McDonald's in Wuppertal

The Chicken Mc Nuggets were missing. But it was only noticed when I got home. 5 euros for nothing.

I'm no longer happy with our MC. Long waiting time. Food cold. Not correct or not complete, plus the price is not cheap. We're now thinking three times about whether we should eat something else.

We had breakfast here at 9 a.m. A small and cozy location. Everything was clean. I took the café to the square and breakfast was brought to us. MC Chicken Muffin and the MCWrap scrambled eggs and cheese were delicious. We were satisfied.

It's not really the ambience that bothered me, but rather the disgustingly greasy floor in the guest area. This branch has been shrinking more and more in recent years. About the food and service... Mäc's just...

It's clean here and you feel comfortable.

How many points should you award for fast food from the system restaurant? With the best will in the world, more than 2 is not possible. But compared to similar restaurants, this branch is in no way inferior to the others.

Tables were not cleaned properly, or not at all in several places. Toilets are dirty as always. Unfortunately it's up to the guests, but the food is good and the staff is friendly.

To take away we ordered 2 Mcflurry, a double choc bag and 3 cheeseburgers. First of all, the onions were simply missing from the burgers. Well, not quite as dramatic. But the 2 Mcflurry were so empty, it was more like McSunday for the price of 5 McSunday!!! I've never had so little ice cream in a McFlurry. Then the sauce was put in first? In addition, the waitress didn't even greet you. I am very disappointed especially with the McFlurry!!!

I was horrified! All the tables were so dirty that I asked an employee to clean them, she only came and cleaned my table with a dirty rag, but all the other tables remained so dirty that other guests were worried about their health. My question is where to stay the authorities who put an end to it there? Who takes responsibility? Or does the Ronsdorf Küngel ensure that such conditions exist there.

Food ok, unfortunately quite unfriendly

I had, because I was ill, tried out the branch's delivery service and paid about €55 for the order online. After delivery we discovered that ordered goods worth €15.27 were missing. We called the branch to complain. The employee on the phone told us she couldn't find the order. We should deal with the delivery service. The delivery service brought a sealed bag! Yes, it wasn't the first time that goods that had been paid for were not found in the bag at home.

After returning from Spain, we had breakfast here at 8 a.m. and were served very well. The children all received a small present and this made the rest of the return journey easier to complete.

Employees super friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately one star less because it could be clean.

It was full and the staff was completely overwhelmed. Almost every order was incorrect, including ours. The burgers are flat, the fries are already lukewarm at the counter. We fled from the terrible atmosphere because we didn't want to eat.

It's just McDonald's, the food is the same everywhere. BUT: I used to love going there. Since Mces has increased the prices so much that I can easily get better burgers in a restaurant with my wife for the same price, I have been boycotting the golden M. Of course this branch can't do anything about it, they have to adapt. So I can only say that when I went there I was always satisfied. The staff was nice and accommodating, the drive in was processed quickly and all in all it was good.

We have many McDonald's in the area but the one in Wuppertal Ronsdorf is by far the best. Really friendly staff and the things taste best here.

I have no idea whether this superwoman was thinking somewhere else yesterday, but I thought filling a Mc Flurry 1/3 full for €3.99 was a disgrace, and I also ordered a chocolate shake without any extras, and she made it 3 times with chocolate sauce and weighted down I still have to decide. Staff is unfriendly and this is a permanent situation. Look at the fries, they were refilled after a complaint. Absolutely abysmal….

Drive in or food in front is not just for young people

It has been a restaurant run by McPrünte for some time. They are always great in terms of ambience and service. This store is great too. Only the HäGeubdstück is a little too small for McDonalds. Parking is difficult and stay is not so comfortable when there is a lot going on.

Unfortunately it's very, very small, which is probably why it's so full. The service and food was OK.

Unfortunately, you don't always take the time to check the goods in the queue, as the queue is very long, especially at peak times. But you should definitely do that! The last order was again missing a burger and the McRib looked as if there was only sauce on the burger and no meat. The boxes were already soggy and the sauce was leaking everywhere. A complaint about the McDonald's app went nowhere. No response, not a word of apology. This branch will definitely no longer be served.

Unfortunately, orders can only be placed on the screen. The rest was just normal MC Donald S The children want to go, it's too bad for me now.

We were there on Sunday, there was a car in front of us. We told the employee that we wanted 2 Caramel Frappè, after asking the employee 3 times we thought he understood. At home it turned out that we got a chocolate milkshake with caramel. I think the staff should be trained.

We were out and about and had a snack here. Friendly service and the facility is in a really clean condition, as are the sanitary facilities.

The toilets were in very poor condition. The staff was very friendly and the burger was delicious.

The floor was very sticky. Otherwise it was as expected.

While in transit, I paid for food via PayPal and hopped in and took it with me. At first glance it was okay. But then we noticed that there was neither milkshake nor cola as ordered and paid for. Annoyingly, I only noticed it on the highway. Since the children have to go home and go to bed, turning over is not an option, and no one is answering the phone. I'm extremely annoyed! It's not that difficult to work through a packing list.

Unfortunately there is no breakfast offer, but the staff are extremely friendly and the rooms are clean… and easy to reach. Update: There is now also a breakfast option here. The coffee is even served in cups and so the breakfast here is quite nice…

McDonald's manages to drastically reduce calories... 😡 It's sad to get an ice cream that in no way corresponds to the promised quality in the original photo from Mc. Donald's corresponds. For me there is no more ice cream there if I get something like that there, this kind of tricking a customer out of their money is not what I would expect from a good restaurant...

I bought the McMenu specifically because of the glasses. On the machine it even said that they were available. I still didn't get any when I spoke to the employee and the McRib didn't care. The McRib has never been so bad and the tables don't seem to be cleaned either

One of the bad branches of McDonald's. For 3 cheeseburgers you have to go 10 minutes. Waiting even though there are no customers... The tables are not cleaned. The service staff is not the friendliest.

Definitely been to this branch for the last time yesterday!! Every time something or even a few things are missing, now we always check things - well, unfortunately we didn't look in the happy meal yesterday and lo and behold, of course there were NO toys in it again - at home we had pretty sad children's eyes! The hamburgers we got had probably been lying around for some time - they were dry and hard! McDonald's hasn't been what it used to be for a long time... and we don't even want to talk about this branch! If I worked like that...

Ordered online May 7, 2024 at 12:15 p.m. (should take 30-45 minutes). It's now 1:55 p.m. and still no delivery. I can't be reached by phone because it goes straight to voicemail.

Unfortunately, everything is more expensive at mcd too. So we looked for an alternative and found it. Furthermore, it bothers us especially young people who just leave their rubbish there. No education was received??? And if children play, that's ok... but shouting and around the tables run. This is supposed to be our new leadership elite? Help....and now daddy and mommy can complain....

Clean, friendly staff, food standard and prepared quickly. All in all, ok.

I ordered plant-based nuggets, received plant-based packaging and there were normal nuggets in it, i.e. meat. When I went to the employees they said: “Oh, that’s meat, haha, wait, I’ll give you other ones.” . Even though mistakes can happen, that shouldn't happen in this case. There wasn't even an apology or anything. I'm beyond angry and disappointed. Catastrophic behavior.

I made a quick stop here in the morning at this branch and I can only advise you not to go in here.🤨 The service and friendliness of the staff leave a lot to be desired and what can I tell you, the cleanliness is the same here. So you really don't want or need a branch like this, I'm sorry, but I don't understand that and this in a restaurant with these prices where people eat and drink.🤬 There are several employees present and no one is able to to clean (keep) the restaurant and the toilet. I don't think there has been any real cleaning here for a long time. So that really can be better.😏

Absolute disaster! Service terrible! The management had to tell their employees to help because I asked with a child in my arms whether everything could be put on a tablet...they were totally annoyed and stressed. It's not my problem if you can't even enter a few numbers into the computer and have the things picked up properly! There were also two doors open outside. Once directly to the street, once directly to the parking lot. The door to the parking lot was set up with a fat flower bucket, so that we with small children had to worry that our children would not be run over by the car. When I told an employee that he should please close the gate behind him, which faced the street, I was laughed at and ignored. Then I did it myself!!!! Something like that in the outside area where children play. I find it more than negligent. I won't come to you anymore. By the way, food was disgusting too. Burger cold, lettuce wilted!

We actually always drove here specifically because everything went smoothly. But today was absolutely disappointing. All 4 self-ordering terminals had quirks and barely worked. Everything was canceled for me shortly before the end, but I couldn't redeem points and vouchers again. Should then order on your cell phone. Of course, that didn't work without problems. Apparently you can only order a bigmc menu in the morning?! I've definitely lost my hunger with all this back and forth.

Bad service and annoyed employees. Toilet was apparently broken. My little daughter urgently needed to go to the toilet. It's unreasonable to take a break on a long journey and not be able to go to the toilet. The ice machine didn't work either and instead of serving me coffee in a cup, they tried to give me a paper cup because apparently the dishwasher was also out of order. And the coffee didn't taste good at all, I left half of it there. Absolute disaster shop!!! Never again!!!!

I had a Big Tasty Bacon Raclette burger for over €7 or so and unfortunately I didn't like it at all and it was only lukewarm

Das Essen war heiß und lecker. So wie man es erwartet. Wir hatten mit zwei Bedienungen zu tun. Eine war sehr freundlich und der andere war etwas mürrisch. Bei ihm ist noch Luft nach oben. Aber es ist für uns eine der besten McDonald's Filialen.

Personal wie immer total unmotiviert und definitiv nicht für den Kundenkontakt geeignet. Ich dachte mir trotzdem das ich mal den Hype um den neuen Crispy Chicken folge leiste und probiere ihn mal. Eine Unverschämtheit was man da geboten bekommt. Das Patty ist nur halb so groß wie die kleine Brot selbst. Das Brot an sich total verbrannt und trocken wie die Sahara. Salat älter als das erste Nokia und die Pommes schlaffer als ihr wisst schon was. Tut mir leid aber irgendwann ist der Bogen überspannt.

Wir sind sehr gerne dort. Die Burger waren frisch zubereitet. Wir kennen es auch anders bei anderen Filialen.

Wie gewohnt McDonald's. Man weiß was man bekommt und es schmeckt meistens gut. Qualität wie immer. Service in diesem McDonald's ist gut. Manchmal ziemlich voll aber die Bearbeitungszeit ist besser geworden im Vergleich zur Vergangenheit.

Eigentlich einer meiner Lieblings McDonalds aber seit Wochen bekommt man dort keinen Milchshake mehr. Was soll man mit den Coupons anfangen wenn man sie hier nicht mal einsetzen kann.

Wieder enttäuscht… Shakes haben wir nicht! - tolle Aussage. Personal am Kassenschalter hat weniger Lust als Schalke auf die erste Liga….

Bei meinem kürzlichen Besuch bei McDonald's fand ich die Servicequalität durchaus akzeptabel. Das Personal war nicht übermäßig kommunikativ, zeigte sich aber dennoch professionell und keineswegs unfreundlich, es könnte aber besser sein. Das Essen traf genau das, was man bei McDonald's erwarten würde – nicht herausragend, aber durchaus zufriedenstellend und definitiv besser als bei manch anderen Filialen der Kette. Die Einrichtung entsprach dem typischen McDonald's-Stil, funktional und auf hohen Kundendurchlauf ausgelegt, was die Räumlichkeiten zeitweise etwas beengt erscheinen ließ. Insgesamt bot das Restaurant genau das, was man von einem Besuch bei dieser Fast-Food-Kette erwartet.

Bester McDonald's seit langem. Wir hatten letztens die schlechteste McDonald's Erfahrung in Wermelskirchen.. Das hier ist das exakte Gegenteil. Total entspannte Atmosphäre, alles sauber, draußen chillige gepolsterte Sitzecken.. Unsere Kleinste hat geweint, da kam ungefragt eine Mitarbeiterin und hat ihr kleine Geschenke gemacht, und sie tatsächlich umgestimmt 👌 Essen war auch frisch zubereitet. Empfehlenswert!

Essen war ok. Mitarbeiter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Essen war schnell fertig. Wir saßen draußen, Tisch war sauber und die Kinder konnten nach dem essen noch etwas auf dem kletter Turm spielen.

War alles so weit in Ordnung. Auf jeden Fall in allen Belangen besser als in Remscheid. Schneller Service, die Bestellung war vollständig. Das einzige was zu bemängeln war, die Pommes waren nicht gar.

...mir fehlte etwas Geld zum Cappuccino. Ich habe dann einen Kaffee bestellt und trotzdem Cappuccino bekommen. Mega aufmerksam, mega nett, rührender Moment. Einfach gut...

Ist sehr Schade das mann Gutscheine hat und Trotzdem die App Runterladen muss und das Menü nur 1 mal Bekommt wenn man nicht auf einem 2 Handy die App hat es Reicht doch schon das ihr diese Bestell Terminals Aufgebaut habt Kundenfreundlichkeit sieht bei mir anders aus! Will aber Ausdrücklich Betonen das das Servicepersonal nichts dafür kann sind immer Freundlich!

Was soll man sagen. Mc Donalds‘s halt. Aber Ronsdorf ist schwierig. Ich kann sagen das wir über durchschnittlich viel im Monat dort essen. Von 10 Bestellungen sind 7 falsch und das seit Jahren. Qualität entspricht dem was man von Mc Donalds‘s kennt. Mc Drive mit nur einem Auto vor, teilweise 20 Min Wartezeit. Ambiente geht so. Nicht sehr modern.

Typischer McDonald‘s. Ich war dort, weil wir staubbedingt nicht rechtzeitig zuhause waren und ich noch eine Video-Telko hatte. Das freie Internet hat gut funktioniert. Draußen konnte man gemütlich sitzen. Zum Essen gehe ich normalerweise nicht zu McDonald‘s. Das war nur eine Notlösung. 😉

Burger ohne Fleisch... wat soll ich sagen, Burger ohne Fleisch, also nix, kein party. Veganes wäre ja auch ok aber n Burger ohne rauszugeben ist Betrug

Alles super gewesen. Super schnell war das Essen fertig und die Kids hatten spass am Tisch mit dem Spiel.

Ehrlich gesagt alles genauso wie in vielen anderen Filialen auch. Alles sauber und Personal nett.

Um längen besser als Haan Ost. Essen wurde just in Time zubereitet. Heiß, schnell und lecker.

Wie jeder Mc auch. Essen für den kleinen Hunger zwischendurch in Ordnung. Hat was gedauert bis es fertig war. Dafür Essen gut heiß. (hab ich auch schon anders erlebt) Pommes hätten was mehr Salz haben können.

Leute, schon wieder ein Teil zu wenig in der Tüte ‼️ Und zum x-ten mal, Feuchttücher gehören in die Tüte ‼️ 2 MC Rib und wieder einmal kein Feuchttuch dabei. Kasse wie immer sehr sehr freundlich.
