McDonald's in Goch

We ordered from the drive-thru at around 12:20 a.m. last night and took the food home. When we tried to eat the hamburgers at home, we had to spit them out immediately. The meat tasted extremely bad and disgusting, as if it were spoiled. This should never happen, especially not with meat products. We sincerely hope we don't get sick from it. Quality control is urgently needed.

I ordered two double cheeseburgers at the drive-thru, and it took forever. After I finally got the burgers, I drove off immediately. Only later did I realize they were two cheeseburgers, not double cheeseburgers.

Very friendly staff, the wrap was incredibly dry. It was really not tasty.

worst McDonald ever, i ordered to go and i had to wait way too long and they forgot to put big mac inside my package, so basically i lost around 6 to 7 euro, or whatever the big mac costed, very bad suprise when i got home and opened the package that i paid 26 euros for, also from two 8 euro burgers i got only one, and i could put it better together with my eyes closed, the shitiest experience I've ever had with any of the McDonalds, not the moneys worth, those workers should be fired immediately and banned from ever working in any food industry, I know McDonalds food is unhealthy but sometimes I like to treat myself, but because of this experience I will never go to McDonald's again, and also i saw them throwing fries out in the garbage when they couldn't find the correct table for customers the worst McDonalds locations and workers ever, if there would ve possible to give zero stars I would give zero stars, but yea i give minus 5 stars if you want to have good evening don't go to McDonald's, it will make your evening meal experience the worst

I ordered chicken nuggets and two chicken burgers for my sister. There are at least 10 people working behind the counter! What I got were McPlant nuggets and chicken burgers without cheese?!

Very unfriendly and particularly untrained staff. Trainees? My colleague and I were at the Goch location today, November 18th. The Hamburger Royal Ts was served cold. After complaining, we were told that this was normal. The hamburgers are served lukewarm so that they can be eaten immediately. When I refused to accept this, we were reluctantly given our money back. We were then told to leave. When we asked to speak to the manager or supervisor, we were accused of being unfriendly.

Nice, well-frequented McDonald's... Parking lot is also okay.

Very nice shop, the customers were friendly, the shop wasn't dirty, everything was very quick, the prices were very cheap, and I would recommend it.

The burgers were okay... The fries were very cold. I can't understand how it's possible to serve cold fries. It's always the same. Fries shouldn't be older than 5 minutes.

Pretty much the worst McDonald's I know. I occasionally order from the drive-thru, and something's almost always missing. Well, if you're lucky, the food's at least lukewarm. I've decided to boycott the place.

Ordered four kids' meals and one adult meal online for Halloween. The kids' meals didn't include toys, one kids' meal had chicken instead of veggie nuggets, and the adult meal didn't include fries. We only noticed this after picking up the order at home. Checking shouldn't be necessary for such a small (and, above all, very simple) order.

The employee walked along the production line between the hamburger and French fry stations, waving a floor brush or other broom in front of his face. The food was good, standart mcdonalds, so I cant complain. But I went there get TinyTan figurine (yes, I am 30 years old) and they still had 2 in the display. The option in the menu was still available, so I ordered childs meal, just because of the toy! And you know what I got? Mario... so I went to change it to the counter, because everybody can make a mistake.. but they told me they dont have them anymore.. and when asked about the ones in the display (because 12 of them were already taken) the man told me it is not possible to give me me of them. So I got childs meal and some shitty puzzles, because it was the only thing they had at the moment.. the handoing of the situation was very poor. They made a mistake, didnt inform me, didnt apologize.. and gave me something I didnt order... so disappointing..

Team Africa, you can't eat anything, was okay, but only putting 6 nuggets in a box of 9 is really ridiculous... Called 17 times, but the phone was just a decoration.

I'm very dissatisfied. I received my order via delivery, but unfortunately, I had to wait over an hour, and then the food was still cold. What also bothered me a bit was that something was missing. That shouldn't happen; that's what you pay for. Something needs to change regarding delivery.

After today's visit, I will never again be a McDonald's customer on principle... only the Apocalypse might force me to eat anything at this restaurant chain... People are being deceived... and when they point out that this isn't how it was supposed to be, they are ignored... the salad is just a cucumber peel... I was told the salad was two tomatoes and a cucumber... I didn't know it was almost the whole thing... a disaster... Never again...

Poor service, even the straw isn't provided with a drink and food at the drive-through. That's not possible for a price over €15. You only get it if you choose a shake. Unfortunately, McDonald's doesn't understand customer service!

I ordered ice cream from the vending machine and was then asked at the cashier whether I wanted it to eat in or take away. I wanted the ice cream to eat in. I waited a long time, and the ice cream didn't arrive until an employee approached me and asked if the ice cream was my order. Then he snapped at me, saying he'd been calling for 10 minutes and thought I wanted the ice cream to go. Absolutely outrageous.

The drive-thru is an absolute disaster! If you value efficient service, you should go somewhere else. I will definitely not order from there again. In the last five orders, at least one burger was missing EVERY time (they were paid for, of course). Not to mention the terrible communication...

Filthy, dirty establishment. I've been there three times now, and every time, there were overflowing trash bins, sticky floors, and dirty tables. Today, I couldn't put my tray away because the cart was full; everything was on the floor. A cup of cola was almost impossible to hold because of the sticky exterior.

I visited this McDonald's today shortly after 2 p.m. I ordered a Happy Meal for my daughter and asked for the killer whale toy because all the toys were on display at the front counter. Unfortunately, the killer whale wasn't there, and the employee, who was wearing a blue shirt, responded in an unfriendly and arrogant tone: 'We don't have that, and we only have what's available.' I don't think it's acceptable to speak to customers like that. I won't be visiting this restaurant again.

Somehow the atmosphere is very dependent on the audience. Sometimes there are noisy youngsters and then it feels a bit less pleasant. Also the staff is sometimes friendlier than other times. I hope this improves. Maybe sometimes the pressure is too high???

Just made an order there for 30 euros, trusting that everything is there, food worth 15 euros, you forgot to put it in the bag and only found out when you got home that it wasn't even full and even then you couldn't get an order.

The service is absolutely great, when I sat down someone spilled their drink and a worker (black hair, possibly glasses, probably Indian) Came right in and gave him a LOT of napkins, and replaced her drink, the closest thing I've ever seen to this to a Mc's was when I got a Mcflurry late at night from an employee when I was traveling. Before that, he also saw them a lot of straws. When I ordered the wrong sauce and only noticed it when I opened it, I took a different one, which I also got a lot of (Which is actually really weird for an MC because I've noticed for some time that you only get one) he told me (in English, which is optimal since the MCS is close to the border) That I should keep them and with a smile, he gave me some sauces like before. Top service! I would definitely recommend the Mcs although there were a lot of people, we only waited 2-4 minutes. I would definitely recommend this Mcs, but since I don't live in the area, I hope this review helps someone. :D

Fries very cold even by McDonald's standards, locally very, very dirty. Crumbs everywhere. Not a single table is clean. There are french fries and rum on the floor in the aisle. Despite the lack of activity, no one seems to care.

Today I ordered 2 sandwiches with Coke, a fat dark lady with an afro was rude, she said they didn't give a straw with Coke even though others always gave them one, the food was great but the service from this lady was terrible, she treated the customer as if she was there as a punishment.

Was here in the morning and had mini pancakes and latte macchiato. As always, I didn't get a stirrer with my hot drink, despite table service, and had to get one again. I then commented that you should please add stir sticks to the hot drink. A very unfriendly, heavily made-up blonde woman then rudely said that they always do that. I then said that I had never been able to get a stir stick there and then she started arguing with me. Such behavior is not acceptable at all. The pancakes were hard on the outside and not fully baked on the inside. McDonalds has declined significantly. Be it friendliness, cleanliness, service, quality... simply everything! Then it's better to go to a 'normal' snack bar soon.

I worked in McDonald's in the past and the quality is the main goal of the company. This McDonald's in Goch is out of any doubt the worse I had ever visit. I don't know if is a rule to put one beef when You order 2 but is not the first time It's happening this same issue. I had the situation also that they forgot the hamburger of one of 2 menus I ordered, one of us didn't have the dinner that day and we had to share 1 as It was impossible to call them... never picking up the phone. Drinks, desserts...always something they miss. Is sad to write this kind of things but is always the same on this restaurant.
