Absolutely delicious food and friendly service. If you come during peak hours, it can get very busy, but we were there early and were served quickly. The churros were really good too! It's a shame this chain isn't available where I live.

Not recommended, expensive, and the portions are now rather small. See photos for what you get. The coleslaw is original size, nothing has been removed, and costs €3. The other photo is the side dish "Nachos Cheese" for €8, very appetizing. Communication with the employees, or complaints by phone, is difficult; I've given up trying and will avoid this place in the future.

Well, the review actually sums it up quite well. 1. There were a lot of people here to take away food, which probably bothered the few people eating there, because they didn't really know where to wait. 2. I wouldn't describe the ambiance as such. If you like sitting uncomfortably on a wooden bench without a backrest, you won't be unhappy here. 3. Food: Of the three burros, one wasn't the one we ordered (whoever had my crispy chicken: I hope it was delicious 🥲), but going back and waiting again was too stupid for us. The wrong one tasted quite good. The second one, with pulled pork, was really quite good. The third one, with beef, had beans on it, which were really not very tasty. 4. Price vs. Performance/Taste: For almost €10 per burro, we were full (it does have thick rice in it, after all), but for the price, we really expected more. 5. Conclusion: Okay for a shop in an industrial park, but too expensive if you're planning on buying something here regularly during your break or after work. We wouldn't want to sit here because it's simply uncomfortable and not very nice.

It's actually a pleasant store concept. However, the staff behind the ordering counter are even more gloomy than at typical fast-food chains. Specifications regarding spiciness were skillfully ignored, despite the receipts showing. Prices are okay, but only if you actually get what you ordered.

Burro Burro is always worth a visit. The burritos and sweet potato fries are simply delicious. If they had the lemon iced tea in-store, I probably wouldn't drink anything else. Great!

Last burro burro for me. I ordered the classic beef from the menu, and after four bites, I found nothing but iceberg lettuce and rice, no sign of beef. Then I complained to the grumpy saleswoman and, with a lot of persuasion, ordered a new burro. After waiting 10 minutes and several burros being given to subsequent customers, the decision was made to cancel the meal, which the woman in question initially refused and then carried out disapprovingly. Not a word of apology, even snippy about it; that's not how you treat customers. Burro is over for me after this experience.

The vegan burrito was just a salad pocket, and it was also small. For that price, I would have expected a vegan meat substitute. We paid €18 for two salad pockets (without drinks or anything else).

We got food for the first time from BurroBurro in the industrial area. Otherwise we pick up in the city and we are not used to such disappointments from there. The burro was cold, the beef was completely tough, streaked with fat and impossible to chew, and the sweet potato fries were soggy and bland. Unfortunately that was nothing at all.

We had the minced burrito with, among other things, avocado, the crispy chicken burrito with, among other things, curry mango, sweet potato fries, homemade lemon iced tea and churros and were very satisfied! Cool atmosphere with casual music, to which our daughter danced in the high chair, as well as young and friendly employees and modern equipment round off a delicious dinner! Note: Don't forget to cancel the cilantro in the burritos if you don't like it. ;) Of course a little more expensive than McD and BK, but there is a difference in terms of taste and atmosphere!

If you stop by Burro Burro, you don't just get something to eat - here you experience a real street food feeling with style. The atmosphere is really cool: urban, inviting and designed with attention to detail. You immediately feel at home - whether for a quick lunch or a relaxed evening with friends. The food? Really delicious! Fresh, tasty and with a lot of oomph if you want it. The hot sauces are no joke - not only do they burn your tongue, but they remind you the next day of the good things you treated yourself to. A must for spiciness lovers!

Can't recommend it. Ordered a large menu yesterday with a fallafel wrap, fries and a drink. The drink was okay, the fries were way too salty and they also forgot the sauce, which I only noticed yesterday. Drive home from drive in to me about 5 minutes. The wrap was basically ice cold and the taste was way too bland. But the proud price of just under 17 euros. (Of course there's a small surcharge for packaging) but the food was really subpar, only the drink was good. Tried it once and no risk of repeating it. I stick with the classic kebab if I'm in a hurry and it's much cheaper.

Small Mexican restaurant with a bistro feeling. I like the extraordinary friendliness of the staff, the selection of dishes, the fresh preparation and the size of the tables. Whole families can sit there. If you are in a hurry, it is better to use the drive-thru counter.

An approximation of a burrito is available but not assembly line, so it's slow and you don't pick and choose everything. Homeopathic quantities of guac and sour cream (I didn't notice any), no refried beans and too much lettuce, no hot and cold contrast, much lost in translation.

Fast food chain for Mexican food. There is a drive-thru. Food is OK. It can't be compared with a real Mexican restaurant, but you don't have that expectation with fast food. Staff very friendly. Price-performance is surprisingly good.

A feast of disappointment We ordered what sounded like a dream - what we got was the culinary apocalypse. The falafel is so dry that even the Sahara would be jealous. The burritos? A desert of dough and lack of filling. The fries – cold, emotionless, disappointing. And then the price? A gourmet menu for the after-work canteen experience. Oh yes, the promised call before delivery? As mystical as unicorns. Conclusion: If you like surprises - here you can get cold food at a hot price!

Burrito was a joke. I ordered it for my wife and I. There was only rice and tomatoes, no meat or vegetables. Fries were very tasty. All in all, I can't recommend it.

Ordered twice in one week, the extra sauce was forgotten twice (ordered via Ubereats). WHY do I pay money for the sauce if it isn't delivered anyway. So the food tastes very good but the delivery is a total disaster. Spend €30 so I'm in a bad mood because of a mixed sauce, unbelievable!!!!!!!!!

Great Burro Burro in the industrial park. We recently discovered it and are happy to be able to stop by on our way back from our activities. This saves us the hassle of driving into the city center. The food, service, parking, and atmosphere are all top-notch and better than the shop in the center. We can hardly stop eating because it's so delicious.

It was a bit expensive but the waitress at the checkout was very friendly and helped us straight away, he even adjusted the music to our wishes.

Hey everyone, I was with you today at 11:50 a.m. I ordered a chicken burrito to take out. The sweet potato fries were amazing, as was the sauce and iced tea. But now I got home and lo and behold, no chicken burrito but pulled pork. The place was empty...I think the excuse of stress doesn't work here. 1x the drive in and me. Presumably the other person has the chicken burrito. Please look at such small things. For some it can be really shitty if they eat meat that they aren't allowed/want to eat. Do better, the rest is great.

Recently ordered via Tasty Delivery. 2 times burro of the month plus 1x portion of sweet potato fries. Unfortunately everything is just mediocre. Everything was cold when it arrived. This is clearly not necessarily a burro burro, but then on a burro of the month in which cheese sauce is promised there is none. Bad, sorry, no matter how busy it is and whether it's a holiday. Something like that shouldn't happen, especially if you have it delivered via an external service provider who also charges an extra delivery fee (€5).

Food almost cold & cole slaw way too small for €5

A few months ago you got 5 stars from me but now I'm just annoyed. The crispy chicken was simply taken out (that was the only buerito I really liked) And now for the 4th time something was done wrong with my to go order. I order the chipotle sauce all the time. Sometimes I got the jalapeno sauce instead, sometimes the mayo, sometimes the right sauce was thrown in so that it ran out completely on site and sometimes I didn't get any at all. Why don't you make any more effort? Why don't your employees know which sauce is chipotle sauce?

Inhumane waiting times, food could be a little more seasoned but quite good for the price

The ambience was terribly limited in space and the design was rather mediocre. The main reason for this review is the food and service. Food was slow to finish and cashier very rude. Food was cold and tasted a bit old, little meat, 15 euros for it, a total rip-off, the low quality was also visible in my bowel movements, which were very unpleasant. Never again

Very tasty burritos and friendly staff, but the best thing was the baked nachos as a side dish.

Unfortunately, the burros are a lot smaller than those in the city. I sometimes find it very disappointing for the price paid that the burro feels like it has up to 20% less content. I'll just pick him up in town. Even if the drive-in is great.

You order something via Uber Eats, the order is accepted and confirmed. But after 15 minutes it is canceled on the grounds that they can't keep up. That was definitely the last time I ordered there or supported the store.

The ATM didn't work properly, so I ended up paying twice. I showed this to the employee behind the counter that it had been double debited to my bank account. He reassured me that it was a glitch in the system and that it would be automatically refunded. This never happened. Even after calling and emailing various employees, the money has not arrived in my account. This was over a month ago.

The gentleman at the service couldn't recommend anything, the coffee machine was cleaned during opening hours and I don't want to say anything about the food. Drink selection more than poor.

The food is quite tasty, even if the sweet potato fries lack a bit of seasoning. However, the service was a disaster! We had placed an order incorrectly, which the saleswoman could have noticed. Instead of helping to fix our mistake, she just said rather smugly that it couldn't be changed now. The colleague boldly said that we should just order another menu. Anything but good service. We were here for the last time.

When I ate it, it was in there and the result was an allergic reaction. Good burritos, quick snack, parking in front of the house

Was in Burro Burro, I've often driven past there after shopping and thought it was nothing, but I went there today and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly, helpful and you can put together the menu at your leisure and determine the level of spiciness. If I consider how much money I spend at the usual fast food shops until I'm full, for me it was cheap at Burro Burro. The risk of unmotivated staff and cold, flimsy stuff being packaged nicely. So I can't understand some of the other reviews. The burrito was juicy, tasty and the sweet potato fries were crispy enough, the lemon iced tea was a dream for me. The sauces were good, I used medium because I didn't know how spicy they should be, next time I'll use spicy because I'm more used to spicy food. Keep it up guys...

I ate in the industrial area on April 14th. I ordered a burro, a side dish and a drink and paid almost 20 euros for it. I ordered the items “individually” and then realized that ordering them as a menu would have been much cheaper. When I noticed this, I then spoke to the waitress about it. She then said that you had to explicitly order this as a menu, otherwise the items would be sold individually at a higher price. You couldn't rebook or cancel anything and type it in as a menu. I understand that I didn't explicitly order it as a menu, but as a customer I would like to be made aware that the products are cheaper as a menu, or that something would be done to accommodate the customer afterwards. The order hasn't changed in that sense, I just paid more for the same product. It's not exactly customer-friendly and has a rip-off vibe. Unfortunately, I don't have the receipt anymore, but it was the last time I ate there. Which is a shame, because the burritos aren't that bad. It's only 3 or 4 euros, but it's really about the principle!

Lots of choice, nice location and delicious!

I ordered a crispy chicken burro, had to wait 30 minutes, there weren't many people there. There was only 1 person in the kitchen and he seemed unmotivated to me. Now to the food: The burro was cold, the grated cheese in the burro was raw. The portion size is rather meager for 10 euros. The taste was ok, but the cheese thing doesn't work at all. The whole thing doesn't seem well thought out to me - we would definitely need a second chef in Stromeyersdorf, or one who is more motivated. Unfortunately it was my last visit to Burro Burro.

I LOVE Burro Burro. But I always go to the old town because I was never convinced about Stromeyersdorf. Staff are also worlds apart from the locations. Burro also smaller and sometimes not tasty. Last time the burro was at least good, as usual. But the sauce? Hello? ALWAYS order these and it was a shock. Less than half in, and looked like it had already been used and taped up again. As long as this doesn't spread to the old town, I will continue to order, but certainly not in the industrial area anymore.

I'm sorry but this is the worst chicken wrap we've ever eaten, the meat is cold, the wrap is like bubble gum, I don't eat it anymore? Never....! That's it.

An exciting further development of the Burro Burro concept into system catering. The ambience is a bit cold and too reminiscent of a fast food chain. The food is still good, the portions are getting smaller and the extra charge for the sauces is a bit stupid. But the atmosphere doesn't invite you to go out for a leisurely meal. But thanks to drive in and the location outside of the city, the restaurant is perfect for picking up something and eating it on the Rhine.

We were often happy with the food, but today at take away we discovered that the sweet potato fries were a disaster; we couldn't even eat them because they were fried in rancid oil. You could clearly notice this just by smelling it. Just horrible. We won't be coming back.

We used to love going to Burro Burro, but now you really have to think twice about it. In my opinion, the prices are quite high for fast food. The quality was also significantly better, now the burros are often almost cold and the content is no longer particularly varied or lavish. The size of the portions has also become smaller over time. There is an actually cool feature in Stromeyersdorf: the drive-in. It's just stupid when you have to wait 15 minutes for two iced teas and a portion of fries. There wasn't much going on inside, but from taking the order until we were allowed to pay and then receiving the food, everything took what felt like an eternity... What a shame!! And unfortunately it wasn't the first time like this...
