We had to wait 45 minutes for our food ("fast food") and as an apology we received a 20% voucher that is only valid until March 2025. No words.

A typical Burger King with the usual offerings. You usually wait a long time for your order and the staff is quite short. - Correction of the rating. If you make a mistake and forget something, please don't treat me as a guest like trash. The shift manager, or whatever you call it, is just rude. Calling me stupidly shows how unprofessional the work is here. Take a course on how to properly interact with guests or please look for another job.

I like being here. You get your burger fresh and the service is always very nice. And most importantly, it is very clean.

Better than the golden seagull next door. The staff is super nice and open to small talk if there is time. The preparation of the food has always been quick. The store is clean and the atmosphere is better than some others.

The toilet was clean, unfortunately the soap was empty. Only disinfectant was at the sink.

This store is unbelievable!! Then you just want to go to Burger King and then something like that! Other than that the store was almost empty and there was a lot of staff and then they couldn't manage to get it right. You place your order at a terminal and all you have to do is read it. But you'd rather talk about something else than read and so you won't get the food you want. Fries??? You would actually think that you should be able to do this, but!!! 😂 And when you give it back you get the old one with the missing ingredient. Everything is cold too We won't be coming back anytime soon because this place is way too expensive for a meal like this!

Today I went to Burger King for the first time ever (usually I always went to Mecces). The gentleman at the counter was absolutely friendly and provided a level of service that I have never seen before at Mecces! I ordered vegan dishes and was absolutely surprised by the selection. Taste and price is perfect! Finally, I ordered churros again and wanted to pick them up at the counter. The gentleman then told me I was welcome to sit down and he would bring them to me. The children each received a small bag of gummy bears, also vegan! Really great! The vegan patties can be recognized by the flower shape and the packaging. The nuggets have herbs in the breading. So you can always be sure that it is not meat. Unfortunately, at mecces I have often had meat instead of vegan patties or nuggets. After our vacation I will be at BK more often and will no longer visit mecces. If the service at home is so great, hats off to you! I was so surprised at the amazing service provided by a young man working at the counter on Saturday 21/9/24 at 15.45. He must have overheard my son asking as I placed our order at the kiosk if he could choose a toy. I explained that he couldn’t do that while ordering and could only choose to get a toy or no toy. We are English speaking and he still must have heard us! Because as we were waiting he called over my son and placed every toy in front of him so that he could choose! What service and with a smile. Above and beyond. We live almost 40 minutes away from Burger King and for my 6 year old it is a very rare treat. We were very appreciative. Lost one star because I ordered a whopper with extra pickles and received no pickles. A slight inconvenience!

You can really make good use of the time spent charging your electric car at Burger King. The burgers and trimmings are delicious and the selection is good. There is something for everyone.
