Food Gallery in Oberhausen

I ordered through their app last night, spending over 30 euros until I found out an hour later via Lieferando that they don't accept orders at all. I want my money back, and I also want to adjust your app to your opening hours when you're closed. Two stars because the food is otherwise good.

I ordered something via Uber Eats on July 31, 2025, and immediately received a call from the store saying my order had to be canceled because they had to close due to technical issues. I was told my money would be refunded within 24 hours. Now, almost two weeks later, on August 12, 2025, I still haven't received my money back.

I actually give negative reviews as rarely as possible, but unfortunately there's no other way here... Even though I was the only one who ordered, the pizza and rolls took forever. In terms of noise, based on the pinging noises from the kitchen, I would assume that the ingredients are being defrosted in the microwave. The pizza definitely tasted like that. Not even a quarter of it was eaten and it went straight into the trash. I basically had to change the money myself because the baker couldn't do it. First and definitely last order. Pizza was delivered relatively late, but everything was very fresh and tasty. We can really recommend it.
