"Big" King meal almost €11 But what happened to the burger?? It's not big anymore. Please fix your speaker, it's very annoying… Service was great.

A while ago, on my way to Lidl, I saw the Mozzarella King Chicken sign and really wanted to try it. So yesterday we decided to call and order home delivery. It was spectacular. We ordered two meals: the chicken was delicious, and the double beef one was even better. The chicken was very crispy, and the mozzarella medallion gave it a very good touch. The potatoes were crispy and warm. The delivery man who brought us the food was very friendly and liked our One Piece doormat. Welcome, Nakama!

The staff are very nice, and Anne, in particular, is very kind, friendly, and accommodating. Always worth a visit and highly recommended.

Very friendly staff, and always delicious. Mr. Ibrahim and Ms. Anne gave us a warm welcome and the gummy bears were tasty. I can highly recommend Burger King.

Before embarking on our long journey home, we made a short stop in Aurich. The service was friendly, the order was processed quickly and completely, and even when a drink was spilled at the next table, a staff member was quickly there with a mop to clean it up. We'll definitely come back on our next visit home.

Burgers and fries are always great.

Just as I was grumbling and crackling, the speaker broke. I had the kebab-style one, but I wouldn't buy it again. I prefer the Whopper or Bic King.

All in all, it was ok for a fast food restaurant.

Once again, something is missing from our order. This time we were quick enough to alert the driver. His response was that he hadn't packed the bag and would have to discuss it with his manager to see what the solution was. So far, all good. Unfortunately, we received no further information, nor any restocking or apology. It's a shame...

Everything was clean and tidy, I just didn't like how new employees were chased around, in general the atmosphere in the kitchen was very tense and you noticed that as a customer, otherwise everything was great

The food was okay. But the fries were too salty (just like my mood right now), the burger had no flavor, not much oil, and it didn't have the perfect amount of vegetables. Worst of all, it wasn't hot enough! The restroom was OK.

Yesterday, before a long highway drive, we quickly stopped by Burger King and bought some travel provisions. We ordered and paid for three burgers. It wasn't until we got on the highway that we realized one was missing. But by then we were too far away to turn back. But reading the reviews here, that doesn't seem to be a coincidence. Burger King should take a look at its chef.

Everything was fine so far. Only one speaker is very broken and annoying. The food was excellent, packaged superbly. Overall, everything was good.

Probably the worst Burger King in Germany!!! Half of the order is missing, food arrives cold at the table, and disappointing children is at the top of this restaurant's list. (The toys listed have been out of stock for a month, according to the employee.)

Orders are constantly incomplete. We definitely won't be coming back.

Our meal at the restaurant was good. But from what we noticed, at least 15 of the 20 takeaway orders were missing something. It almost seemed like a scam. It was more than noticeable!

The rolls were dry and sticky. The salad was partly brown and very coarsely chopped.

The coffee was good. Since there's nothing gluten-free, I can't comment on the food. However, it was very clean. The restroom was also clean.

It's usually neat and clean. The quality is okay, and the portion sizes are manageable. On Sunday evening, there were no straws or mayo left... a no-go!

At the terminal, it wasn't possible to order coupons from the app. At the checkout, they helped me by ordering there. Then they had problems with the card payment. After a discussion about paying in cash, it worked after all.

Currently, things are being forgotten in orders more and more often, mostly small additions like dressing and dip. The broken ceiling speaker, which makes a noticeable scratch, is also annoying. Complaining to the staff hasn't yielded any results. Addendum: King Jr. Meals are currently a real rip-off. You can select figures from the ordering machine, but then you get something completely different in your bag. With no indication as to why! So, I consider it a rip-off. You could select Naruto figures and get some kind of keychain.

Not enough parking spaces, but enough charging stations blocking everything—that's how it has to be. The food was almost cold, which is a no-go. For those prices, you could just as well charge for hot food.

Everything was good! Service gets 5 stars because the food was brought to my table even though I had forgotten to choose that option when ordering.

What can I say... a good hour of waiting for nothing 🤷... At first, the puppet show was funny, but in the end, it was just ridiculous... I recommend giving this place the widest berth!!! This place needs to be shut down! I've always preferred BK's food to McDonald's, but this is the absolute exception that proves the rule!!!

The salad was extremely bland. The burger patty wasn't good. It tasted disgusting and greasy.

I only ordered a chicken tortilla meal during Naruto's special offer and got one with a beef patty. It wasn't bad, except that the store was quiet and my extras, which made the whole thing more expensive, were missing.

I went to Burger King today and had a really great experience – especially thanks to Abdo at the cashier! I received a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in, but Abdo really made the difference. He was extremely polite, attentive, and super fast – you can immediately tell he puts his heart into his job. He took my order without any mistakes, served me with a smile, and even asked if everything was to my satisfaction. This kind of service isn't something you can take for granted these days – thank you, Abdo, for your professionalism and friendly manner! The food was also top-notch: fresh, hot, and exactly as I wanted it. The branch was clean, well-organized, and had a pleasant atmosphere.

We ordered two King Meals to go, which were supposed to come with large portions of fries. There were only small ones. The sauces were also missing. Since we live in Dietrichsfeld, exchanging or complaining is rather difficult. It wasn't that busy, and the employees still seemed overwhelmed...

So stupid and dumb that it doesn't open until 10am.

I'm currently homeless due to unfortunate circumstances, and the manager is quite sympathetic to people who are hungry. Thank you again.

The food is very tasty, sometimes it is too expensive but it is good. The employees are nice but sometimes forget to give you fries or something else. But there is only one cashier who is very nice and does her job very well. Unfortunately I don't know her name but she is a woman with grey-blonde hair who is always nice and is generally a happy person 😁. The atmosphere is wonderful, there is a view of the street from here and the furniture and lamps match the furniture very well and you can just relax here and play a game but otherwise it is the best Burger King I have been to 👍.

At the time of my visit, the restaurant was relatively busy. The dining room was very clean and tidy, making it a pleasant place to linger and enjoy your meal. I was particularly impressed by the speedy delivery of my order and the very attentive and friendly service.

We were just at the drive-thru at just before 1 a.m. and got something to eat. The lady at the counter (short, with brown/blonde hair) was absolutely unfriendly. There was no hello or goodbye. The food felt like it was thrown at us. Absolutely terrible service.

For days, NO water at the sink in the men's restroom! I can't even imagine what the men did after doing their business... My suggestion was "answered" by having someone escort them to the women's restroom. That's not a solution. Generally, this branch is very poorly clean, but not "only" that; there's something wrong or broken everywhere. The food isn't really hot, some dishes are no longer available, and the service isn't exactly friendly. This branch is certainly one of the worst we've ever visited as a small family. Not to mention the lack of customer Wi-Fi...

The toilet smells so bad I had to gag. The toilet seat is completely dirty! I can't even wash my hands because the faucet is broken! Simply disgusting!

Such nice employees. Most fast food restaurants could learn a thing or two from them. Despite being very busy, they even took care of the children and not only did their job but also made sure the little ones had a great experience. A company can be proud to have such employees working for them.

Cold, barely seasoned fries, the Coke was more water than Coke, and could have gone straight down the sink. The long chicken was broken in the middle and cold. And that's not the first time it's been that bad there; I'd rather go to the neighboring restaurant, the Golden Seagull.

I like being here. You get your burger fresh and the service is always very nice. And most importantly, it is very clean.

A typical Burger King with the usual offerings. You usually wait a long time for your order and the staff is quite short. - Correction of the rating. If you make a mistake and forget something, please don't treat me as a guest like trash. The shift manager, or whatever you call it, is just rude. Calling me stupidly shows how unprofessional the work is here. Take a course on how to properly interact with guests or please look for another job.

We had to wait 45 minutes for our food ("fast food") and as an apology we received a 20% voucher that is only valid until March 2025. No words.

With our order there was an unordered squeeze for our 1 year old son. We thought that was really great!
