I ONLY ordered a milkshake and waited 10 minutes for it

MCDONALD'S is MacDonalds, the food was warm, the drive in was well organized and it was quick! What more could you want?

Fast food is not healthy but it is delicious.

So I was at MCS today on February 18th and I think the ones they bring are too hard, they give me the wrong size of cola and not enough sauce on the burger

Dirty, not clean, don't have to go there again...

Disaster the store! At the drive in I just ordered an MC menu, 1 Happy Meal and an extra Curly Fries. First there was an extra waiting time, then when we got home we realized that half of it was missing. No Curly Fries, no Chicken MC Nuggets from the Happy Meal... Trained specialist staff....lick my ass... Never again

An absolute highlight, Order number is: 43Y7BQ Was delivered incomplete, 2 items were missing, tried to contact us 8 times and pushed away several times! Foreign woman hardly speaks German, pretends to be a branch manager (replaced very quickly) everything was packed up and she couldn't do anything about it! (Clearly a fraud case) People save yourself this branch on Uellendahler Straße and check your orders.

Too expensive, too slow and delicious was yesterday

Today was definitely the last time I was in this branch! Instead of a Royal TS menu, a McPlant menu was packed! Both the burgers and the fries and nuggets were lukewarm! In addition, €2.99 more was debited than would have been paid according to the coupons! In the future I will rather take my money to Burger King!!!

They forgot my cheeseburger again

The tables are rarely clean, the toilets are dirty and the order is rarely complete or as requested.

Staff very unfriendly, something is always forgotten. It's always better to look twice before taking your food with you. The employees are talking and laughing among themselves and the customer is greeted in an unfriendly way, if they are greeted at all.

Worst McDonald's in the area! Eating cold fries without salt and always missing something. You can't even properly use a BigMac here. Take Bochum in the Ruhrpark as an example!!! Always fresh always hot but disgusting there. McDonald's isn't what it used to be either.

I noticed, that cleaning lady does her job extremely well. No surprise the whole restaurant is clean and cozy.

If you order via the app, the staff should also be able to pack the food correctly. But they aren't. Absolutely not recommended for McDrive, what you get packed is a matter of luck

In itself a modern McDonald. But the tables are really minimalistic and when you get up you often bump into the drink from the next table with your bottom! :p Otherwise, as with any McDonald's, there are pros and cons when it comes to food. (Sometimes the nuggets are extremely awesome and sometimes they are bland).

In the McDrive you only have to check the bag directly at the window, something is always forgotten here. But of course cashed in nicely. In the end it was my own fault, but it can't be that products are simply not packaged with such frequency, sometimes you could think that this is done on purpose.

Good for everyone who likes quick food.

Cold fries, old burgers just outrageous

The cashier was very nice and helpful with any problems with the application.

Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, but I only got one double and one normal. When I complained, I was told that there was only a piece of meat missing (which isn't really true). Then the lady took my burger and slapped another piece of meat on it. “Now it’s true,” they said. And of course I didn't get an apology for the mistake.

As always, Mecces was a pleasure .. delicious, quick and a clean atmosphere

Stomach problems again after eating. I will definitely not visit this branch again. Children have been suffering for a week.

The McDonald's shines with a modern, chic design. The food is good. If there is a lot going on, you should also keep an eye on the parking trailer, otherwise towers will quickly form here. Otherwise we would be happy to come back.

It's difficult when you try to place an order but the person in front of you can barely speak German. It took a long time, and of course something was missing. Otherwise, I've eaten better before, it was okay - but nothing more.

It was clean and the tray collection stations were fine. If you want fast food you won't be disappointed. Everything OK.

Meet renovated and well managed

Great conditions and delicious drinks. But what's happening in front of the door is a total disaster. The whole parking lot is full, we had to park on the street. But there was almost nothing going on in the restaurant.

The ordering terminal probably needs a software update, it takes a long time for the thing to respond to my typing. Otherwise everything went quickly and we even had an extra chicken burger in the bag :)

Unbelievable! How can you sell someone chicken nuggets even though you ordered plant based nuggets! This is just disgusting. Especially because it was expressly pointed out that you ordered plant based products after the receipt wasn't even printed out at the machine! The nuggets now end up in the trash. Thanks for nothing!

Something is always missing when I order something there, or I'm given the wrong one. Today I also ordered 32€ for me and my partner and instead of Shaker Fries they gave me normal ones even though the person in front of me also received Shaker Fries (which were probably mine)… I can't recommend the staff are definitely more focused in the city!

So I think that eating is not possible at all. Bread was hard and the fries were wobbly except for the sauce, which was good. There was no toilet paper in the toilet so I had to ask for toilet paper and the sink was totally clogged and there was hair on the edge of the sink totally disgusting!!! And you have to pay €1 for a paper cup, totally unacceptable... Kind regards from Switzerland♡

As soon as you enter the branch on Uellendahler Straße, you immediately notice that everything is right here. The branch is spacious and modernly furnished, which immediately creates a pleasant ambience. I was particularly impressed by the comfortable seating - you just feel comfortable here! I placed my order via the app and selected the “service at your seat” service. After just an astonishing three minutes, my meal was served complete and fresh. I was really impressed by the speed and efficiency. There is also the option of ordering at the terminals yourself. The operation is simple and intuitive, and you can put together your order at your leisure. There is also a drive-in. As usual, the menus are delicious and of consistently high quality. What I found particularly positive was that my order was prepared exactly the way I wanted it (drink without ice). In summary: This McDonald's branch offers everything you would expect from a quick, yet high-quality restaurant visit - from the modern furnishings to the lightning-fast service to the tasty food. It's always worth a visit!

Royal cheese - for this price you get that... Everyone can think of their part. The lady at the drive in wasn't really nice either. I rate the ambience neutrally because I wasn't there.

Unfortunately a very weak impression today: The floor and tables looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Long waiting time at the (only open) cash register. The food was OK.

Standard, good ol’ McDonald’s. Conveniently located and recently refurnished and updated. Quite ok breakfast items.

Unfortunately there is no longer a branch in Barmen, so we went to Uellendahler Straße. Ordered 3 menus and 3 Happy Meals to take away. Arrived home and discovered that the fries were missing from the menu. Unfortunately too far away to complain about the missing fries. At least if you want to eat the fries with warm burgers. Something like that shouldn't happen in system catering. A call to the branch that you can come by and get the fries. Thank you for your generosity in receiving my paid goods. Next time I'll go straight to the competitor Burger King in Barmer City. Delivery service was not possible. The priority is probably more on the outstanding orders and not on damage control or service. As a franchisor, I would think about what's wrong during recessions!

A very good McDonald's. The order was prepared quickly. Unfortunately, the cheese on the cheeseburger wasn't melted and I found some of it to be a bit cold. But it was still tasty. The staff was really nice. We recommend.

Cold burgers and unfriendly staff if you ask about cold burgers you will be thrown out

Generally everything is positive. As always, it is delicious and fresh and the restaurant also has a nice atmosphere with a very good location and also great opening times, which is very important. The only negative thing I found was that the staff and management could be friendlier and it's usually not clean either.

There's not much to say about a McDonald's. This branch serves breakfast and McCafe. There is also the option to sit outside with a slide for children and a digital games table inside. Unfortunately, the ordering terminals are as bad as almost always.

It was very nice that our dog 🐶 was allowed to come with us.

Well-known McDonald's in Wuppertal with a drive into a large parking lot and a large outdoor area (fenced). The inside area is also large and clean.

Absolutely bad business conduct, after 1:40 hours of waiting the order was simply canceled for no reason. This no longer has anything to do with serious gastronomy.

Okay during the day, but at night employees at McDrive behave very dubiously. Background: you can collect points in the app. However, some employees apparently like to collect points for themselves; I give the code and then the employee acts as if the cash register doesn't accept it, but can clearly tell me what I wanted. Then I ask for the points and then the employee tells me that I can't get the points for this order because he now "had to" enter the code from his app on his cell phone. Extremely strange and dubious. During the day there don't seem to be any problems in the branch when I go in because they just scan and it's fine. If you want the points, insist that you do not give the code, but have it scanned from your phone at the counter.

Catastrophe! At none (!) of the 4 terminals could you log in with your McDonald's app user in order to collect bonus points or redeem coupons, there were always only error messages - regardless of whether the code was scanned or entered manually. The queue at the “normal” checkout is also inhumanly long. I then switched to another McDonald's branch.

Fast service at the table, warm and crispy, if possible juicy dishes. Good seasoning (pepper/salt). Mostly clean toilets, only the hand drying machine is a bit annoying and sprays water in your face. One of the best McDonald's Germany experiences I've had! Dus: Let's go!

Terrible. Ordered McPlant and McPlant nuggets, but were served meaty versions in McPlant packaging. Service staff do not understand German or act as if they do not understand it. Friendly is written in lowercase here.

The woman in the McDrive on March 3rd, 2024 around 5 p.m. didn't get anything. Even with 2 milkshakes we had to check 3 times to see if they were 2 vanilla milkshakes!!! "No man, a vanilla and a strawberry." Then the lady wasn't even able to enter voucher codes, did something wrong so that my voucher was no longer valid and then tried to convince me that it was my fault and that I had already redeemed the voucher at some point, even though I had the app just downloaded. It couldn't be more outrageous! Well, this inability probably explained the long queue when the MCDrive arrived! We then drove down to Elberfeld to place our order and everything went smoothly. Worst service ever and above all so disgraceful!!!

Unfortunately, today at the Drive Inn we found once again that the Big Mac was missing from the products we ordered and paid for. Logical consequence: on the next visit, the purchase is checked for completeness directly at the counter. May the line of cars behind us be as long as it is.

Big problems with orders. Items ordered were missing several times, sometimes it was a Big Mac, sometimes it was a Hamburger Royal Cheese. Once, instead of plant-based nuggets, they were normal ones made from chicken. Last time the Sprite only tasted like water. Today both drinks only tasted like water even though Fanta and Sprite were ordered. Burgers are always completely cold. McDrive is often complete chaos. Unfortunately, today was the last visit for me. Unfortunately, no one from the staff was ever willing to admit the mistakes or give out the missing burgers. Therefore unfortunately only one star. I would prefer not to give one.

Nasty is a nice way of describing the rock-hard Frisbee slices in a bone-dry bun. Apparently you only know sauces from pictures, cheese was probably out. Sucking a stone probably gives more taste. BAH! Why doesn't it work -2 stars?

Immer wieder gerne. Dieses McDonald ist ein Vorzeigeprojekt. Personal immer freundlich und Zubereitungen gehen schnell auch bei Sonderwünschen. Hier können sich sehr viele aus der Kette aus anderen Orten eine Scheibe abschneiden.

Hab einen Big Rösti bestellt und die Hälfte von dem Was auf dem Burger kommt hat gefehlt

Um 23.00h noch ziemlich voll und sehr laut, Die Burger waren kalt und Reklamationen schloss ich wegen der langen Schlange an der Theke aus. Wenigstens waren die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, auch wenn einige Gäste einen Saustall am Tisch hinterlassen.

Der McPlant ist eigentlich immer super aber leider sind die Plantbased Nuggets manchmal etwas zu lange in der Fritteuse

Essen wie immer. Aber die Bedienung hatte mehr Interesse sich mit ihrer Kollegin zu unterhalten hals dem Kunden die Aufmerksamkeit zu schenken.

Ein größer McDonald's in günstiger Lage. Ich persönlich finde es es drinnen etwas ungemütlich da man den kompletten McDonald's überblicken kann. Da fühlt man sich etwas beobachtet beim Essen 😉. Ansonsten wie gewohnt McDonald's, alles in Ordnung. Das es nicht gesund ist weiß man. Ansonsten hat es wie immer gut geschmeckt.
