Shish kebab was good, unfortunately the fries advertised were wobbly and quite greasy. You should have a look there. Wouldn't eat these again. It's your figurehead.

The fries are very tasty. The waitresses are friendly and the service is quick. I like that vegan alternatives are offered, both currywurst and various vegan sauces. I was always given good advice about what kind of sauces there were and what different vegan sausages were sold.

Went to the french fries farmer shortly before work today (I just came from work and was hungry 😞). I asked politely if I could order something else. The nice lady took my order (pepper cream schnitzel with fries and cucumber/beetroot salad). Everything was freshly prepared. When we got home the food was still hot and very tasty. I can only highly recommend this snack bar, lots of choice at good prices.

By far the best chip shop in Oberhausen! The homemade fries are an absolute hit!! Every, really, every dish tastes great! Everything fresh, best quality, highly recommended!!

Bought the homemade meatballs last week. Unfortunately not enough curry sauce! The fries were way too hard and there were a lot of fragments in them. Conclusion: In the initial phase in the post it was of great quality, which I also publicly praised. There isn't much left of it! Unfortunately!

We still know the chip maker from Alstaden and thank God he followed us. 😉 The range of food on offer is very extensive and the dishes we have had so far (including schnitzel, currywurst and fried fish) have always been very tasty. Vegetarian and vegan dishes are also offered there. The fries made from fresh potatoes are simply recommended. The team is always warm and always has a relaxed saying in typical Ruhrpott slang. 😉 We like going here. Card payment is possible in the shop. The chip maker also offers a delivery service within a small radius of the store. Card payment is also possible here, but be sure to specify this when ordering. 👍

Sometimes I even go to the french fries farmer when I'm nearby. There are many variations and other dishes between bratwurst, fries and schnitzel. Inexpensive, not overpriced and really delicious! You will also receive a friendly welcome, the atmosphere in the store is relaxed and you will have a lot to talk to with friends and have fun while eating and being a customer. The fries are incredibly tasty. I just drove here to buy a fridge from the owner of the place and the gentleman is so sweet and kind The service is friendly and nice All in all, you have to say the gentleman knows how to prepare fries and knows how to satisfy a customer.

Hmm: I can't understand the hype. I had currywurst with a small fries special. €7.20. The sausage was small and lukewarm. The fries were too brown for me, greetings from acrylamide. All sauces come from a tube. My opinion: mediocre.

There's nothing positive here. Everything was really bad here. Service was annoyed and unfriendly, fries below ground, schnitzel, yes what can you say, 08/15 with a hint of hunter's sauce, which only consisted of mushrooms!! There aren't many french fries shops in Sterkrade anymore, But there has to be a bit of quality that would make you come back. 0 stars

Overwhelmed employees, wasted fries, long waiting times despite fewer customers.

The store used to be really great, but has now unfortunately slipped into the middle of the pack. Not really bad, but no longer a highlight either. The old shop was beautiful, bright and modern, without seeming sterile - the new shop, well.... The bottom line is still a solid Pomeranian shop (of which there are unfortunately fewer and fewer), but nothing more.

1 star is still too much. Horribly bad food, it was the first and last time I was there. Fries were wobbly, Puzta balls were burnt, shish kebab was dry and way too sweet, curry sausage was not fried at all and the cucumber salad was watered down. And way too expensive

I don't understand some of the bad reviews - fries are fresh and crispy - nice and soft on the inside - you can tell they are homemade. Portion very large for a medium portion. Currywurst was delicious - the atmosphere was good for a chip shop and, above all, clean! The boss is a Ruhrpott original and funny! All in all very recommendable!

Also für soviel Geld erwarte ich mehr. Der Service ist absolut überfordert. Es gibt dort glaube ich kein richtiges Konzept. Das Essen an sich ist lecker, doch die Portion passt nicht zum überhöhten Preis. Wir haben vor Ort fast 1 Stunde gewartet. Leider sehr enttäuscht.

War heute das erste mal hier. Eigentlich war ich enttäuscht. Die currywurst ist nichts besonderes, schmeckt wie bei jedem anderen Imbiss. Und die pommes, obwohl selbst gemacht aus frischen Kartoffeln waren sehr hart. Der alte Standort an der Stadtgrenze zu Duisburg war moderner, heller und einladender.

Sehr sehr lecker und nur zu empfehlen! :) Bedenkt, dass es ein Imbiss ist und kein Sternerestaurant. Bei den Bewertungen frage ich mich, was die Leute hier erwarten. Die Pommes sind unvergleichlich lecker und die Wurst mit der sehr leckeren Curry Sauce, ist schön kross gebraten. Kannte den alten Laden und einfach nicht wieder dran gedacht, dass es euch gibt. Werde jetzt vermutlich Stammkundschaft 😂

Die Arbeiter sind mega nett.Aber Geschmacklich und qualitativ leider nicht unser Fall.

Das Essen war ganz in Ordnung - danach Bauchschmerzen dennoch Programm. Die Bedienung (nebst der Chefin selber) war leider so unfassbar unfreundlich und arrogant, dass ich mir während Aufgeben der Bestellung noch überlegt habe, den Laden wieder zu verlassen. Geht leider garnicht, wie dort mit den Kunden umgegangen wird. Leider nicht zu empfehlen.

Sehr guter Service. Pommes wird selber hergestellt und zu empfehlen: Chili cheese fries ! Sitzmöglichkeiten sind genug vorhanden. Parken lieber an der Seitenstraße oder gegenüber.

Die Portionen überreichlich, Pommes aus frischen Kartoffeln vom regionalen Landwirt selbst gemacht, das Schnitzel Holstein mit zwei Spiegeleiern und Bratzwiebeln sind meine Empfehlung. Und die Chefin ist freundlich, lustig, zuvorkommend und bereitet die Sachen sooo lecker zu.

Ich frage mich ob es in letzter Zeit einen Führungswechsel im Betrieb gegeben hat.? Das Essen ist noch in Ordnung, die Qualität der Zubereitung hat aber in den letzten Wochen deutlich nachgelassen. Vor Ort essen ist gar keine Option mehr. Es herrscht eine sehr unangenehme Atmosphäre, die Mitarbeiter unaufmerksam und es macht alles keinen gepflegten Eindruck mehr. Nicht zu vergleichen mit den ersten Monaten. Sehr schade.

Leider nicht gut. Fischplatte für 47 Euro, Pommes total dunkel und matschig, Fisch viel zu wenig und matschig. Laut Bedienung am Telefon,( die sehr nett war( nicht das drauf was erwartet war. Allerdings auch keine Angaben im Internet was auf dieser Platte zu erwarten war. Sehr Schade!!! Weiß das bei Lieferung die Pommes ect. matschig werden aber war eine Entfernung mit Auto von keinen 5 Minuten. Also sorrry, definitiv nicht noch einmal..

Frisch aus rohen Kartoffeln gemachte Pommes 🍟 besser geht es nicht.

Lange gesucht und nun endlich die besten Pommes in Oberhausen gefunden. Wirklich mega lecker und super frisch. Werden noch vor Ort geschält und geschnitten. Aber auch die Schnitzel sind top. Auch diese werden vor Ort zubereitet und sind richtig groß. Wir kommen wieder.

Bitte bei der Bestellung auf die Mengen achten. Es gibt unfassbar reichliche Portionen.

Top Qualität und freundliche Bedienung

Sehr leckerer Imbiss.Die Pommes aus frischen Kartoffeln sind super. Und die Salate werden hier noch selbst gemacht. Preis/Leistung stimmt. Gehen gerne dort essen.

Also, ganz ehrlich, ich habe schon wesentlich schmackhafter und in einem deutlich besserem Ambiente gegessen! Einen Parkplatz zu bekommen ist reine Glückssache.
