McDonald's in Goch

We placed two orders and were very clear about what we would like, but something was missing. It can happen and we'll be back. Employees at the drive counter were not friendly, very condescending, as if it was our fault. Somehow everything seemed a mess. There were large pieces of netted potatoes in our fries. The Cola has way too many ice cubes in it. It was our last visit here.

We grabbed a little snack here for in between meals. McDonald's, as we know it. However, I have to emphasize that there was a very friendly employee here who pointed out to us whether the ice cream was missing from our order... We wouldn't have noticed it at first. Thank you for that, our son would certainly have been very sad 🥰🙏

McDonald's cuisine, nothing exceptional but it helps. Fast service and staff available. This is not the case for all McDonald's. I recommend this Mc Do.

Unfortunately, I have to say that our last visit to McDonald's drive-thru was anything but pleasant. The employee who served us was extremely condescending and rude. After I forgot something and tried to make a change to my order, I was treated with complete disrespect. It seems like the employee took her bad mood out on us, which is completely unprofessional. When I kindly pointed out that it's normal to forget something, she reacted irritably. Instead of resolving the situation politely, she simply gave me my money back and refused to serve us any further. This behavior is completely unacceptable and completely ruined the visit. Dealing with customers in this way leaves a bad impression and should be urgently reconsidered. We hope that this was an isolated incident, but after this experience it will be difficult to go there again with a good feeling.

Nothing special, everything is as usual. The food is ok, I didn’t like the ice cream, it looked like frozen milk with sugar. In general, everything was as expected.

Were eating on site, what can you say, they should give a full-time job at McDonald's to someone who would only be responsible for keeping the tables clean. They were once again at the bottom of the drawer.

It was a shame that the children's area was only opened after repeated requests. There were several children who wanted to play there. Some employees didn't know what we wanted from them and just shrugged their shoulders.

The employee at the drive-in counter simply doesn't talk to you and gets everything wrong! There is no please, thank you, hello etc…really unfriendly! The burger was totally over salted, tasted extremely peppery and the fries and netted potatoes were far from crispy...

Wasn't that good. We were there at 7 p.m., probably rush hour, and had a large order to eat on the spot. Ultimately, I picked up my order myself because there was a disagreement about the order and 2 employees preferred to argue at the cash register rather than provide an efficient solution. The result for us was fries cold and sauces short. It was also bad in terms of hygiene, an employee with a huge mustache was walking in the kitchen, I wouldn't even imagine finding one of his hairs in the food (because he enjoyed twirling that mustache) . The waste collection area was overflowing and tables were not cleaned. I also ordered an extra special toy for the kids and received the wrong one. And the play point for the children was defective... It was also sweltering in the restaurant, which made everything an experience to quickly forget. But the children liked it and were happy with their Smurfs and that's why we did it.

Coffee and ice cream 🍨 milkshake are fabulous the rest are pre-baked warmed up products... why?????

2nd visit on the return journey. This time everything was fine. Friendly staff, order came quickly, everything was fine.

Schmecken tut es nicht soo gut gibt deutlich bessere. Die Pommes schmecken nach Pape und haben kaum Geschmack. Bei jeder Bestellung wird mindestens 1 Sache vergessen. Wie kann man 2 burger und 1 Pommes vergessen!! Schlimm.

Burgers are getting smaller and smaller, fries are getting more and more expensive, all the ordering terminals aren't hygienic, they used to be definitely better (I was born in 1965) the big Mac couldn't be put in my mouth 👀

First of all: no designated disabled parking space The Smart Menu was brought to the table about 4 minutes after the order was placed. The fries were lukewarm. Everything else met the requirements. The employees are polite. The desired goal of $5/meal is still a long way away.

A complicated app for me, no help from the staff, a shame

We got there from the airport around midnight on a Thursday because we were hungry. Unusually crowded for this time. The staff was apparently overwhelmed by this. At an ordering machine (mine of all places) the paper was all gone and the order wasn't printed out. So let's first clarify the situation. Instead of solving the problem, it was ignored, so that other customers later faced the same problem. Waited a long time for the food. I don't need to go to a fast food restaurant if I have to wait almost longer than in a normal one. The food is so-so. The shop isn't exactly clean. Tablet return was full so there was trash everywhere.

The small soft ice cream has become far too expensive: a few weeks ago the paper cups were filled to an acceptable level, now they are only half full. When I asked why the cups weren't full they said, "Instructions from the boss, I can't do anything"... I definitely won't leave any more money here...

Stop at McDonalds, pay a lot, little service and always check your order carefully. Because every time something is missing or not good. There are enough excuses from McDonalds for this, from Corona to a lack of skilled workers....

Then we go to the Friteria in Goch an der Nierswelle near Volksbank and Deutsche Bank am Steintor in 47574 Goch. Or to the Frittenbude New on the market Dutch frikandels and fries special the burgers taste good and the fries have always been great so far. But very little mayo, please don't be so stingy OK because we already pay enough for it. Every kebab shop in Goch is friendlier than yours - take an example from them. Euro burgers are often cold.

The food was great, I have a big problem tho with the manager tho he was bullying and yelling at a worker in front of everyone, apparently the worker was Arabic and he got treated poorly, I was just shocked how a suppose manager can't even manage he's temper and being such a racist. Please teach those managers how to behave in public and treat their workers with respect!

The boss, or someone who thinks she is, sits at a friend's table and shouts at her employees across the entire store about what a bad job they are doing instead of getting their hands dirty themselves. The shop was very dirty. Never seen anything like it.

Totally overwhelmed staff. There is a queue between the tables and yet no second checkout is opened. The staff is very "chill" Catastrophe, 35 minutes of waiting for the food, which was then cold. This definitely has nothing to do with fast food.

I had a quick meal here with a friend of mine, a bite was taken out of our food before we even got it, there were chunks in my ice tea and the burger was mashed and unedible.

It's just a McDonald's. You're not going in expecting gourmet, but you're going to get the classic McDonald's experience. The food is quite alright and with the offers, you can get quite a lot for not too much money spent. Overall, quite ok.

The food is just McDonalds. Not bad, but not much more. If my girlfriend didn't like eating there, I wouldn't come. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to speak to the boss in person today. Because I wanted to express my personal praise for Markus. He's really on the ball. Have ordered and picked up there 3 times now, twice something was missing and the third time I got the wrong burger.

Zum mitnehmen nicht so gut. Schon mehrmals wurde zu wenig in die Tüte gepackt. Diesmal war ich so sauer, dass ich von zu Hause nochmal hin gefahren bin. Schön das eine große Pommes extra eingepackt wurde, mein Essen zu Hause war dann kalt und die Extrapommes wollte keiner..... Deshalb besser vor Ort essen. Die App die ich für den Tag und Zukunft neu installiert habe, wird jetzt gelöscht.

30 Minuten Wartezeit bedingt durch schwache Besetzung

Es geht immer noch besser....die Pommes waren sehr hell und labberig und die Burger leider nicht mehr warm. Aber es war viel zu tun, weshalb es vielleicht dieser Umstände geschuldet war. Neue Bewertung: Pommes waren bedeutend besser wie zuletzt. Essen war auch heiß.
