Today, March 9th, 2025 at 1:00 p.m., I was in your restaurant. I ordered a lot of food and had some medicine with me that I had to dissolve in an empty glass and stir. That's why I asked for an empty glass at the MC Café. But the woman who works there and makes the coffee refused me this glass. My God, it was just an empty glass! I ask McDonald's management to speak to this employee. Her behavior was simply outrageous and inappropriate.

Once again part of the order was missing. Menu without fries.

The classic, order at the drive-in not complete. A little tip: just put people at the drive-in switch who speak German and can't just say hello! And the food looked like the one from the day before. Slowly but surely you should be ashamed of yourself, especially in Hilden.

McDonald's you like it or you don't and it's still usually full.

The burgers are fresh, still warm. The staff seems stressed, which means the condition of the restaurant is suffering somewhat. I would find it pleasant if the trash were removed from the tables and wiped down more often

Waited over 40 minutes for a Mc Drive order. This is not a fast food restaurant. Unreasonable!

Extremely full and the fact that there are no longer any good cash registers is totally annoying. The bacteria also had no interest in typing around panels. And waiting until it's your turn after ages.

I will never order from them again, apparently my name wasn't on the bell 😂 I immediately got my money back from PayPal. I don't recommend ordering from Lieferando.

A McDonald's as we know it. Due to the dive in we didn't use the restaurant but the staff were friendly and the entrance was clean

Over eight minutes of waiting time for two cheeseburgers and 1 x 6 nugget. Respect...that's what I call fast food!

I will never order from McDonald's again. Really EVERY time there is something. Either you don't get everything, it's the wrong delivery or the food tastes rancid. I've been trying to call the juice shop and complain for over an hour but the people there are too inept even for that.

Not recommended. Three people ordered menus yesterday and had diarrhea. Everyone doesn't recommend poisoning.

Mc Drive is nice with two order lanes, but after that it gets piled up while eating.

1 out of 6 orders in the last 4 years are missing some item. Either the fries are forgotten or additional orders like extra bacon, extra patty. A burger is rarely missing.

Disaster too long waiting times in the evening from midnight even though there is nothing going on

I waited 35 minutes for my order, plus the manager insisted that my order had already been issued. I have never experienced such incompetence at McDonald's. I also received my menu without a drink or sauces, which I had to specifically ask for. I wouldn't have given a negative review but the manager proved to be ignorant.

Fries are cold and patties are bone dry, the nuggets somehow only consist of soft meat. But the scariest thing are the toilets, they're really nasty. I have no idea when it was last cleaned. After using the door handles, you immediately want to wash your hands again. Disgusting.

The branch was already closed, despite opening until 9 p.m. This was also noted on the door. Food and drinks only on MC Drive. Everything was way too hectic and not the usual McDonald’s service. Food drinks top service still has some room for improvement.

Home delivery is advertised everywhere, but nowhere is it great

Almost all of the staff don't want to work, you can throw them in the bin. Every time something is missing when you open the order at home

This is the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever seen, all the tables full of tablets with trash, trash on the floor everywhere under the tables, the table surfaces covered in soap, chairs and benches too... the drop off shelf was overflowing, the kitchen area was dirty! Fries were expired, burgers were ok. Visiting time was 2 a.m. Saturday morning. The store was completely understaffed!!! The employees were still friendly and just moved around. You can't really blame them for anything... failure in leadership!!!

Chaotic order processing, lukewarm food without the usual standard, an unfriendly location manager. There are much better McDonalds!

Your women's toilets at 9 p.m. on Sunday. Are you serious? Smells like urine, floor full of “water”, toilet paper on the floor, toilets full💩 on the edge, no hand paper? Sorry if the toilet can't be kept hygienic... then how is the kitchen and MA?

Often enough we turned a blind eye. Received incorrect orders. Finally I was given a large coffee that was watery. I wanted a latte with caramel and got a watery coffee. Every time something is missing. I pay for the things and don't get the right thing. Sorry, but maybe think about whether that's okay? I'm out of McDonald's. Learn to make orders correctly. (It wasn't the first time the order was wrong)

Thanks McDonalds for acute kidney failure. I treated myself to a Big Rösti on Wednesday, cold, mushy, disgusting. A few hours of stomach cramps, diarrhea. Then on Saturday she went to the hospital with acute kidney failure. Confirmed Campylobacter infection. Campylobacter is transmitted, for example, through feces. The hospital immediately reported the matter to the health department. Oh and if someone says, that could have been something else. No, my wife and I ate the same food everywhere, except that I was alone at the golden M. Simply good, it's simply good at McDonald's

When ordering it was specifically stated that no cheese should be on the BM and yet there was cheese on it. Now I only had the choice of scraping it off the meat or throwing it away straight away because I don't eat cheese.

The food was quite good, it was there after an event in the Mitsubishi Hall and it was way too full. 40min waiting time. Food was ready on the counter for 20 minutes, despite the delivery service, then I picked it up myself. Potatoes soft

I just picked up my order and noticed that I got a vanilla shake instead of the strawberry shake I ordered! I don't like vanilla, down the drain. Not understandable for a small order!!! Sh...

Waiting time is subjectively longer than in other branches. The floor was greasy and therefore very slippery. But overall it looks tidy. The food was lukewarm.

Food was ok, premium portafilter coffee machine is probably just there to look at. Even though it was switched on and there were enough staff on site, the cappuccino came from a fully automatic machine. This was also confirmed to me when I asked again. Sorry if customers are suggested that such a coffee is available by displaying a switched-on portafilter, it should also be delivered accordingly.

What an experience! I had a great time at McDonald's Dieburg. Numerous employees were on site and offered us exceptional service that you would not expect from any other restaurant in this chain. The question from a magical employee as to whether everything was fine left us speechless. We didn't expect such service and were therefore positively impressed. Even after the meal we were asked if everything tasted good. The trays were taken from us by an employee with a smile. He properly separated the garbage. Really great! Our highlight was the free Trolli gummy bear burger. which were distributed to the guests. I recommend everyone to dine there. Wonderful atmosphere, excellent service. We'd love to come back!

The food and service is actually as you would expect in any branch. In this branch, however, I prefer to only go through the drive, as the clientele present makes it very unpleasant to enter this branch. You are stared at and judged. Groups as if it were a shisha bar 2.0

Unfortunately the branch is a disaster. You wait forever for the food. With the new system, fast food becomes an unreasonable wait. The tables are all dirty, the trays are stacked up so that you can no longer clear them away. There is simply no more space. I feel sorry for the employees. Four of us visit a branch on Friday evening. Nobody can do that.

Is there a slower MCD than this? I do not think so.

Anyone who loves McDonald's would love this branch. It's just unhealthy food, but it's perfectly fine for in between 👍

Horrible..... I stood at the bar for 1 1/2 hours. After calling several times, someone took pity on me and allowed me to pay. Never again!!!!!

Tonight I had to wait 30 minutes at the drive in. When I asked if there was anything as compensation, the lady at the counter was rude and said there was a waiting time. OK, but 30 minutes for a car that was in front of me??????. The service is unbelievable and the attitude is great too. I would rather go to Burgerking in the future.

Unfriendly staff, order canceled at MC drive. Staff is not courteous and prefers to push customers away rather than listen to customer requests. Disaster, worst McDonald's we've ever been to and will never come back.

Terrible service, no exact signage of where to pay and how. Waited 25 minutes for 2 cappuccinos. Branch manager unfriendly, rude. Doesn't work at all. Not recommended!

Disaster!!!! No organization, bad service. The new system pisses me off. Far too few staff. You don't know where to pay if you want to pay cash for spills. For 2 cappuccinos and a wrap you have to wait 30 minutes. Unspeakable!!!!!

The management of this McDonald's takes its customers seriously. Therefore unfortunately only 5 stars instead of the deserved 6 stars. If there is a problem, the customer comes first and everything will be tried to ensure that you come out satisfied and full. Top store, top manager!

I wanted to redeem a coupon with number 1 gets 2. It didn't work so an employee took my cell phone and then it supposedly worked. Then I paid and was a bit surprised at the high bill. When I received the receipt I paid twice... Then the unfriendly employee said, totally annoyed, that I should wait. Now after 10 minutes I asked angrily, then the employee came and just threw the change into my car and raised his hands and said next time you'll make it really clear??? I was scared and then drove away with my cold old food. Oh yes, there were hamburgers in the bag instead of cheeseburgers. Unfortunately I only noticed it when I got home... I'll never go there again!! And especially alone as a woman!!

The last time we picked up the order, the chicken nuggets were missing. When I picked it up today, the chicken burger was delivered without any sauce and was therefore rather disgusting. It doesn't seem worth coming here anymore. Too bad.

McDonald's stands for fast food and you would think that you would receive your order within 5 minutes. That's why you go there and not to a restaurant when time is short and you can't wait. In this branch, orders are processed without any motivation and very slowly. Waiting times of 20 to 30 minutes are standard here. If you're lucky, the food is just warm (because parts of the order are "parked" on the counter until they are completed and get cold!), correct and complete. But these are usually just exceptions. I usually find defects when checking the output. Products that are no longer available will simply be replaced with others without consultation! You should avoid the branch and go to another restaurant with similar waiting times that are reasonable for a restaurant. There you get better quality food at a reasonable price, within a reasonable waiting time. Unfortunately you have to rate this with at least one star, which is still way too high.

In short. Despite the large number of customers, good and friendly service when ordering and everything that takes a while is brought to your table, and despite the long shift, with a smile on your face and a friendly: Your food, please! Again: the store was full!!! Cool, nice location By the way: I'm actually not a big fan of McDonald's. But it's very nice here

I loved this MC, people now work here who don't speak any German at all, and they can't help anyone if they need help. Really a shame for this location...

Once again you didn't get what you ordered!!!! You are FORCED to look in the bag before leaving the shed!!!! Once again the employees can't do it.... Order 2x fries, but get normal fries again!!!!! When you say something, the employees don't understand it because they hardly speak any German. And when they do, they get soggy!!! What's more, you now have to wait a good 30 minutes for the food to take away, the apple turnover is then cold and soggy... My money is too valuable for mush and cold, wrong food!

Unfortunately, I really don't like going here anymore. For example, every time you get the wrong order several times, a McFlurry that isn't even half full of ice cream, the sauces are regularly forgotten and the staff is not customer friendly either. I'd rather drive a few km further than come here :/

I have now waited over 45 minutes for my order. I asked seven (7) times. Finally, I just wanted my money back. This McDonald's branch wasn't packed. Arrival was 9:23 p.m. I left the branch at 10:39 p.m. Disgraceful...

So ein Müll, kalte bzw. lauwarme Burger, ein NoGo Nicht zu empfehlen Ich kann diese Filiale keinem empfehlen . Ich werde dort nicht wieder hingehen

The fact that you have to check every (!) damned time whether the “competent” employees are packing everything up is a bad joke.

Today's style is just sad... In addition, despite there being enough staff, it was totally unhygienic. The tables hadn't been wiped...leftover food was on the floor. When it came to the toilets, I felt like I was in a train station toilet. It smelled like urine and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for days! There were even empty beer cans next to the toilet...no more paper to wipe...unimaginable condition...

Unfortunately we didn't eat there because last Sunday around 3 p.m. the processing time for orders was enormous. Others waited over 35 minutes for their food. Win no-go for a McD. Due to the large number of people, the hygiene in the toilets was no longer that great. Apparently this is a new McD. The optics were good.
