The ice cream wasn't good at all, it tasted like strawberries and not like chocolate. The customer service is terrible, so if I were you I would never eat there again. It tasted rotten!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It takes forever. There's always something missing. You get it delivered without comment, but it's annoying. And today all of a sudden the entire order receipt was gone. So we had to wait for three quarters of an hour and have to discuss things with the staff. When the order came, it was cold. So just forgotten somewhere. That was the last time we were there. The staff is undoubtedly trying, but somehow poorly organized.

When our ice cream melted from waiting in the car, I gave the ice cream back to the woman. Fries ok, cheeseburger cold, tough and dry. Chicken burger ok,. Nuggets ok. The coffee was really good. If you're going to eat there, the food should at least be reasonably hot (for the prices). You try again and again for the sake of the children, but unfortunately you always fall for it. When you look into the kitchen and distribution station, it's better not to think about hygiene. No gloves, touching your face/hair and then eating. Staff with thick jackets (oversized with sleeves that are too long) walk from the kitchen to the distribution room through the restaurant even outside and back, of course with different ones. Orders. Trash cans (full plastic bags) were emptied, not seen whether the lady then washed her hands... Since I also work with food ((butcher shop), I am very suspicious of the hygiene system at McDonald's these days.

Went to McDonald's in Aurich with my family. We ordered 3 McMenues and accordingly also 3 fries. We got our order and noticed that one chip was missing. But the service said that's what it said in the order and didn't want to give us a third fries. BAD SERVICE!

Weird again lately. Big morning farmer ordered, big morning chicken got. Cinnamon and sugar are constantly forgotten in the pancakes. During the day the fries are 9/10 cold and sticky and you have to check everything every time because something is constantly being forgotten. But today at breakfast I ordered the McMuffin Bacon & Egg but unfortunately you can't eat it. Raw egg softens the whole bun. Just sad.

Either a happy meal where the specified items are never available and, to top it off, the drink is missing, or the employees are not able to pack the specified number of burgers. Staff seems listless and disinterested. Mc dirve takes forever and waiting after paying is always pushed to the additional waiting zone; even if it's just ice cream and two chicken burgers!

Hi, Our first mistake was choosing the MC Drive, which is supposed to be fast food... it took forever (pure deceleration) and then the order wasn't completely in the bag. Unfortunately not the first time...so always check your order (or directly in the MC Drive 😅). And the rest was as expected, the burger is probably to be understood as a kind of kit -> then you just have to assemble it 🤷🏼

Fries are either only lukewarm and or the worst thing is if the fries are only briefly drained of the fat out of 10 times maybe 1 good crispy fries if at all! I've had complaints several times, unfortunately you get an answer that it's getting better and you talk to the staff, but for me the fries are definitely always as described above... And the McChicken are usually very dry.

The most disastrous McDonald's I've ever encountered. Organization is a foreign word, chaos at the output, ages until the order was put together. The orders were apparently processed using a lottery system. The parking situation defies description. But the food, out of competition, was at least hot.

Once again we were disappointed. The staff is unfriendly. We ordered a wrap without cheese and tomatoes but it was still on it. Instead of mayo we get sweet and sour sauce.

A very bad idea on Sunday evening. Normal 3 man order, waited 1 hour in the restaurant. At home, the burgers, fries and nuggets were cold. This service is ridiculous. After the restaurant was remodeled, things just went downhill!

Very dirty in the restaurant as well as outside and therefore disgusting to sit anywhere. The staff would have to work harder to keep the branch clean. And don't walk past the dirt and grime. What bad service, around 3:30 p.m. we ordered 3x Frapees in MC Drive, after realizing that we just got cold coffee, we wanted to sort it out in the store ourselves. An old lady at the counter then cheekily told us that they didn't have any Frapees at the moment and that we were unlucky. So far I've only experienced something so bad at the McDonald's in Aurich, no wonder the reviews are getting worse and worse. Cold coffee for €4.60 is a disgrace. You should probably train your staff before you let them loose on your guests. McDonald's has definitely lost us as customers. Really a shame...

I should wait or take a peach bag. Then I waited. The apple turnover arrived after 10 minutes… 3. The food was of course cold and the wait wasn't worth it because when I ate it, the apple turnover turned out to be a peach turnover. Then why are you keeping me waiting? I don't understand why it's always full. Even from people you know you only hear bad things.

Not a good service at all, my friend poured coke on me and said it was his problem because he was on his cell phone. She came back and then poured coke on me too. She then takes my cloths to clean the cola from my friend. Really unfriendly. The boss came and then kicked us out because he had apparently insulted her, which wasn't true at all. She then insulted him. The employee didn't apologize and just continued working as if nothing had happened. It just wasn't cool.
