I ordered with Uber and they say the delivery will be with bugerking . I wait 30 min outside to make sure I see the delivery for nothing . Bugerking says it's delivery on time and I got nothing. Big wasted of time don't order there . Still have no refund from them after 1 day and they know they didn't delivery my meals . What a shame very disappointed.

It was my first time there and I was overwhelmed by the friendliness and helpfulness at the drive-thru. In Leverkusen, it felt like they were shouting at you through the loudspeaker...but here: a friendly greeting, please, thank you! That's what makes you feel comfortable as a customer. I'd love to have that more often in Germany.

I haven't seen such a clean and beautifully decorated Burger King branch in northern Germany before. We were pleasantly surprised by our first impression of our visit. The food was also prepared quickly, and the food arrived hot on the tray. Other branches could definitely learn a thing or two from this!

I'd rather not give it a star at all! I was there yesterday, June 9th, around 8:40 PM and ordered a crispy chicken meal. Since then, I've been feeling extremely ill – I vomited six times throughout the night and have severe stomach upset. I strongly suspect the food was not right. Please urgently check the quality and freshness of your food, especially the meat. Possible food poisoning is no fun and can have serious health consequences. This shouldn't happen!

My family and I got a plant-based burger for dinner today and since no one was ready, a friendly member of staff, Sedut, asked us to be patient.

Everything's fine except that the drive-thru employees are usually annoyed, unmotivated, and look at you with a look of listlessness... We were once told by an employee at the drive-thru that they couldn't take two orders at the drive-thru, although another employee said it was fine the next time... If you have a friend with you, do you have to go through the drive-thru a second time to get your order?

Was then brought to the table. . The crispy burgers. I had to say that was missing too. After being at the Teke so often, I didn't want to pay for my 2nd x 20 nuggets and the 5 x Kids Nuggets menu. Request more sauce. The staff is too quickly distracted from their tasks. Since they have to process too many stations at the same time, there was a newcomer in the middle who needed help and was slightly overwhelmed with my small order (B642).
