it also ruined any taste. I will never order here again! It's a disgrace to even offer such a service. The pizza was so carelessly made that I almost expected there to be a “Sorry” written on the box. It looked like the pizza just gave up and went into the box to hide.

I ordered for pickup and have been waiting for an hour. I specifically ordered without onions. Guess what's still in there... 🙄 That's how it was the last three times. We rarely order anymore anyway because the dips were missing the last few times, the vegetables felt like they were a week old or because we wait 2 hours for food. Thank God there are enough other delivery services now.

The last time we ordered pizzas the dough was very weak. Too bad. It used to be very good. Delivery time has been very long recently. Almost 2 hours within the town. Delivery time during the week!! Very disappointing. Times should be currently displayed online.

Today, as we have often done before, because things had to be done quickly, we ordered from Arriba Express. First we waited almost 1.5 hours for our delivery, which is perhaps somehow justifiable if you order at prime time. But we are disappointed with the food (and not just this time). My pizza was ok and actually good. But my wife's calzone... wasn't really cooked through and was almost cold inside. Okay, that can happen sometimes if things have to happen quickly. If it weren't for the tiramisu... Or whatever that was supposed to be. The cream not only tasted rancid but actually tasted like nothing at all. We tried to figure out what it was without success and didn't want to try any further. But in our opinion it wasn't fresh. Dear Arriba team, things can get better, as the past shows. We're really sorry, but for now we'll try our luck with delivery services elsewhere. There is still one star, namely for the always friendly and nimble drivers.

Have ordered here many times, delivery time is always very long, at least 1.5 hours - sometimes even longer. The pizzas were otherwise very good. But what we got yesterday was rather inedible. The guests were hungry so we ate some anyway. We ordered 3 family pizzas. These were extremely dry, too much flour was used and you almost couldn't bite the edges. For evaluation purposes, a photo of a piece with ham and mushrooms. Really very disappointing.

I cannot recommend this delivery service. Late delivery, cold pizza, taste okay.

Habe heute eine Calzone bestellt und bin maßlos enttäuscht. Ich öffnete voller Erwartung und Heißhunger den Karton, und ich sah einen wundervollen nichtssagenden Klumpen auf dem zerschmolzener Käse lag. Der Inhalt war einfach nur matschig, hat nach Karton und Knoblauch bestellt. Ok, Knoblauch war ja als extra-Zutat bestellt. Sonst ist alles immer lecker.. na vielleicht war der Koch im Urlaub. 😉 *Dschungelprüfungstauglich... 😀 5 Sterne jedoch für eine süss- sauer Sauce die ich gratis bekommen habe da sie wohl bei der vorhergehenden Lieferung vergessen worden ist abzugeben. 😉 😀

Had ordered... one of the only shops in the whole area that sells REALLY good pita gyros... really top... it tasted very good and the driver was really nice and delivery was very quick. Top top top I can only recommend it!

I waited 90 minutes for encheladas with a side salad, the side salad was partly burnt and wasn't included. The sour cream sauce, as usual, consisted of diluted mayonnaise in which the soggy rolls lay. The price was too expensive. It couldn't be worse. I'm getting my money back

Addendum to the review below. The next day my review was responded to and I was offered a credit and deposited into my account. Mistakes happen, but it always depends on how you deal with them. Unfortunately, this doesn't make yesterday's meal any better, but the service was top. Thanks I ordered 2 salads and wanted them each without olives and with extra dressing. Unfortunately there were olives on the salad and no dressing at all. Using both eyes to squeeze a small dollop of dressing under the salad. This is not acceptable for the price. I also have to say that the food is usually always good.

We often order lunch for the entire workforce at work. Always satisfied so far. Admittedly, 12 p.m. is very busy, it can sometimes be a few minutes later. But most of the time the delivery is on time and we all always enjoy it very much👍

I always enjoy using Arriba Express. The very nice, courteous and competent service as well as the friendly atmosphere make me happy to stay there. The staff also treat each other very harmoniously, even in stressful situations. The super tasty meals are prepared at a reasonable pace and are beautifully garnished to take away.

Unfortunately, something is always missing from the dishes, sometimes an ingredient, sometimes the sauce. In addition, delivery times are often very long (over 90 minutes)

As a long-standing, good customer, I have now turned to the competition elsewhere! As a customer, I really felt like I was being taken for a fool from the moment I ordered, among other things, the small American salad, as I always do. This has recently been sold in a much smaller packaging. When I asked whether it would cost less, the boss was called on the cell phone and he was given the instructions to say that there was the same amount in it, so no, it doesn't cost less ... Furthermore, you can see the need to save money by looking at the pizza toppings. Arriba was my number one despite the always higher prices,... Not anymore! ... And as I can read here, others now feel the same way!

This was the worst meal I have ever had delivered! If I could give 0 stars, I would happily do so. I ordered: vegetarian Pasta Forno, according to the description on the website you get a vegetarian Bolognese in a mushroom cream sauce. What I got was: ready-made tomato sauce with frozen vegetables and cheese gratinated without any spices. Thanks for nothing.

Great in taste. Only pizzeria in the area that offers spelled dough. It's just a shame that it always takes a long time. Even if you pre-order and pick up 40 minutes in advance, you can wait 15 minutes. We once had to wait almost 2 hours for a delivery.

Today I ordered a pizza online and had it delivered to Rückersdorf. The driver arrived on site after just 32 minutes. A delivery fee of one euro is fine, but the homepage said 50 cents. However, this was already clearly taken into account when ordering and displayed as such. The pizza was still warm and tasted good. It was a pepperoni pizza. Maybe they could have put one or two more slices on the pizza. But otherwise I had nothing to complain about. Fast, affordable and service-oriented. Gladly again.

Have ordered a lot from you. Today I baked tortellini alla panna with mozzarella. What do you get tortellini alla panna WITHOUT mozzarella gratinated but charge the full price. I find it a complete impudence. Can't be. But that was already the case many times and that wasn't right.

I have been ordering from Arriba Express for a long time. Since you can order online and put together your own pizza, for example, it's even better. I tried pizza, pasta and salads. Everything very tasty and fresh. No matter whether delivery or self-collection, it is always delicious, hot to very warm and the people are very friendly. If the requested time for delivery or collection is too short or doesn't work on time, I will be called. Of course, this may vary during peak times. Most of the time the “delay” is very limited. Keep it up!!

We always order online, so no waiting time on the phone. During the ordering process it is not stated when delivery will take place, but it is always there in 30-45 minutes and the food is still hot. You could also specify a desired delivery time. Whether pizza, baked pasta, gnocci, or bruschetta - everything is delicious. The delivery drivers are all very nice! For me everything is great and Arriba Express is my No. 1 when ordering!

I don't know the rest of the range well enough to share a review here Pricing is rather medium-high compared to competitors, but fair when comparing the pizzas with competitors Personally, I also find the 50 cent delivery costs to be reasonable and a better solution than spreading the costs across the products. Delivery was over an hour late. Food was cold… Delivery time information is very poor. Food varies greatly in quality. For this price you get more out of putting a frozen pizza in the oven.

We have been ordering from Arriba for over 20 years. However, we have noticed a continuous decline in quality for about 2 years. At first it was shaky and you had to be lucky to get a good pizza. I thought to myself that the same cook can't always work for 7 days. But the last orders were all nothing at all. The pizzas were either in the oven for too long or the dough recipe wasn't right, or less dough was used. It just doesn't taste good anymore. The delivery times have remained the same. It takes time when you order from Arriba :-) I would like people to pay more attention to quality again and I'll happily pay 50 cents more for a pizza if I like it again. My conclusion: We're going to take a break for a while now, maybe in time we'll have a delicious pizza again. Update: I didn't think so, but it could be worse. That was the last time we ordered.

Ordering the food was an absolute struggle, the receptionist simply couldn't speak German and in the end managed to write down the wrong one. After we finally got our pizza after waiting for 2 hours, it was cold. No tomato sauce, cheese is a 60ct yes cheese and generally the pizza was very dry. Ordered 3 pizzas. First of all in the queue on the phone, then after 15 minutes we finally placed our order of 3 pizzas and were told that it would be there in an hour... 2 hours later we call because our pizza is still not there, on the phone We were told the pizza would be coming soon and that's how it was. I had just ordered a cucumber salad that only had 6 slices of cucumber on it, otherwise unfortunately only iceberg lettuce. Dressing very tasty but unfortunately I understand something different by cucumber salad. Conclusion: The taste is very good, the staff is also very nice. Unfortunately, the delivery time (regardless of the day or time, always very long) as well as the compilation of the order leaves something to be desired. Since we really enjoy ordering there, I would be very happy if some work could be done on these points.

I ordered a pizza online using the configurator (1 1/2 hours in advance, with pickup at 8 p.m.) Called half an hour in advance and asked if it would be ready for pickup in time. The nice lady on the phone asked again for me and the answer was yes. I picked up the pizza on time, and what can I say, it definitely won't be the last time. In terms of taste, I have to honestly say that there is still a bit of room for improvement, but all in all I can recommend it for ordering every now and then. It's also simply a matter of taste 😉 Simply good value for money and nice service 👍😃

Unfortunately not as good as it once was! Food was delivered to the wrong address several times and when I asked how this could be, the gentleman on the phone became unfriendly. In addition, the food was cold and very salty and we had to wait a long time for our order several times. What's more, it wasn't rush hour! Ordered during the week! Paniertes Essen war teilweise verbrannt, hart und viel zu fettlastig. Ist schon klar, es wird in der Fritteuse zubereitet, dennoch kann man es mehr abtropfen lassen. Das Essen ist sonst sehr gut, der Fahrer war pünktlich. Deshalb die 3 Sterne.

Essen war gut, aber in letzter Zeit fehlt immer was bei der Bestellung, entweder fehlt eine Soße oder die crispy chicken, es fehlt in letzter Zeit immer etwas, Es ist mega ärgerlich, weil man zahlt für etwas und man bekommt es dann nicht komplett. Wir haben mit 13 Personen einen Workshop im Naturfreundehaus Hormersdorf gemacht. Durch die riesige Auswahl war für jeden (Vegetarier, Pescetarier und Gourmets) etwas passendes dabei. Die Speisen wurden auf die Minute pünktlich und warm geliefert. Alles sehr lecker und frisch!

Die Alla Panna haben geschmacklich sehr nachgelassen und man bekommt gefühlt nur 2stückchen Schinken dazu. Auf meine letzte Bestellung habe ich sogar 2,5std warten müssen. Tut mir leid das war auch meine letzte Bestellung

Sehr lange warte Zeiten. Essen war schon ganz gut . Der Lieferant der uns Beliefert hat war sehr unfreundlich und Respektlos. Haben um 19 Uhr bestellt das Essen ist dann erst nach 2 Stunden gekommen, wurden dann vom Lieferanten angepöbelt warum wir denn noch so spät bestellen würden, und dass er schon längst Feier Abend hätte. Ich meine nehmt halt keine Lieferungen mehr an wenn ihr sie nicht mehr zeitlich passend ausliefern könnt. Habe eigentlich bis jetzt gute Erfahrungen mit dem Unternehmen gemacht. Was ich aber sagen muss ist das deren Pizzen ganz gut sind

Ich habe online über die Website bestellt. Die Menüführung ist einfach und verständlich. Die Auswahlmöglichkeiten super. Die Bestellung wurde schnell und korrekt zubereitet. Geschmacklich waren die Pizzen sehr gut. Gibt also nichts zu beanstanden. Wirklich eine Empfehlung!

Jetzt muss ich auch mal ein Positives Feedback abgeben. Seit gut 1,5 Jahren bestellen wir, zum Liefern immer nach Neunhof. Klar geht es mal schneller oder Langsamer aber kein Problem. Aber egal was man Bestellt, es schmeckt immer super | sau – Lecker. ( ich habe die Speisekarte schon durch ) Einfach Online, zack PayPal – Perfekt !!! Vor allem immer die gleiche Qualität! Telefonisch eine Lieferung bestellt. Die hälfte wurde am Telefon nicht richtig verstanden trotz mehrfachem wiederholen und buchstabieren. Es wurde eine Pizza zu viel geliefert, komplett anderer Belag auf allen Pizzen und für alles wurde extra Aufpreis berechnet. Sehr teuere Preise! Wartezeit auf die Lieferung 1,5 Stunden!!! Pizza ist im Geschmack aber gut gewesen und kam heiß an.

Wir haben für die Firma eine sehr große Bestellung gehabt mit über 400 Euro. Das Essen war super lecker da kann man echt nix sagen. Aber der Service war echt nicht lobenswert. Bei dieser Bestellung nicht mal eine Flasche Wein oder Cola oder sonst was dazu? Dann wurde ein Nachtisch vergessen und dann heißt es noch das wir selber schauen sollen wer es geklaut hat. Also sorry das kein Service in meinen Augen.

Ich schreibe als langjähriger Kunde: Qualität 4/10 - Pizzas sind labrig, geschmacklich akzeptabel. Wie eben eine kalte Pizza schmecken kann. Nudeln mit deutlich zu wenig Soße, Falaffel angegeben mit Humus, kommen aber ohne. Bürger oder Pommes einfach extrem labrig. Nicht genießbar. Preislich, Teuer - für Qualität und Größe der Pizzas und anderen Portionen, sehr teuer. Man tritt hier preislich mit Ostarien oder anderen guten Restaurants in Konkurrenz. Aber qualitativ eben nicht. Lieferung/Service 5/10 - Das Lieferpersonal ist sehr höflich. Jedoch kann es auch mal zwei Stunden dauern, bis man sein kaltes essen, das dafür viel zu teuer war, bekommt. Fazit: Danke für die nette Zeit. Das war die letzte Bestellung.

Positive: Der Fahrer war sehr freundlich und auch die Dame am Telefon, als ich fragte wo die Lieferung ist. Negativ: 40min. Verspätung Pizza lauwarm und eher weicher Pizzaboden. Pizza an sich war geschmacklich okay, doch früher definitiv besser.

Die Pizza schmeckt sehr gut, kann ich nur empfehlen👌

Wir haben schon oft bestellt. Aber immer nur Pizzen. Dachte ich mir bestell mal etwas anderes und bin bei den Enchiladas Nr.88 gelandet. Das war ein Fehler. Es war gefühlt der halbe Behälter voll Mayo. Das sollte man evtl mit angeben. Ich konnte das nicht essen. Habe dann mit meinem Mann getauscht. Der ist auf jeden Fall die nächsten 48 Std flach gelegen. Fazit: bleiben wir halt einfach bei den Pizzen, die sind für einen Lieferservice in Ordnung

Nachdem euer Fahrer mosernd die Treppe runter geht und unten die Türe zuschlägt. Hat sich das Thema Bestellungen bei euch erledigt! Ja er musste 3 mal Klingeln, und? Problem damit ja? Ich hab jedenfalls jetzt ein Problem damit bei euch zu bestellen. Und weil es so schön ist machen wir weiter. Diavolo mit extra Schinken und Champignons bestellt. Knapp daneben ist auch vorbei, fehlen halt die Champignons.

Qualität hat sehr nachgelassen, die online Bestellung ist auch nicht das was sie mal war, gestern bestellt die Pizza war zum größten Teil roh eine hat gefehlt, es ist fast unmöglich anzurufen weil ständig besetzt ist, es war auch das letzte mal für mich. Ist wirklich schade.

Auf Empfehlung einer Bekannten haben wir 5 Pizzen bestellt. Lieferzeit sollte 45 Minuten sein. Nachdem nach einer Stunde noch keine Pizza angekommen war, wurde uns auf Nachfrage erklärt, dass viel los sei und es noch ca. 30 Minuten dauern würde. Daraufhin haben wir unsere Bestellung storniert. Sorry 1 1/2 Stunden sind doch etwas lang, insbesondere da auf der Homepage 30 Minuten genannt werden.
