McDonald's in Wuppertal

Dieser Laden macht den Anwohnern das Leben zur Hölle. Tag und Nacht, nicht nur am Wochenende, sondern auch unter der Woche, wird die Nachbarschaft von den Gästen mit Hupkonzerten, dröhnender Musik, aufheulenden Motoren, quietschenden Reifen und lautem Gegröle terrorisiert. Rücksicht auf Anwohner scheint hier ein Fremdwort zu sein. Besonders auffällig sind die ständig an- und abfahrenden, peinlich getunten Fahrzeuge, deren Fahrer offenbar meinen, die gesamte Umgebung müsse an ihrem Geltungsbedürfnis teilhaben. An erholsamen Schlaf oder normale Lebensqualität ist regelmäßig nicht zu denken. Es ist unverständlich, dass dieser Zustand seit so langer Zeit toleriert wird. Die Öffnungszeiten sollten massiv eingeschränkt werden. Wenn sich nichts ändert, sollte ernsthaft über eine Petition zur Schließung des Ladens nachgedacht werden. Die Interessen und die Ruhe der Anwohner müssen endlich wichtiger sein als die eines Betriebs, der solche Zustände offenbar duldet.

In der Vergangenheit wurden Zusatzzutaten immer vergessen aber bezahlt. Heute wurden wieder mal die Pommes (2x) vergessen, ärgerlich weil es für unsere Kinder war. Mc Donalds wird schlechter aber immer teurer. Irgendwas stimmt hier nicht. Ohne Ketchup bestellt, Ketchup ist trotzdem auf Burger.

In Frankreich nennen die einen Big Mac „Le Big Mac“ und in Holland ersaufen die Pommes in Mayonnaisentunke. Damit hat Vincent Vega absolut Recht! Weg vom Kultklassiker Pulp Fiction hin zu dieser Restaurantfiliale der amerikanisierten Haute Cuisine mit den bekannten Delikatessen. Es dauerte drei Ewigkeiten bis das bestellte Feinkostmenu serviert wurde. Ein McSmart Menü ist anscheinend deswegen günstiger, da hier Überproduktionen verwertet anstatt weggeworfen werden. Anders lassen sich lau warme und labberige Pommes frites nicht erklären.

Das hat nichts mehr mit MC Donalds zu tuen bereits das 3te Mal länger als 15 Minuten im Mc Drive zu warten als 3tes Auto in der Reihe der vor mir noch keine Bestellung aufgegeben und das andere Auto wartet am Fenster. Hier wird Service und vor allem KPIs klein geschrieben. Ihr seit bekannt für schnell mal durchfahren mittlerweile ist es mit lieber 10 Minuten länger in die Wittener str zu fahren! Von der Freundlichkeit mal ganz zu schweigen!! 4 Autos haben sich in der Zeit hinter mir angereiht und 2 haben die Schlange am Ende wieder verlassen…

Ich bin mit diesem McDonald's sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist sehr gut, der Service freundlich und schnell, und es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze. Es war sehr einfach, hier kurz anzuhalten und etwas zu essen, bevor wir wieder auf die Autobahn gefahren sind. Am Tag davor haben wir noch bei Burger King gegessen - das war für mich das letzte Mal dort. Nicht aus Prinzip, sondern weil McDonald's in Qualität und Gesamterlebnis deutlich besser ist. Hier hat man wirklich das Gefühl, dass auf den Kunden geachtet wird.

Leider ist es hier eher die Regel als die Ausnahme, dass beim McDrive vieles falsch ist oder vergessen wird. Wir machen schon Wetten bei wem heute was fehlt. Lustig ist es aber nicht wenn ein Burger 7 Euro kostet und dann nicht dabei ist. Sehr ärgerlich. Es ist wirklich nicht OK. Gibt's hier keinen Controller der nochmal durchschaut ob alles drin ist was rein soll? Wenn ich an der Ausgabe jetzt immer anfange alles aus den Tüten raus zu holen und nachzusehen wird man ungeduldig und man solle das woanders machen. Dabei steht da ein Schild, dass man das direkt nach der Ausgabe kontrollieren soll. Und leider auch muss.

Zu viele Gäste haben sechs Saucen vergessen: zwei Buttermilch-Ranch-Saucen und drei Ketchup-Sorten. Das Essen ist in Ordnung. Nur vergessen sie zu oft das komplette Set.

Wir haben nie etwas zu meckern gehabt. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, es ist sauber und das Essen ist, wie man es von McDonald's gewohnt ist. Allerdings wollten wir diese Woche um kurz nach sieben zum Frühstück hin und er hatte geschlossen. Die Öffnungszeiten sind ja eigentlich 7 Uhr. Das war aber nichts. Wir waren auch nicht die Einzigen, die vor verschlossener Tür standen. Laut Öffnungszeiten wird um 7 Uhr geöffnet. Vielleicht das nächste Mal einen Zettel an die Tür, dass später geöffnet wird oder die Öffnungszeiten sich geändert haben.

In dieser McDonald’s-Filiale macht sich eine blonde, brilletragende Filialleiterin zusammen mit einigen Mitarbeitern offen über Kunden lustig. Ich dachte zunächst, dass es nur mir gegenüber so war, aber leider scheint es ein allgemeines Problem zu sein. Ein solches Verhalten ist absolut unprofessionell und respektlos. Ich hoffe, dass die Verantwortlichen die Bewertungen ernst nehmen und entsprechende Maßnahmen ergreifen...

Dieser McDonald’s ist der beste in ganz Wuppertal und Schwelm. Das Essen ist immer sehr lecker, die Pommes sind frisch und heiß, und die Burger schmecken richtig gut. Im Vergleich zu anderen Filialen ist die Qualität hier deutlich besser. Ich bin jedes Mal sehr zufrieden und komme gerne wieder!

Sehr freundliches Personal, es wird auch auf saubere Tische geachtet und das Personal schaut auch in regelmäßigen Abständen ob die Wagen mit den Tablet's gewechselt werden müssen.

Essen normal, aber extrem stressig und auch unhöflich

Ich habe einen VEGETARISCHEN Burger bestellt und stattdessen einen mit FLEISCH erhalten. Auch auf dem Bild in der Bestellung ist eindeutig das Hähnchen zu sehen, sodass eine Verwechslung eigentlich ausgeschlossen sein sollte. Zuerst dachte ich noch, es wäre eine Verwechslung mit dem alten vegetarischen Burger (mit dem beyond meat patty). Dann hab ich gesehen, dass dieser gar nicht mehr so angeboten wird. Außerdem bestand der Rest meiner Bestellung größtenteils aus Produkten mit Hähnchen, bis auf einen McRib. Dadurch wirkt es noch weniger wie ein einfacher Fehler. Auch meine Freunde konnten mir bestätigen, dass dies ein Fleisch patty war, als ich sie zum probieren aufgefordert hatte. Für mich ist das eine echte Dreistigkeit. Wenn jemand bewusst vegetarisch bestellt, sollte man sich darauf verlassen können, dass auch wirklich kein Fleisch im Burger ist. Ich bin wirklich sauer und finde, dass so ein Fehler nicht passieren darf und ernst genommen werden sollte. Ich bin wirklich SEHR sauer!!!

Wirkte insgesamt nicht besonders Fanny,leicht abgeranzt und die Mitarbeiter haben viel privat gequatscht.

Wir sind immer noch fassungslos und tief erschüttert. Was als Familienbesuch mit unseren drei kleinen Kindern begann, endete in einer verbalen Misshandlung durch das Personal, die wir so noch nie erlebt haben. Nachdem wir dort gegessen hatten, wollte ich ein falsch zubereitetes Getränk freundlich reklamieren. Die Reaktion war völlig unverhältnismäßig: Vier Mitarbeiter stürzten sich gleichzeitig verbal auf meine Frau und mich. Wir wurden vor den Augen unserer Kinder niedergeschrien und massiv bedrängt. Eine Mitarbeiterin gab sich sogar dreist als Vorgesetzte aus, nur um uns einzuschüchtern und die Diskussion aggressiv zu beenden. Das Unfassbare: Der eigentliche Filialleiter kam hinzu, hatte seine Truppe aber absolut nicht unter Kontrolle. Er wurde von seinen eigenen Leuten ignoriert und nicht einmal zu Wort kommen lassen. Anstatt seine Verantwortung wahrzunehmen und uns als Gäste vor diesem entfesselten Mob zu schützen, drehte er sich wortlos um und flüchtete nach hinten. Ich arbeite selbst täglich im Kundenkontakt, aber eine derart unnötige und bösartige Eskalation ist mir noch nie begegnet. Dass ein „Familienrestaurant“ zulässt, dass Eltern vor ihren Kindern so behandelt werden, ist ein Armutszeugnis. McDonald’s ist für uns nach diesem traumatischen Vorfall für immer erledigt. Absolut unterste Schublade!

Super unfreundliches Personal, es wurde alles falsch gemacht und dann noch diskutiert und angeschrien/gemeckert

Wir haben zwei Double Cheeseburger bestellt und noch etwas und nur einen Double Cheeseburger bekommen. Dafür aber recht viele zerknitterte Servietten waren in der Tasche... Wer hätte so was gedacht?.. Wir haben es erst zu Hause gemerkt.

Schon zweimal fehlten Artikel bei einer Bestellung und bei Information darüber wurde ich als Lügnerin hingestellt. Der Artikel wäre doch da, das würde über eine Waage geprüft und man könne nichts machen. Ich müsse das mit dem Lieferservice klären etc. Als ich auf eine Lösung bestand und zugegebenermaßen ungehaltener wurde, sagte man mir ich solle nicht rumschreien und wünschte mir einen schönen Abend. Niemand ist zuständig und das Essen, welches bezahlt ist habe ich auch nicht.

Die Mitarbeiter rufen bei einfachsten Bestellungen ihr volles Potential ab und das regelmäßig.

Heute waren wir hier, um 2 Happymeals zum Mitnehmen zu kaufen. Zu Hause merkten wir, 1 Happymeal war ohne Cheeseburger, nur Pommes. War ärgerlich. Wieder zurück zu fahren wegen 1 Cheeseburger war uns zuviel Zeitverschwendung.

The bacon tastes like it's been sitting in the corner for three years – simply disgusting. Maeckes just isn't what it used to be; it's just been slapped on like that, sadly.

My colleague was supposed to bring me two cheeseburgers for lunch. They were dried out and unappetizing. I haven't eaten at McDonald's since.

We're used to McDonald's in Hilden, so maybe our expectations are too high. But today was really annoying! We were there for breakfast. We ordered a cappuccino, among other things, but the server brought us two caramel macchiatos. She refused to correct it, saying they were the same. After some discussion, we finally got the cappuccino, but unfortunately, she was in a terrible mood and slammed it down on the table. The burgers tasted stale, and the coffee was kind of burnt. Strange, considering the standards should be the same, right? Annoying.

In the morning, things didn't go so well in the almost empty restaurant. The ordering computer was down. The wrong coffee was delivered with the comment that it was all the same anyway. The rolls were dry like yesterday's and the McMuffin was stale. Everything's better elsewhere... sorry, this time it was less than ideal.

I was there today and got myself a fillet of fish for the first time in ages…it was bone dry…the cookies were rock hard too…when I told the shift manager, she just said they were fresh…since I eat them often, I can say with 100% certainty that they weren't…the shift manager didn't offer any solution or alternative…it's just sad, considering that despite the prices, I used to enjoy going there…pizza costs less and at least you get full!!

I was at the restaurant yesterday, December 15th, 2025, around 4:00 PM. I ordered two large fries to go. When I got home, the fries were soggy and very oily. They looked like they weren't cooked properly. I ate them because I was hungry. However, the fact that I had stomach pains all night, and still do, is the reason I'm writing such a negative review. I also ordered a Big Mac, which this time had hardly any sauce on it, making the burger very dry. The restaurant was busy, but that shouldn't be an excuse for inconsistent and poor quality.

The McDonald's employees always forget my toy in the Happy Meal when I order it to go. Next time there'll be a 1v1 fight.

Can someone please stop making so much noise at McDonald's on Uellendahl at midnight? It's really getting worse and worse. Please understand, otherwise it will become a police matter. Keep it quiet!

My husband brought me a wrap from the drive-thru today, which I usually enjoy! Unfortunately, half of the wrap was filled with air. Extremely annoying. How can you give something like that to a customer? It's not like me to give a negative review, but in this case, I simply have no choice. Sorry! Absolutely unacceptable!

Disgusting employees! At least this morning! They should be ashamed of themselves! They couldn't find our online order and made fun of us and said stupid things! The order had already been paid for, and we had to leave without anything because they supposedly couldn't help it that they couldn't see the order! They're supposed to give us a refund, but we weren't allowed to reorder on the spot because the breakfast time was over by 2 (!!!!) minutes!!! That's really the worst!! The disgusting and amused looks the employees exchange with each other!! You'd never experience anything like that before.

What happened to McDonald's? Dark, unfriendly, and even the chocolate shake is inedible.

I've tried ordering my chai latte several times since last week, and I've always been told they don't have any chai latte... But why does it say that on the screen at the McDonald's Drive-In? And it's not as if I've never gotten one there before. Unfortunately, the employees there are very rude and didn't answer my question about when it would be available again... one even said it's never happened before... What now? Clearance sale, no longer in stock? Why can't you remain polite when asked politely? My last visit this weekend, although there was no chai latte for me, was the McDonald's incredibly dirty and sticky. A public restroom outside would have been clean compared to this one... What the hell is going on at this branch?

I received my order after 40 minutes. The people who ordered after me received their orders on time. When I asked them about it, they said they still had to wait. I've never experienced such poor staff.

Food was hot and prepared quickly

On the afternoon of September 14, 2025, I visited this branch. A blond, bespectacled manager was at the cash register. I had already placed my coffee order via the app and explicitly stated that I didn't want a paper cup. She replied that a glass cup would be issued automatically. Then an employee brought the coffees to my table. I explicitly repeated that I didn't want a paper cup, to which she replied that no clean glass cups were available. I was sitting in the back of the McCafé and said that clean cups were available there. The employee then made a mocking face, walked away, and told the manager about the situation. I explained that I felt like extras were always made here, unlike the branch on Wittener Straße, where the order always arrived correctly. The manager then came over and adopted a dismissive attitude, reprimanded me with gestures, told my mother and me to shut up, and then immediately brought the coffees, which I didn't want. She even told me to leave. However, I stayed because I was within my rights and expected decent service for my money. This behavior, the insults, and the treatment in front of other customers, including my child, were unacceptable. I subsequently deleted my McCafé app. For me, McDonald's is over from now on. Additionally, I always order my coffee in the app by the glass and pay more for it. Yet, I often get it in a paper cup.

Filthy shop!!! I'm surprised the public order office or the responsible authority hasn't shut this place down yet. All the tablets were filthy, with weeks of rubbish on them, the tables left unwiped. That's what happens when you cut staff. And the food was inedible. The fries were too cold, the Royal TS hamburger was squashed, cold and rancid.

The wait at the drive-thru was a disaster. Barely anything going on at 3:00 PM on a Saturday, and we waited 20 minutes at the drive-thru for a milkshake.

A large branch with plenty of employees. You get quick service, even at your table (with a table reservation). Clean and friendly!

The McDonald's on Uellendahlerstrasse has truly become the worst in the entire area. The drive-thru McDonald's was often out of stock. That's annoying enough. But what I experienced there today was the last straw. It started with the table we sat at being completely filthy, and I got my clothes dirty. My boyfriend then went to the counter and asked if someone could wipe the table. The little mouse pressed wipes into my boyfriend's hand. It was like, "Do it yourself." I'd almost finished my coffee by then. Then, unfortunately, I had to go to the bathroom. I almost threw up. The toilet seat in one toilet was completely covered in shit, and in the other toilet, the entire toilet seat was completely covered in piss. Ugh. Just disgusting. There was a thick layer of dust on the toilet paper holders. So, no one is cleaning that place regularly. My partner told me that the men's restrooms probably aren't any better. I asked myself: If the exact same hygiene standards apply to the food and the kitchen area, well then... I don't want to think about it anymore. I then went to the counter and explained it to the girl. She told me in all seriousness that she couldn't go and check it every 30 minutes. I then explained to her that the dust alone was at least two weeks old, and that I have different expectations of a restaurant, whether it's McDonald's or whatever, and that there are hygiene regulations, and asked if she was aware of them. And the place really wasn't full. But when you have to talk to your colleague all the time, you obviously don't have time for other things; the guests can do it themselves.

It's enough with the cars in the parking lot loud music it has become so bad best who if the mc Donalds in Uellendahl closes from 23:00

No double menu, went straight back.

The tables are very dirty. They didn't bring the milkshake that was included in my order. I had to wait seven minutes at the checkout for my milkshake. I don't recommend visiting. While your friends are eating, you'll be waiting for part of your order. The staff isn't friendly.

I've been to this McDonald's several times, and the last four times, something was ALWAYS missing from my drive-thru order. So always check the orders. It's only difficult with larger orders, as there's usually more than one thing missing. The employee at the restaurant only understood half of what I mentioned over the phone regarding the missing items. Unfortunately, the fries were undercooked and soggy this time too. Maybe they should train the employees, because their job really isn't that difficult.

Very often, something is missing from the orders. If you go back, the only response you get is, "You could have checked everything at the front desk." Great customer service. Fries are often cold. Burgers are sometimes soggy. So, a normal McDonald's, which I only go to because the kids unfortunately love this fast-food garbage.

By far the slowest drive-thru in the entire region. No matter what time you arrive, and no matter how small your order, you'll be stuck in line for at least 20 minutes by car. The company's own concept is a complete disaster.

I don't go to McDonald's often, but when I do—like at this branch—there's almost always something to complain about. Usually, something is missing from the order, be it a dip, a part of the meal, or even something larger. Mistakes can happen, I completely understand that and don't hold a grudge—but when it happens every time you visit, it eventually becomes frustrating. Another thing I notice: When you check your order (which I've gotten into the habit of doing), you're sometimes observed critically. And when you then politely point out the mistake, they respond politely and fix it, but it doesn't always seem like they really want to address the problem. I just wish they were a bit more careful when checking orders—then the visit would be more relaxed for both parties. There's potential there, but unfortunately, consistency is lacking.

Every—really every time, with every slightly larger order; something gets forgotten! Every time. At this McDonald's, you really have to check every takeout order to make sure everything's there and half isn't missing... annoying.

Review for McDonald's, Uellendahler Straße 304, 42109 Wuppertal Unfortunately, my last visit to this McDonald's wasn't particularly satisfactory. The fries were already cold when they were served and seemed like they'd been sitting under a heat lamp for quite some time. The taste was disappointing. The wait time at the drive-thru was also unusually long – despite the restaurant's low occupancy. For a fast-food restaurant, you simply expect a faster service. Overall, unfortunately, it wasn't a positive experience. There's room for improvement in both product quality and service. 2 out of 5 stars.

It's just annoying that you ALWAYS have to check everything when you take out food. Once again, I packed the wrong burger and wasted my money.

Every time the same drama with the employees. They always want you to place your order yourself on this shitty tablet because they're just too lazy to work. Really really bad service. And in the end, of course, as always, something was missing. The store was a real disaster.

Mentally incompetent employees! You can also put a kindergarten child there and they could probably give you food better than these ladies at the front of the counter! Maybe even hire people who can speak our language!

First there was an extra waiting time, then when we got home we realized that half of it was missing. No Curly Fries, no Chicken MC Nuggets from the Happy Meal... Trained specialist staff....lick my ass... Never again

An absolute highlight, Order number is: 43Y7BQ Was delivered incomplete, 2 items were missing, tried to contact us 8 times and pushed away several times! Foreign woman hardly speaks German, pretends to be a branch manager (replaced very quickly) everything was packed up and she couldn't do anything about it! (Clearly a fraud case) People save yourself this branch on Uellendahler Straße and check your orders.

Too expensive, too slow and delicious was yesterday

Today was definitely the last time I was in this branch! Instead of a Royal TS menu, a McPlant menu was packed! Both the burgers and the fries and nuggets were lukewarm! In addition, €2.99 more was debited than would have been paid according to the coupons! In the future I will rather take my money to Burger King!!!

They forgot my cheeseburger again

The tables are rarely clean, the toilets are dirty and the order is rarely complete or as requested.

Worst McDonald's in the area! Eating cold fries without salt and always missing something. You can't even properly use a BigMac here. Take Bochum in the Ruhrpark as an example!!! Always fresh always hot but disgusting there. McDonald's isn't what it used to be either.

I noticed, that cleaning lady does her job extremely well. No surprise the whole restaurant is clean and cozy.

If you order via the app, the staff should also be able to pack the food correctly. But they aren't. Absolutely not recommended for McDrive, what you get packed is a matter of luck

In itself a modern McDonald. But the tables are really minimalistic and when you get up you often bump into the drink from the next table with your bottom! :p Otherwise, as with any McDonald's, there are pros and cons when it comes to food. (Sometimes the nuggets are extremely awesome and sometimes they are bland).

In the McDrive you only have to check the bag directly at the window, something is always forgotten here. But of course cashed in nicely. In the end it was my own fault, but it can't be that products are simply not packaged with such frequency, sometimes you could think that this is done on purpose.

Cold fries, old burgers just outrageous

The cashier was very nice and helpful with any problems with the application.

Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, but I only got one double and one normal. When I complained, I was told that there was only a piece of meat missing (which isn't really true). Then the lady took my burger and slapped another piece of meat on it. “Now it’s true,” they said. And of course I didn't get an apology for the mistake.

The McDonald's shines with a modern, chic design. The food is good. If there is a lot going on, you should also keep an eye on the parking trailer, otherwise towers will quickly form here. Otherwise we would be happy to come back.

It's difficult when you try to place an order but the person in front of you can barely speak German. It took a long time, and of course something was missing. Otherwise, I've eaten better before, it was okay - but nothing more.

It was clean and the tray collection stations were fine. If you want fast food you won't be disappointed. Everything OK.
