Super nice employee. I talked to her and she was really sweet and gave me small talk, but not in the way that someone stresses you out, but very sweet and warm-hearted. Definitely recommended. Only 4 stars because there were other employees there a year ago, but they seemed as if they didn't want the job and therefore weren't that nice to you. Well, there's nothing you can do about it. Still very great.

Incredibly nice, competent and helpful team in the drive-in area. They even agreed briefly to be able to pack and give me exactly (!) what I wanted - and half an hour before the end - in full operation - thank you!

Great choice for vegetarians! Top! The service was nice, although I think I'm too old for ordering via screen and the ambience in general.

Basically a good shop with friendly staff. Unfortunately, the ordering terminals are extremely slow and not really convenient (hence service deductions). Basic cleanliness is present - due to fast food, you obviously have to deduct a star from the ambience. In general, I noticed that with larger orders, the staff quickly become slightly overwhelmed. The customer is then left with an inventory as their own task - will I get what I ordered? This could definitely be a little better. But basically I was satisfied, especially since the vegetarian offering is well positioned here.

Ordered food, only received it cold after 110 minutes. No apology when calling the branch, the driver speaks of an accident on the route (3km), which I cannot understand on Google Maps with the traffic data. Definitely my last order here.

There's not much to say about the ambience. It's just a Burger King. But it has always been clean, there are at least two children's high chairs and if something goes wrong, the mistake is repaired. I'm specifically talking about on-site visits; I don't know how it works when you drive into the drive-thru. Unfortunately, the self-ordering columns never recognize the QR code from the app, you have to go to the normal checkout. Both of the soda machines don't always work, but one always worked. Being able to refill your cup and mix individual drinks is definitely a nice thing. We are particularly enthusiastic about the large selection of veggie alternatives and will definitely stop by again!

Nice restaurant, especially tasty and fresh, the staff is also very friendly. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and also long opening hours, which is very important for a restaurant. Only one negative thing is that the restaurant is far too far from the city so you can't come as often or just spontaneously. Opening another restaurant in the city would be very good for Citizen King and also for the customers.

I recently got a Bacon King with raw bacon and wanted to complain to the waitress, but she said it had to be that way. Disgusting !

Both veggie long chickens were rotten. The patties smelled extremely fishy and musty and tasted disgusting. They were also rock hard. The salad was also musty with brown spots. Food was ordered in the drive-thru, unfortunately we didn't notice it until we got home.

“I visited your branch today at 12:10 p.m. and was unfortunately treated extremely disrespectfully and rudely by one of your employees. Your behavior was completely inappropriate and that is unacceptable. Because of this bad experience I will not return to this branch. I expect the staff at any store to be professional and courteous, not rude or indifferent. You should be aware that such behavior does not reflect well on your business. To clarify: The employee was blonde and had her hair tied back. I believe that physical appearance should reflect professionalism in the work environment and should not be limited to appearance alone. I hope this is the last incident of this kind to happen to a customer

You are simply treated with great respect. For example, you will not sent away straight away if you don't order something straight away. Of course you shouldn't take advantage of it people, I hope I don't have to say that ;) a small ice cream as a gift from dear Maria was really worth its weight in gold today, since I was traveling completely without any money. Horror… I ordered 2x cheeseburgers and 1x small fries at the terminal. Unfortunately there was no receipt because the device was apparently defective. I reported this to the cashier, but the lady just said: 'It doesn't matter.' Then I am called and given a small bag and a cup. I then say that I ordered fries and not a cup. She then throws a small chip into my bag. In the car I realize that I got a cheeseburger with bacon. Sorry, but how can you mess up such a simple order like that? So now I only got a small fries for almost €10 because I couldn't eat the burgers with bacon. Since I was already a few kilometers away, I didn't want to go back. The staff seemed totally overwhelmed - and that on a Wednesday at 2 p.m. Sorry… doesn’t work at all!

Young employees who seem to have no experience in pleasing guests and don't seem to follow processes. The fries were placed on the tray at the counter immediately after ordering and when the rest came after 6 minutes, the fries were already cold. The Long Chicken was a plant based which I said that I actually wanted a normal Long Chicken. The employee then said in a dismissive voice that I had ordered it at the terminal. She then said there was nothing she could do.

We ordered burgers yesterday and they were delivered to our home. Everything was super tasty and even warm! The driver was there half an hour early! And the drinks were cold! Everything is really great, will order here more often, thank you very much!

Best BK in Wuppertal. Sometimes a little raw but most of the time it's really fast food! Staff change often, but are always friendly and accommodating. One of the more spacious BK's. All you can drink machines! Must be once a month ;)

Unfortunately, I have to say that this BK branch has declined extremely significantly. This starts with the service. Mostly bad-tempered young employees who unfortunately can't remember a single order at the counter. Out of 10 orders, maybe 2 were complete. It's extremely annoying to have to constantly check everything or have to get out just because the order isn't complete. Unfortunately, when it comes to food, quantity counts more than quality. Burgers are half cold even though you ordered them on site or are carelessly thrown together. I think if you raise the prices so brazenly then you should also deliver and unfortunately you haven't done that for a long time.

We were briefly in Wuppertal and ate at Burger King, unfortunately the food wasn't as usual, the Whopper was extremely dry as if it had been lying there for a long time. Maybe it was just a bad day for the branch.

Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend it because the employees are all new and they don't want to work. Whatever you order, you don't get what you expected. But in the past, your old employees were all good and worked well and always paid attention to the customer. Simply put, the new ones are all up

I can't just say something about the food, but also about the branch I've been going to since I was little. The regular employee Tina is still there, fortunately, and it is always a pleasure to be served by her! The orders go quickly and after initial difficulties with the terminals, things get along well! The fact that the menu has to load briefly was even written on each terminal so that new customers also know what's going on. The order and cleanliness is great and the drink selection of the machine is really phenomenal!! I wish the staff the same percentage increase in salary as the food has increased. I would love to eat here again! If Burger King, then go to my regular branch on the Aue in Wuppertal.

We are weekend guests in Wuppertal to test the suspension railway 🚟. And we passed the Burger King. Everything very clean. What was particularly positive was the abundance of fresh vegetables. Furthermore, the fries were excellent and not soggy like some other Burger Kings. The waitress even served us food at the table. What a top service. A little tip: perhaps print the toilet code a little larger on the receipt.

The best Burger King in all of Wuppertal. Facility brand new and clean. A really great corner for children. You can also eat outside. Staff really friendly. But the best thing about it is the drinks machine. You can get any kind of drinks, mix them together and then top it up twice more. Simply great. I had already written the review but it was deleted. These are the experiences I have had here and I don't understand why something good has to be deleted

Probably the cleanest and tidiest BK I know. We drive there from Remscheid if we want to go to BK.

Highly recommended. I've been here several times. A big reason why I like coming here is because you can refill drinks here. Otherwise, the staff is really friendly, for example other guests and I have already gotten a small free ice cream here. Otherwise the staff was always in a good mood. And otherwise the restaurant is like any other BK.

Very disappointed would be an underestimate. Not only did the order take an extremely long time despite the fact that there weren't many guests present, but some of the food was ice cold. Using the app to get points was not possible for some reason. The food itself was a disappointment. We took the Gouda Lover menu and a long chicken menu with chili cheese fries and nuggets. The portion of the normal fries even though it was supposed to be a large portion was a joke. You get more fries at McDonald's if you order a happy meal. The chili cheese fries were good, but almost impossible to eat without a fork, which we also didn't get. The Gouda Lover Burger was cold, the bread was wet and absolutely inedible. The meat tastes like a microwave burger. I could have saved the money straight away. The chicken nuggets were soft, not crispy. This was my second experience with Burger King and the way it ended may be my last.

My friends and I were there and found the service mostly positive. However, there was a little mishap with the mustard sauce on the burgers that bothered us a little. We reported this to the people in charge at the checkout, but it seemed like there wasn't much that could be done about this situation. Maybe next time it would be a good idea to introduce an "ordering anthem" that allows you to opt out of certain ingredients like the mustard sauce. I had never seen this option before. I think it's human nature for mistakes to happen, and you could perhaps rely on Robin Bürger can respond with goodwill. In the future, I suggest that the option to deselect ingredients be offered at the kiosk terminal. This could be a practical solution to avoid such inconvenience. Overall, despite this incident, I was satisfied with the service. I hope that my suggestions for improving the ordering process can be taken into account.

Hello The renewed visit to Burger King Wuppertal was actually satisfactory for no reason. I was happy with the service overall and my friends who attended were also impressed. I would still like to give a little feedback: We were a little surprised about the mustard sauce on the burgers. We kindly mentioned this at checkout, but were told that this cannot be changed. Maybe it would be a good idea to offer an option to opt out of the mustard sauce next time. I haven't seen this option yet. It would be human to react flexibly to such situations. I think it might be a nice gesture to act on a goodwill basis next time. However, a long-term solution could also be to adapt the burger recipe to offer this option directly at the kiosk terminal. What also pleasantly surprised me was the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine. It was amazing to see that such opportunities exist. Maybe Burger King Wuppertal could offer more options to customize the burgers in the future. Overall I was very happy with the service and would like to see little things like this can be improved in the future.

Sorry, been there again after years, no advice from the employees. Unfortunately, I just have no idea. The customer needs to know. It's a shame that the employees aren't properly trained and are just annoyed. Waited 25 minutes for 2 burgers/fries and 2 coffees. Awesome. Then they were wrong and cold and just not nice to look at, just slapped on... Since we only had a small thing and little time, I didn't feel like complaining. Just €14 and wasted time. The facility is very nice and clean and nicely decorated. My conclusion: Absolutely not recommended! Overwhelmed, poorly or not at all informed, sometimes stressed and unfriendly staff. What a shame!

I love BK, but it took an incredibly long time here even though the store was almost empty. There was rubbish everywhere and the tables where no one had obviously sat for a long time had not been cleaned.

Hello, I had a rather unpleasant experience today. I was traveling with two friends and we planned to order some food in the car. When we wanted to order, I told the staff that I was deaf and would like to order this offering. I even emphasized it again over the loudspeaker, knowing the staff might not be able to hear me. Nevertheless, the employee at the checkout was very annoyed with me and asked why I didn't order over the loudspeaker. I explained again that I am deaf and cannot order over the speaker. Then they asked me if I was really deaf and discussed what deafness meant. Such experiences really make me sad and make me think about how important sensitivity and understanding towards people with disabilities is. Employees should learn that people with disabilities cannot always order like normal people. Personally, I will never order there again because I don't feel understood or respected there. A kind gesture and an open understanding towards people with disabilities can have a big impact. I hope that as a society we can increase our empathy and consideration.
