Never order there again! Currently waiting 3 hours for food. Then I called them and they said our food was being "prepared" but it could take another 30 minutes until the food was there. 3 1/2 hours... new record! Edit: it was 4 1/2 hours.

Very nicely constructed, makes a very good impression. Food also tastes very good 😊. The staff in our case, Ms. Weber, was very nice and attentive.

Super nice, I got mayo several times without having to pay, I and my friends even got a crown 🤗 very satisfied 😘

I advise against delivery. God that was just torture. Ordered at 5:35 p.m. Food came at 7:23 p.m. I found 50 minutes really hard for 500 m. Called after 1 hour: Jap is on his way soon. After an hour and a half we called again. The driver didn't understand me properly. So I called again and asked where he was. Then he finally came. Of course the fries were soggy and cold after 1 minute, as was the cheeseburger. The other citizen went the same way because he was much bigger. Nevertheless, he received the wrong water and the sauce also arrived in the wrong place. So everything measures from front to back.

Totally disappointed with the tortillas :( completely sticky and half cold. Definitely not as described in the advertisement and way too expensive. It's a shame :(

I was there just before noon, the only customer. I ordered two cheeseburgers, but unfortunately ended up with way too much ketchup on them. Maybe that's a matter of taste, but if all you taste is ketchup... it's not that great. I could have just ordered some, it would probably have been cheaper than two cheeseburgers..

I feel cheated... not only did the food come half an hour late, which I could have put up with... but then we were also missing a burger, which wasn't exactly cheap. 3 attempts to call Burger King... nothing. I can't recommend it.

Why do they have the function to add an extra ingredient? It won't be read anyway and you'll get the wrong burgers. Then we went in and got new ones.... Well new old ones, the burgers we got were cold 😄 So next time go back to Kochlöffel, at least there you can see how the burgers are freshly made 😉

This store is unbelievable!! Then you just want to go to Burger King and then something like that! Other than that the store was almost empty and there was a lot of staff and then they couldn't manage to get it right. You place your order at a terminal and all you have to do is read it. But you'd rather talk about something else than read and so you won't get the food you want. Fries??? You would actually think that you should be able to do this, but!!! 😂 And when you give it back you get the old one with the missing ingredient. Everything is cold too We won't be coming back anytime soon because this place is way too expensive for a meal like this!

Everything was good and shortly before the end of the shift, in the middle of the night, Kai Sieben gave us very good advice and made the evening even better for us. When he's working, I'd love to come back👍🏼🥳

We usually always go to the Burger King in Leer because we had to do something in Aurich. We thought we'd go to this Burger King, which was a big mistake. There was no service, but we still waited 25 minutes for the food. Others who came after us got their food before us. Burgers were cold and old lettuce was brown. The service was new, unfriendly and unsympathetic, no apologies, nothing.

Very nice service. Can only be recommended. Helpful, good mood.

Today I went to Burger King for the first time ever (usually I always went to Mecces). The gentleman at the counter was absolutely friendly and provided a level of service that I have never seen before at Mecces! I ordered vegan dishes and was absolutely surprised by the selection. Taste and price is perfect! Finally, I ordered churros again and wanted to pick them up at the counter. The gentleman then told me I was welcome to sit down and he would bring them to me. The children each received a small bag of gummy bears, also vegan! Really great! The vegan patties can be recognized by the flower shape and the packaging. The nuggets have herbs in the breading. So you can always be sure that it is not meat. Unfortunately, at mecces I have often had meat instead of vegan patties or nuggets. After our vacation I will be at BK more often and will no longer visit mecces. If the service at home is so great, hats off to you! I was so surprised at the amazing service provided by a young man working at the counter on Saturday 21/9/24 at 15.45. He must have overheard my son asking as I placed our order at the kiosk if he could choose a toy. I explained that he couldn’t do that while ordering and could only choose to get a toy or no toy. We are English speaking and he still must have heard us! Because as we were waiting he called over my son and placed every toy in front of him so that he could choose! What service and with a smile. Above and beyond. We live almost 40 minutes away from Burger King and for my 6 year old it is a very rare treat. We were very appreciative. Lost one star because I ordered a whopper with extra pickles and received no pickles. A slight inconvenience!

The staff there is nice and attentive. Most of it is made fresh. Toilets are clean. The return cars should be changed or cleaned more often.

Still first class for fast food. It's not a star restaurant if you want your food in two minutes. You can't expect that either. Otherwise it's not the most special branch, but the noise is okay and the service is good, no problems. The food is of course a matter of opinion, but for a good hamburger you can't go wrong here. Extremely expensive, but not in comparison...

The radio plays at a pleasant volume throughout the building. Cleanest toilets and tables I've ever seen in a fast food restaurant, never too crowded and always friendly staff.

In contrast to the subterranean service at McDonald's in Aurich, the Burger King branch in Aurich has really delicious, freshly prepared fast food and friendly and pleasant service. Mr. Coskun in particular puts you in a good mood as soon as you enter the restaurant and he takes care of all guests quickly and in an exemplary manner. We always like to come back when we are in Aurich.

You can really make good use of the time spent charging your electric car at Burger King. The burgers and trimmings are delicious and the selection is good. There is something for everyone.

I'm really at a loss for words. For an ICE CREAM you have to wait over 10 minutes in the evening on the weekend, then you get your ice cream and the meal then takes another 15 minutes longer. The employees are completely overwhelmed, which is understandable since some of them are just standing at the front alone. When I was there I was asked to write a Google review, I think they're trying to hide all the negative reviews with this kind of scam. Maybe you should hire more staff so that you can achieve positive effects. Too bad

Very friendly and polite! Food was also very good! We would be happy to come back. The two stars for the ambience come from the fact that you can smoke happily in the outdoor area right next to the "playground". It would be nice to have an area around the “playground” as a non-smoking area.

Price development is unsustainable. Vouchers are becoming more and more useless, everything is just menus, hardly any burgers are available individually, not even the king of the month is just the burger, they want to force customers to buy fries. Enshitification at work. Inflation is one thing, but the actual price development is beyond good and bad. You get better quality if you drive a little further and go to a non-system restaurant, because the alleged price advantage of this system is completely swallowed up.

I ordered the “Bacon King” burger. It looked like a great burger in the picture, but in reality it wasn't even similar to the picture. (I am aware that the picture may vary, but if there are two patties on it and a slice of cheese in between, that should probably be true in reality) It was a dry, disgusting burger where two patties were placed on top of each other without sauce and totally dry. Likewise, the long chicken, which only has a little sauce spread thinly on it, is hardly edible. I'll never go to Burger King again.

Everything is good on site, only the delivery is a disaster. For drinks you pay a deposit for the bottles but please be careful with the cups and also an hour late

Staff very unfriendly. Never ask at the drive-thru which drink or sauces go with it. Assume that everyone likes cola and mayo. Zero interest in offering the customer anything. I've been there a number of times now and maybe once an older lady asked me whether I wanted Coke or Mayo. The younger employees probably don't feel like it. And then the sauces are forgotten or the wrong burgers are packed. I'll first visit the competition next door, although I actually like the flame-grilled one better. Very unfortunate.
