Leider kosten die Toiletten hier extra, aber hat wahrscheinlich was mit dem Umfeld zu tun. Die Auswahl an Tischen ist groß. Ist am Ende der Innenstadt.

Der Umgang mit Kunden ist miserabel, die Kundenberatung ist miserabel und das Kochen ist miserabel; sie haben keine Ahnung, was sie tun. Bitte schulen Sie Ihr Personal gründlich.

Also so langsam frage ich mich, was bei euch los ist. Man bekommt entweder nicht das was man bestellt hat oder man muss ewig warten. Heute allein schon 2 Stunden und ich denke auch nicht, dass meine Bestellung noch kommen wird.

Erstens wurden falsche Bestellungen aufgenommen. Ich finde es total blöd, wie genervt die Mitarbeiter von den Kunden waren und wie unhöflich sie sich verhalten haben. Was dort wirklich abging, war einfach katastrophal. Außerdem schmeckt das Essen dort absolut abartig

Habe heute bestellt, trotz vielen Betrieb, haben die Leute, vor und nach mir!!!, nach ungefähr zwei Minuten das Essen gehabt, während ich 5 Minuten ungefähr da stand, wartete, aber scheinbar vergessen, oder durchgerutscht bin. Fehler passieren, aber ärgerlich. Bin nach 5 Minuten des Wartens, gegangen, ohne überhaupt, was bekommen zu haben, trotz bezahlens! Schade

Abholungscreen funktioniert nicht. Ist leider bei allen Restaurants in Deutschland der Fall

Die Kassiererin, die heute um 16:11 Uhr gearbeitet hat, hat uns die falsche Bestellung gegeben. Sie gehört gefeuert!

Renovierung und modernes Erscheinungsbild verdienen jeweils einen Stern – alles andere ist mehr als ungenügend. Das Personal wirkt häufig unfreundlich, patzig und genervt. Zudem habe ich den Laden bislang kein einziges Mal wirklich sauber vorgefunden. Das Essen überzeugt ebenfalls nicht: Die Pommes waren bisher immer zu salzig und sehr trocken, die Burger flach und ebenfalls trocken, und selbst die Cola Zero schmeckte stark verwässert. Auf eine entsprechende Rückmeldung erhielt ich lediglich die lapidare Antwort: „Tja, ist halt so.“ Mein Eindruck: Hier fehlt es sowohl an Qualität als auch an Servicebewusstsein. Ich würde mir an diesem Standort deutlich lieber eine andere Alternative wünschen.

Hanuta-McFlurry ohne Hanuta, der Milchshake hatte eine komische Konsistenz und im Happymeal fehlte das Spielzeug 👍

Der Laden ist einfach super in Schuss für sein hohes Alter von über 40 jahren die Mitarbeiter auch also nimmt es ihnen nicht böse die haben einen harten anstrengenden job das vielen nicht so viel kommt ich weis wovon ich spreche hab es auch 14 jahre hinter mir

Man sollte hier nicht Online bestellen. Die Lieferung war unvollständig, dem Fahrer war es egal, weil er weiter musste, und beim Telefonat mit dem Restaurant hat man sich geweigert die fehlenden Artikel nachzuliefern. Darüber hinaus fehlte die Telefonnummer in der Bestellbestätigung, vermutlich um die Beschwerde unnötig zu erschweren.

Sitzt ein Sicherheitsbeamter oder ein Kassierer in der Nähe der Toilette?

McDonald's, nettes Personal, großer Saal.

Das Essen ist geschmacklich wie immer, egal bei welchen Laden es gekauft wird also kann man da eigentlich nicht überrascht werden. Das Personal war freundlich und der Service hat die Tische recht schnell sauber gehalten. Also alles bestens soweit.

Bezahltes WC, sogar wenn du im Lokal bestellt hast. Der Man, der den Eingang zum WC „bewacht“, tut so, als gäbe es dich nicht, bis du bezahlst, um auf die Toilette zu gehen. Dabei wollten wir nur fragen, ob man nicht zahlen muss, wenn man eine Bestellung aufgegeben hat. Nirgends im Betrieb stand, dass die Toilette kostenpflichtig ist. Eine höchst unangenehme Situation.

Der McCrispy Korean Style Burger ist gut 👍🏻

Es war ein sauberer und geräumiger Raum. Es gab viele Sitzgelegenheiten und auch Tische, an denen man es sich gemütlich machen konnte. Da ich an einem Wochentagmorgen dort war, war es ruhig und nicht überfüllt. Einige Obdachlose kamen und gingen und unterhielten sich mit mir, und das freundliche Personal half mir. Die Toiletten waren kostenlos und sehr sauber.

Wir waren mit Freunden zum Essen im Lokal. Das Ambiente ist sehr ansprechend, das Personal freundlich und nett. Sehr aufmerksam aber nicht aufdringlich. Speisen und Getränke sind von hervorragender Qualität. Die Preise sind der Qualität angemessen. Es lohnt sich hier zu speisen und zu trinken. Bei schönem Wetter sitzt man gemütlich auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf Wuppertal. Alles in allem, ein guter Tipp.

Leider wurde ich beim Essen im Restaurant von einem dubiosen Spendensammler angebettelt. Sowas geht gar nicht!

Ich habe 2 McSmart Menüs und 2 Filet-O-Fish bestellt. Als ich nach Hause gekommen bin, habe ich gemerkt, dass 2 Burger aus dem McSmart Menü gefehlt haben. Leider ist das nicht das erste Mal, dass bei meiner Bestellung etwas fehlt. Ich habe den Kassenbon, aber ich habe es erst zu Hause bemerkt und nicht an der Kasse kontrolliert, deshalb glaube ich nicht, dass ich noch etwas klären kann. Das ist sehr ärgerlich und enttäuschend. Bitte achtet in Zukunft besser auf die Bestellungen. Das ist heute um 15:43 passiert.

Ich habe bei dem Lokal bestellt , mein Essen kommt einfach nicht an . Ich warte schon sehr lange und hab einfach nur Hunger . Bestellung kommen jedes Mal unvollständig an und dann wird einem gesagt sie bekommen es bei der nächsten Bestellung kostenlos was bullshit ist weil ich noch nie was dann bekommen habe . Ich würde gerne mehr Sterne geben aber das ist absolut nicht möglich, habe dort am Donnerstag mit meinem Kollegen was gegessen und muss sagen das dass Essen an sich eigentlich relativ geschmeckt hat, es war aber anscheinend nicht gut da es mir direkt nach dem Essen überhaupt nicht gut ging, am kompletten Abend ging es mir deswegen schlecht, bei keinem anderem McDonalds habe ich das Problem, bei diesem hier schon. Sehr schade, eigentlich schon McDonalds Fan aber bei sowas dann ganz schnell auch wieder nicht mehr. Mich würde es nicht wundern wenn der McDonalds irgendwann wegen rohem Essen oder so zu machen muss, es war ja anscheinend roh da ich sonst nicht direkt dünnpfich gehabt hätte. Bis zum Rewe Solingen Ohligs bin ich gekommen und musste dort auf die Toilette gehen da ich wegen dem Essen bis nachhause das nur wenige Meter weiter gewesen wäre, so nicht mehr gekommen wäre. Zum anderen ist der Typ erst woanders hingelaufen weil er die Tischnummer 31 nicht gefunden hat obwohl alles im System hinterlegt ist und es direkt an der Kasse war.

Wir haben da gegessen für 28 euro und wollten dann auf klo aber der der auf die Toilette aufpasst hat uns nicht reingelassen und 50 cent verlängt was schon frech ist und dann war einer hinter uns und den hat er einfach so reingelassen. Es ist einfach echt unverschämt.

Mitten in der Stadt was will man erwarten..schlecht gelauntes unfähiges personal..Burger immer irgendwie zusammengesetzt...oft fehlt was.. wurde auch schon beim Tischservice vergessen und dann angemeckert beim selbst abholen, hatte Kinderwagen und Baby dabei, sorry das ich dann den angebotenen Service nutzen wollte

The food was generally good and edible. We went to the cashier to pay and were yelled at for not having the cashier there. The guy at the counter started asking if we were Russian🤨 Then he started saying "grandpa grandma," which really confused us. A 50-cent toilet is a disgrace. And it's not like that in all establishments. And it's not usually Germans who charge for the toilet. I definitely wouldn't want to go back here.

A friend and I visited this establishment, ate there, and that evening I developed a severe stomach ache. I've been feeling unwell and upset for a week now. Apparently, the staff aren't being checked for their health.

The way the restaurant management treats its staff is simply appalling. I've never experienced such unethical treatment at any McDonald's before. They threaten employees with dismissal if they call in sick. Work schedules are changed daily, leaving you with no time to plan anything other than work. Their incompetence is unparalleled. The worst McDonald's in the area. They forgot to put a Coke in my order. I went to the cashier, showed the receipt, and told them they forgot to put a drink in. The woman at the cashier, who was clearly not German, laughed and made fun of me. It was humiliating! Also, the man at the bathroom entrance asked for money for the completely dirty and smelly restroom.

I'd like to leave a positive comment: Initially, there was a minor issue with the freshness of the food, but the team went to great lengths to resolve it and found a good solution. As an apology, we even received the food free of charge. In the end, we were very satisfied – I will definitely come back!

This branch is simply not run properly; the staff are untrained or uninterested. There are exceptions, but this is a real problem. The food is as usual; takeaway is recommended, as eating in is only advisable in emergencies.

Food was very poor and beggers asking for money whilst sat eating

Honestly, I can't understand the more negative reviews; the staff is always very friendly and the food is also good.

Worst place to order food! You wait forever, and when you call, they repeatedly tell you the food is on its way. The next time you call 30 minutes later, you get the exact same answer. Meanwhile, the order keeps getting pushed back.

The store is almost always extremely crowded and loud

One of the lesser branches. The food wasn't as fresh as I'm used to. I found it greasier and stickier. When I used the restroom, I was charged a fee, even though I was a paying customer. The in-house delivery drivers like to park their e-scooters right in the entrance area. My only praise goes to the very friendly service, who was attentive and helpful.

This McDonald's is very centrally located in Wuppertal, which is convenient if you need a quick bite to eat while shopping or spending a day in the city. The restaurant itself has a modern interior and looked neat and tidy. We went there in the morning and had a breakfast with a wide selection, and everything was excellent in terms of taste and freshness. It was clean, and the tables and restrooms were also well-maintained. The only downside: we didn't get a fork with the carrot cake. After asking, we were given one, so that was quickly resolved. A minor detail, but still worth being aware of. All in all, a pleasant experience and definitely a good place for a quick bite in the city center!

With a junior menu, we got chicken nuggets instead of a cheeseburger and the “Kinder Surprise” wasn’t included either…which is strange considering there were at least 5 employees behind the counter

A man is sitting next to the toilet and demanding money for me to wash my hands before eating. Seriously, McDonald's? Are you incapable of paying a cleaning staff's salary? What kind of service is that?

We were paying customers and ordered two meals and two desserts. When we were finished, I wanted to use the restroom. A man who was clearly not an employee was standing there, "entering." When I told him I'd already spent almost €30 on food and wanted to use the restroom, he tried to block my way and acted like he was Ronald McDonald himself. It's simply an absolute disgrace. I can understand that customers shouldn't have to pay this fee, but not customers who have already proven to have eaten there.

Solid McDonald’s food, has nice seasonal items that I haven’t seen in other McDonalds. There’s kids running around but thats to be expected. Generally just another McDonalds but had to remove one star because I got a food poisoning from there once (the problem was on my end cause I created a bad chemical reaction in my stomach with the food I ate beforehand). My daughter (12) ordered a Happy Meal today from the vending machine. Unfortunately, no receipt came out, just the number 164. The food was still handed out. Once again, the toy wasn't inside. When she asked, she was simply told there was no receipt, no toy. That's outrageous, since it wasn't her fault, and it's not customer-friendly at all. Apparently, they're ripping off children; they can be fooled.

The McDonald's has a nice location. Initially, the ordering terminals didn't produce receipts (three orders). The staff was sometimes overwhelmed and took a long time to serve the food, so some of it wasn't 100% warm. Additionally, the noise level is higher than at other McDonald's, and due to its downtown location, homeless people are also found there.

The food is quite good if you like fast food (just unhealthy). The staff are usually very nice but often in a bad mood and speak incoherently with all the noise in the background.

I've never eaten such bad plant-based nuggets. That's just referring to this McDonald's. I don't know, but the breading was more cardboard than anything else. Probably just reheated.

Absolutely terrible. The ordering terminals are so incredibly slow. The nuggets we received were incredibly hard and dry.

A disaster, I've been waiting for two hours for food. I called twice and one said the food was sent out five minutes ago and the other said we hadn't received anything. I called again and she told me it was sent out after 20 minutes and now it's not my fault and just hung up. For me it still says it's being prepared, so please don't lie and at least look at the address properly. If it comes cold the lady can eat it herself!!!! I will never order from there again!!!

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The staff were unfriendly. We've ordered Happy Meals there so many times and never got the toy. I went this year when they had glasses so I ordered a meal and didn't get a glass. It was dirty everywhere. The toilets aren't always clean and there isn't always toilet paper. Even if you eat there you have to pay, which you're not allowed to. As a pregnant woman you still have to pay. I just find it annoying because the food doesn't taste like it used to. The fries taste like old fryer grease, just disgusting. It's a real shame. And then you pay so much money and you get disgusting, cold food. I once waited over an hour for my food and nothing happened. Other people who were rummaging around for me got their food. A friend of mine went in with his dog and they didn't do anything.

So, I have to complain. I paid full price for meals and didn't get everything I ordered. It's a disgrace that items are offered and then not sold or served. Therefore, I'm not giving this McDonald's branch any stars for the food, ambiance, or service.

I had an extremely disappointing experience today, which I would like to share here. After finding a hair in my burger, I politely asked for a replacement. To my surprise, however, I was accused of placing the hair myself, even though the hair color wasn't my color. Instead of an apology or a solution, the situation escalated into an unnecessary argument with the staff. Particularly concerning was that the shift supervisor—a tall, lanky man with slightly curly hair—was instrumental in the confrontation and displayed an extremely rude attitude. Given this rudeness and aggressive behavior, I ultimately asked for a refund, as I had concerns about preparing a new burger under these circumstances. The reaction was shocking: The aforementioned shift supervisor aggressively shoved the money into my hand and told me to leave. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable and demonstrates poor customer service, especially from someone in a leadership position. Based on these incidents, I cannot recommend this restaurant and will definitely not visit again.

From the outside, I found the store appealing and new-looking. But that quickly changed when I entered. Although it wasn't very busy, the noise level was high. There were none of the usual USB charging ports or even power outlets. There was someone sitting in front of the restroom who, at least in my opinion, was "extorting" money from you. I don't recall a wheelchair-accessible restroom. Overall, it was uninviting.

Unfortunately, ordering online with home delivery is often a disaster. Delivery times are usually constantly delayed. Whether before the order is prepared or even during preparation. While the drivers usually make up for lost time in the end, deliveries are often very late. And canceling via Lieferando isn't that easy either. Deadlines, etc., have to be met. The food itself is delicious. It could sometimes be warmer. But overall, only 1 star because of the often very long delivery delays. EDIT: The last two deliveries were received within the order time limit, so 2 stars would be better again.

Food of the usual quality, no errors in the order. Very friendly staff. Unfortunately, there is no table service at this branch, and it's always very loud there, unlike other Mc's branches.

This McDonald's branch is located in the city center, in a really nice spot. The interior is also well-designed – there's even a playroom for children with a projector that projects games onto the floor. That sounds very promising at first. Unfortunately, the positive impressions end right there. My visit is unfortunately severely marred by several things: Even though I don't come here often, I'm always negatively impressed by the cleanliness: the floors are sticky, there are often crumbs and trash lying around, and it's often difficult to find a clean table. The food, unfortunately, wasn't very tasty either. Particularly annoying is that there's a man constantly sitting right at the entrance to the restroom, demanding money from customers – even though using the restroom should actually be free. It would be really nice if these problems could be addressed so that you can truly enjoy your visit.

I've rarely been greeted so warmly at a McDonald's. The food was hot, everything was complete, and delicious. Also, a big compliment to the cleaning staff. I've rarely seen such attention to cleanliness and order.

I actually really enjoyed eating here, but unfortunately I was insulted by a very rude employee (with the red hair) because I wanted to enter the back seating area and didn't see that this area was closed. She insulted me and asked me if I could see the chair and the single shelf for the pills that were in my way and didn't look like a barrier at all. You could have said that more politely, then I would have personally picked up the mop and cleaned off the mess I made

Today we bought a Happy Meal at McDonald's - a complete disappointment. Firstly, the juice that actually goes with it was forgotten. Secondly, the toy was missing - the most important part for a child! What did I even pay for? A very unpleasant experience. My child was sad and our mood was completely ruined. I definitely won't buy anything there again!

Visited MC.Do in Wuppertal today. It was packed full and therefore loud overall. Ordered Smarten for €5.45 and was full (Cola, fries, mayonnaise and double cheeseburger).

Employees at the serving counter are completely unfriendly. We didn't get everything we ordered. There were no toys in the Happy Meals and some food was missing. When we thought that something was missing, they just cheekily said, "It's all there." The employees also laughed. We were kindly given toys by the employee at the checkout. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I was there last year and you had to pay extra again to go to the toilet. Apparently that wasn't the case this time. In addition, the veggie chicken nuggets were not labeled at all.
