I tried kebab burger, not tasty at all, unfortunately.

What a great King! I've become a fan. I can highly recommend him. Kudos on your Plant selection.

Service was great, dining area was clean, it's the restroom that could be cleaner.

Fast food available, it was relatively quiet. The food was served hot and fresh. The service was adequate. Quick and easy.

The food was typical Burger King fare. Prices were slightly higher than at other Burger King locations.

Food is no good. They forgot to serve half of it. Friendliness is nonexistent. Please, thank you, good day, and goodbye are foreign concepts. The toilets are dirty. I'd rather go to the competition, even though I prefer Burger King.

The packaging tax applicable in Konstanz is added to your order when you "eat here." Unfortunately, the opening hours are no longer designed to allow you to get food after 10 p.m. on weekends. The seat cushions need a proper cleaning. Background music would be a bit better for the ambiance. Unfortunately, it has deteriorated over the years.

I don't know why anyone would eat here. It tastes just about acceptable, and you pay the packaging tax even when eating in-store; I've never experienced that before. It's not mandatory, and I suspect the money ends up in BK's pocket instead of the government's.

You get vouchers (coupons) delivered to your mailbox, which leads you to the crazy idea that they're also redeemable in the city where you live. Unfortunately, the local Burger King disabuses you of this notion: the vouchers aren't valid in the industrial park, but "only for the Burger King in the city"! Unfortunately, there isn't a Burger King in the city. I can only kid myself; this was my last visit to that establishment. It also takes a long time to explain the price difference compared to my coupon, since hardly anyone speaks German.

Worst Burger King we've ever visited. - Burgers weren't what we ordered - Bread was dry and partially moldy - Bacon was partially raw - Fries were unsalted and tasteless - Tables were dirty - Bathroom was dirty And in the end, we were rudely kicked out because it was 10:02 PM.

Burger King... the opening hours are embarrassing

Several times, I wasn't packed with everything I ordered, and unfortunately, I didn't notice until I got home. After contacting customer service, I was told that I should have checked my takeaway order on site. I didn't receive a response to two further emails. Poor service from both the staff and customer service. Avoid this junk shop.

And a designated vegan burger etc. The employees don't know anything about vegan and saw that they were only allowed to say veggie or plant based. The food is really okay to good and mostly even really hot. The little lady at the checkout was very unfriendly. First people shout that they can also order at the checkout because all the self-service terminals were full, but then they are very unfriendly and annoyed and accept the order! Then let people wait in peace instead of greeting them with such an attitude...

Always great when things have to go quickly. Since I always stick with my Whopper menu, I know what I'm getting and have never been disappointed. Polite and courteous staff. Delicious. Gladly again.

Food is okay, it was warm, Asian team, couldn't answer my question because there was no paper at the ordering machine. The toilet was, well, not entirely clean, but it's okay. The ambience is a bit dated, like in the other branches. Construction work is probably still underway on the ceiling. The tables are clean, so from 1 to 10 a 6.

The Burger King made a very clean impression when you entered. Everything seemed very tidy and there was no sign of disorder in the kitchen either. The food was ready quickly. It tasted like any other Burger King 👍🏼 I can recommend it!

There is no gluten-free bread, what a horror in every city in the world there is, I went without eating it.

I intentionally avoided this restaurant because of bad experiences and went in again to test it out. My overall result from this visit is sobering. It's not clean and there are no tables wiped down. The tray storage spaces are not emptied enough. The windows throughout the outside and inside areas are dirty and smeared. The monitor where you are supposed to read whether the order is ready was not connected to the server and a layperson could even see that. But no one from the staff could fix it. The toilets were all dirty when I visited, at least there was toilet paper. Unfortunately the soap was empty but luckily there was at least disinfectant which unfortunately was of very little use for cleaning. The employees all seem like a bunch of frightened chickens. They do their job, but you can tell that they have no competence to act and have not been trained very well. There is also a language barrier. Unfortunately, most of them don't speak German very well. Unfortunately, this leads to errors during operation and at the checkout when ordering. The franchisee who runs this branch needs to be replaced for me. What is offered here is not the Burger King standard that I am used to at other locations. Dear headquarters, action is needed here. Unfortunately, I can't go to any other branch in Konstanz. In the meantime, unfortunately, I have to go to the golden M.

Typical Burger King, the food tastes pretty much the same in almost every one, it's just nothing special, but that's not what you go to Bruger King for. The quick preparation and the practical ordering stations are positive. The staff was very polite.

We were in the drive in and the person who spoke to us spoke almost no German. We wanted 4 Bacon King Menu and she only gave us 3 then out of nowhere she said that there was no cola and gave us fruity ones.

Special orders were always fulfilled without any problems. Unfortunately, Burger King has a negative point when it comes to drinks, as they simply taste bad. The fact that you can refill it unlimitedly doesn't make it much better. But I will always visit this shop when I am in Konstanz.

Just went to this Burger King for the first and last time. Ordered a menu including 3 sauces, iced tea and 9 chicken nuggets. I actually received a menu with bone-dry fries, 2 sauces, a cola and 9 chili cheese nuggets. So if you want to go to a Burger King, I definitely don't recommend this one.

Rarely experienced something like this. The food was lukewarm, the fries were soggy. The staff - terrible! I'm sorry to have to say something like that, but the people there are out of place. Hardly any German - orders are not accepted only via the computer. Compatriots are served directly. The rubbish was piled up in the various trolleys and was lying around on the tables. In addition to us, there were 4 other guests eating in the restaurant - so they were by no means there at rush hour where this could possibly happen for a short time. I found the music volume disturbing while eating, it reminded me of a bar! All in all - we will not be guests here again.
