1€ fut verdreckte WCs, reinste Abzocke

Es tut mir leid, aber das ist einer der ekligsten McDonald, in denen ich jemals war. Ich bin morgens hier gewesen - keine Seife, alles dreckig - spät abends war ich wieder hier (Rückweg) - immer noch keine Seife. Der Boden klebt überall. Dafür sind die Mitarbeiter freundlich.

Der Cafe ist zu empfehlen. Ich war der einzige Gast in diesem Restaurant, aber niemand wollte mich bedienen. Also nutzte ich die Automaten. Ich wählte Bezahlung an der Kasse aus. Und als die Bestellung abgeschlossen war, hat sich immer noch nichts. Dann kam eine McDonald’s Kraft auf mich zu und sagte, ich müsste noch bezahlen und dann, nachdem ich bezahlt habe, kam die nächste McDonald’s Kraft und machte mir den Kaffee. Es ist ja okay wenn man sich unterhalten muss sich austauschen muss über Dinge wenn ich’s los ist dem Restaurant. Aber ein Auge sollte man immer Richtung Verkaufsraum haben. Wo ist das Problem?

Sehr moderne Filiale mit Selbstbedienungsterminals und allem was man sonst braucht, schöne Gestaltung, aber etwas dreckig an einzelnen Stellen und die Sitzpolster waren ziemlich abgenutzt was jetzt aber nicht groß gestört hat. Es gab Kinderhochstühle, Wasser für Hunde, einen kleinen Spielplatz mit Sitzbereich draußen und ein hervorragendes Mc Café mit toller Auswahl an Kuchen, Muffins und Pops. Auch mehrere fancy Drinks wie Iced Matcha Latte und Kaffeespezialitäten. Alles hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Unser einziger richtiger Kritikpunkt ist, dass man für die Toiletten, die nicht sehr sauber waren, extra zahlen muss, da sie durch Sanifair betrieben werden. Ich finde als zahlender Kunde sollte die Toilette inkl. sein. Insgesamt dennoch eine gute Filiale, kenne deutlich schlechtere. :)

Auf einem Schild stand das die Toilettengebühr (Servicecoupon)erstattet wird. Nachdem ich am Bestellterminal meine Bestellung getätigt und auch per Karte bezahlt habe stand ich sehr erstaunt an der Kasse. Die Toilettengebühr wurde an der Kasse nicht erstattet. Die Gebühr wird dort vom Rechnungsbetrag bei Bezahlung an der Kasse abgezogen. Was stand nochmal auf dem Schild ? Mein Einwand wurde harsch und unfreundlich abgewiesen. Die Toilette war dreckig ,das Personal unfreundlich. Der Coupon soll angeblich 3 Jahre gültig sein. Diesen Laden werde ich garantiert nie wieder betreten

Habe noch nie so lange warten müssen bis das Essen fertig war in einem fast leeren Restaurant und dann fehlt noch die Hälfte.

Das erste Mal bei welchem McDonald's vorher auch immer und solange ich zurück denken kann: Gute, heiße Fritten. Danke

Essen war soweit okay, es hat fast 10 Minuten gedauert nach Bestellung. Kunden waren sehr sauer und ungeduldig, viele Plätze zum Sitzen waren voll vermüllt. Toilette war kostenpflichtig und dreckig.

Man muss wirklich glück haben was für einen Mitarbeiter man hier erwischt. Entweder genervt und gelangweilt oder hoch motiviert und darf alleine arbeiten weil der schichtführer sich lieber unterhält abends.

Essen ging so. Schlechter Service: keine Bestellung am Schalter, keine Strohhalme, keine Tischschilder, Zustand der Toilette unmöglich

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herrn ich möchte eine Beschwerde über einen Vorfall einreichen, der sich heute in einer Ihrer Filialen ereignet hat. Ich habe einen Hamburger bestellt, und als ich ihn erhalten habe, habe ich festgestellt, dass er sehr kalt war. Daraufhin bin ich höflich zur Teamleiterin gegangen und habe sie gebeten, den Burger entweder auszutauschen oder einen neuen zuzubereiten. Ich habe ausdrücklich gesagt, dass ich kein Problem damit habe, einen neuen Burger zu bestellen. Zu meiner Überraschung hat sie mir vorgeworfen, dass ich bereits die Hälfte des Burgers gegessen hätte, und hat sich geweigert, ihn zu ersetzen. Diese Behauptung war nicht korrekt. Die Situation entwickelte sich zu einer unangenehmen Diskussion vor anderen Mitarbeitern und Kunden, was für mich sehr peinlich war. Ich habe selbst ein bis zwei Jahre in McDonald's Filialen gearbeitet und kenne die üblichen Service- und Qualitätsstandards. Das Verhalten der Teamleiterin war aus meiner Sicht unprofessionell und entspricht nicht den Erwartungen an Ihr Unternehmen. Anschließend habe ich einen weiteren Hamburger bestellt. Leider war auch dieser qualitativ nicht zufriedenstellend und ebenfalls kalt. Ich habe ihn dennoch gegessen und das Restaurant verlassen, da ich hungrig war. Ich habe Fotos von beiden Burgern sowie von beiden Bestellungen beigefügt. Außerdem habe ich die Mitarbeiterin höflich nach ihrem Namen gefragt, jedoch hat sie mir diesen nicht mitgeteilt. Es handelte sich um eine eher kleine, etwas kräftigere Mitarbeiterin. Ich bitte Sie, diesen Vorfall zu prüfen und entsprechende Maßnahmen zu ergreifen, da dieses Erlebnis nicht dem Standard entspricht, den ich von McDonald's erwarte. Ich freue mich auf Ihre Rückmeldung.

Man kann hier nicht einmal eine Flasche Wasser kaufen.

Stufe 1 zur Nutzung des Dienstes

Filialleiter sowas vom unfreundlichen. Nach falscher Ausgabe meiner Bestellung wurde ich aufgefordert das nächste Mal gefälligst am Terminal zu ordern . Den falschen Kaffee konnte er dann behalten und das Geld erstatten . Danke für nichts !!!

Ein dt. Mitarbeiter der sich von der Arbeitskleidung schon von den restlichen Mitarbeitenden unterschied, allerdings auch von seinem Verhalten und seiner Kundenorientiertheit. Scheinbar geprägt von einer immensen schlechten Laune ranzte er mich an, als ich am Schalter bestellen wollte :NUR AM TERMINAL! Keinen guten Abend gewünscht kein freundlicher Ton. Während meiner Wartezeit wurden allerdings Bestellungen von Kunden am Schalter angenommen. Bei Abholung meines Essens sagte dieser Mitarbeiter laut und deutlich über einen anderen Mitarbeitenden, der wohl einen Fehler gemacht hat: DER IST AUCH NOCH ZU BLÖD ZU ARBEITEN! Solche Aussagen gehen gar nicht in Gegenwart von Kunden!!!!!!!! Eine alte Dame ging zu ihm an den Tresen und fragte freundlich, ob er ihr Geld für die Toilette wechseln könnte, auch diese wurde zum Opfer seiner Unfreundlichkeit. Anstelle ihr das System freundlich zu erklären wurde er laut und antwortete sehr genervt .Dann zitierte er den Mitarbeiter zum Tresen und ranzte diesen in meinem Beisein auf englisch an! Sollte dies ein Vorgesetzter gewesen sein, dann tut mir das Team vorort echt leid!!!! Die waren im Umgang mit Kund*innen echt freundlich.

Leider sehr dreckig und unfreundliches Personal. Meine Frau und ich wollten nach Erwerb einer Speise die Toilettenmöglichkeit aufsuchen und wurden hier unverschämt zur Kasse gebeten. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt das ich den 2€ „Wertbon“ auf zwei separate Bestellungen einlösen kann. Da wir nun aber schon bestellt haben war dies nichtmehr möglich. Wir wurden sogar angeschrieben! Ich kann jedem nur ans Herz legen diese Niederlassung nicht aufzusuchen und lieber Hunrig weiter zu fahren.

Unverschämtes unfähiges Personal der letzte laden.

Mc donald top wie immer. Sanifair WC alles defekt, Wasser läuft nicht ab, alles deckig und Wasser läuft über, man steht im Urin. Keine Reinigungskraft, kein Ansprechpartner. Schwache Leistung für für Sanifair. Der Euro hat sich diesmal nicht gelohnt, kenne ich anders.

Leider war die Chefin oder Schichtführung sehr genervt und hat es an uns raus gelassen das sie ja schon seit 10st. Im Dienst ist und auch den Kopf voll hat kaum Personal hat … nur weil wir gefragt haben ob vielleicht ein Tisch sauber gemacht werden kann damit wir uns dort hinsetzten können mit unserem kleinen Sohn (alle anderen Tische waren voll mit Gästen ) leider ein sehr unschöner Besuch . PS: die Mitarbeiter waren total lieb

Der Service war hervorragend, und obwohl ich nur Sonderbestellungen aufgegeben habe, wussten die Mitarbeiter genau, was ich wollte und waren mir bei der Zusammenstellung meiner Grillbestellung eine große Hilfe!

das Essen ist gut, den Service würde ich sogar sehr gut nennen, doch leider kleben die Ledersitze in der Kaffelounge, so dass meine Hose kleben bleibt beim aufstehen. Fand ich super eklig, und hat mir fast den Appetit verdorben

Das Essen war heiß und frisch gemacht... Saubere Tische...perfekt...macht weiter so. Beim Personal gab es aufgrund der Sprache eine wenig Probleme, die aber gelöst wurden...

Keine Bestellung an der Kasse möglich. Dazu noch sehr unfreundlicher Hinweis darauf am Terminal zu bestellen (es war nur ein zeigen mit dem Wort „da“).

Das Essen ist gewohnte McDonalds-Qualität und reicht dicke aus, wenn man lange unterwegs ist. Das Ambiente war, als wir da waren, furchtbar. Bei den Damen war mindestens eine Toilette defekt, Wasser stand regelrecht auf dem Boden und gepflegt war es da auch nicht. Die 1€-Schranke war dafür schon bitter. Im Lokal selber saßen mein Mann und ich auf Sitzpolster, um uns das essen auszusuchen. Die Polster sahen schon nicht einladend aus und als wir uns umsetzen wollten, kamen die Polster ein Stück mit... sprich, sie klebten am Hintern. Das war ekelhaft...

Naja, McDonalds halt. Aber für eine Raststätte in einem gut gepflegten Zustand

Service nur 4 Sterne, da hier die Toiletten von Sanifär sind und somit 1 € kosten.

Sanifair-Toilette für 1€ Ein Automat nahm weder Münzen noch Karte. Damentoilette: von 4 Kabinen eine geschlossen wegen "Defekt", eine unzumutbar verschmutzt und bei der dritten funktionierte die Reinigung aufgrund des fehlenden Services nicht. Und dafür haben wir dann zu dritt 3€ gezahlt🫤 Reaktion des Personals "machen wir gleich" konnte nicht wirklich überzeugen...

I came to pick up a takeout meal today, August 27th. I said hello four times to the manager, but he never responded. The colleague showed no sign of humanity. The food was very fresh and delicious. However, the somewhat overweight shift manager was yelling at customers because they asked about their payment options; he seemed to be very vocal. What's completely unacceptable is that using the restroom costs an extra €1!

Unfortunately, there is no free toilet for customers either.

Friendly staff. I ordered something at the McCafé and it was ready pretty quickly. A regular black coffee with a shot of caramel tastes really good here! That said, they don’t seem to clean the espresso machine properly, so I didn’t dare get anything with milk in it.

Normally, it's like any other McDonald's. However, what I experienced here today was downright outrageous. The store manager, or what the man in the white shirt was supposed to represent, was a disaster. Anyone who didn't want to or couldn't order at the terminal was insulted and turned away. If you don't want to order at the terminal, you just have to leave and say goodbye. I've never seen an employee like that in the "service" restaurant industry. Dear Wilhelm Gastro GmbH, the employee who was in charge on August 3, 2025, at 7:55 p.m., needs to be retrained as soon as possible.

Very mediocre and significantly more expensive than the usual McDonald's. And they don't even have free restrooms. I'd rather go to a different branch next time.

Card payment at the Sanifair restroom didn't work (3 different cards, 2 machines). The Sanifair voucher is only redeemed at the cash register, which is a hassle (not at the ordering machine – a scam?). Apparently, McCafés didn't come from the portafilter machine. Perhaps that's just there for decoration? This coffee tastes terrible – save your money. A bit annoying, though.

We had breakfast there on the way. Everything was great.

I've never experienced more unfriendly service at McDonald's than here. You have to pay a euro for the restroom, which you get back if you do it right. However, you have to order at the terminal and pay at the cash register. Otherwise, tough luck. And the restrooms are still a euro disaster.

Not so clean, everything very slow, quality below average

A typical AB MC. But you should only use it if you don't need to go to the bathroom. Stupid Sanifair, €1 paid for a women's restroom... one broken, one without toilet paper, disinfectant doesn't work at all, and the towel dispenser is broken. It's no use cashing in the €. I'd rather just keep driving. They're not interested, they don't depend on it, but maybe things will improve someday.

UPDATE 2025: A toilet paper holder still hasn't been installed. The restroom is still very clean. You just have to be careful to catch the toilet paper when you lift the handle to transfer from your wheelchair. 😒 ------------------------------------------------- McD's as usual. The floor and tables could be a bit cleaner, but I don't know of any restaurant in the chain whose floors are super clean. Accessible restroom is super clean. The only drawback: the toilet paper roll is placed on the back end of the holder. When a wheelchair user needs to transfer and lifts the handle, the roll falls off. A phenomenon I see again and again. 😔 But there are official holders for the front part! And if there's a flush button on the handle, it should work... The restroom, like so many others, still has room for improvement 😉

The staff was incredibly nice, the food was delicious, and they were super friendly. Thanks again to the shift manager (she's not allowed to tell me her name) 😅

I wanted to order takeaway, but unfortunately, I made a typo. When I asked if they could repackage it, they immediately said no! Well, good service isn't called that, but it's okay. I wouldn't recommend it unless the staff are flexible, even with small things. And the McDonald's was empty, so there were no other customers at the time!

The toilets were dirty, some weren't working, and there was no toilet paper. The tables weren't even wiped today.

Terribly long waiting time for any food..

The employees were picking on each other and arguing in front of customers!!!! Not so good when there are 10 people queuing and waiting for someone to serve them at the checkout, the food was good, it wasn't McDonald's fault, it was just the people who didn't get along with each other!!!! Created an atmosphere that made you just want to run away, just get away.

I can only recommend it if you want a random order. Instead of the veggie nuggets we ordered, we got an old Filet O Fish. The highlight was the "Bon appétit" from the smiling employee. Absolutely outrageous.

We just wanted to stop for a quick cappuccino from the McCafe - they told us they only had black coffee. Already quite disappointing. And then they said that even if you buy food and drinks there, you still have to pay to use the bathroom. How low..

I've never seen such a clean McDonald's. Whether it's the service or the burger itself, the garnish is exemplary! Appealing and welcoming, any branch could learn a great deal from this.

Rest stop without a gas station. Pure McDonald's. The food is McDonald's standard. But it's a real, full-size McDonald's, not those weird, limited-edition mini-things you find at some other rest stops. On the positive side, and one that significantly influences my rating, is that the EnBW 300 kW electric charging stations actually worked... and with the expected performance. That's not to be taken for granted! The car was fully charged while we were eating at McDonald's. Great.

The food was good and relatively freshly prepared. Service was nonexistent; in fact, I was practically yelled at to order at the terminal and then pay at the cash register! That was the shift manager's reaction to my simple and friendly inquiry about whether I could redeem the Sanifair vouchers at the terminal. As usual, the restrooms weren't worth a single euro; at least you get your money back per item you buy, not per order.

All I'm saying is, pay-to-use restrooms in a restaurant. That shouldn't exist.

The food is good, or rather McDonald's standard. It's not good to pay €1 for the toilet as a paying guest. Please think of your guests (and families).

I had very bad experiences there.

Unfriendly employee. The order wasn't shown on the display, so no one expected the employee to call you up. Until she screamed at people and complained loudly when they picked her up that they should be careful. We have observed this with several customers. We won't stop here anymore.

Part of the establishment is under renovation. They prepare quickly. Everything was fine.

An employee in a white T-shirt treated us and other guests in a more than unfriendly way today. He yelled at us, even though there were small children, and became abusive. We'll file a complaint, that's not possible!

Employees are unfriendly, you are asked to pick it up with hand signals without saying anything and the monitor doesn't say that it's ready to be picked up, loud laughter behind the counter and 2 employees are talking about your menopause and bleeding, that's not possible while eating

The best thing is that it is open 24 hours. It's just another McDonald's. I missed the order screens. With them it is easier to see the menus and place the order. Another negative point is that access to the toilet is paid. Edit (Mar'25): They open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. and now there are 4 screens for orders. Too many low tables.

This is by far the slowest McDonald's I've ever seen. I was the only one ordering and waited almost 20 minutes

Driven through mc drive 3 times, got the wrong number of burgers 3 times.

I stopped here twice for lunch and both times I felt really sick.

Unfortunately if I could rather lower I would do it!!! After a long drive, what I wanted is to eat and to seat. I ordered my “McCrispy Spicy” and then I started eating and it was extremely hard and burned. I went friendly to an employee which I think he was “Indian” and tried to explain to him that the burger it’s extremely hard and burnt and I showed to him. He asked me to go to he’s colleague that he is on the desk “old man with white t-shirt “. He looked to me in a really bad way and took my burger without even giving me the chance to explain which type of burger I have. After giving me the burger back and not even the correct one, in a really rude and unfriendly way. I asked him please for a ketchup…which he replied 60 cents. I explained to him that I had my ketchup on the box that he toked. He replied yelling in a really bad way and saying some unpleasant german words and trowed the ketchup. The big and main problem is not the 60 cents, as if I paid over 12€ I can pay 60 cent. But the way that you are treated after paying with your own money and ending treated on this way!! As a person working over years for customers service, it’s disappointing to have an employee having this behavior as he is not even doing for me a favor. Dear management , It’s not only money important. But also having a employees with the minimum standards. Please focus and prepare your employees how to better behave with complaints and to have customer service. Also had a very bad experience. Unfriendly staff. When ordering you are cheekily directed to the self-service terminal. If you don't want that, you will be insulted. Very dingy and untidy. NEVER AGAIN

Now you drive to McDonald's to avoid the Sanifair madness on the highway... and lo and behold: Sanifair compulsion. With a family of five, washing your hands once before eating is a disaster.

Good for a stop on the way through - clean toilets and it was quick. With coupons we were 28 as a family of 4, that's okay

No sandwiches. Just sweets. Everything else has to be pre-ordered at a vending machine.

You are ignored at the ordering counter. And when you make yourself known in a friendly manner, the employee rudely directs you to the self-service terminal. Unfortunately, it didn't accept the order codes from my cell phone - yes, they were still valid. So off to the competitor with the flame grilled burgers. Once and never again!

Blonde woman at the counter goes zero. Naughty, messes up orders and sees 0 fault with himself. You almost have to apologize for ordering something. I find it bad for business.

I'm really impressed. Very well maintained restaurant. Friendly employees who are not stressed. There are decorations on the tables (currently Halloween style), which makes it look very inviting. The burgers were hot. I felt comfortable here. I would like to stop here again the next time I'm passing through.
