I was served by a lady named Luisa, and I would like to express my gratitude for the excellent service and attentive treatment of me as a customer with dogs. I thought dogs weren't allowed in the store, so I sat down with them outside on the wet benches. Tina came after me and dried the bench, inviting us in at the same time. It was great that my dogs were allowed in the store. Very thoughtful of the employee. Thank you 😊

Burger King in Whopper Valley (Wuppertal an der Aue in Elberfeld) is simply fantastic 👑🍔 A huge compliment to Tina and Jaqueline – they make all the difference. Always friendly, fast, and with a smile. You immediately feel welcome, and the service is better than at some fancy restaurants. It was my first time there and I was overwhelmed by the friendliness and helpfulness at the drive-thru. In Leverkusen, it felt like they were shouting at you through the loudspeaker...but here: a friendly greeting, please, thank you! That's what makes you feel comfortable as a customer. I'd love to have that more often in Germany.

This is my absolute favorite Burger King branch, "Whoppertal." Tina always makes sure everything runs smoothly. The burgers here are always fresh, too, unlike at other branches. Thanks for the years of great service.

Fantastic chicken wings and fries

We were there on Saturday evening. The staff at the bar were very friendly, and special thanks go to the friendly Tina. We had chicken wings and a Double Whopper; everything was freshly prepared and delicious. We'd love to come back.

This evening around 7:20 p.m., the driver again drove towards me on Obergrünewalder Straße, even though it's a one-way street, just because he was too lazy, too lazy, or whatever. You rarely experience such outstanding service! The drinks were good, as always, and went perfectly with the food, but Tina's friendliness and dedication truly made my visit a highlight. I highly recommend this Burger King in Wuppertal to everyone in the world! You should eat there at least once—but preferably more often—to experience this positive experience for yourself. I haven't seen such a clean and beautifully decorated Burger King branch in northern Germany before. We were pleasantly surprised by our first impression of our visit. The food was also prepared quickly, and the food arrived hot on the tray. Other branches could definitely learn a thing or two from this!

Generally very friendly and helpful staff. The burgers and fries were perfectly fine. Unfortunately, access is difficult, especially to the drive-thru, due to construction, and parking is also almost impossible nearby.

I'd rather not give it a star at all! I was there yesterday, June 9th, around 8:40 PM and ordered a crispy chicken meal. Since then, I've been feeling extremely ill – I vomited six times throughout the night and have severe stomach upset. I strongly suspect the food was not right. Please urgently check the quality and freshness of your food, especially the meat. Possible food poisoning is no fun and can have serious health consequences. This shouldn't happen!

My family and I got a plant-based burger for dinner today and since no one was ready, a friendly member of staff, Sedut, asked us to be patient.

Everything's fine except that the drive-thru employees are usually annoyed, unmotivated, and look at you with a look of listlessness... We were once told by an employee at the drive-thru that they couldn't take two orders at the drive-thru, although another employee said it was fine the next time... If you have a friend with you, do you have to go through the drive-thru a second time to get your order?

Eating in stages If I forgot Curry Frize, we'll pass it on and then I'll see how others get Curry Frize. When I asked what happened to mine, my eyes widened and the sentence took a while. Was then brought to the table. . The crispy burgers. I had to say that was missing too. After being at the Teke so often, I didn't want to pay for my 2nd x 20 nuggets and the 5 x Kids Nuggets menu. Request more sauce. The staff is too quickly distracted from their tasks. Since they have to process too many stations at the same time, there was a newcomer in the middle who needed help and was slightly overwhelmed with my small order (B642).

Excellent Burger King because there are many favorite drinks like Cola, Fanta and Sprite but they have different flavors and you can choose any drink and flavor and when we came they also gave us a small ice cream (maybe it was a holiday, I don't know)

The nuggets were so cold, had probably been in the box for a long time and were inedible - I find the fact that they were still giving these out to customers to be an impudence. At least they were well aware of the matter and brought fresh nuggets after the complaint. Cleanliness could also be better.

Super friendly staff. Sedat, in particular, always has a smile and, when time permits, checks whether everything is clean. The food was hot and tasted as usual. The store itself was clean, except for the drinks machines. Unfortunately, I discovered that these always look heavily used. I would like to see an improvement in cleanliness here. Hence a point deducted. The order boards are positive. I think it's great that you can customize your menu directly.

Simply great from the coffee cake lunch daily grill. Clean, certainly nice. Good activity options for young people in the evenings too. Service all around. Very polite and respectful treatment. Prices ok, hope it stays that way.

Very tasty food, friendly staff and the atmosphere is good and the ambience too, only you can't do anything on the tablets that are next to you, you can only see the offers, that would be my first tip, the second tip is no longer an option to donate to Israel. 😉
