McDonald's in Wuppertal

Leider musste ich den Laden auch wieder ohne essen verlassen - da der Mitarbeiter an der Kasse Leider kein Wort deutsch verstanden hat ... und ich so meine Bestellung nicht bezahlen konnte - weil der "Bestellautomat" den kassenbon nicht gedruckt hat und er mich eben abolut nicht verstanden hat was das problem war.

Leider Bestellungen vergessen einzupacken. Ärgerlich. Ohne Bestellung zu prüfen sollte man nicht fahren.

Könnte morgens ruhig schon um 6.30 öffnen

klassischer McDonald’s mit einer Terrasse draußen und einer Kinderrutsche. Alles ist praktisch, sauber und angenehm. Ein guter Ort für eine kurze Pause oder einen Besuch mit Kindern

Ein großes Kompliment für den Service von Alexandra S. Ich wurde einige Male von ihr bedient und bin abgesehen von ihrer gepflegten Erscheinung auch von ihrem (Gast)freundlichem und gastorientiertem Auftreten immer überzeugt.

Essen ist typisch McDonald's, aber mit extrem langen Wartezeiten von über 40 min!

Leider, muss ich hier eine schlechte Bewertung abgeben. Wir waren letztens mit unseren Kindern dort und wollten zwei Latte Macchiato Milchshakes haben und zwei Milchshakes, von der Mario Serie. Dabei wurden die Becher vertauscht. Unsere Kinder bekamen Latte Macchiato Milchshake, in den Mario Becher, und wir Erwachsenen bekamen einen blauen Milchshake in einem normalen Becher, und diese wurden uns auch so ausgehändigt. Somit haben unsere Kinder Kaffee getrunken. Was natürlich überhaupt nicht geht. Der Service lässt stark zu wünschen übrig! Nach der Beschwerde bekamen wir alle nur noch einen Vanille Milchshake! Schade!

Haben gerade ein McSundae mit Karamellsosse geholt . Leider wird der Inhalt auch immer weniger . Von der Soße kaum was drin . Echt schade

Mitarbeiter unterhalten sich ewig lang, ignorieren dabei mehrere Kunden und laufen kauend durch den Gastrobereich. Um die Zeiten im System einzuhalten, werden die abzuholenden Bestellungen einfach auf fertig gesetzt, obwohl sie es nich sind. Mein einfaches Menü ohne Extrawünsche war nach 14 Minuten fertig...

Der Service ist sehr langsam auf den Beinen und die Arbeiter an der Kasse können teilweise nicht so gut Deutsch sprechen oder verstehen nur die Hälfte und sagen nur ja zu allem und die Bestellung ist oft falsch bzw es fehlen oft Sachen die man eigentlich bezahlt hat

Sauber, freundlich und wirklich frisch zubereitet. So stelle ich es mir vor.

Sehr ekelig habe kakalaken gesehen neben der fritöse und majo vergessen sie auch immer mit zu geben sehr unfreundlich und unhygienisch

Super schlechter service, über lieferando bestellt, stand : Lieferung angekommen. Aber das essen nicht da. Wir rufen mc donalds an, irgendein Mitarbeiter der kaum deutsch spricht und sagt“ ja lieferung nicht angekommen“ und legt auf. Wie inkompetent kann man sein ? Zudem nach mehrfachen anrufens geht keiner ans Telefon 😂 unglaublich dieser Laden. Die sollten mal Mitarbeiter einstellen die kompetent sind

Eure automaten gehen garnicht klar, 10s Reaktionszeit

Heute, am 23.02.2026, vor etwa einer Stunde, war ich im Drive-In und habe einen Pfefferminztee und eine Cola bestellt. Nach ungefähr 4 km Fahrt habe ich bemerkt, dass ich nur heißes Wasser ohne Teebeutel bekommen habe. Das ist wirklich enttäuschend. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt war ich bereits zu weit entfernt, um zurückzufahren. Im Endeffekt habe ich also für heißes Wasser bezahlt, weil die Mitarbeiter ihre Arbeit nicht richtig gemacht haben. So etwas sollte nicht passieren. Ich hoffe, dass in Zukunft besser darauf geachtet wird.

An für sich gehe ich gerne in diese Filliale, heute hat der Mitarbeiter meine Nummer aufgerufen und diese direkt wieder gelöscht. Nach etwaigen Minuten habe ich den Mitarbeiter gefragt was denn mit meiner Bestellung sei, da ich diese ja schon seit längeren in der Sammelbox beobachten konnte daraufhin sagte er mir meine Bestellung wäre nicht mehr auf seinem Display und somit abgearbeitet. Mein Fazit: ich musste ihm seinen Fehler erklären und mittels meines Kassenbons nachweisen was ich bestellt habe. Am Ende erhielt ich meine Bestellung lauwarm und mit Produkten welche ich garnicht bestellt habe.

Der Navigator hatte mir jedoch den falschen Eingang genannt, vielleicht weil der Ort umgezogen war?

Nicht ohne Grund sind die letzten Bewertungen so , wir wohnen in der nahe und unsere Tochter mochte mal zwischen durch hin aber ab jetzt wird lieber weiter gefahren …. Jeder M ist besser als der in Ronsdorf egal um was es geht essen Sauberkeit Bedienung …

Den Laden zu verlassen ohne in die Tüte zu schauen ob das was fehlt ist notwendig und richtig. So ziemlich jedesmal wenn man dort ist fehlt etwas ob kleine Bestellung oder für mehrere Mann. Heute fehlte Wortwörtlich meine halbe Bestellung die im wert von 45 Euro war. Ich verstehe das dies ab und zu passieren kann und jeder mal Fehler macht aber es geht kaum eine Bestellung raus ohne das was fehlt. Sehr schlechter Service aber leider die einzige Filiale in der Nähe

Essen kalt Kakao 3 mal zurück gegeben und alle schmecken nach Wasser

Ich habe mir den Big Gouda und ein McVeggie TS bestellt und was habe ich bekommen? Wohl den neusten McDior Sauvage. Beide sind im Müll gelandet weil die Burger nach Parfum gerochen UND geschmeckt haben. Außerdem wurde es nicht berücksichtigt das ich den Big Gouda ohne Gurken wollte. Stand drauf, war aber was anderes drin.

Bin wirklich sauer! Ich habe anstatt eines vegetarischen patties einen normalen bekommen. Die sehen ja nicht mal mehr gleich aus, was ich nicht wusste und erst am Ende gemerkt habe. Wirklich wie kann man so wenig Respekt vor Menschen haben die kein Fleisch essen! Am besten mal vernünftiges Personal einstellen die vegetarisch und Fleisch unterscheiden können

Fehler sind bekanntermaßen menschlich. Aber der McDonald's in Ronsdorf schafft es wiederholt strukturell zu versagen. Wenn man einen Veggie-Burger bestellt und dann festellt, dass es sich um einen Royal TS handelt, kann wie gesagt passieren, auch wenn der Ärger dann Zuhause groß ist. Dass man allerdings fast jedesmal die Nuggets (egal ob Veggie oder "echt" meistens aber Veggie, ) zu einem Stein frittiert ist auf Dauer definitiv ein strukturelles Problem. D.h. eine Person aus unserem Haushalt saß dann da mit zwei Portionen versteinerten Veggie-Nuggets (wahrscheinlich weil wiederholt frittiert um nicht wegzuwerfen) und einem Burger mit Fleisch und das obwohl explizit der neue Veggie-TS bestellt worden war (also gerade bei der Einführung von neuen Produkten sollte man besonders aufmerksam sein). Natürlich ist noch erwähnenswert, dass auch der andere Teil der Bestellung anscheinend schon kalt in die Tüte kam, denn nach einer fünfminütigen Fahrt (mit voll aufgedrehter Heizung) war das Essen Zuhause bestens noch lauwarm. Ja, natürlich sollte man seine Bestellung prüfen, aber gerade bei großen Bestellungen ist das bei einer Abholung im Laden auch logistisch nicht immer ohne weiteres möglich. Man vertraut auf den standardisierten Prozess (bei einer, wie uns natürlich allen bewusst ist, maximal mittelmäßigen Ware). Wenn diese standardisierten Prozesse aber wiederholt nicht zum gewünschten Ergebnis führen, verliert diese Systemgastronomie ihren Zweck. Wir werden den Ronsdorfer McDonald's in Zukunft meiden.

Wir waren kurz vor Weihnachten hier mit unseren Auto zu Gast.Die Einfahrt ist sehr ungünstig geplant worden von den Erbauer.Man muss durch eine Einbahnstrasse und das falsch herum.Nur so gelangt man hierein.der Mc.Fisch war ungeniessbar weil das Brötchen Knochenhart.Wir kommen nichtmehr hierhin.

Ich hatte einen kalten Burger und die Bedienung war eine Katastrophe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Nie wieder und wird auch gerade in den Medien geteilt!!!

Immer wieder gerne, egal wo auf der Welt. Der Vorteil ist, dass es überall gleich satt macht. Gut, hier der Laden ist etwas klein,aber das liegt nunmal an der Ortslage..

Leider einer der schlechtesten mcdonalds im tal. Das Essen ist fast immer Geschmacklos, das Fleisch schmeckt wie Pappe. Meistens viel zu wenig Soße auf der Burgern

Die Qualität des Essens kann ich leider nicht beurteilen, denn wir haben dort keines bekommen. Nach etwas über 30 Minuten Wartezeit sind wir unverrichteter Dinge wieder gefahren, nachdem viele Kunden, die ihre Bestellung weit nach uns aufgegeben hatten, ihr Essen erhielten. Ja, der Laden war voll, aber es gab auch keine Reaktion auf die zwischenzeitliche Nachfrage, ob man uns vergessen habe. Fazit: Ab nach Remscheid, da hatte man die Bestellung in 6 Minuten fertig.

Die Filiale ist zum heulen, nachdem wir eine halbe Stunde gewartet hatten, ohne dass jemand unsere Bestellung bearbeitet hat, haben wir die Lust verloren und mir mein Geld zurück geholt. Danke für die Lebenszeitverschwendung.

I've been here several times now, and every time it's the same: extremely long waits – you stand or sit for what feels like 10-20 minutes until the food finally arrives. And when it finally arrives, there's almost always something wrong: the wrong drink, missing fries, or a completely different burger. For such a well-known place, you'd expect orders to be processed correctly and quickly. Unfortunately, that's never the case here. Very disorganized and chaotic – a real shame!

Menu was available to order via terminal but sold out, the shop was really dirty…tables were sticking, food on the floor see pictures, and that was not all

One employee makes so many mistakes and is so rude that the overall service rating suffers. He always forgets something or packs the wrong thing. Not just for me, but also for several others while I'm waiting. And if you politely point out that something's missing, he immediately becomes rude and bitchy. What a shame.

We last bought something from this store: Large fries and 6 chicken nuggets to go. Unfortunately, we noticed too late, as we were already back in the car: instead of 6, we were offered 5 chicken nuggets for the price of 6, and the fries were only the size of a medium fries.

Well, when you go to a restaurant with the Golden M, you get what you expect. Okay, the last time I visited such an establishment, the custom was still to order at the cash register and pay with cash. Ordering on the touchscreen is fine. If only those things weren't so sluggish! The new "Philly Hacksteak" burger is good. No overpowering sauces, a tasty amount of onions, and plenty of cheese. Very tasty.

Horrible store. Very poor service and customer service. Very long wait times even though the store is empty. Cold food because it's prepared and then left on the tray for 10 minutes. I doubt the team has been trained. Everything is very uncoordinated. Not recommended if you want a quick snack.

I came to eat outside, but all the tables were dirty, except for two or three. When I found a more or less clean place, there was also a dirty table there. By far the worst McDonald's. Often, something is forgotten in the order (burger, dip, etc.), which is annoying. The employees don't seem particularly motivated. We use McDonald's, some of which are located throughout Germany, and occasionally, out of necessity, in Europe. Of the approximately 45 different McDonald's locations I've visited so far, this one is by far the dirtiest. The tables are always slimy, and there's often mayonnaise, ketchup, lettuce leaves, and French fries on the benches. The tray return carts are always full to the brim, and no one feels compelled to clean them. Unfortunately, we've noticed this several times. The food is, as always, McDonald's quality, everything is good.

The outdoor area is really nicely designed. There are proper garden furniture with umbrellas and tables. The food is about 50/50. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's not so good. It depends on the time of day, the workload, and the staff's motivation. The breakfast and coffee have always been very good so far. Unfortunately, things are often forgotten when ordering, sometimes entire burgers, which is really annoying when the price is over €5. Additionally, more attention should be paid to hygiene and cleanliness. The restrooms, both indoors and outdoors, often look like shit.

My order wasn't complete. When I went back to the staff to complain about the whole thing, they told me that I had only ordered that. But that wasn't true, according to the app. They definitely gave me too little. Insight – zero.

People always press "ready" even though their order is far from ready for pickup. I've seen this happen several times. 👎 And when it's a bit busier, the wait times are often too long.

A typical McDonald's with the familiar standard menu. Generally, there's little to complain about, except for the ordering terminals, which are a real nuisance. They often respond very slowly, and inputs are sometimes only recognized after a long delay or even canceled completely. This makes using the store extremely frustrating and almost impossible at times.

This branch was very dirty. The tables were very dirty, and none of the employees seemed to care. Some of the staff were harsh. I'll definitely never eat there again.

Very crowded, waiting time of over 25 minutes for one Happy Meal and two set meals. Staff were very unfriendly. While waiting, several customers complained that their orders were incomplete. The food was only lukewarm.

By far the worst McDonald's in the area. Service is very slow and inaccurate. Sometimes orders are forgotten. As soon as the store gets a little busier, you'll be waiting 30-45 minutes for your meal. "Fast food" definitely loses its meaning in this branch... never again!

An order from Lieferando was initially accepted, only to be canceled after 23 minutes! A refund for the order I've already paid for? Within the next 3 working days. Service doesn't deserve the word "service"!

Picked up food to take home (travel time approx. 5/10 mins). Fries were unsalted and soggy. Burgers were carelessly slapped together and the meat was so dry that you couldn't swallow it without a drink. The salad was wilted and not cut at all. Ordered a Chicken Big Mac, among other things, and the bag contained chicken wings in a box. This made me even more annoyed at the enormous price, as they didn't even pack the right food and everything tasted awful. The shift managers and/or branch managers should pay more attention to everything here. McD's has finished for us here in Ronsdorf. 1 star so that a review can be written. Otherwise it would be 0.

McDonald's is always a great mood for the whole family! Children are delighted with the Happy Meal, especially pleased with the large selection of toys - each time something new and interesting. And we, as usual, take burgers, coffee and, of course, ice cream - it is simply incredibly delicious here! Who doesn't love McDonald's? It seems that everyone loves it - both children and adults. Thank you for the consistent quality and pleasant atmosphere!

We went there for breakfast in the morning, and it was like being in a restaurant. The service was very attentive, bringing the food to our table. There were even fresh roses on the table. I've never seen anything like it at a McDonald's before. Beautiful.

When high-ranking managers arrive, there are plenty of employees who just stand around, but at 12 noon, one person stands alone at the counter and the drive-thru. And the store is packed. The kiosk is empty of paper, and the loud beeping doesn't encourage relaxation. It's been going on for 15 minutes.

This is not your first time coming here and every time you come across a rude employee who ruins your whole impression of McDonald's.

I went to McDonald's for the first time in years because my kids really wanted to go. I haven't eaten that stuff for a long time. And not at the competition either. It's just not nutritious. You pay a lot and leave hungry. A Royal Cheese looks really appealing and big in the picture. The real product looks like it was slapped together and is barely bigger than a regular cheeseburger. The thing actually costs over 5 euros without a meal. Unbelievable. An iced coffee hardly tastes of coffee and consists mainly of basic soft serve. I was really annoyed afterward. Next time I'll go back to the good old chip shop if I have to have fast food.

Many McDonald's branches lack charm... but this one is different. The employees are accommodating and friendly. It can get crowded on weekends, which speaks volumes about its popularity... They now also offer breakfast. The coffee is even served in cups, so breakfast here is quite pleasant...

You come in, look forward to eating - and first stumble across empty trays, leftover chips and the hope of finding a free, clean spot somewhere. Spoiler: Hardly any. The food is still warm, but your appetite evaporates a bit when you see the next table being cleaned with a rag that itself urgently needs cleaning. The leftover lettuce then ends up generously on the floor - fits in with the overall picture. The staff seems nice, but completely overwhelmed, and the ambience could be really nice if someone would... well... take care of it. Conclusion: OK as a drive-in. Indoors only if you have disinfectant wipes and good nerves with you.

Mc Drive employees unfriendly, often wrong products or missing products. Not just once, but very, very often. If we had an alternative, I would rather go somewhere else.

On Saturday we ordered a Minecraft menu with a burger without cheese (lactose intolerance) to take away. When we got home we discovered that the burger was made with cheese. After two attempts to call, I reached the manager of the branch and she apologized and asked me to come by again and we got a menu for free. After consulting with her, I went there today 2 days later and received a complete menu as compensation without any problems, as promised. This is how service should be done and how you retain your customers. We like driving the route from Lennep to Ronsdorf because the MC is always friendly, clean and accommodating. The complete opposite of the Remscheid finale. The taste is just MC quality, but still better than in other MC branches ;)

Here you have to check every order. If you don't do that, something is immediately missing. The one time I got a chicken burger that was missing a bun. Each time, 1-3 parts are generally forgotten. Then you get a Minecraft box without a figure... I have no idea how you could forget something like that.

Unfortunately, I don't know what has happened in the last few months, but unfortunately I find this branch to be very dirty and unstructured at the moment. The toilets smell unpleasantly of urine. The staff seems overwhelmed and rude to customers.

The terminals only work with very, very strong pressure. It feels so strong that the window almost breaks or the terminal falls over. The people are simply thrown together and have to be put back together properly before eating. There are still far too few parking spaces. But the staff serving are very friendly and helpful (despite the stress of the many orders).

It's not what it used to be. I've been there twice with the kids in the last 2 weeks, it's getting worse day by day. The employees are completely overwhelmed, something is missing from the order every time and the food is sometimes very cold, unsalted and old. The tray cart was so full on both visits that I didn't know where to put my tray. The women's toilet was smeared with urine and feces on both visits. The tables are all dirty, sticky and greasy. There is definitely a lack of staff and structure. With a few exceptions (2 male employees and the nice lady who is usually at the checkout), all employees are very harsh in their tone towards each other and also towards the customers. I understand that the job is stressful, but as a friendly guest I am not your enemy, just change your tone. Too bad!

The waitress sees that you are waiting and doesn't care. Wasted time.

Ordered takeaway via the app... Some ingredients were missing from the castles, one burger was squashed and some was cold... I liked being here back then but this time was the last time

Update 03/09/2925 Ordered 5 pieces, paid 30 euros, packed 4 pieces. Are you crazy? Tomorrow, March 10, 2025, the complaint will go to headquarters. It's slowly enough Guys, there's another part too few in the bag!! And for the umpteenth time, wet wipes belong in the bag!! 2 MC Rib and once again no wet wipe. As always, the checkout was very, very friendly.
