McDonald's in Aurich

When we come here and order food, the burgers are lukewarm! Absolutely unacceptable for that price! Unbelievable, and nothing gets cleared away!

The staff were super friendly 😃 but the beef meal was ridiculously overpriced at €8.49. It was 1:30 in the morning, but I definitely wouldn't order it again. For that much money, no thanks.

Typical McDonald's, always good. The croissant and the coffee with a shot of caramel are especially recommended.

Unfortunately, the wait times were very long. For nuggets and a McChirry. The restrooms were also very dirty.

Poor service, much of the order was missing, long wait, too few seats in the restaurant, not good.

It's well located, between Lidl and Burger King, near the Sparkassenarena and the cinema. The staff tries their best, but they're constantly changing, which makes things slower. Many also struggle to understand or speak German. There are simply too few people willing to do this job.

I paid €7.99 for this Friends meal with a hot drink. It included a hot drink, three cake pops, and a Friends mug. Then I was told they didn't have the Friends mugs anymore. Okay, fine – these things happen. But they couldn't offer me anything comparable. I would have been happy with any of the Happy Meal junk. So now I've paid €7.99 for a hot drink and these three cake pops. That's easily €2-3 more than if I had bought the items separately. All the staff were very friendly, but I still think it's unacceptable. The previous time I was there, I waited 30 minutes for a matcha latte. They didn't even say "sorry" or anything, nothing at all.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Part of my order was initially forgotten, but the team reacted immediately and quickly rectified the mistake – truly exemplary! Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the restrooms left much to be desired. In the women's restrooms, there were paper towels and packaging from hygiene products on the floor, hair in the sink and on the floor, and urine on the toilet seats. According to my brother, the men's restrooms were no better. The service and food were good, but the hygiene in the restrooms urgently needs improvement.

On a public holiday morning at 9:17 a.m., I waited 21 minutes for a coffee and a muffin. The coffee cup had stains on the rim that I couldn't even scrape off with my fingernail. Under the benches, it looked like cleaning wasn't McDonald's strong suit; there were already things like fries lying there early in the morning. What a shame.

I ordered plant nuggets but got real ones, which isn't right! They didn't apologize, nor did I feel like they were sorry, which I don't think is good at all.

I was sitting here, ordered a consolation prize, and just didn't get it. Absolutely unbelievable, I paid 1 euro and received nothing. On top of that, the food was lukewarm.

It's just a McDonald's branch as you know it.

After the red ogre stole my apple pie for 17 minutes and 23 seconds, a blond angel appeared and handed me the object of desire!

The atmosphere was cold and sober. Service took forever, and it was moderately busy. One burger was cold, and the fries were forgotten.

The staff didn't feel responsible when you wanted to pay in cash; it took forever. The food also took forever to be ready.

Usually, half of the order is missing, or you have to wait at least 45 minutes for the food. Even big cities are faster and better organized.

I was at a McDonald's branch the other day and placed an order it included a Sprite that tasted like water. I then went to the counter and asked if I could get a new one. They told me the syrup was empty and that they would deliver it to my seat. About 25 minutes later, I asked again where my drink was, to which they replied that they didn't know and that I only got it after I ate. What a disgrace!

We mostly go here for the McFlurry but also the BigMac 👍

The staff were friendly when they came and went. They repaired and refilled the soap dispenser in the restroom. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The men's restroom was in an unbelievable state! It needed to be cleaned and supplies restocked. Everything was sticky!!!

Hair in the burger is just disgusting 🤮

One day, I called this McDonald's branch to ask a simple question. The conversation started out friendly, but in mid-sentence I was suddenly threatened in a completely inappropriate way - the employee literally said, 'If you call here again, I'll call the police.' I was neither rude nor offensive I just had a completely normal question. This behavior is unprofessional, disrespectful, and simply shocking. The next day, despite everything, I went back there to order a Grimichshake and a McChicken with Bacon & Cheese (from Portugal). Unfortunately, I didn't get the burger I ordered and had to go up front and ask where the burger was, and then I got a regular McChicken. I wasn't sure at first, since I'd never had that burger before, but at home I realized. That was clearly not what I had ordered. I can only advise everyone to avoid this location. I called again for safety reasons and asked something again. This time a friendly lady answered and They answered my question directly and wished me a nice day. So, there are people there who don't give a damn about their customers, and there are people who are super nice. Still, I don't think the service is good.

The food was as expected, but once again the order was incomplete. This time, a single burger and the ice cream from the Happy Meal were missing. Upon request, they were served immediately. Still, it's always a good idea to double-check your order.

One star is actually too much! I can only advise against ordering there, unless you're up for a two-hour wait and inedible food.

It's clear that you can't expect the ambiance of a Michelin-starred restaurant at McDonald's. But the trash from previous guests doesn't have to be littered all over the restaurant. A broom would help. Otherwise, everything was fine; it tasted good 😊

The restaurant is generally good, but the McDrive service has steadily declined in recent years. The average wait is about 20 minutes, and your order is either incomplete or the food is already cold.

Totally dissatisfied. They advertise special products and then don't even have them.

All in all, a normal, or rather average, McDonald's branch. The wait times are sometimes extremely long, and half of your packed bag is already sitting there waiting for the rest. As a result, the fries have occasionally been cold.

We were kind enough to accept food after closing time. Thank you, McDonald's team.

There was a big bone in my chicken big mac

I was driving through the McDrive and something was missing, which can happen sometimes. Then I walked in and was told to take the entire order with me so they could see it. First of all, that's questionable. Then I presented the receipt, and the order was also questioned. What a disgrace!!!

The place isn't exactly fast, quite the opposite, but otherwise it's quite okay. A typical McDonald's restaurant, after all.

The staff is unfriendly and rude. There was no hello in return, nothing. We ordered 7 small burgers. We each ate one burger and noticed that there were only 3 left in the bag. 2 were missing! We immediately ran back and complained. After spending a few minutes in the kitchen, the older lady with gray hair and glasses cheekily came to the counter and said that the burgers were in there. How brazen is it that they're portraying us as liars? Instead of an apology, we were given the excuse of committing a crime? Is that your service? Congratulations! 🎊

I've picked up food or eaten there several times. The service is great, but unfortunately, the food is sometimes cold or very dry. For the prices, the fries could be saltier and the burgers could have more sauce.

Once again in Aurich we didn't get everything that was ordered and paid for. Unfortunately, I only noticed it at home. Once I forgot to check the contents because something was often missing, I promptly lost 3.99 euros again. Unbelievable...they don't learn...

You can eat well, like everywhere at McDonald's. It's nice that you can also eat upstairs to avoid the wuling in the lower area.

Unfortunately, the service wasn't quite responsive yet and the service was rather slow than fast. The food took longer to prepare, but everything was hot :-)

It takes forever. There's always something missing. You get it delivered without comment, but it's annoying. And today all of a sudden the entire order receipt was gone. So we had to wait for three quarters of an hour and have to discuss things with the staff. When the order came, it was cold. So just forgotten somewhere. That was the last time we were there. The staff is undoubtedly trying, but somehow poorly organized.

We drove through McDrive and ordered food and ice cream. The ice cream was once again given to us first. After that we had to wait for the food. We stood in McDrive for almost 15 minutes. When our ice cream melted from waiting in the car, I gave the ice cream back to the woman. And she pointed out that if you have to wait that long, you don't give the ice cream out first, but rather give it with the food. The woman was very, very unfriendly to me and bitched at me that they always do it like that.

Unfortunately, food is slapped together in an unpleasant way. Some of the staff are trying very hard, the other part of the staff is observing; predominantly the younger female audience, by the way. The store seems mostly unclean. Even when there is a lot going on, agreement can be reached.

Cold and uncomfortable, confusing shop (where do you pay?) Not inviting to eat at all (loveless, cold and uncomfortable). Staff unfriendly and unmotivated. Some food was lukewarm. Fries ok, cheeseburger cold, tough and dry. Chicken burger ok,. Nuggets ok. The coffee was really good. If you're going to eat there, the food should at least be reasonably hot (for the prices). You try again and again for the sake of the children, but unfortunately you always fall for it. When you look into the kitchen and distribution station, it's better not to think about hygiene. No gloves, touching your face/hair and then eating. Staff with thick jackets (oversized with sleeves that are too long) walk from the kitchen to the distribution room through the restaurant even outside and back, of course with different ones. Orders. Trash cans (full plastic bags) were emptied, not seen whether the lady then washed her hands... Since I also work with food ((butcher shop), I am very suspicious of the hygiene system at McDonald's these days.

Mc Drive: The fries were missing from the menu and the sauce from the nuggets. And last time we ordered, the “Fruit Nonsense” was missing from the Happy Meal. So it's better to always check the contents of the bags straight away.

I was in the Aurich region for work at a late hour at 11:30 p.m. I ordered a Coke without ice and a 9 nuggets. The nuggets must have been lying there for ages, almost cold and soggy. The goods were inedible and ended up in the bin in the bag. Never again McDonald's in Aurich.

Went to McDonald's in Aurich with my family. We ordered 3 McMenues and accordingly also 3 fries. We got our order and noticed that one chip was missing. But the service said that's what it said in the order and didn't want to give us a third fries. BAD SERVICE!

Weird again lately. Big morning farmer ordered, big morning chicken got. Cinnamon and sugar are constantly forgotten in the pancakes. During the day the fries are 9/10 cold and sticky and you have to check everything every time because something is constantly being forgotten. But today at breakfast I ordered the McMuffin Bacon & Egg but unfortunately you can't eat it. Raw egg softens the whole bun. Just sad.
