Ich habe im Sommer während dem Stadtgarten- und Seenachtsfest für dieses Restaurant gearbeitet und muss leider sagen, dass ich sehr enttäuscht bin. Wir haben bis zu 9,5 Stunden täglich ohne Pause gearbeitet, und das Ganze lief unangemeldet ab. Als ich nach der Bezahlung gefragt habe, wurde mir zunächst zu wenig überwiesen, und auch nach mehrmaligem Nachhaken wurde der Betrag nicht vollständig ausgeglichen. Solch ein Umgang mit Mitarbeiter*innen ist respektlos und inakzeptabel. Gäste sollten wissen, dass sie ein Unternehmen unterstützen, das scheinbar wenig Wert auf faire Arbeitsbedingungen legt. Interessierte, die dort arbeiten möchten, sollten sich genau überlegen, ob sie unter solchen Umständen tätig sein wollen. Ich hoffe, das Restaurant zieht Lehren daraus und überdenkt sein Verhalten gegenüber seinen Mitarbeiter*innen. Faire Bezahlung und Respekt am Arbeitsplatz sollten selbstverständlich sein.

Liebes Burro Burro-Team, bin seit Jahren Stammkunde bei Euch. Aber irgendwie nervt es, dass man nie weiß, was man bekommt. Das hängt wohl von der Tagesform des Rollers ab, kanns mir nicht anders erklären. Mild bestellt und mittel bekommen, extra Käse bestellt und ohne Käse bekommen, mild bestellt und scharf bekommen, mal kalt und mal warm, mal in Ordnung gefüllt und mal fast nur mit Reis, extra Soße mal unfallfrei und manchmal komplett in der Tüte ausgelaufen, usw. Warum gibts da keine Standards? Sorry, das nervt echt extrem, denn wenn die Tagesform stimmt, dann schmeckts und macht Bock. Vielleicht gehört diese Lotterie auch dazu, denn wenn mal alles passt, dann freut man sich doppelt.

Very very fine. However, the portions are no longer enough to fill you up with one burro. It's also a shame that the fries aren't available on the menu. This is possible in industrial areas.

Waited 30 minutes for a burrito that was inedible and was missing meat. After I tried to inquire with the employee, I was brushed off in a very unfriendly manner and was told that a meat-rice mixture was delivered and that Burro Burro had no influence on it. I should complain in the kitchen. (Constance branch) Definitely not recommended!

Wir lieben Burro Burro und sind seit Jahren regelmäßige Kunden! Daher müssen wir auch leider feststellen, dass die Größe unserer Geliebten Burritos drastisch abgenommen hat…bei steigendem Preis! Wir sind uns der Auswirkungen der Inflation bewusst, sind aber trotzdem enttäuscht, dass wir nicht mehr satt werden-sizematters!

The food its not good, it doesnt taste like beef. It has make us feel sick right after. The worst way to enjoy a Sunday in family.

The burritos with fries were delicious! My friends from Spain visited me for 5 days and out of all the food they said Burro Burro won! We had a nice, pleasant stay and the service was competent and friendly, which made us feel very comfortable.

The staff is sort of friendly. I I totally love their nachos and ice tea selections!

What an It store! Great here, the guys skillfully mix the ingredients into the Mexican Dürüm and off you go. Price was great for the size, it was a lot of fun to eat. There's sauce in there too thanks

Very tasty burritos, the ingredients change every quarter (?) to keep them fresh seasonally. Unfortunately, the portions of sweet potato fries used to be larger, but they still taste very good! The vegetarian burrito is definitely recommended, but I personally don't think the one with pork is particularly good. Iced tea is cheaper if you ordered a burrito! Cheese nachos are also great, but of course the burritos are the highlight. Very nice staff Always.

The prices have risen, which would be okay if the quality had remained the same - but unfortunately it hasn't. The guacamole in particular no longer tastes as good as it used to, it has lost a lot of its old taste. In addition, there are no longer any free sauces on the tables that you could simply take. Instead, you now have to buy them separately in small portions. Unfortunately only an emergency solution for me.

One of the last good and affordable fast food restaurants in Konstanz. Here you can get great burritos with fresh ingredients and the best sweet potato fries quickly and easily for a fair price. The iced teas, especially when served with a burro, are also worth recommending. If you want a quick meal in the city of Konstanz, you've come to the right place.

After a long day, I ordered something to pick up, although there were hardly any customers there when I picked it up and they couldn't get their only order right at the time. The vegetarian burrito then became a beef burrito and I was naive enough to think you could trust the service and only realized when I got home that they had made the wrong one. So my vegetarian friend was allowed to go hungry.

Tried it for the first time at the city garden festival... super tasty! Plus fresh coriander...the vegetarian wrap was really, really good! The price is more than correct compared to certain fast food chains.

I was harassed by a screaming child. I'm still outraged that even the staff couldn't intervene because the parents were so militantly behind their child's free upbringing. Anyone who is too incompetent to use contraception should at least have their consequences under control so that other people don't experience this problem. The food was at least mediocre, I liked the iced tea but the Burro of the Mampf and the nachos couldn't get me off my feet. I would prefer a takeaway counter over seating, because if the comfort of other guests cannot be guaranteed due to little devils and incompetent parents, for me this is just a place to pick up delicious iced tea.

for those looking for a quick lunch or dinner, this is one of the most convenient spots in konstanz. although the atmosphere isn’t very elegant, the service is fast and the burritos are delicious. i recommend the beef and chicken ones. plus, the portions are reasonably priced.

Pulled pork was super tasty, but this crispy chicken was unfortunately very cold and overloaded with mango pieces. Chicken not crispy and very little meat.

Food was okay, it’s tasty but nothing too special. It is expensive for what it is to be honest. We had to wait 25 min for just 1 burrito and 1 portion of fries… way too long.

Nice and affordable mexican food in fast food style with quick but kind service. The food is absolutely great for the pricing and is served very quick. The beverage options are unique and nice aswell. Even at peak hours theres more than enough seating and still good service.

The truth is I didn't like it at all, not much meat, a lot of rice, in short, to taste the colors, I won't go back.

The tortillas gratinated with cheese were not crispy, the cheese was not runny but spread over it like a tough layer. Cheddar would certainly fit better here, but the guacamole was much worse 🥑 here they saved a lot on the avocado and used a lot of yoghurt. I wasn't convinced at all 🤨

Sorry, but I've just been harassed by extreme hygiene rules for 3 years and you also went along with it instead of properly defending yourself against the conspiracy of exaggerated measures and at least opening your mouth a little. Now when I see your boys and girls just touching EVERYTHING with their gloves (the fridge door handles, the drawer handles, the trolley, their own noses, sorting out the return trays, the cleaning product for the counter, the plastic boxes with the salad) AND THEN THIS EATING (the sweet potato fries fall on the counter and are pressed back into the bag by the kitchen helper, the other colleague dutifully threw the ones that had fallen on the counter into the trash, then put new ones on top that he had dropped again, and all over again)... .then I just feel so fooled. Of course it's not just you, but I had to wait a really long time for the take-away order (15 minutes) and I was forced to look at it. Don't you want to stand out from the kebab stalls? I once experienced someone wiping everything with a rag and then using the kebab knife at the end. I find that sad and it makes you lose interest in your otherwise delicious food. your staff is always friendly. (ps. why are churros only available in the industrial area??) ... (pps. I just turned the 2 into a 3...)

Very tasty, but unfortunately very busy. Food is prepared quickly and the tacos in particular taste very good.

Went there on a busy Saturday lunchtime and sat outside to eat. You have to order inside, but the food and drinks are then brought outside. The selection is very manageable, but still varied. Only our daughter was a little disappointed that there were no normal fries.

The food was actually quite good. Unfortunately, the glass of iced tea that they served to my companion was so old that when he drank it, shards of glass came off and he then found them in his mouth. Luckily he noticed them! The first person at the service hardly reacted to our advice, the second only responded to my questions with “Yes, there’s nothing we can do about that, you can have an espresso”. Ein Punkt ist schon zu viel. Hatte HAPPY CHICKEN mit Freiland-Pute bestellt. Das Weizentortilla ist Fertigware aus der Tüte. Nach drei Bissen habe ich den Wrap aufgemacht und es war kein CHICKEN drinnen. Daraufhin hatte ich es reklamiert. Nach einigen Suchen hatten wir ein Stück Hühnerhaut gefunden. Das ist absolute Abzocke! Möglichst viel verdienen mit billigen Produkten. Da war das CHICKEN wirklich HAPPY, da es garnicht geschlachtet wurde

Well, that was a solid number. Meat lacked body fluid, the veggie burro was a bit bland but the sweet potato fries were on point. But unfortunately it's a bit rancid area but the place was passable.🌯

Ideal for a quick, small meal. 11€ for a delicious burro + iced tea is fair and a good choice for fast food. You can choose between 3 levels of spiciness, which in my opinion are carefully designed. The atmosphere is relaxed, the staff and music spread a good mood.

Don't believe the reviews here. After observing for a few days that Burro Burro was always well attended, we decided to order two beef burritos to take away there for lunch this afternoon. The order was taken quickly, but we then waited 35 minutes until we had the two pieces in our hands. There was hardly any beef in it, and the burritos were put together carelessly, so that individual ingredients could only be found in one place. The crew was completely overwhelmed by the number of orders.

Always worth ordering :) The nachos and the "Burro of the Month" are also popular during the pandemic, and the house lemonade and iced tea are also worth recommending. Unfortunately, the waiting times are sometimes very long.

Load Top Burrito. We had three different burro's. My Mampf Burro was great, exactly spicy. The chicken burro’s are also great. Ice tea, we tried three types and we thought they were great too. Very nice people. Price/performance everything was great.

I'm actually very, very strict about Tex Mex since I lived in Arizona for a year. The Burro Burro was really a hit, everything was homemade, no tortilla chips from the bag, no ready-made salsa from the jar, everything was fresh, super tasty, thank you very much...

When I lived near Konstanz, I was a regular customer here. The store is one of my personal highlights. Back then, the burros were unbeatably delicious, a meal that was second to none. The clientele also tends to spend hours, which is not a negative thing given the prices. Little money for a lot of food. The iced teas are also highly recommended. Rather, what is not edible should be advised: NOTHING! The entire menu is thoroughly well thought out and delicious. If the store were to ship, I would have the burros shipped across Germany at least twice a week. Hats off, keep it up and hopefully many more customers!

Waren das erste mal hier Essen.Service war nett und schnell. Preise sind etwas gestiegen. Burrito war ok, hat mich aber nicht aus den Socken gehauen. Süßkartoffelpommes waren knusprig. Gut finde ich das Sie regionale Erzeuger und Produkte haben.

Ich bin ein Burro-Fan seit vielen Jahren. Leider hat sich der Preis mit der Zeit ordentlich erhöht, so kostete früher ein Veggie-Burro um 4-5€, jetzt sind es 7, ein Falafel Burro etwa 9€. Früher haben wir gern Burro + Süßkartoffelpommes oder einen Brownie zum Nachtisch mitgenommen, aufgrund dieser hohen Preise beschränken wir uns meist auf den Burro mittlerweile (leider). Edit: 8.29€ für einen veggie Burro der früher um 4-5€ gekostet hat. Der vegane kostet nun 9.90€. Langsam wirds ein bisschen viel, sorry. Dann halt nicht mehr. War früher jede Woche dort.

Price was a bit too high. We had two Burittos and sweet potato fries. The fries were cold and the burittos were also quite cold. The meat inside wasn‘t really warm and the vegetables were very cold. Atmosphere was nice.

Wir haben hier unser Essen nur abgeholt. Das Essen war lecker.... Service 👍 Da ich aber in dem Restaurant nicht gegessen habe kann ich über Ambiente nicht viel sagen.

We were hungry, so the food went down quick. The taste was much less than of home cooked similar dishes. On the bright side, food was brought to table quite quickly and staff was friendly. I guess this places matched the expectation. Nachos were wet with odd taste in the toppings. Burros were ok.

War nur schnell einen Drink nehmen - das ging freundlich, zügig und schmeckte gut. Daher gehe ich demnächst dort etwas essen und schreibe dann nochmal.

Eignet sich super als Imbiss. Sehr zu empfehlen.
