Leckeres Dessert, wie der Hot-Brownie echt hammer!

am 5.07. zwei King Fusion bestellt und dafür 2 milkshakes erhalten. Auf Nachfrage hieß es, das läge daran weil die Karamellsoße "warm" wäre... die ist höchstens Zimmertemperatur wir haben drausen 19 grad da kann doch nicht innerhalb von sekunden das ganze Eis in flüssigkeit geschmolzen sein

Hier wird auf hygiene geachtet. Die Tische werden abgewischt und wenn man möchte wird man auch freundlich bei der Bestellung unterstützt. Das essen ist ok. Die Küche sieht hygienisch aus.

Es gab nichts zu Bemängeln. Top Service die Bedienung Freundlich alles klasse

Alle Getränke enthalten keine Säure wie Wasser, das ist echt seltsam.

Totale Enttäuschung:( Hab vier mal das „Mandalorin“ King Jr.Menü bestellt, alles wurde nur in einer normalen BK Tüte geliefert, statt die bedruckten Boxen ! Viermal die gleiche Figur dabei und dafür alles total überteuert ! Abzocke !!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Für mich ist diese Burger King Filiale mittlerweile wie ein zweites Zuhause. Ich komme immer wieder gerne hierher, weil einfach alles passt 😊🍔

Ich würde Team Wallraff dahin schicken, um das Fleisch abchecken zu lassen. Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren auch nicht so knorke. Ich checke, dass man nicht gerne arbeitet, aber man muss nicht direkt so pampig sein. Gegen das Ambiente kann man aber wirklich nichts sagen.

Unfreundliches Personal, liefert nur die hälfte schlechte Schulung. Nicht bestellen ausser ihr wollt ne Diät machen

Ich bin mal wieder zu Gast und wieder erstaunt so ein leckeres Menü gegessen zu haben alles frisch und noch nett beraten worden von der Frau Düx vielen lieben Dank und macht weiter so und bleibt immer schön KING!!

Kommt drauf an, wann man dahin geht. Tagsüber super aber abends wenn das partyvolk kommt... sehr laut.. Wartezeiten sind lange und dreckig - manche haben echt kein Respekt und Manieren mehr :(

Ich habe die neuen drei veganen Miniburger von Burger King DE probiert und war total begeistert! Besonders der vegane Steakhouse-Burger mit veganem Bacon hat mir gefallen. Ansonsten ist alles wie bei einem normalen Burger King: schnell und unkompliziert, gutes Essen, faire Preise, etwas unordentlich und laut, aber mit einer guten Mischung aus ruhigen und lebhaften Gästen. Trotzdem ganz nett.

Also ich habe ganz normal mein Essen bestellt welches lau warm ankam. 1 Stunde später habe ich mich 3 mal übergeben müssen. Ich musste zum Arzt welcher mir als Diagnose Lebensmittelvergiftung diagnostizierte. Also ich werde diesen Laden in meinem ganzen Leben nie wieder betreten und kann es auch nicht wirklich empfehlen außer man möchte zusammengekauert im Bett liegen und nichts tuen können.

Dennoch möchte ich ehrlich sagen, dass ich über die Situation und insbesondere über die Reaktion vor Ort sehr enttäuscht war. Als ich das Eis erhalten habe, war es deutlich geschmolzen und hatte eher die Konsistenz einer „Eissuppe“ als eines Soft-Eises. Was mich dabei besonders gestört hat, war die Aussage des Mitarbeiters, dass dies „ganz normal“ sei und dass das Eis bei Ihnen so sei – als ob ich nicht wüsste, wie ein Soft-Eis normalerweise aussieht. Noch enttäuschender war, dass ich nach meiner Reklamation erneut ein Eis in demselben Zustand erhalten habe, mit der Begründung, dass es in der Nähe von warmen Geräten sei. Ich habe vollstes Verständnis dafür, dass Maschinen unter hoher Auslastung Schwankungen haben können. Allerdings erwarte ich als Kunde, dass mir in so einem Fall entweder ein einwandfreies Produkt angeboten wird oder zumindest eine alternative Lösung gefunden wird – und nicht einfach das gleiche geschmolzene Eis erneut ausgehändigt wird. Mir geht es nicht um eine Beschwerde um der Beschwerde willen, sondern um die Qualität des Produkts und den Umgang mit Kunden. Ich komme, um ein Eis zu genießen – nicht um eine flüssige Variante davon mit fragwürdigen Erklärungen zu erhalten. Ich hoffe, dass Sie dieses Feedback ernst nehmen und intern weitergeben, damit sich solche Situationen künftig vermeiden lassen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Fantastische Chicken Wings und Pommes

Tina ist eine super Mitarbeiterin. Sie ist immer motiviert und offen für ein kleines Gespräch. Egal zu welcher Uhrzeit man dort einen Burger bestellt man wird immer positiv empfangen.

Klar, das Bewerten des Essens erfolgt auf Grundlage von FastFoid unter sich. Keine Systemgastro würde sonst mehr als einen Stern bekommen. Aber in diesem Feld, ist das BurgerKingWuppertal natürlich top. In den späten Abendstunden am Wochenende, ist die Kundenrotation hoch, dementsprechend sieht es natürlich auch nicht ganz so aufgeräumt aus. Das Personal ist trotzdem sehr freundlich und zuverlässig.

Mein essen wurde einfach auf dem tresesn gestellt , ohne zusagen , wem es nun zugehörig wäre. Es waren auf der Tafel 3 essen zur Abholung , wobei 2 wohl serviert wurden.

Es ist Burger King. Keine Kritik: Wer mehr ein Restaurant erwartet, geht woanders hin. Jedoch möchte ich bei dieser Filiale das Ambiente und die langen Öffnungszeiten hervorheben 🫰 Die Parksituation ist wie in Wuppertal üblich eher schwierig. Zumindest habe ich nachts keinen gesonderten Parkplatz gesehen. Man möge mir verzeihen, wenn dort doch einer ist.

War grade nach vielen Jahren wieder bei BK, um das neue biscoff eis zu kaufen, war natürlich ausverkauft. Alternativ haben wir ein Eis mit twix bestellt, für zwei Eis bezahlten wir 10€!!!!! Und mussten sogar noch zurück fahren um 10cent zu begleichen weil das Personal einen Fehler gemacht hat. Das Eis war wie Wasser, und topping kaum vorhanden, also für 10€ haben wir Eis Wasser mit bisschen Keks und einen Hauch caramell bekommen. Da ist Mc Donalds tausend mal besser. Also gehe ich auch wie vorher nicht zu BK. Echt nicht zu empfehlen ! Sehr traurig

Leider kommt es immer wieder vor, dass die Bestellungen aus dem Drive falsch bzw nur zur Hälfte vollständig gepackt werden und das Essen wird kalt ausgegeben. (Wir wohnen mit dem Auto 4 Minuten von dem Reataurant entfernt. Das war für uns als Familie das letzte mal. Schade.

War vor circa 2 Wochen in dem burger king. Ich muss sagen , ich hatte noch nie so eine nette , hilfsbereite Bedienung wie die Frau Güzeldal. Wir würden immer wieder diesen Laden wählen , allein nur wegen ihr ❤️

Wir waren heute das letzte Mal dort. Burger King ist unfassbar teuer geworden. Wir haben für 30€ gerade mal ein Kindermenü mit Nuggets und Pommes bekommen, ein Paket 8er Tender Nuggets, eine kleine Pommes, eine Cola und einen Tortilla Wrap. Am Automat haben wir insgesamt 4 Dips ausgewählt. 1x Ketchup, 3x Süß Sauer Sauce. Wenn man liest was wir gekauft haben, passt das auch. So stand es auch auf dem Bon. Wir haben aber nur 1x Ketchup und 1x Süßsauer bekommen. Mein Sohn ist dann hin und wollte noch unsere fehlenden 2 Süßsauer Saucen abholen. Anstatt ihm diese einfach in die Hand zu drücken, wollte die Mitarbeiterin den Kassenbon sehen. Als wir diesen gezeigt haben, war sie der Meinung dass wir nur 2 Dips bekommen. Obwohl 4! auf dem Bon standen. Wir haben also ernsthaft über Dips diskutiert. Wir sind dann gegangen und werden auch nie wieder kommen. In anderen Fastfood Läden wird einem die Sauce hinterher geschmissen. Die Cola schmeckt nach Wasser.

Ich fühle mich super wohl in diesem Burger King! Top Service, professionell und richtig sauber. Wartezeiten sind aus meiner Erfahrung immer kurz und das Essen ist warm, lecker und immer ordentlich verpackt. Kurzum: Ehrlich der beste Burger King, in dem ich je war und auch regelmässig bin!

Gestern dort gewesen und Essen zum mitnehmen bestellt. Leider unteranderem auch Zwiebelringe, welche wohl nicht ganz fertig waren. Ich selber habe dass leider nicht bemerkt, da ich nie so oft Zwiebelringe esse. Nun liege ich mit einer Lebensmittelvergiftung flach. Habe davor den Tag nichts zu mir genommen außer 2 Vitamin Tabletten.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker 😋 besonders die Beef Tortilla. Der Service ist sehr sympathisch, besonders die Mitarbeiterin Tina 😍 schätzen wir seit Jahren sehr.

Gute Lage, köstliche Burger, nettes Personal

No more parking spaces, burger buns that are untoasted, and the cola tastes like water. The service was okay, but the quality was terrible. What has happened to this branch? I used to really enjoy going there.

Very difficult to find, unfriendly staff, and portions are much smaller than elsewhere.

A very good branch. The food is delicious, and you can tell it's freshly prepared, like the fries, for example. The staff are all very friendly and always attentive. I noticed that the tables were always cleaned immediately after the guests left. We've eaten here several times, and even when it's very busy, we always get our food quickly, and the staff are very friendly despite the stress. The children's play area is an absolute highlight. It allows you to enjoy a coffee in peace after your meal while the children are entertained. All the staff are super nice, but I especially want to praise Tina. She's so friendly and always makes sure the guests feel comfortable. It's our favorite branch, which is why we drive all the way to Elberfeld.

Wow! The service staff was incredibly friendly. I had my hand in my mouth, and the lady was so kind as to ask if she should bring my food to the table. So thoughtful! And the food was super fresh.

I really like this Burger King. The food is always delicious, but what impresses me most is the service. In the evenings, I'm often served by a young woman from Ukraine, and she's exceptionally friendly, kind, quick, and incredibly attentive. She has such a warm, positive manner that you immediately feel comfortable. Because of her, I decided to write a review for the first time. There should be many more employees like her.

I'm really surprised. It was Saturday night and everything was freshly prepared. I've never eaten so fresh at Burger King before. Not in Cologne, Bonn, Aachen, or any other city. However, there's no parking available.

I ordered with Uber and they say the delivery will be with bugerking . I wait 30 min outside to make sure I see the delivery for nothing . Bugerking says it's delivery on time and I got nothing. Big wasted of time don't order there . Still have no refund from them after 1 day and they know they didn't delivery my meals . What a shame very disappointed.

Burger King in Whopper Valley (Wuppertal an der Aue in Elberfeld) is simply fantastic 👑🍔 A huge compliment to Tina and Jaqueline – they make all the difference. I was served by a lady named Luisa, and I would like to express my gratitude for the excellent service and attentive treatment of me as a customer with dogs. I thought dogs weren't allowed in the store, so I sat down with them outside on the wet benches. Tina came after me and dried the bench, inviting us in at the same time. Best Burger King branch I've been to so far!

I'm doing it now because this isn't the first time this has happened to me. This evening around 7:20 p.m., the driver again drove towards me on Obergrünewalder Straße, even though it's a one-way street, just because he was too lazy, too lazy, or whatever. Next time, I won't be more considerate; I might even consider tipping off the public order office or the police.
