McDonald's in Wuppertal

I came to eat outside, but all the tables were dirty, except for two or three. When I found a more or less clean place, there was also a dirty table there. I went up to the employee and asked to wipe the table or give me a rag, but I was sent away rather rudely, saying that I could sit at another place.. the day was ruined. Not the first time! THANKS

By far the worst McDonald's. Often, something is forgotten in the order (burger, dip, etc.), which is annoying. The employees don't seem particularly motivated. Burgers are sometimes scattered in the packaging. Update from August 20, 2025 Another burger was forgotten today, which is the third time in a row that the unmotivated employees have been charged €15 more.

We use McDonald's, some of which are located throughout Germany, and occasionally, out of necessity, in Europe. Of the approximately 45 different McDonald's locations I've visited so far, this one is by far the dirtiest. The tables are always slimy, and there's often mayonnaise, ketchup, lettuce leaves, and French fries on the benches. The tray return carts are always full to the brim, and no one feels compelled to clean them. Unfortunately, we've noticed this several times. The food is, as always, McDonald's quality, everything is good.

The outdoor area is really nicely designed. There are proper garden furniture with umbrellas and tables. The food is about 50/50. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's not so good. It depends on the time of day, the workload, and the staff's motivation. The breakfast and coffee have always been very good so far. Unfortunately, things are often forgotten when ordering, sometimes entire burgers, which is really annoying when the price is over €5. Additionally, more attention should be paid to hygiene and cleanliness. The restrooms, both indoors and outdoors, often look like shit.

My order wasn't complete. When I went back to the staff to complain about the whole thing, they told me that I had only ordered that. But that wasn't true, according to the app. They definitely gave me too little. Insight – zero.

Unfortunately the staff complains when you order things via table service, sorry but if there is that option in the app then I use it too, unfortunately there isn't much you can do as a customer.

People always press "ready" even though their order is far from ready for pickup. I've seen this happen several times. 👎 And when it's a bit busier, the wait times are often too long.

A typical McDonald's with the familiar standard menu. Generally, there's little to complain about, except for the ordering terminals, which are a real nuisance. They often respond very slowly, and inputs are sometimes only recognized after a long delay or even canceled completely. This makes using the store extremely frustrating and almost impossible at times.

Very crowded, waiting time of over 25 minutes for one Happy Meal and two set meals. Staff were very unfriendly. While waiting, several customers complained that their orders were incomplete. The food was only lukewarm.

By far the worst McDonald's in the area. Service is very slow and inaccurate. Sometimes orders are forgotten. As soon as the store gets a little busier, you'll be waiting 30-45 minutes for your meal. "Fast food" definitely loses its meaning in this branch... never again!

An order from Lieferando was initially accepted, only to be canceled after 23 minutes! A refund for the order I've already paid for? Within the next 3 working days. Service doesn't deserve the word "service"!

Picked up food to take home (travel time approx. 5/10 mins). Fries were unsalted and soggy. Burgers were carelessly slapped together and the meat was so dry that you couldn't swallow it without a drink. The salad was wilted and not cut at all. Ordered a Chicken Big Mac, among other things, and the bag contained chicken wings in a box. This made me even more annoyed at the enormous price, as they didn't even pack the right food and everything tasted awful. The shift managers and/or branch managers should pay more attention to everything here. McD's has finished for us here in Ronsdorf. 1 star so that a review can be written. Otherwise it would be 0.

McDonald's is always a great mood for the whole family! Children are delighted with the Happy Meal, especially pleased with the large selection of toys - each time something new and interesting. And we, as usual, take burgers, coffee and, of course, ice cream - it is simply incredibly delicious here! Who doesn't love McDonald's? It seems that everyone loves it - both children and adults. Thank you for the consistent quality and pleasant atmosphere!

We went there for breakfast in the morning, and it was like being in a restaurant. The service was very attentive, bringing the food to our table. There were even fresh roses on the table. I've never seen anything like it at a McDonald's before. Beautiful.

When high-ranking managers arrive, there are plenty of employees who just stand around, but at 12 noon, one person stands alone at the counter and the drive-thru. And the store is packed. The kiosk is empty of paper, and the loud beeping doesn't encourage relaxation. It's been going on for 15 minutes.

This is not your first time coming here and every time you come across a rude employee who ruins your whole impression of McDonald's.

I went to McDonald's for the first time in years because my kids really wanted to go. I haven't eaten that stuff for a long time. And not at the competition either. It's just not nutritious. You pay a lot and leave hungry. A Royal Cheese looks really appealing and big in the picture. The real product looks like it was slapped together and is barely bigger than a regular cheeseburger. The thing actually costs over 5 euros without a meal. Unbelievable. An iced coffee hardly tastes of coffee and consists mainly of basic soft serve. I was really annoyed afterward. Next time I'll go back to the good old chip shop if I have to have fast food.

In comparison a very good MC Donalds 👍

Many McDonald's branches lack charm... but this one is different. The employees are accommodating and friendly. It can get crowded on weekends, which speaks volumes about its popularity... They now also offer breakfast. The coffee is even served in cups, so breakfast here is quite pleasant...

You come in, look forward to eating - and first stumble across empty trays, leftover chips and the hope of finding a free, clean spot somewhere. Spoiler: Hardly any. The food is still warm, but your appetite evaporates a bit when you see the next table being cleaned with a rag that itself urgently needs cleaning. The leftover lettuce then ends up generously on the floor - fits in with the overall picture. The staff seems nice, but completely overwhelmed, and the ambience could be really nice if someone would... well... take care of it. Conclusion: OK as a drive-in. Indoors only if you have disinfectant wipes and good nerves with you.

Mc Drive employees unfriendly, often wrong products or missing products. Not just once, but very, very often. If we had an alternative, I would rather go somewhere else.

On Saturday we ordered a Minecraft menu with a burger without cheese (lactose intolerance) to take away. When we got home we discovered that the burger was made with cheese. After two attempts to call, I reached the manager of the branch and she apologized and asked me to come by again and we got a menu for free. After consulting with her, I went there today 2 days later and received a complete menu as compensation without any problems, as promised. This is how service should be done and how you retain your customers. We like driving the route from Lennep to Ronsdorf because the MC is always friendly, clean and accommodating. The complete opposite of the Remscheid finale. The taste is just MC quality, but still better than in other MC branches ;)

Here you have to check every order. If you don't do that, something is immediately missing. The one time I got a chicken burger that was missing a bun. Each time, 1-3 parts are generally forgotten. Then you get a Minecraft box without a figure... I have no idea how you could forget something like that.

The terminals only work with very, very strong pressure. It feels so strong that the window almost breaks or the terminal falls over. The people are simply thrown together and have to be put back together properly before eating. There are still far too few parking spaces. But the staff serving are very friendly and helpful (despite the stress of the many orders).

It's not what it used to be. I've been there twice with the kids in the last 2 weeks, it's getting worse day by day. The employees are completely overwhelmed, something is missing from the order every time and the food is sometimes very cold, unsalted and old. The tray cart was so full on both visits that I didn't know where to put my tray. The women's toilet was smeared with urine and feces on both visits. The tables are all dirty, sticky and greasy. There is definitely a lack of staff and structure. With a few exceptions (2 male employees and the nice lady who is usually at the checkout), all employees are very harsh in their tone towards each other and also towards the customers. I understand that the job is stressful, but as a friendly guest I am not your enemy, just change your tone. Too bad!

Ordered takeaway via the app... Some ingredients were missing from the castles, one burger was squashed and some was cold... I liked being here back then but this time was the last time

We have ordered takeout there twice in the last 7 days. We made the mistake the first time we ordered and didn't look carefully into the bag again. Unfortunately, you really have to check this carefully at the branch. This time was really bitter because there was almost a complete MC menu missing, including the Big Rösti. For 12.99 you only got the drink (not even Fanta was in stock), the portion of fries and the nuggets. Sauce, mayonnaise and burger were missing. The second menu was “only” missing the nuggets. When we ordered the second time yesterday we took a special look into the bags. Nevertheless, a portion of large fries was missing here too. How can it happen that so much is missing every time? And certainly not just in our case! All the fun is too expensive for that! We won't give the branch another chance because little things had been forgotten in the past. But not packing a Big Rösti, which was supposed to be prepared especially for the order, is a big deal.

You can be 95% sure that something is always missing when you order via the drive-in counter. It is therefore best to always check the correct contents when accepting the order. Unfortunately, the tables inside are always very dirty. Therefore not the McDonald's of our choice.

Incredibly bad!!!!! Really all the dishes were cold. The Happy Meal's hamburger only had a dollop of sauce on it and the top bun looked like it had been bitten off. Even for fast food it's underground. Unfortunately you can't post pictures.

Was there at 11:55 p.m. Door was already locked. Lighting is completely on everywhere but no one can be seen. When I say open until 12:30 a.m. I really mean something different.

After a very, very long time, I was at McDonalds again and only at the drive-in counter. The service was very friendly and also very quick. I found the burger relatively small for the price. The taste was okay (in this case Hamburger Royal TS) but nothing special. In my opinion, it tasted much better before. Maybe fewer and cheaper ingredients are now used. The burger 🍔 is enough for the next few years.

You are simply left standing at the checkout without being served. There is so much food lying around on the floor that it can feed a large family. Employees cough into their hands and are serving at the same time. Hygiene is zero in this branch!! This branch is not recommended.

Seldom seen such an incompetent team. This is the second time that half the order has been forgotten. Because the delivery was via UberEats and the driver can't help you, you can now have to deal with them. Everyone who enters this store should carefully check their order, especially if they are in the drive. Lots of screens and displays don't help if you can't put a burger in a paper bag. Just ordered and curious to see if anything is missing. Unfortunately it was like that the last 3 times. Whether delivered or at the drive in... We had breakfast here at 9 a.m. A small and cozy location. Everything was clean. I took the café to the square and breakfast was brought to us. MC Chicken Muffin and the MCWrap scrambled eggs and cheese were delicious. We were satisfied.

How many points should you award for fast food from the system restaurant? With the best will in the world, more than 2 is not possible. But compared to similar restaurants, this branch is in no way inferior to the others.

Tables were not cleaned properly, or not at all in several places. Toilets are dirty as always. Unfortunately it's up to the guests, but the food is good and the staff is friendly.

To take away we ordered 2 Mcflurry, a double choc bag and 3 cheeseburgers. First of all, the onions were simply missing from the burgers. Well, not quite as dramatic. But the 2 Mcflurry were so empty, it was more like McSunday for the price of 5 McSunday!!! I've never had so little ice cream in a McFlurry. Then the sauce was put in first? In addition, the waitress didn't even greet you. I am very disappointed especially with the McFlurry!!!

All the tables were so dirty that I asked an employee to clean them, she only came and cleaned my table with a dirty rag, but all the other tables remained so dirty that other guests were worried about their health. I had, because I was ill, tried out the branch's delivery service and paid about €55 for the order online. After delivery we discovered that ordered goods worth €15.27 were missing. We called the branch to complain. The employee on the phone told us she couldn't find the order. We should deal with the delivery service. The delivery service brought a sealed bag! Yes, it wasn't the first time that goods that had been paid for were not found in the bag at home.

After returning from Spain, we had breakfast here at 8 a.m. and were served very well. The children all received a small present and this made the rest of the return journey easier to complete.

It's just McDonald's, the food is the same everywhere. BUT: I used to love going there. Since Mces has increased the prices so much that I can easily get better burgers in a restaurant with my wife for the same price, I have been boycotting the golden M. Of course this branch can't do anything about it, they have to adapt. So I can only say that when I went there I was always satisfied. The staff was nice and accommodating, the drive in was processed quickly and all in all it was good.

Unfortunately it's very, very small, which is probably why it's so full. The service and food was OK.

It has been a restaurant run by McPrünte for some time. They are always great in terms of ambience and service. This store is great too. Only the HäGeubdstück is a little too small for McDonalds. Parking is difficult and stay is not so comfortable when there is a lot going on.

The last order was again missing a burger and the McRib looked as if there was only sauce on the burger and no meat. The boxes were already soggy and the sauce was leaking everywhere. A complaint about the McDonald's app went nowhere. No response, not a word of apology. This branch will definitely no longer be served.
