Good afternoon, in your restaurant on October 11th, 2024 at 12:55 a.m. we were served very rudely by your management employee, and only a few products were offered at that time, which is definitely not McDonald's standard! Both UHC's were out, and probably both grills too, as when we asked (meat without onions, due to allergies) the answer was "no longer available". When we said that this was not a standard at McDonald's Germany, a management employee told us that they would no longer have a standard after 12:50 a.m.?? The products were stored outside the UHC, and were not warm, and definitely not in the holding period! The 4 cheeseburgers we ordered were not up to McDonald's standards! Best regards

Typically for McDonalds, the food is of poor quality and overpriced. If you want a good burger, there are plenty of places to go in Konstanz.

It was supposed to be a golden ending but it turned into a DISASTER. 1. Point I wanted to order in a relaxed manner using the mcs app [it has always worked so far] but not a single coupon worked at the machine. 2. Then I had to place my order individually at the machine and pay €6 more. 3. Placed the order and waited full of hope for a tasty meal, but then the big setback. I ordered my coveted 6 nuggets with a clear conscience, but it happened as it had to, the nightmare was that mc plant nuggets arrived. I didn't expect this ending that evening I hope I was able to help someone with this review Ps: the burger was very good

The food is good, the service is fast despite the crowd. I just find it a shame that you have to pay to have access to the toilets, even just to wash your hands. The prices are a little expensive for a McDonald's.

Paid toilets? It's a no-go that you can't wash your hands after eating without paying! Junior really wanted to come here, at least he enjoyed it. That's why 3 stars, and only because of that! I understand why you have to pay extra for a toilet... I saw it for the first time. Sometimes no one was interested in the whole thing because the children were running through it downstairs. Well, the ambience is Talahon spawner and meeting point. But I was able to charge my phone.

It was quite busy at lunchtime, but our 'menu' still came quickly and hot. The numbering system for the issue is interesting. The tables were cleared and clean. A repeat order was also delivered very quickly. We are satisfied!

During my visit (August 18th at around 12:45 a.m.), an employee, a young woman with glasses, slightly taller, with long brown hair tied in a braid, was “talking” to three male colleagues about my sister’s boots “. The looks and tone of voice were derogatory. She then asked one of her colleagues if we had heard them making fun. Every customer should be treated with respect, regardless of their appearance! I really hope that this was an exception and that the employee in question shows more sensitivity and respect towards different styles of customers in the future. Treating all guests with respect should be a top priority.

We only bought ice cream here yesterday. How many years have passed, but the ice cream at McDonald's is very tasty! I don’t know about other food - we didn’t buy it. We ordered ice cream through the terminal, within 2 minutes the order was ready. McDonald's is located across the street from the train station. It is very convenient to pass the time while waiting for the train. Free toilets, quite comfortable. Certainly cleaner than at the station :))

As strangers, we arrived there at 12:30 a.m. on Saturday. Lots of dirty and uncleared tables. When it was handed out (to go) we were called up and then rudely directed to the page because the order wasn't ready yet. (Please and thank you are probably a foreign word) Checks at the serving table were probably not wanted, as we were sent on our way with “please go to the page now”. In the hotel room we noticed that a crispy chicken was missing. (Almost €9 with toppings) There was hardly any sauce on the other crispy chicken and the McRib. All in all: Very disappointing👎

They kicked us from inside without informing at late night!!! You shouldnt sell anything if you are closed!! We ate stuff in front of the door. Very very rude

Today they toasted me yesterday's McMuffin again, burnt in every corner and tough as a shoe sole. The saying every McDonald's is the same does not apply to this one. The only good thing about this place, was the fact that it was clean. The food was expensive, the coffee bitter, nobody spoke English, even the toilet was paid for customers.

Literally every time my orders have had at least one error or were simply stone cold. The wait times are sometimes unbelievable and then the employees trick the ordering system to mark unfinished orders as finished in the system. Today I got soft ice cream instead of frozen yogurt in two McFlurries, which are only sold with frozen yogurt. You drive over the border specifically for frozen yogurt; typical German McDonald’s.

Every time but every time is missing something from my order,i take always to go,I don’t have always time to check and i also like to think that I don’t even have to… My kids was waiting for drinks,for the ice cream…of course was missing,where you order for 2 adults and 2 kids and is missing 5 different pieces…disappointed!!!

Went to McDonalds today. There wasn't too much going on. I ordered, paid at the register and was told it would be delivered to the seat. After 10 minutes I looked in the kitchen and saw my tray. After 18 minutes there was still nothing. There I was with the table number and the receipt to be handed out and he just said: yes, you can take it with you. Table service for what? Fries were already cold, burger was just fine. Completely poorly organized. And I looked at the times on the receipt and the clock. Normally the order would be made in 4-5 and you wouldn't know until 10 minutes that it was ready.

It was actually very nice and the staff were super friendly, but the last time I was there the food was already cold and absolutely not tasty and I had to throw almost everything away with a friend. It was never like this the last few times before. I hope things get better again.

Unglaublich schlecht der möchtegern Cheeseburger für mittlerweile € 2,90. Früher gab es mal eine Aktion für einen Euro, da war der Cheeseburger auch noch doppelt so dick. Aber was wir hier bekommen haben kann als Flachland Brotscheibe mit zäher Fleischscheibe bezeichnet werden. Da hilft auch keine noch so moderne Bestellabwicklung über Bildschirme.

Well, I was there with a small group who needed to grab a bite before a nearby event, and what can I say... it's an average McDonald's, I guess (I'm not a regular McDonald's patron), the food was edible and service fairly friendly, but neither was particularly good either: The first order arrived last, some complained that their burgers were rather cold... So, you can fill your stomach there, that's about it.

The waitress seemed like she didn't want to work. Fairly quick delivery of special order and everything was very hot. It was very crowded and the ambience was not very pleasant. It was definitely acceptable.

Essen ist normal wie bei Mc Donald es so schmeckt. Leider sehr unsauber Boden und Tische.

Zuerst Sonderwunsch falsch umgesetzt. Nach Reklamation top. Pommes leider relativ kalt, nach der Zeit für die Reklamation natürlich noch kälter. Im Restaurant war es auch sehr kalt. Dass dann die Toiletten Geld kosten, hat es auch nicht besser gemacht. Insgesamt eher solala.

Brötchen von McRib war völlig durchweicht. Total beschmutzte Finger dadurch unausweichlich.

Our order was done on the machine and paid at the counter. The cashier came to us quickly after notifying staff that we wanted to pay with cash. The food also came fast; it took less than 5 minutes to get it on our table. The fries were sadly only a little warm so it wasn't so good. The burgers were okay and the coffee good. I liked the Apfeltasche best.

Ich wollte nur 2 Getränke und wartete bestimmt 15 min bis ich erstmal den Zettel zum bestellen bezahlen konnte , einfach unmöglich ….jedoch wurde gerade mein fast komplett zerrissener 10 € Schein nett entgegen genommen was mich jetzt doch wieder zufrieden stelle

Leider macht man in vielen Filialen von MC keine guten Erfahrungen mehr. Umso positiver waren wir überrascht . Vor allem von der Freundlichkeit des Mitarbeiters der uns am 17.10.23 bedient hatte. Supernett, vor allem ggü unseren Kindern . Insgesamt hatten wir auch einen guten Eindruck von der Räumlichkeit. Auch die Tische wurden geputzt . Weiter so !

Ich muss sagen es ist ein sehr schönes Lokal und ich hatte die Freude zwei mal darin zu speisen. Ich kann es empfehlen nette arbeiter und gutes Essen. Ich war positiv überrascht.
