McDonald's in Wuppertal

Obwohl ich verspätet bin muss ich sagen, dass ich noch nie in einem schlechteren Fast-Food-Restaurant wie diesem gegessen habe. Die gefälschten Spielzeug-Pommes die ich zu Hause habe, sind besser als McDonalds. Auch, jedes Mal, wenn ich einen Hamburger esse, dachte ich, ich würde bei jedem Bissen meine Zähne verlieren. Jedes Mal, wenn ich aß, kam der mitarbeiter und sprühte den Tisch-/Fensterreiniger ein, und ich fragte mich, ob unsere Hamburger auch gesprüht wurden. Für eine konkrete Mitarbeiter*in möchte ich sagen, dass es gut wäre einen Experten aufsucht - weil er/sie schlechte Manieren gegenüber Kunden und vielleicht Hilfe von einem Experten braucht, und das Verhalten gegenüber Kunden zu kontrollieren. Über alles ist Gesundheit 💛 Auch die Mitarbeiter (allen) SOFORT Seminare benötigen von McDonalds, damit sie lernen, was „Kundenmanagement, Respekt, Höflichkeit“ bedeutet. Absolut schlecht. Der Service ist unter aller Sau und man bekommt das Gefühl ein Störfaktor zu sein. Auch die Qualität des Essens hat mit der Zeit stark abgenommen. Zuletzt bekm ich des Öfteren Magenprobleme nach meinem Besuch. Man muss sich auch einfach mal nur kurz ein wenig unschauen, um zu merken was da Phase ist. Ich werde da nicht mehr hingehen. Habe auch heute gehört, dass die Bude wohl seit kurzem komplett dicht ist. Wäre ja zu erwarten gewesen…

Man sollte den Laden schließen, essen kalt Kartenzahlung nicht möglich und nur 1 Kasse, Schlange bis draußen 😡hat nicht einen Stern verdient

War keine gute Idee, dort zu essen. Es gab zwei Mitarbeiter, habe keinen Kassenbon bekommen können und musste über 10€ für 3 Getränke bezahlen müssen. Habe hinterher stark Bauchschmerzen und Blähungen gehabt, sowie durchfall. Auch dir Codes auf den Verpackungen für die MCs App waren Fake. Auf den Verpackungen von den Pommes stand ein Datum von 2020. Ich würde nicht empfehlen, dort hin zu gehen.

Draußen feierte man das Ende von Assad,Demo am Berliner Platz, bei McDonald's gab es weder Mayo oder Ketchup zum Menü für die Fritten, der BigMäc ließ sich nur mit Mühe erschmecken. Die Filiale am Bahnhof Oberbarmen wird auf Dauer geschlossen werden.

Das Essen war nicht frisch und nicht schmackhaft, die Kartoffeln waren überversalzen. Der Ort selbst ist schmutzig, es sah aus wie eine Müllhalde.

Teilweise sehr unhöfliches und nicht bedienendes Personal. Ich kam heute am 24.11 gegen 22:49 an Oberbarmen an und hatte vor beim McDonald's etwas zum Essen zu kaufen. Leider meinten zuständige Personen an der Kasse, dass es schon Ladenschluss sei, obwohl dies nicht der Fall ist. Wenn bei den Öffnungszeiten steht, dass der Laden bis 23:00 Uhr auf hat ist natürlich zu erwarten, dass man 11 Minuten vorher auch noch bedient wird - Was leider nicht der Fall war. Klar verstehe ich, dass gegebene Mitarbeiter in den Feierabend wollen, allerdings kann man sich seine letzten 11 Minuten noch zusammenreißen und etwas zu essen zubereiten. Dies ist jedoch leider nicht das Einzige was ich zu bemängeln habe - Als ich, mich etwas beschwerend, aus dem Laden begeben habe wurde ich von einem der an der Kasse stehenden auch noch beleidigt. So etwas sollte und DARF NICHT in solch einem Job geschen. Leider kenne ich die Namen der Kassierer nicht weshalb ich auf niemanden verweisen kann, allerdings sollte es ja möglich sein dies anhand des Schichtplans herauszufinden. Dies war mein erster Besuch in diesem McDonald's, daher auch vorerst diese Bewertung. Sofern sich etwas an Arbeitseinstellung und vernünftigen Personal ändert und ich wieder bereit bin in diesen McDonald's zu gehen, kann sich dies natürlich ändern.

Naja zum Essen abholen Reicht es mehr auch nicht die Möbel naja eine 2/10 mit glück lieber Hunger ich das neste mal im uhrlaub

Food took forever, staff were pretty slow 😅 A burger was forgotten, but was still given when asked. Choice of burgers very limited...weird McDonalds. Me and my girlfriend later got sick from the food 😅

I hereby give all branches 0 stars!!!!! After I saw a report about how people treat the poor animals, torture, mistreatment, calves are immediately separated from their mothers and rot in their own filth!! Again!!! On a farm in Baden-Württemberg, McDonald calls it Best Beef! I call it BEST BEAST!!! WISH EVERYONE A GOOD APPETITE!!!

Unfortunately I don't have the option to give 0 stars: Normal range only available at 25%. Tables dirty, seat cushions slashed and torn. Service poor. No toilets. Never again.

Just close it. Only big Macs? You almost always have the same combination and content. Difficult to get the slightly larger patties?

Unfortunately I was disappointed. Very small premises, no toilet, no way to wash my hands, no self-service terminal. I had to find another place.

The location is extremely run down and the standard of the employees is very, very sad. Customer friendliness is particularly important here.

The worst McDonald's EVER. There's always only one cash register open, there's a queue outside the door and now I've been waiting another 10 minutes to finally be able to order.

For the last 3 days there was something missing every time I ordered, no wonder there was an employee at the back and one at the checkout who was trying to collect as many orders as possible at the checkout then you wait and then half of them were missing because she was serving three people at the same time. So she has to I can say that was the last time there. the poor employees were completely overwhelmed. suits MCs ✌️

Service was terrible. It was really almost impossible to communicate. It really took us minutes for the service to understand what we wanted. For ordering only. The branch doesn't take coupons, you can't use the app, there are hardly any vegetarian and vegan options because the branch doesn't have them.

Still the same in Wuppertal Oberbarmen after 2 years, it is noticeable when I go there that it is always very hot [+31 degrees].

The tables and floor are dirty, the furniture is damaged. No toilet. Not enough staff. I recommend avoiding this place.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Massively understaffed, the poor guy had to do all the fries and whatever else at the same time. All the chairs and benches are tattered, the tables are dirty, the branch is full of parentless children on their cell phones or running around, there are Afghan teenagers hanging around in front of the "restaurant". If you want to learn to hate humanity, you should definitely pay a visit to Wuppertal. I can highly recommend the HBF for this.

Completely overcrowded, queues all the way outside. There was only one employee at the front who was completely overwhelmed, which I can understand given the behavior of the people and the children. It used to be fresher and the food was much tastier

I was particularly impressed by the service counter where you can operate it manually with the colored screen. That was nicer than in most McDonald's stores, where you only have the "one-armed bandits*" like an arcade. What is recommended is a separate setting for cakes like McCafé. In the past, you didn't always have people next to you slushing with French fries and mayonnaise.😥

A small branch that may not have the current promotional items, but the standard offering, just as good as in all other stores. Service nice and quick. I have to criticize one thing, unfortunately there are no toilets, although you can sit and eat in the shop.

The ice cream maker was broken and the toy was not what was shown. But friendly staff.

She yelled at my son when he was talking to me and wanted him to shut up. She was rude and had a bad mood towards all the customers. So that's how bad her mood is. It's better for you to sit at home instead of yelling at the customer. I immediately left the store and will not go there again.

Retro McDonald. Burgery hotové už dopředu. Žádná možnost si alespoň umýt ruce, desinfekce na ruce prázdné. Obsluhu to evidentně nebaví a jiná možnost není (žádný kiosek zde není).

aller Aktionsburger. Sitzplätze sind reichlich vorhanden. Auch einen extra Bereich für das "McCafe" mit besonderen Sitzgelegenheiten gibt es. Die Bedienungen sind in der Regel freundlich und schnell. Zu bestimmten Zeiten kann man aber auch schonmal einige Zeit anstehen. Die Toiletten sind relativ gepflegt.

Die Brötchen werden immer schlechter und der Rest im Burger wird auch immer schlechter.

Mc Donald’s Coupons werden nicht akzeptiert. Filiale ist nicht die sauberste. Konzern macht Werbung für Big Mac, den es dann nur einmal gibt.

Sehr klein und keine Toilette vorhanden. Wir müssten auch lange nach einen Parkplatz in der Umgebung suchen.

Für den kleinen Hunger ist es ok. Aber was der Nachteil ist, dass es dort keine Toilette gibt

Essen wie immer bei McDonald's. Ambiente nicht gerade dreckig, aber auch nicht gut sauber. An dieser Raststätte waren bei McDonald's die Toiletten in Wartungsarbeiten, ohne Ausweichmöglichkeiten. Vom Personal nicht gerade freundlich auf die nächste Raststätte in 10 km Entfernung verwiesen mit den Kids. Viel zu tun hatten die Mitarbeiter deshalb nicht gerade, da hätten die auch putzen können. Wir hatten leider online vorbestellt deshalb mussten wir bleiben. Die Kids mussten aus der Not heraus nen Busch suchen. Wenn Wartungsarbeiten anstehen muss zeitnah für Ersatz gesorgt werden meiner Meinung nach, auch im Sinne für McDonald's

Haben leider nicht alles da und man kann nicht mit seinem Punkten bezahlen bzw diese einlösen.

Kein volles Menü, leider eher unfreundliches Personal.
