McDonald's in Konstanz

It's absolutely unacceptable that you have to pay to use the restroom at McDonald's, even if you've eaten there. A restaurant is a catering establishment, not a train station. According to Section 4 of the Workplace Ordinance, sanitary facilities must be available and accessible to guests. Very disappointing!

Ordered without bacon, and what's in it? Bacon! Perhaps the employees should stand less at the front and take care of special guests and offer them free drinks! Ms. Albrecht will get an email and know what's going on in her shop!

Hey everyone If you want halfway decent service, forget it... while three ladies in the back are preparing everything in total stress, two employees are standing in the middle of the room, joking around. When I got my bag, a woman at the back of the line opened the mc wrap and smelled it... nose was completely inside the packaging!!! Hygiene? Hello, this is “just” system catering and not a 5 star hotel, but I have never experienced anything so disgusting in my years as a hotel manager!

I've never been to a McDonald's restaurant this bad. Ordered Mc Menu to take away but at the checkout it was entered to “eat here”. I pointed out to the very overwhelmed employee that I wanted to take the menu with me because the restaurant was bursting at the seams. He sent me to the issuing office, where I (who was not responsible for the error) was supposed to ask his colleague whether it could be changed. Fries and burgers served cold didn't taste good at all

I ordered through Uber Eats for the first time. No address was requested in the app, but was recorded automatically. Firstly, I assumed that the location would be recorded and secondly that the address would be stored via PayPal payment at the latest. How can a driver be sent off without an address? The app doesn't have a street as a required field.... Is that to be believed... I now have the damage and also have a crying child sitting next to me. Now I understand all the drivers driving around haphazardly. I will definitely never order through Uber Eats again. I would expect McDonald's to make sure that the drivers can do a good job. Giving up responsibility is always easiest...

NO freeBathroom access on site. NO Toilet code. If you dont have extra 50cent euro .I find it unacceptable than with an eating on site option the bathroom are not made available. Their system requires you to pay additionnally per toilet usage. What about families with childrens ?

Attention - the toilets cost €0.50 extra. The voucher can be offset against the order afterwards - only if payment is made in cash. In my opinion it's cheeky - especially when you're traveling with kids. The staff was very friendly - thank you for that.

Hot chocolate was cold. I had to complain, but then I got a hot one. Bought a muffin and got a frozen one. Toilets cost 50 cents and are very dirty. So it's better not to go here again.

She looked at the receipt and said take away and kept it and ignored us when we said we wanted the receipt. Then the order was ready. But half was missing. And it wasn't in a bag, we said we needed a bag, she said it doesn't work, it costs extra and ignored us again. I asked if I could pay for it and after an eternity I was allowed to pay 1 euro and be insulted. We got two small bags for that. We ordered food for 70 euros. We didn't even get a drink lid or holder. In general we were treated very rudely. Also: we didn't get a cloth or a spoon for the ice cream.

I bought a Happy Meal. They didn't give me toys. They also added the wrong sauce. And my friend didn't get her burger.

Lousy staff! We hadn't finished eating yet when the tray and the food next to the tray were simply cleared away and thrown away before we could say anything. When we got dressed, our clothes were put away so the tables could be cleaned. The lady couldn't even wait 2 minutes. wait! And the restaurant wasn't even half full. Impossibly rude and unfriendly, never again!!

Be rude! The staff are very rude, and you have to wait too long at the checkout.

Terrible service and a nightmare of a burger! I ordered a regular Big Mac with extra cheese, but what I got cannot be described in words. It felt like I had just been given someone else's order and just put a roll on top. What ended up being an experimental dish that no one in their right mind would eat. The pickles were scattered all over the box, the cheese was stuck to the packaging, and the burger looked like it had been hastily and blindly thrown together. This is the worst restaurant I've ever been to. Even one star is too high a rating for this service and this restaurant. I absolutely cannot recommend it to anyone!

Staff rude and unfriendly. Burgers and fries were cold. Use of the washrooms/toilet costs extra, like at the rest stop... even if you have already eaten there. You can redeem the voucher next time. Simply OUTRAGEOUS!

09/08/2025 ordered food to eat inside. There was a full boarding, there was no place to sit. They asked for a bag to put it all in and leave. We were not given the package)) question, are you out of your mind? We were here after Schmodo and despite the massive rush, the order went relatively quickly, especially thanks to the nice gentleman who called the numbers and handed out the orders. Only the toilets were very dirty and disgusting.

It was very untidy and dirty, the meat looked strange and the oil from the fries tasted really old. It was really mangy and the iced tea didn't look like iced tea should look. I think I have food poisoning now.

It's the worst McDonald's I've ever eaten at. Raw meat, cup arrived already dirty, iced tea had pieces in it, all tables dirty, dirty floor, very unfriendly staff, fries smelled, burnt bacon. I had a stomach ache after eating and my girlfriend had to throw up.

Das Restaurant an sich war sauber, die Bestellung ging unkompliziert. Da es dieses Jahr keinen Rösti mit Cranberry gibt, habe ich die normale Ausführung bestellt Der Burger war an sich sehr lecker, nur war das Brötchen etwas trocken, das wurde aber von einer Menge an Käsesauce ausgeglichen, dass man es sensitiv gar nicht wirklich spüren konnte. Typically for McDonalds, the food is of poor quality and overpriced. If you want a good burger, there are plenty of places to go in Konstanz.

It was supposed to be a golden ending but it turned into a DISASTER. 1. Point I wanted to order in a relaxed manner using the mcs app [it has always worked so far] but not a single coupon worked at the machine. 2. Then I had to place my order individually at the machine and pay €6 more. 3. Placed the order and waited full of hope for a tasty meal, but then the big setback. I ordered my coveted 6 nuggets with a clear conscience, but it happened as it had to, the nightmare was that mc plant nuggets arrived. I didn't expect this ending that evening I hope I was able to help someone with this review Ps: the burger was very good

I understand why you have to pay extra for a toilet... I saw it for the first time. Sometimes no one was interested in the whole thing because the children were running through it downstairs. Well, the ambience is Talahon spawner and meeting point. But I was able to charge my phone.

It was quite busy at lunchtime, but our 'menu' still came quickly and hot. The numbering system for the issue is interesting. The tables were cleared and clean. A repeat order was also delivered very quickly. We are satisfied!

However, this time I have to describe a less pleasant experience that unfortunately spoiled the overall impression. During my visit (August 18th at around 12:45 a.m.), an employee, a young woman with glasses, slightly taller, with long brown hair tied in a braid, was “talking” to three male colleagues about my sister’s boots “. The looks and tone of voice were derogatory. She then asked one of her colleagues if we had heard them making fun. Every customer should be treated with respect, regardless of their appearance! I really hope that this was an exception and that the employee in question shows more sensitivity and respect towards different styles of customers in the future. Treating all guests with respect should be a top priority.

We only bought ice cream here yesterday. How many years have passed, but the ice cream at McDonald's is very tasty! I don’t know about other food - we didn’t buy it. We ordered ice cream through the terminal, within 2 minutes the order was ready. McDonald's is located across the street from the train station. It is very convenient to pass the time while waiting for the train. Free toilets, quite comfortable. Certainly cleaner than at the station :))

As strangers, we arrived there at 12:30 a.m. on Saturday. Lots of dirty and uncleared tables. When it was handed out (to go) we were called up and then rudely directed to the page because the order wasn't ready yet. (Please and thank you are probably a foreign word) Checks at the serving table were probably not wanted, as we were sent on our way with “please go to the page now”. In the hotel room we noticed that a crispy chicken was missing. (Almost €9 with toppings) There was hardly any sauce on the other crispy chicken and the McRib. All in all: Very disappointing👎

The saying every McDonald's is the same does not apply to this one. The only good thing about this place, was the fact that it was clean. The food was expensive, the coffee bitter, nobody spoke English, even the toilet was paid for customers.

I've finally had enough. I keep thinking, "Okay, that's practical, it wasn't that bad last time, I'll try again," but it's just not okay. Today they toasted me yesterday's McMuffin again, burnt in every corner and tough as a shoe sole. Cappuccino regular is apparently now the same size as small, and comes from a fully automatic machine, the espresso machine is probably just decoration 🙄. Literally every time my orders have had at least one error or were simply stone cold. The wait times are sometimes unbelievable and then the employees trick the ordering system to mark unfinished orders as finished in the system. Today I got soft ice cream instead of frozen yogurt in two McFlurries, which are only sold with frozen yogurt. You drive over the border specifically for frozen yogurt; typical German McDonald’s.
