What kind of absolutely poorly organized Mcces is this?? I've never experienced anything like this in my life 🤣 everyone was overwhelmed. Terrible! Why are order numbers distributed if you only get yours at the end of the drive in? And no employee knows who which order belongs to? The system should urgently be revised, also for the love of the employees! We had a very simple order and even half of it was forgotten...

Fries are either only lukewarm and or the worst thing is if the fries are only briefly drained of the fat out of 10 times maybe 1 good crispy fries if at all! I've had complaints several times, unfortunately you get an answer that it's getting better and you talk to the staff, but for me the fries are definitely always as described above... And the McChicken are usually very dry.

Very bad service, my order was ready only after asking twice and waiting for three quarters of an hour.

Every now and then we pick up something for the children because they love the BigMac so much. Order via app, drive there, pick up everything works great 👍

A top modern new McDonald’s. Service was great, ordering was quick and food was hot. Table service and ordering via the app worked great. Swapping the wrong sauce (because I was too stupid) wasn't a problem at all!

There's nothing to say about McDonald's. It's not mine, but the family loved it.

Ordered yesterday, Sunday August 18th, 2024 at 2:26 p.m. The message also came: Mc Donalds needs approx. 30 - 55 minutes for your order. When did the food arrive? At 4:26 p.m. The Big Tasty Bacon was totally cold, the chicken burgers were lukewarm, but a waste of money.

As always, things are missing again. And I'm not talking about mayo or ketchup - you don't know anything else there. I missed the hamburger with the MC menu. This time it was the sauce for the nuggets and then cheese nuggets. It's just disappointing that so much technology is used in the restaurant and it still doesn't work smoothly.

The most disastrous McDonald's I've ever encountered. Organization is a foreign word, chaos at the output, ages until the order was put together. The orders were apparently processed using a lottery system. The parking situation defies description. But the food, out of competition, was at least hot.

Once again we were disappointed. The staff is unfriendly. We ordered a wrap without cheese and tomatoes but it was still on it. Instead of mayo we get sweet and sour sauce.

A very bad idea on Sunday evening. Normal 3 man order, waited 1 hour in the restaurant. At home, the burgers, fries and nuggets were cold. This service is ridiculous. After the restaurant was remodeled, things just went downhill!

And once again something was missing from the order. Unfortunately I only noticed it when I got home. Called straight away and got a mushy answer to my complaint. This was the third time this had happened. I did an apprenticeship at MC Donakds myself years ago, that's not how you treat customers.

Unfortunately not the first time I've been disappointed with the branch. In the entrance area the entire floor is stuck, right up to the terminal. Very dirty in the restaurant as well as outside and therefore disgusting to sit anywhere. The staff would have to work harder to keep the branch clean. And don't walk past the dirt and grime. Very unfortunate. I won't be going out to eat here any time soon. The fries in particular were cold.

What bad service, around 3:30 p.m. we ordered 3x Frapees in MC Drive, after realizing that we just got cold coffee, we wanted to sort it out in the store ourselves. An old lady at the counter then cheekily told us that they didn't have any Frapees at the moment and that we were unlucky. So far I've only experienced something so bad at the McDonald's in Aurich, no wonder the reviews are getting worse and worse. Cold coffee for €4.60 is a disgrace. You should probably train your staff before you let them loose on your guests. McDonald's has definitely lost us as customers. Really a shame...

After only bad experiences a few years ago. Yesterday I tried again. 1. no more parking space available 2. ordered online and most of it was ready when I arrived. Just not the apple turnover. I should wait or take a peach bag. Then I waited. The apple turnover arrived after 10 minutes… 3. The food was of course cold and the wait wasn't worth it because when I ate it, the apple turnover turned out to be a peach turnover. Then why are you keeping me waiting? I don't understand why it's always full. Even from people you know you only hear bad things.

Ordered 2 apple turnovers, one was just finished. It took a very long time until we got our money back. Very impolite

Not a good service at all, my friend poured coke on me and said it was his problem because he was on his cell phone. She came back and then poured coke on me too. She then takes my cloths to clean the cola from my friend. Really unfriendly. The boss came and then kicked us out because he had apparently insulted her, which wasn't true at all. She then insulted him. The employee didn't apologize and just continued working as if nothing had happened. It just wasn't cool.

Not high quality but you don't expect much for something cheap.

Terrible. We were there for breakfast where there was nothing going on. First we had to wait a long time for the food. Coming back last night after a long journey, we thought we'd quickly go to the MC again and then take something with us.....OK said and done MC Drive ordered everything fine then second window ordered everything fine too just then waited for about 12 minutes nothing happened please continue to move forward, the food came out behind us little by little..... It's been a complete disaster since the renovation - no matter what day or time. Tables are not cleared/wiped down, table signs are missing, the staff is unfriendly and it takes forever to get your order. If you use the pick-up parking lot, you have to wait even longer than in the drive-thru because none of the staff want to walk outside. It's better to go to the other restaurant nearby, it's cheaper there too.

Not a nice restaurant, first of all a terminal was broken. And the screen for pickup was broken. We ordered a mcfliry with Leon. We received a normal mc flury with caramel. When I complained about it, they just told me that's what we ordered. So I showed the employee the receipt. Where exactly it was written. It was given to us Finally made it and we got our ice cream. Whatever the ice cream was, it was half liquid. It's a very bad restaurant there are mc empty and mc westerstede 1000 times better. Macdonalds in Aurich is not recommended simply because of the half-liquid ice cream. Team Wallraff has to go there

The restaurant itself seems very simple and unloving. What I think is good is that you can separate the garbage yourself at the station. Top Negatively, unfortunately I forgot to add the shot of caramel to my cappuccino again today. After a long time, I tried again to get something to eat quickly because it was on the way. Der Laden sieht mittlerweile wie ein Schwimmbad aus. Es ist echt eine Seltenheit, wenn das Essen korrekt zusammengestellt wird. Es gibt da deutlich zuverlässigere McDonalds Filialen.

Es ist ein McDonalds, wie gesund und gut das Essen ist wissen wir seit "Supersize me" alle. Der Service ist gut, sie vergessen wie bei jedem McD die Saucen, also müssen Besucher*innen sich nicht umstellen. Gewohnter Service, gewohnte Umgebung. Ambiente ist geräumig, durch den Fettfilm auf den Tischen vergisst man auch nicht das Händewaschen. Die Erwartungen werden also immer erfüllt. Der Kardiologe wird sich freuen, genau wie mein Cholesterinspiegel.

Wir standen eine halbe Stunde im McDrive nur um dann um 1:11 abgewiesen zu werden, als wir endlich den Schalter erreicht hatten, ohne Begründung. Also die Öffnungszeiten stimmen nicht!!!

Öffnungszeiten die im Internet stehen sagen aus sie haben bis 2 Uhr geöffnet, von wegen. Bereits um 1:14 Uhr wurden wir von den Arbeitern am Schalter verwiesen, sie haben geschlossen, nachdem wir eine halbe Stunde im McDrive gewartet haben und die Leute vor uns noch bestellen durften. Wir sind echt enttäuscht!

Im Internet steht, dass sie bis 2 Uhr auf haben und dann steht man 30 min im Drive, weil der Laden selbst schon dicht war. Und genau dann, als wir gerade endlich am Schalter sind kommt ein Typ und sagt, dass die jetzt schließen (um 1:11 Uhr), obwohl noch mindestens 10 Autos da standen, die bestellen wollten. Dann muss man auch noch warten bis die Autos vorher ihr Essen bekommen haben, um überhaupt aus dem Drive wieder rauszukommen. Einfach eine Frechheit....

Lieb- und geschmacklos eingerichtet, Tische werden nicht saubergemacht bzw. abgeräumt und Personal erscheint lustlos. Zurzeit die schlechteste Filiale in Ostfriesland.

Ich muss es leider so deutlich sagen. Ostfriesland 's größte Drecksbude. Der Laden ist schmierig, essen kalt und Personal überhaupt nicht motiviert. Da braucht man wirklich nicht mehr hingehen. Der Fußboden ist unglaublich schmierig. ..nee , nie wieder geh ich dahin.

Die Jugendlichen (mit Migrationshintergrund und entsprechendem Akzent) aus unserer Freizeiteinrichtung wollten telefonisch Essen bestellen und in die Einrichtung liefern lassen. Sie wurden mehrfach weggedrückt weil sie etwas durcheinander gesprochen haben. Der unfreundliche Mitarbeiter fühlte sich wohl nicht ernst genommen. Daraufhin rief unser erwachsener FSJler an um für die Jungs eine Bestellung aufzugeben. Ihm wurde unterstellt er sei Teil der Gruppe und der Mitarbeiter würde „sich nicht ver*****en lassen“. Dann hat er einfach aufgelegt. Ich als (deutsche) Frau habe dann mit privater Nummer angerufen (allein die Überlegung, wer anrufen muss um ernst genommen zu werden, ist ein Unding!). Am Telefon habe ich dann eben diesem unmöglichen Mitarbeiter geschildert, dass gerade eine Gruppe Jungen etwas zu Essen bestellen wollte. Er hat mir dann am Telefon unterstellt es gäbe unsere Einrichtung nicht. Außerdem ermahnte er mich, ich solle meinen „Zöglingen mal einbläuen wie man sich am Telefon zu verhalten hat“. Wir sollten doch persönlich vorbeischauen und bestellen und nicht am Telefon. Er ließe sich „nicht weiter verarschen.“ Ich habe ihm dann erklärt, dass sein Verhalten absolut nicht in Ordnung und rassistisch ist. Er wurde sehr laut. Ich habe dann mitten in seinem Gemecker aufgelegt und wir haben problemlos beim benachbarten FastFood-König bestellt. Nie wieder McDonald’s Aurich.

Ich finds einfach nur noch schrecklich in diesem MC Donalds. Kein Personal, welches auch mal die Tische abwischen kann o.ä.. Beim nächsten Mal bringe ich meinen eigenen Putzlappen mit 🤦🏼‍♀️ Das Ambiente ist echt furchtbar. Es macht keinen Spaß mehr, dort überhaupt noch Platz zu nehmen. Das Essen war teilweise kalt. Leider nicht zu empfehlen...

Das Essen an sich ist natürlich wie bei jedem anderen McDonald’s auch. Allerdings war ich jetzt schon unzählige Male dort und fast jedes Mal wurde mindestens eine Sache vergessen! Manchmal fiel es mir zum Glück selbst direkt auf und ich konnte das Produkt noch bekommen (Was auch nicht normal ist, da man davon ausgehen sollte, dass man das bekommt, wofür man bezahlt und sich nicht noch selbst drum kümmern muss), aber manchmal fällt es dann erst zu Hause auf und das ist einfach schade! Man bezahlt dafür und bekommt es nicht. Überhaupt nicht in Ordnung. Ich will meinen Milchshake!

Die Abfertigung im Mc Drive ist wirklich katastrophal. Zwei Bestellmöglichkeiten, und an der Ausgabe kriegt das Personal das Essen nicht raus. 25 Minuten warten für zwei Eis ist das ERSTE und LETZTE mal gewesen😔 Ich habe schon des öfteren lange auf mein Essen im Mc Drive warten müssen, aber ich dachte das man es nach der Umstellung auf zwei Bestellmöglichkeiten mal wieder probieren kann. Scheinbar ist die Betriebsleitung nicht in der Lage dieses Problem zu lösen. Hier wurde nur die Planung und Durchführung bewertet, das Eis war aber okay😅

20:17 Uhr bestellt, essen kam um 20:44 Uhr nachdem man an der Kasse nachfragen musste wo das Essen bleibt. Mehr muss man dazu nicht sagen. Lieber nach jever die paar km fahren und dafür schnelles&heißes essen bekommen!

1 Stern für Sauberkeit 1 Stern für die Inneneinrichtungsstil und Parkplatzsituation Für Service, Qualität und Geschwindigkeit null Sterne. Nummerbildschirm war ausgefallen, doch statt ihn auszustellen und damit die allgemeine Verwirrung und die totale Konfusion bei den Mitarbeitern zu verringern, wurde wild herumgeklickt und es gab keinerlei System mehr. Essen stand ca 1min auf dem Tablet (+15min Wartezeit) , Nummernzettel wurde verschlampt, so dass das Essen lauwarm in unsere Tüte kam. 25€ für lauwarmes SLOWfood. Die zwar ruhig und freundlich auftretende, jedoch leider auch etwas überforderte Schichtleiterin, wirke machtlos. Man hätte wenigstens Popcorn austeilen können, um die kimoreife Satire eines Küchenservices hinter dem Tresen wenigstens etwas erträglicher zu machen.

Gemütlich ist anders , es geht kaum liebloser, das Personal ist nach Kräften bemüht das beste draus zu machen aber selbst ihnen steht die Hilflosigkeit im Gesicht geschrieben . Nur mein Eindruck, vielleicht habe ich auch einfach nur einen schlechten Tag erwischt !

Essen kalt. Tische dreckig.Spinnweben an der Decke. Toiletten dreckig und roch ekelhaft.Motivation von Angestellten war in den Gesichtern ablesbar. Gemütlich nicht vorhanden.

Katastrophe, war gestern da und habe nur 1 Fanta bestellt. Erstmal brauchte das Personal ewigkeiten das ich bar bezahlen konnte weil sich keiner dafür zuständig gefühlt hat. Bei der Nachfrage ob meine Bestellung schon fertig sei, sagte man es dauert noch kurz und der Mitarbeiter kümmert sich drum. Die Tablets mit den Bestellungen der anderen Gäste sammelten sich an und das Personal kam nicht hinterher diese zu den Tischen zu brigen. Musste insgsamt ca. 20 Minuten warten das meine Fanta endlich fertig gemacht wird. Diesen Laden werde ich so schnell nicht mehr betreten. Seit dem Umbau haben die sich nur noch verschlechtert.....

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Sehr saubere Toiletten. Wir haben unser Essen sehr schnell bekommen
