Ordered twice in one week, the extra sauce was forgotten twice (ordered via Ubereats). WHY do I pay money for the sauce if it isn't delivered anyway. So the food tastes very good but the delivery is a total disaster. Spend €30 so I'm in a bad mood because of a mixed sauce, unbelievable!!!!!!!!!

Very good Mexican snack to eat burritos or nachos. The welcome is friendly and smiling and it is clean.

Great Burro Burro in the industrial area. We only discovered it recently and are happy to be able to walk past it on the way back from our activities. This saves us the hassle of driving into the city center. Food, service, parking and ambience, everything is top notch and better than in the shop in the center. We can hardly stop eating because it is so delicious.

It was a bit expensive but the waitress at the checkout was very friendly and helped us straight away, he even adjusted the music to our wishes.

Food was good, staff was very friendly, there was enough space for lunch.

Hey everyone, I was with you today at 11:50 a.m. I ordered a chicken burrito to take out. The sweet potato fries were amazing, as was the sauce and iced tea. But now I got home and lo and behold, no chicken burrito but pulled pork. The place was empty...I think the excuse of stress doesn't work here. 1x the drive in and me. Presumably the other person has the chicken burrito. Please look at such small things. For some it can be really shitty if they eat meat that they aren't allowed/want to eat. Do better, the rest is great.

Recently ordered via Tasty Delivery. 2 times burro of the month plus 1x portion of sweet potato fries. Unfortunately everything is just mediocre. Everything was cold when it arrived. This is clearly not necessarily a burro burro, but then on a burro of the month in which cheese sauce is promised there is none. Bad, sorry, no matter how busy it is and whether it's a holiday. Something like that shouldn't happen, especially if you have it delivered via an external service provider who also charges an extra delivery fee (€5).

Food almost cold & cole slaw way too small for €5

A few months ago you got 5 stars from me but now I'm just annoyed. The crispy chicken was simply taken out (that was the only buerito I really liked) And now for the 4th time something was done wrong with my to go order. I order the chipotle sauce all the time. Sometimes I got the jalapeno sauce instead, sometimes the mayo, sometimes the right sauce was thrown in so that it ran out completely on site and sometimes I didn't get any at all. Why don't you make any more effort? Why don't your employees know which sauce is chipotle sauce?

Inhumane waiting times, food could be a little more seasoned but quite good for the price

The ambience was terribly limited in space and the design was rather mediocre. The main reason for this review is the food and service. Food was slow to finish and cashier very rude. Food was cold and tasted a bit old, little meat, 15 euros for it, a total rip-off, the low quality was also visible in my bowel movements, which were very unpleasant. Never again

Very tasty burritos and friendly staff, but the best thing was the baked nachos as a side dish.

Unfortunately, the burros are a lot smaller than those in the city. I sometimes find it very disappointing for the price paid that the burro feels like it has up to 20% less content. I'll just pick him up in town. Even if the drive-in is great.

You order something via Uber Eats, the order is accepted and confirmed. But after 15 minutes it is canceled on the grounds that they can't keep up. That was definitely the last time I ordered there or supported the store.

The ATM didn't work properly, so I ended up paying twice. I showed this to the employee behind the counter that it had been double debited to my bank account. He reassured me that it was a glitch in the system and that it would be automatically refunded. This never happened. Even after calling and emailing various employees, the money has not arrived in my account. This was over a month ago.

The gentleman at the service couldn't recommend anything, the coffee machine was cleaned during opening hours and I don't want to say anything about the food. Drink selection more than poor.

The food is quite tasty, even if the sweet potato fries lack a bit of seasoning. However, the service was a disaster! We had placed an order incorrectly, which the saleswoman could have noticed. Instead of helping to fix our mistake, she just said rather smugly that it couldn't be changed now. The colleague boldly said that we should just order another menu. Anything but good service. We were here for the last time.

Self-service. You order what you want at the cash register (McDonald style) and wait. When it's ready, you're called to pick it up and you leave, leaving your table clean. .. we ate beef burro it was pretty bad. I was uncomfortable for a long time, the drinks are good.

I ate in the industrial area on April 14th. I ordered a burro, a side dish and a drink and paid almost 20 euros for it. I ordered the items “individually” and then realized that ordering them as a menu would have been much cheaper. When I noticed this, I then spoke to the waitress about it. She then said that you had to explicitly order this as a menu, otherwise the items would be sold individually at a higher price. You couldn't rebook or cancel anything and type it in as a menu. I understand that I didn't explicitly order it as a menu, but as a customer I would like to be made aware that the products are cheaper as a menu, or that something would be done to accommodate the customer afterwards. The order hasn't changed in that sense, I just paid more for the same product. It's not exactly customer-friendly and has a rip-off vibe. Unfortunately, I don't have the receipt anymore, but it was the last time I ate there. Which is a shame, because the burritos aren't that bad. It's only 3 or 4 euros, but it's really about the principle!

Was in Burro Burro, I've often driven past there after shopping and thought it was nothing, but I went there today and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly, helpful and you can put together the menu at your leisure and determine the level of spiciness. If I consider how much money I spend at the usual fast food shops until I'm full, for me it was cheap at Burro Burro. The risk of unmotivated staff and cold, flimsy stuff being packaged nicely. So I can't understand some of the other reviews. The burrito was juicy, tasty and the sweet potato fries were crispy enough, the lemon iced tea was a dream for me. The sauces were good, I used medium because I didn't know how spicy they should be, next time I'll use spicy because I'm more used to spicy food. Keep it up guys...

It was really nice but just incredibly slow... the employees work in slow motion... I don't know how it tastes good. I'm writing the reviews while I was cooking... I've now waited 50 minutes for my burrito and there was hardly anything going on

I ordered a crispy chicken burro, had to wait 30 minutes, there weren't many people there. There was only 1 person in the kitchen and he seemed unmotivated to me. Now to the food: The burro was cold, the grated cheese in the burro was raw. The portion size is rather meager for 10 euros. The taste was ok, but the cheese thing doesn't work at all. The whole thing doesn't seem well thought out to me - we would definitely need a second chef in Stromeyersdorf, or one who is more motivated. Unfortunately it was my last visit to Burro Burro.

Super delicious food, whether with meat, vegetarian or vegan :) The sweet potato fries and the hibiscus iced tea are recommended.

I LOVE Burro Burro. But I always go to the old town because I was never convinced about Stromeyersdorf. Staff are also worlds apart from the locations. Burro also smaller and sometimes not tasty. Last time the burro was at least good, as usual. But the sauce? Hello? ALWAYS order these and it was a shock. Less than half in, and looked like it had already been used and taped up again. As long as this doesn't spread to the old town, I will continue to order, but certainly not in the industrial area anymore.

I'm sorry but this is the worst chicken wrap we've ever eaten, the meat is cold, the wrap is like bubble gum, I don't eat it anymore? Never....! That's it.

Once and not again. Was there this evening and the staff were amazing. Rarely have I seen such unmotivated staff. I ordered food to take away but the employee preferred to leave my food there for another 5 minutes before informing me. Sat right in front of the counter and there was almost nothing going on. An exciting further development of the Burro Burro concept into system catering. The ambience is a bit cold and too reminiscent of a fast food chain. The food is still good, the portions are getting smaller and the extra charge for the sauces is a bit stupid. But the atmosphere doesn't invite you to go out for a leisurely meal. But thanks to drive in and the location outside of the city, the restaurant is perfect for picking up something and eating it on the Rhine.

We were often happy with the food, but today at take away we discovered that the sweet potato fries were a disaster; we couldn't even eat them because they were fried in rancid oil. You could clearly notice this just by smelling it. Just horrible. We won't be coming back.

We used to love going to Burro Burro, but now you really have to think twice about it. In my opinion, the prices are quite high for fast food. The quality was also significantly better, now the burros are often almost cold and the content is no longer particularly varied or lavish. The size of the portions has also become smaller over time. There is an actually cool feature in Stromeyersdorf: the drive-in. It's just stupid when you have to wait 15 minutes for two iced teas and a portion of fries. There wasn't much going on inside, but from taking the order until we were allowed to pay and then receiving the food, everything took what felt like an eternity... What a shame!! And unfortunately it wasn't the first time like this...

Hatte den Veggie Burro Herbst 🍂 mit Kürbis 🎃 war geschmacklich langweilig leider. Keine Ahnung ob die mit Fleisch 🥩 besser sind.

Schwierig zu liefern … unsere wraps waren fast kalt ,meiner hat leider nur nach liquid smoke aus der bbq soße geschmeckt übertönt leider alle anderen Aromen ! Die süsskartoffel Pommes wären lecker gewesen wenn nicht lätschig, die Chips mit Käse 🧀 waren auch matschig. Im mittelscharfen Burro waren 5 jalapenios , im scharfen nur einer ?!?! Der dipp für die Pommes war das beste am gesamten Essen . Ich denke nicht , dass diese Art von Essen sich besonders gut liefern lässt !!! Der Preis ist zu hoch für die Qualität die zuhause ankommt

Der Burrito hat wie immer geschmeckt! Die Atmosphäre war angenehm und sauber, doch die Süsskartoffel-Pommes waren dieses Mal leider zu weich, als wären sie nicht durch gewesen. Hier besteht sicher noch Verbesserungspotenzial. Trotzdem freue ich mich auf meinen nächsten Besuch.

Tolles Lokal! Das Personal ist nett, leider aber zur Mittagszeit oft unterbesetzt. Die Burros, die Beilagen und die Getränke sind wirklich sehr lecker und man wird immer satt. Das Burro Burro gehört definitiv zu den Top-5 meiner Lieblingslokale für die Mittagspause.

Hier gibt es gutes Essen, ich war überrascht dass ein Laden der sehr nach einfachem Fastfood aussieht dieses so lecker zubereitet eine Expansion Richtung Stuttgart würde ich gerne sehen, dann würde ich da auch öfter essen gehen!

Sehr leckeres Essen. Selbst unseren sonst sehr kritischen Kindern hat es sehr gut geschmeckt.

Für ein "Fastfood"-Restaurant leckere Burger und Eistee's, kreativ zubereitet mit interessanten Saucen. Nicht billig , aber angemessen. Leider nicht immer warm genug. Service okay und nett, aber noch ausbaufähig. Ambiente okay, nur an langen Tischen gemeinsam sitzen ist etwas schwierig, wenn man im kleinen Kreis sprechen will. Dennoch insgesamt eine gute Alternative für den schnellen Mittagstisch.

Big Burro Cookie steht auf der Karte, aber die Mitarbeiter wissen nicht, was es ist. Komisch. Der Cookie scheint hier unbekannt zu sein.

Geschmacklich waren Wraps ok aber nichts besonderes. Ich habe drei bestellt, zwei waren kalt bis bei mir ankamen. 9 € für einen für eine halb so halb so große Portion im Vergleich zu einem Yufka, ist schon heftig. Die Abwicklung dauert für ein Restaurant dieser Kategorie schon lange, selbst bei praktisch leeren Räumen wird für 3 Burros über 15 Minuten gewickelt...

Sehr freundlicher Service, schnelle Bedienung. Das Essen ist frisch zubereitet und sehr lecker. Preis/ Leistung passen. Noch dazu handelt es sich um ein einheimisches Unternehmen, das es wirklich verdient unterstützt zu werden!

Essen schmeckte sehr frisch und lecker, mit guten Zutaten bereitet. Allerdings hätte alles heißer sein müssen. Ambiente ist halt sehr einfach , Fastfood mäßig. Allerdings war es auch nicht sauber , Tische und Bänke schmutzig trotz weniger Kunden und genug Personal.

Die Burros waren kalt. Wir haben einen sehr scharfen und einen nicht scharfen bestellt. In einer der dann gelieferten Schalen hatte es einen Zettel mit Vermerk “scharf“, aber der scharfe Burro war im anderen Schäfchen ohne diesen Vermerk. Eine Verwechslung die wir nicht so cool fanden... Auch vom Geschmack her habe ich mehr erwartet.

Total leckere Burros. Jeder waren Sie mal deutlich billiger. Alles kein Thema. Jetzt sind Sie halt 2-3€ Teurer. Was mich extrem stört ist dass die Burros vor noch ca. 1 Jahr fast den doppelten Inhalt hatten. Die Preise so zu erhöhen und fast nichts mehr in den Burro zu machen ist echt schade :( bin immer total gerne hingegangen...

Hallo wirklich alles prima als einzigstes, und das ist der Lage geschuldet, bekommt das Ambiente ein stern abzug . Ansonsten hatten wir vier verschiedene Menüs alles lecker sehr gute Qualität und frisch also da geht man gerne wieder hin
