The kebab was a bit small, but it was resolved after a brief exchange. It tasted very good, and the staff were very competent and friendly.

We were there with our family. We ordered one plate and three kebabs in pocket bread. Even though I specifically asked if they prepared the bread themselves, I had to witness them warming up the pre-baked, possibly even frozen, bread! The man at the kebab skewer sliced ​​the meat for everything at once. Naturally, the meat was cold and inedible by the time it was served. What was also appalling for me was that they charged me money (€1.50) for the bread that was supposed to come with the kebab plate! I've never experienced that before.

8th March 2025, 11:30 - It really looks great and is made with some effort. But the meat was pretty dry despite freshly cutted and dripping in fat. I really like the whole garlic pieces inside a Döner. The fries were really dry and boring. They were crispy, but I never had such dry and boring fries in my life. It had no taste at all. I recommend to get other distributor and deep frying oil.

The food is okay, it tastes okay, the product quality is good in itself but the veal is tough! You chew one off and that's rather unpleasant... Service: well... if there are 6 to 7 employees behind the counter but there is only chaos and you have to wait 20 minutes for the kebab because no one knows what the other is doing/or has already done, that is very unprofessional! Ambience is quite nice (food mile in the Lago) Recommendation: only when there is not much going on, otherwise they will be too overwhelmed, even if they are nice.

Unfortunately my visit to this restaurant was disappointing. Although the checkout service was friendly, the rest of the experience left a lot to be desired. The men at the skewer seemed unmotivated and dawdled around, which ultimately meant that the meat wasn't cooked properly. In addition, the sauce was carelessly slapped onto the food in a single spot without being distributed properly. In my opinion, the shop and the food have great potential, but unfortunately I cannot recommend it under these circumstances.

I was here for the first time on December 31, 2024 at 11 a.m. Ambiance is very nice. The selection of ingredients for the kebab was also good, the sauces were delicious. Everything looked clean and tidy too. Service was also OK Still 2 stars deducted: 1. The device had already pre-cut the meat when I arrived, so the meat was already cut in the collecting container and was therefore cold and dry when I got it. That's not possible, kebab meat shouldn't be pre-cut before the order comes. 2. The kebab was so full that it was difficult for me to eat it without half of the contents falling out left and right and lying on the table and my hands were completely messed up. I'm not from Konstanz, but I wouldn't go there again, sorry.

Unfortunately the price-performance ratio was not convincing. The Dürüm only contained three slices of tomatoes, which seems rather sparse given the price of just under 10 euros. In addition, the veal was very gristly, which made it less enjoyable - chicken might be a better choice here. There are definitely better alternatives in the city.

A good Döner with real meat not the horrible chemical minced stuff, bread freshly baked too. Veal and chicken available. Reasonably priced for that. Sauces not that tasty, should be improved with freshly made options.

The food is perfect, high quality slices of meat, good sauces. The service is lazy and people talk on the side, drinks are forgotten to be handed out. If I hadn't asked, I wouldn't have gotten it.

We ate a very nice doner kebab as a family. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. I followed their advice and did not put any sauce on my doner, and I got the same taste of doner as in Turkey. I recommend it to you too. The atmosphere of the shopping center is unfortunately crowded, but the doner and the employees are very good. I think it is the best in the region. .I would like to thank all the employees again.

The meat is really tasty. But I have to deduct a lot because the quantity is simply too small. They're pretty stingy with it. I also understand that it is of higher quality and correspondingly more expensive than the meatloaf, but I also pay enough ash for a kebab. I can expect that they will at least work in the lower average range in terms of quantity. I usually rarely manage to eat a whole kebab, but after yesterday I was still hungry. And it's not that bad, but it's a bit of a shame that the meat doesn't come fresh from the spit, but just sits there.

very unfortunate. waited 45 minutes (!!!) for a döner, dürüm & fries. everyone in the queue was pissed. they had a chaos with the orders and the reciepts, asking the people contantly what they ordered… apparantly the machine wasn‘t grilling the meat fast enough. food was okay but not worth the waiting time. please let your customers know that they have to wait this long before you take their order.

Also ich habe hier den klassischen Döner getestet mit Hähnchenfleisch. Also erstmal, der Geschmack ist wirklich top. 10 Punkte. Es gibt vier Soßen zur Auswahl die alle lecker sind, und zwei Fleischsorten zur Auswahl. Das Brot macht zumindest den Eindruck als könnte es selbst gebacken sein. Der Laden macht wirklich einen sauberen und ordentlichen Eindruck. Was es zu bemängeln gibt, ist der Preis. Ja Qualität hat seinen Preis, aber bei 7 € für den Hähnchen Döner ist der entweder zu klein oder 50 Cent zu teuer. Auch der Kalbs Döner, auch wenn es Scheibenfleisch ist, ist mit 8 € zu teuer. Aber das ist der Aufpreis den man in Konstanz zahlt wenn 50% der Kunden Schweizer sind.

Sehr leckerer Hähnchendöner. Wäre ich nicht zum Urlaub hier, wäre das definitiv immer meine erste Wahl. Absolut ausreichende Größe und schöne Menge an Dönerfleisch. Empfehlungswert finde ich die Kräutersauce. Für mich stimmt das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Sehr leckeres Fleisch, frisches Gemüse und auch die Pommes waren gut! Personal ist super freundlich. Portionen könnten für den Preis etwas größer sein und es ist nunmal in einer Shopping Mall also recht laut, aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Hatten leider kein Kalb mehr um 15:00 Uhr, jedoch hat mich das Hähnchen-Fleisch positiv überrascht. Heiss, saftig und gleichzeitig eine Geschmacksbombe. Das Gemüse war sehr frisch. 3 Minuten gewartet und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr sympathisch (haben mich mit der Glasvitrine verarscht 😂). Jedoch fast Schweizer Preise, ist im Lago aber keine Seltenheit.

Bester Yufka den wir je gegessen haben! Service war auch super nett und witzig. Kommen jederzeit gerne wieder. 🫶

Hatte einen Döner Kebab Klassik mit Kalb. Abgesehen vom guten Brot und Salat, war das Fleisch leider nicht überzeugend. Teilweise zu trocken oder zu fest. Das Positive ist, das mehrere auswahl hast vom Fleisch.

Parfait, service rapide et personnel sympathique.

Vielleicht habe ich einfach Pech gehabt, denn die Qualität des Fleisches ist bei meinem Besuch einfach nur mangelhaft gewesen. Ich finde das Angebot für das, was geliefert wird, zu teuer und empfehle daher besser ein andere Restaurant.

War schon paar Mal da. Qualität wirklich frisch und gut. Das Fleisch schön saftig und super fein. Man merkt wirklich den Unterschied. Pommes finde ich persönlich nicht so gut gemacht. --------------- Edit: Ich muss meine Bewertung leider runterstufen. Zuviel negatives. Es gibt Mitarbeiter die sind schön freundlich mit einem Lächeln und machen von sich aus gute Portionen und Soße drauf. Zu oft muss ich jedoch um z. B. mehr Soße bitten. Jedes Mal sage ich an der Kasse ich möchte keine Pommes in der Box, aber das wird nicht weitergegeben, ich muss es dem Kollegen auch nochmal sagen und dadurch wurden umsonst Pommes zubereitet. Wenn viel los ist, bekommt man kein frisch geschnittenes heißes Fleisch, sondern bereits vorgeschnittenes. Und wenn die Gemüsebehälter nicht mehr so voll sind, wird richtig am Inhalt gespart. Ich hatte auch schon gar kein Grillgemüse mehr bekommen. Wir hatten schon Fleisch das war perfekt zart und saftig, dann aber auch super trocken und zäh, noch nicht ganz so durch oder sogar knorpelig. Diese Qualitätsunterschiede führen immer zu Überraschungen, was ich nicht gutheiße und daher immer weniger gerne weiterempfehle. Preis ist aufgrundessen auch zu teuer. Meiner Erfahrung nach ist die Zeit zwischen 12 und 13 Uhr am besten. Noch genug Inhalt vorhanden und das Fleisch ist durchgebraten und nicht noch tiefgekühlt.

Der Ort ist ist voll, laut und unkoordiniert. Die Brotasche wurde nicht gewärmt, und war dacher statt knusprig nur weich und lasch. Fleisch war ok, aber der Preis ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Evt schlechten Tag erwischt mit viel Kunden, aber für den Preis erwartet man konstante Qualität.

Sehr leckerer Döner, Bedienung sind Ehrenmänner. Hänchen schmeckt sehr nice, aber Kalb sogar noch geiler. Die soßen 10/10. Insgesamt nur zu empfehlen.

Preis / Leistung leider nicht zufriedenstellend. - Höfliches aber gelangweiltes Personal - Dönerfleisch sieht besser aus als es schmeckt. - Würde meiner Meinung nach nicht gut laufen, wenn nicht so viel Kundschaft im Lago vorhanden wäre.

Das Fleisch ist qualitativ super und auch das Taschenbrot war sehr fein! Leider habe ich statt scharfe Soße, welche ich mir gewünscht habe, eine Currysosse drauf gehabt (Hella Ketchup) und die Soße wird auch als scharfe Soße dort deklariert! Sie schmeck nicht scharf sondern nach Curry und das passt einfach nicht zu Döner!

Der beste Dönerladen in Konstanz, sehr freundliches Personal. Die Saucen sind der Hammer, wie gewohnt selbst gemacht. Koblauch, Kräuter, scharf und cocktailsauce, alles vorhanden. Ich kann nur empfehlen die Berliner Saucenkombination aus Knoblauch scharf. Meine Favoriten sind die dönerbox, falafelbox, halumidürüm… und der klassische Döner mit Rind, sehr leckeres Schichtfleisch, was man selten bekommt, man muss es zu schätzen wissen. Hackfleischspieße sind öde, hier bekommt man nur das beste vom besten.

Tatsächlich recht lecker und gleichzeitig teuer. Sehr kleine Portion für den Preis. Im Dürüm hat er tatsächlich 3 kleine Gurkenscheiben eingepackt und das Fleisch wurde nicht frisch aus dem Spieß geschnitten, lag bereits unten drin und war dadurch nicht richtig heiß. Geschmacklich war es absolut in Ordnung, aber das ist eben das Problem mit dem Lago Center: Preise zu hoch und unangemessen um die Leute dort etwas mehr als gewöhnlich abzunehmen, sicher der Einfluss der vielen Schweizer dort, denen ist das egal. In der Stadt sind viele Alternativen und wir werden hier nicht mehr Kunden sein. Bissel mehr Freundlichkeit würde auch nicht extra kosten....
