Moderately clean. Fast processing of the order. Food was good 👍🏻

No waiting time, everything went very quickly and tasted as always. 😜❤️

Unfriendly and unprofessional staff..

I actually like going there... Recently, however, rarely. What I do remember is that the burgers were warmer and the fries were fresh. Now, during the last visit, the 🍔 and the 🍟 were probably on hold for too long. Some guests have no manners or live in a pigsty. Maybe their parents are pigs?! McDonald's is no longer... Maybe BK would like to move into the rooms? It would definitely be worth it and you would have a touch more space when munching on a burger 😉 ADDITIVE Was there a few days ago around 9am.. Urgently try out the men's toilet The standing peeers would have looked stupid BOTH pools out of service The tub was a challenge Fully run... So clogged! The floor is dirty! THIS IN THE MORNING AT 9! My conclusion If it starts like this and the toilets look like this, I don't want to see the kitchen! Somehow it fits with my other impressions above...! THIS BK is done!

First of all, on Saturday around 12 p.m. the employees were totally unmotivated, uncommunicative and not smiling... Then the burgers were just slapped there so I have no idea what that was... To top it off, an employee wanted to empty the tray cart without being motivated... spilled cola on the floor and left... after 15 minutes it still hadn't been cleaned and at that point there were 1 at the checkout and 3 in the BK eating... Staff should urgently be replaced or a strong word should be spoken... because customer friendliness should already be there...

No professional service, the place looks run down and small. Dirty. The bathroom is very dirty and the lady there is not nice. The bathroom at this place is a disaster

A relatively small BK in a hotspot city. The burgers and fries were delicious as you would expect from BK. Otherwise, it's more of a shop to buy something to take away, as the shop is relatively small and therefore doesn't offer many seats.

Toilet was a mess. Food was okay. The service didn't come to complain.

I'm French and know a little English, so I placed the order in English. There were never any problems in any of the other companies. Here the worker didn't understand much straight away. I have never been treated so openly anywhere before. Leftovers from the end of the trip, even though everything else in the city is wonderful. I don't recommend this place

Ordered ice cream to take away today, June 12th, around 10:30 p.m. The store was completely empty and there were only 2 other people there waiting for takeaway food. When my ice cream was ready, I noticed that the cup was only half full. When asked to fill it up, the motivated BK employee replied that he was not allowed to do this because it was BK's requirement. When I asked for the boss, he called Mustafa in annoyance and then said he should take care of it because he has so much to do (apparently this young man is overwhelmed by his actual job even with the slightest crowd). Be that as it may, Mustafa said he wasn't allowed to clean it anymore or it would overflow! I told Mustafa, half of it is missing. How is something supposed to overflow? He said I'm sorry, that's all we can do! The fact that the annoyed boy who filled up the ice cream behaved so rudely is a given. But the fact that Mustafa acts like that as a foreman/shift manager is really sad. If you consider how the BK was run before and how it is run now, there is a world of difference. I hope BK takes a closer look at his colleague!

Honestly, they did everything wrong Ordered were 1 cheeseburger check nuggets and 1 chocolate milk shake You got 1 check burger, no nuggets and a vanilla shake We then went there and they remade the shake and added vanilla again

The chicken nuggets taste like they have been fried again. You cannot use the Burger King app there. The shop is also getting old.

Long waiting time after ordering without high customer volume

Normal BK. Food was good, staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the clientele that frequents there usually leaves the store in chaos, making the store very untidy. The staff does their best, but can't keep up.

Normal ambience and offer for BK. The app is recommended. There are special offers there at humane prices.

Eat very well. Good ambience. Good service. Cheap price.

I've been to Burger King for a while now and noticed that the prices had increased drastically! My “big” menu was also relatively small. I'm sorry, but the price-performance ratio is no longer right there!! There's something new at my Burger King on the Alter Markt in Wuppertal. You now receive your receipt with a number. When my food is ready, my number appears on a monitor and I can pick it up at a food bank!!

I would like to give stars it was dirty. The staff was unfriendly and uninterested, the food was cold, there was no mayo and no burgers had mayo as an ingredient

Wollte ein Happy Meal ...der hat mich einfach mit Doppel Chili Chesse beworfen...hab noch eben das Lokal verlassen als ich von jemandem bedrängt wurde wegen Zigarette ...ich schnell Zigare an und ein auf Boss gemacht..dann ab in Puff .. Mädels mäßig nett naja egal ...hier nie wieder das Burger King

Bin sonst schon Mal bei Mäkkes. Ausnahmsweise waren wir diesmal bei Burger K. Überall Müll auf den Tischen. Keiner kümmert sich um Sauberkeit. Was mich besonders gestört hat war der Preis. Zwei Burger und zwei kleine Kaffee 10€. Und die Burger sind ohne zu übertreiben um bestimmt mind. 30% kleiner als sonst. Ich bleib bei MD.

Essen wird ohne Hygiene Vorschriften zubereitet! Wie die Einhaltung der Produktion Vorschriften! Matsch Burger sag ich nur! Kunden Umgang überheblich ungepflegt respektlos asozial! Tipp an die Bezirksleitung: kompletter Austausch samt Filialleitung. Für alle anderen: Achtet auf euere Bestellung genauer! Zu Not Gesundheitsamt!

So far so good I tried their double patty beef burger the girl was cooperative I didn’t speak german because I was learning it and she help me to find the right burger. I personally like extra sauces which I have to purchase but didn’t get any ketchup

War mal hier mit einem freund, wir haben ein cheeseburger pro person gekauft. Die cheeseburgers schmecken hier wie gummi und die kosten bischen zu viel, aber das war schnell. Wir sollten nur eine minute fur unsere beschtellung warten. Insgesamt waren wir mit unserer beschtellung zufrieden

Die Burger sind und bleiben klasse, auch wenn das mit dem Feuer-Grill generell eine astreine Lüge ist! Aber abgesehen davon sind diese Monitore ein Albtraum, man kann nicht mehr sehen, was für Burger überhaupt zu kaufen sind, nur die Menues sind in Daueransicht anglotzbar! Typisches Manager-Gedönse, Mitarbeiter geben bekannt, daß etliche andere Kunden es bemängeln!

Klein aber leider nicht fein. War nicht wirklich sauber dort . Die meisten Tische waren nicht wirklich sauber , war nicht wirklich einladend.

Leckere kleine Burger für zwischendurch.

Alles gut aber kann man nicht wirklich bewerten weil es ja viele Bürger Kings gibt aber dort war es schon nett ;)

Essen ist gut, allerdings wird man hier nicht auf Toilette gelassen, wenn man kein Kleingeld hat und dann fragt die Putzfrau auch noch dumm, weshalb man kein Kleingeld dabei hat. Sorry, aber als Gast sollte man besser behalten werden.

Essen wer frisch und lecker aber die Dame an der Kasse müss mit bisschen mehr Lust arbeiten und nicht so unfreundlich sein.

Wir gehen gerne hin. Das Essen enttäuscht uns nie. Die haben alles richtig gemacht!

Das Essen dort ist immer ganz gut mann wird Immer schnell bedient.

Wenn die Mitarbeiter mal auf den Kunden achten wurden und nicht einfach körperlich als Platzhalter dort sein würden, wäre alles viel besser... an sonst alles prima wie immer mit den essen, den Boden könnte etwas weniger klebrig sein... Ihr hab noch ein wenig zu verbessern um so gut wie lichtscheid zu sein. Bitte nur nicht so schlimm wie Elberfeld werden!

Für eine schnelle Mahlzeit immer lohnenswert.

Wir waren mit 9 Leuten da für ca. 150€ und es wurde nichts bei der Bestellung vergessen, Respekt :)

Ich gehe extrem selten zu Burger King. Heute habe ich einen jungen Mann beobachtet, der im blauen BK Shirt und OHNE Cappi / Kopfbedeckung die Burger verpackt hat. Und die Haare waren etwas länger. Er hat sich einen Spaß daraus gemacht die einzige Bedienung vorne zu den Fritteusen zu schicken, anstatt die 50cm selbst zu laufen, dementsprechend kam es an der Kasse zu Verzögerungen. Wo ist das Führungspersonal??. Mir kommt es vor, als ob der ganze Laden nur von heranwachsenden geführt wird. Da muss personell wirklich etwas getan werden.

Das Essen schmeckt sehr lecker aber ich empfehle trotzdem nicht dort zu essen da die Mitarbeiter sehr unhöflich sind

Morgens hole ich hier meinen Kaffee, die Filiale wirkt immer sauber und alle Mitarbeiter sind total nett. Hin und wieder bestelle ich online bei euch. IMMER sind die Burger frisch! IMMER super pünktlich! Und der Lieferant ist unfassbar sympathisch. Also wenns mal Fastfood sein soll gern bei euch ;)

Nach dem Umbau vorne im Eingangsbereich, hat man auf jeden Fall mehr Platz zum stehen an der Kasse an.

B.K ist nach meiner Meinung sehr klein und der Service ist nicht anders wie bei seinem Konkurrenten MC Donalds. Das Essen ist Geschmackssache,mir Persönlich schmeckt es bei MC Donalds besser. Aber das ist nur meine Persönliche Meinung. Alles zusammen bekommt Burger King 3 von 5 Sterne.

Ist okay...Mitarbeiter waren freundlich..Essen wir immer.

Alles leider unterdurchschnittlich; der Burger war zum Vergessen klein; wer Hunger hat, sollte woanders einkehren.
