I was here today and ordered two cheeseburgers for the first time. The lady told me to eat outside, as the burger cost €3.30. I was like, "Excuse me?" Then I ate the one inside for only €2.50. Seriously? From then on, it was barely lukewarm. Then I ordered two more because I was hungry, and again they were only lukewarm, if that. Even the cheese wasn't properly melted. The manager was running around and clearly had no clue what she was doing. In short, the quality was terrible, and the place wasn't even that busy. All the beeping from the fryer and the patty station was driving me crazy. I'd rather order from the drive-thru via Lieferando; the quality was really good there—hot and fresh, admittedly tasteless and expensive, but good. But today at the train station was a complete disaster. A customer sitting next to me even saw me ask if I wanted some fries, maybe to make me feel a little better.

Update: We were there at 2:35 this morning. According to the opening hours, the shop is open until 3:00... but they're not letting anyone else in. Never again! Cheese wasn't melted, salad was limp, and meat wasn't cooked through. Never again!

The most unpleasant McDonald's I know. You stand at the counter for 10 minutes and no one takes your order. Instead, there are three employees whose sole job is to hand out the food! I don't expect to be served immediately when it's busy, but the fact that no one at the counter seems to care about customers is really poor! I ordered from home, half of my order was missing, the food was cold and inedible, the salad from Burger was left under your warm lamp for too long and was even deep-fried in the process, and they don't answer the phone. NEVER AGAIN from you! It's not the first time it's been terrible!

No more veggie burgers. I absolutely don't understand that in this day and age. I'm vegetarian and I was craving a burger, but I'm out because I don't want a wrap when I go to McDonald's! It's a shame, I always really liked their veggie burgers.

You can't call it food anymore. Chicken nuggets??? Something squashed together, completely flavorless. The edges are brown, the rest is grayish... and completely greasy. It looked like it had been fried several times. The breading was completely hard. I complained. A new portion was exactly the same. I had trouble ordering because I didn't understand German very well. I've never had anything like it before; thinking about it today makes me sick.

There are a few tables outside. However, there's currently a huge traffic jam there due to construction. It's completely overcrowded and noisy.

The food was fresh and prepared very quickly. What I find incomprehensible is that if I need to go to the bathroom, for example, just to wash my hands, I have to pay!?! This McDonald's is really bad. First you get a burger with half the ingredients missing, and then three weeks after the promotion started, you're told that everything is brand new and therefore not right. I saw this burger at least five times while walking through the restaurant, and if everything was missing something, I'd almost say it was intentional. The restrooms have a turnstile, and you can only get in if you pay €0.50, EVEN THE GUESTS. You get a €0.50 coupon, but if you want to wash your hands at the end or use the restroom again, you might as well just throw it in the trash. It's also extremely crowded, and you wait a very long time for your food. The floor is sticky, and your shoes almost stick to it.

A quick restroom visit and two ice creams... 20 minutes. I wouldn't have wanted anything to eat in this place, but it wouldn't have been possible anyway, as it was completely overcrowded. Restroom access only requires payment, which results in a broken flush and a dirty restroom area. You can then offset the restroom receipt against your order if you haven't already eaten. This only works if you pay at the cash register (the ordering terminal was broken anyway). You have to stand in an endless line that runs right past the entrance door. To top it all off, customers throw food at each other, and then, at the end, the city's stupid packaging tax.

As soon as we sat down, a guy started yelling at me, asking why we didn't have the second receipt with us. Because it showed what we had ordered. Apparently they couldn't find a table and thought it was us!? No way! Later, OUR order came... Yes, with OUR number. What's going on here? Total overwhelm? Can't be right that the staff are yelling at the guests! Because they can't find their tables? Absolutely a disgrace. The chicken nuggets were very bready. The Double Big Mac was drenched in sauce and salad. That was the last time I was here.

On July 4, 2025, we went to this McDonald's. The worst McDonald's experience of my entire life. The service was so abysmal, you could have stumbled upon a magma bubble. We just wanted a quick "small" snack (2 x 20-ounce nuggets), but that was quickly over. After waiting for over an hour, we were handed nuggets that were so ice-cold they could have been used to chill drinks! The only upside: we were almost sober after all that time. Definitely not a recommendation!!!!

I got takeout and unfortunately didn't check to see if everything was there. Two burgers were missing. The same thing happened the other day when I ordered through Uber Eats, but at least I got a refund. Now I've paid for two cheeseburgers that I didn't get, and I'm still hungry!

I ordered a Big Mac CHICKEN WITHOUT lettuce and cucumbers. I got a regular Big Mac WITH lettuce and cucumbers. On top of that, there's the city of Konstanz's antisocial "packaging tax" (1 paper bag + 1 cardboard box = €1.08). Never again!!!

Food is as expected at a McDonalds in Germany. Paid bathroom is understandable but slightly disappointing as a customer.

I've never been to a McDonald's restaurant this bad. Ordered Mc Menu to take away but at the checkout it was entered to “eat here”. I pointed out to the very overwhelmed employee that I wanted to take the menu with me because the restaurant was bursting at the seams. I ordered through Uber Eats for the first time. No address was requested in the app, but was recorded automatically. Firstly, I assumed that the location would be recorded and secondly that the address would be stored via PayPal payment at the latest. How can a driver be sent off without an address? The app doesn't have a street as a required field.... Is that to be believed... I now have the damage and also have a crying child sitting next to me. Now I understand all the drivers driving around haphazardly. I will definitely never order through Uber Eats again. I would expect McDonald's to make sure that the drivers can do a good job. Giving up responsibility is always easiest...

NO freeBathroom access on site. NO Toilet code. If you dont have extra 50cent euro .I find it unacceptable than with an eating on site option the bathroom are not made available. Their system requires you to pay additionnally per toilet usage. What about families with childrens ?

Attention - the toilets cost €0.50 extra. The voucher can be offset against the order afterwards - only if payment is made in cash. In my opinion it's cheeky - especially when you're traveling with kids. The staff was very friendly - thank you for that.

I asked if I could pay for it and after an eternity I was allowed to pay 1 euro and be insulted. We got two small bags for that. We ordered food for 70 euros. We didn't even get a drink lid or holder. In general we were treated very rudely. Also: we didn't get a cloth or a spoon for the ice cream.
