Never again, using the toilet costs 1 euro even though you ate and drank something

I come here often because it's my route to work.... Positive: there's not much going on here, so you can get there quickly. Negative: there is no MC drive, staff are often unfriendly. Got a chocolate milkshake for the second time today and it tasted sour. I threw it away. But I was often satisfied with the food. The cleanliness of the tables is also ok, something that other branches can learn from. 👍

A typical McDonald's that offers the well-known standards. The food is as expected and the branch is conveniently located. Great for a quick snack when you're nearby.

A look at the toilet...you don't want to know what the kitchen looks like. shame

Staff very unfriendly with only slightly increased crowds. When asked how to redeem the Sanifair voucher when using the terminal, it was answered, but it was still explained. Otherwise, the usual McD in a motorway service station.

A little back and forth with the cappuccino. From the McCafe to the issue back to the McCafe where the question would be asked if that was the one. Was a bit strange.

Staff does not take into account the interests of customers. Disappointing for a company that wants to offer the same standards everywhere.

Very beautiful and lovingly decorated branch. Clean, quick order processing. And when we asked, we were immediately helped with problems with the terminal.

Somehow everything was broken here, even the defibrillator 🤦🏻‍♀️ unclean, few suitable seats to eat properly, so only armchairs that are difficult to eat in... The fewer staff want to stick to their quota, which means that orders that pop up are simply pushed through and it then leads to incomplete eating.... I recommend not planning to take a break here.

I would rather give 0 stars! This workforce requires training in dealing with guests. You are neither greeted nor said a word apart from the amount you have to pay. And if you do, you will be insulted and yelled at. Every employee working there tonight is absolutely out of place!! Toilets cost €1, no card payment and they aren't clean either.

Very unfriendly lady at the checkout. After asking about the flavors of the ice cream, I was yelled at several times with the motto "you have to know that". But when I was asked "vanilla, chocolate and white" and asked which flavor was meant by "white"... I was shouted at again "white!! Stop!". When the colleague made small and insignificant mistakes in the packaging when it was handed out, she also yelled at him. As a customer I found it unpleasant. This is not how you should treat your customers or colleagues (including superiors).

They always pack the wrong things

Even McDonald's (ambience, food) is fine, like everywhere else. But paying to use the toilet is a disgrace. It should be free for McDonald's customers. In addition, card payment was not possible. An order: 1 MC Frapee caramel 1 cheeseburger 1 Caesar wrap 1 Happy Meal with cheeseburger, salad and Caesar dressing. Receive: 1 Iced Coffee Shake Choc 1 cheeseburger 1 Cesar Warap Happy meal with chicken burger, fries, ketchup, mayo, salad with balsamic dressing, no toys in it. Too bad.

We didn't like the fries. MC Rib went like this. Service was nice and the facility was clean too. We didn't use any toilets.

Unfortunately nothing positive! Toilets are out of order and everything is outdated. The employees are anything but friendly. The best thing to do is go to the nearest branch.

A typical little McD with McCafe. It is a small rest area with only a few parking spaces for cars/trucks, so the McD is a bit smaller - but completely sufficient

No iced coffee in the summer and we had this “luck” in all branches, whether in Frankfurt / Airport or here now. This criticism goes to the entire McDonalds in Germany. The waitress here probably “preferred to go to the cellar to laugh”, or was it the disappointment of not being able to serve us with what we wanted?!

Once and never again! You order royal ts with double meat in the menu and you only get one royal ts with one meat.. I completed my training at Mc Donalds in Cologne and was a manager and as a trained system caterer I have to say that it is one of the worst Mc Donalds I have ever been to! Staff has no system at all, everything takes time. Burgers are not produced to standard! Something is always missing I don't recommend anyone to enter this McDonald's and spend their hard earned money there! My tip: Mc Donalds Uellendahler str in Wuppertal, the staff there is definitely better trained and you get fresh and complete products..

There is no soap or toilet paper in the women's toilet.

McCafe also has a very manageable range, which is unknown even to the unfriendly employee, so that the theoretical possible selection is offered when ordering. Recycle bins are full and the disinfectant is next to the sink instead of in the existing dispenser. And then filled up with water too! At least the printer works for all the defect signs.

Never experienced such unfriendly service at McDonalds. We usually have good experiences at McDonald's restaurants. Here you were only hissed at grumpily. The Serways toilets were the first Serways toilets in my experience that were completely filthy and did not deserve the service fee.

Perfect for a little hunger on the go and a short stopover.

Difficult to reach on foot, the second floor is closed. Spent 1 hour to get to McDonald's.

Upper floor closed, crispy chicken was hard and not fresh. The employees are very unfriendly but the crowning glory are the toilets. Can pay 1 euro for use. The Sanisfair toilet doesn't work and is therefore dirty. There is no soap and the disinfectant is filled with water. The men can only urinate and the toilet cubicles are closed. I have never seen such poor service in a McDonald's and also at Sanisfair. It doesn't even come close to being underground.

Now McDonald’s charges two euros for using the toilet. If you come here as a guest and spend a lot of money, you should at least be able to use the toilet for free. Card payment does not work for this. Completely inconvenient. I don't come here anymore.

It was ok. I just had the feeling that the employees were a bit stressed... Even though there wasn't actually that much going on. But that's just human nature, and every day is not the same.

It is close to the city and there are several Halal stores and Supermarkets in the city.

The attached Sanifair toilet is a disgrace. €1 for no towel paper, no disinfectant and a dirty toilet that you have to clean yourself and the glasses are broken. The floor hasn't seen a mop in a while. I hope the health department gets involved... (Since McDonald's is obliged to provide toilets due to the catering industry, McDonald's cannot explain its way out of this. The responsibility here does not just lie with the dirty toilet operator)

I know this chain from before. You went to the counter and immediately got the big...!!!??? And now the money-making. Customer works for McDo and no one notices. It was just a highway meeting point.

Probably the best McDonald's I've ever been to! Although on the motorway (A1 towards Cologne) but TOP! 1A service and friendliness! The team, mainly consisting of women, was super committed! All the dishes were freshly prepared, and the fries were the best I've ever eaten at Mäcces 👍

Well, as a McDonald's is, quick for in between but nothing special. It was empty and so we left the house quite quickly and shortly before closing time. But we sat down anyway because opening time is opening time

And the milkshake machine is still broken for more than 6 months, how does it work??? Is there no repair service??? A real shame!!!! Otherwise everything was good.

McD as usual. The floor and tables could be a little cleaner, but I don't know of any restaurant in the chain whose floors are super clean. Disabled toilet super clean. The only drawback: toilet paper roll is placed on the back end of the holder. If a wheelchair user has to move and raises the handle, the roller falls down. A phenomenon I see again and again. 😔 There are official brackets for the front part! And if there is already a flush button on the handle, it should work too... The toilet, like so many others, still has room for improvement 😉

No table service Toilets chargeable via Serways. Access to the toilets only via one euro coins. No card payment possible. (Boss doesn't want to pay the fees). And service staff is a given. Burger was good and quick.

Il faut bien s'arrêter sur 800km. Dommage que les WC soient payant pour les personnes qui consomment sur place. Et ne parlons pas des prix du carburant sur les autoroutes.

Ungewohnt gute Filiale. Freundliche Mitarbeiter, sauber, schnell und sogar frisch zubereitet und heiß serviert.

Das Personal ist immer äußerst freundlich und gut gelaunt. Extras immer möglich werden auch umgesetzt. irgendwie fühlen sich die burger frischer an. Ich finde für Georgsmarienhütte den drive viel zu klein. Auch der gastro Bereich viel zu klein. Mit einer größeren Filiale am selben Standort mit mehr parkplätzen und einem größeren drive wäre teilweise echt nötig 🤑

Das Essen ist wie in anderen Filialen lecker. Großes gelbes M halt. Bei diesem "Mäckes" direkt an der Autobahn stören mich allerdings mehrere Faktoren. Das Personal würde ich in die Kategorie "ich sehe die schmutzigen Tische nicht, dann muss ich sie auch nicht abräumen" einordnen. Das ist uns schon öfter dort aufgefallen. Desweiteren gibt es ja mittlerweile die Bestellschalter. Die sind auch echt gut konzipiert, aber (bei unserem letzten Besuch, nicht dieses mal) kam ein älteres Pärchen und wollte am Schalter bestellen. Dieses wurde tatsächlich abgelehnt mit der damals noch gültigen Begründung der Coronaschutzverordnung und ihren Abstandsregeln. Unsinnig, da dieses Paar ja anschließend eh am Schalter bezahlt hat, so wie die allermeisten anderen auch. Man kann es auch echt übertreiben, vor allem da das nur in dieser Filiale so gemacht wurde. Wieder Kategorie Faulheit. Zusätzlich nervt mich, dass du vor Ort eine Bezahl-Toilette mit Drehkreuz hast. Ok, das Geld kann beim nächsten Besuch verrechnet werden, aaaaaber wenn ich mir vor dem Essen schnell die Hände waschen will?? Fehlanzeige. Soviel zum Thema Hygiene. Es gibt zwar vorne Hände Desinfektionsmittel, aber das schmeckt beim essen nicht wirklich. Ich finde zum Händewaschen sollte im Bereich vor der Toilette, wenigstens ein Waschbecken angebracht werden. Denn aufs Klo muss zumindest ich meistens erst nach dem Essen. Warum gehen wir denn dann überhaupt in diesen McDonald? Weil er auf dem Rückweg von einem häufig besuchten Event perfekt liegt, sonst würden wir nicht dahin fahren.

Sehr sauber und freundliche Ma. Essen, alles hat so frisch geschmeckt. Was man eigentlich so nicht kennt. Ambiente sehr schön und gemütlich.

Sauber und nettes Personal. Halten wir gerne wieder mal an.

Sah ganz gut aus. Nicht so meins. Toilette 1,-Euro Eintritt. Gibt es als Sanifair- Gutschein zurück. Pech für die, die dort nichts verzehren möchten.
