Habe fast eine halbe Stunde für auf Eis gewartet hab doppelte Menge bestellt kam weniger als sonst aber es schmeckt schönen Tag noch

This is so far the worst Mcdonald restaurant I have visited. It is slow. Soggy and Cold fries warm soda, but ok burgers.

Very often I don't get what I ordered and sometimes I order something else.

We wanted to order normally via the terminals, unfortunately two of them crashed straight away. When we tried to order at the checkout, it took almost 10 minutes for anyone to even pay attention to us. The cashier didn't understand German and even scanning the coupons was too difficult for her. Just when we thought she had made it, everything had gone wrong. Nothing she had scanned was booked, there was a completely wrong order on the receipt. When we brought this to her attention, we were just told that we couldn't change anything and that we had to accept it now because she couldn't cancel it either. The branch manager also made no attempt at all. Very unfriendly and overwhelmed. A visit is not recommended, even one star is too much here.

We often go to the drive in. There have been no drinks for weeks (with the exception of apple juice or bottled water). I'm not sure if this restaurant ever had a working ice cream machine. This is also the only MacD that I know where everyone has to park their car in the drive-in so that the order is then brought to the car. The usual 2-3 minutes per customer in fast food restaurants is guaranteed never to be adhered to. The staff is mostly friendly (but there are also very positive and very negative exceptions). What you get is the usual Macdonalds food, in the usual quality at the usual price.

Die Bedeutung "FastFood" hat hier eine ganz neue Bedeutung für mich bekommen. Ich hätte es eher als "SlowFood" bezeichnet. Geschlagene 20 Min. musste ich auf meine Bestellung warten, nicht das man denkt ich hätte für eine Fußballmannschaft bestellt, nein - es waren zwei Hamburger TS, zwei Chicken-Burger und ein Happy-Meal. Das alles habe ich sogar über die App bestellt gehabt, das kann es wirklich nicht sein. Es war wie ein Hühnerstall in dem ein Fuchs durchstreift - alles konfus rumgelaufen ohne Planung.

Manchmal ist der Besuch die reinste Katastrophe mit Wartezeiten von 45 Minuten und manchmal geht es schneller. Es kommt immer drauf an, wer an dem Tag da arbeitet. Aber die meiste Zeit bekommt man den Eindruck, dass die meisten da komplett überfordert sind.

Mit Abstand der langsamste McDonald den ich je gesehen habe. Bei einer von zwei Bestellungen fehlt etwas in der Tüte. Dann lieber etwas anderes oder die Kilometer investieren und in ein anderes McDonalds fahren.

Kein Frühstück, Umweg von der Autobahn für nichts. Nachtrag zur Antwort unten: ich stand ja gestern, an einem Samstag, leibhaftig um kurz vor 10 Uhr in eurer Filiale und der einzige sichtbare Mitarbeiter sagte mir: „Wir haben nur Burger.“ Ich habe die Rezension nicht erfunden!

Extrem lange warte Zeiten, egal zu welcher Uhrzeit und Auslastung des Lokals. Vierte Mal in Folge ab 20:00 Uhr "Eismaschine Defekt".

Obwohl nur 4 Tische belegt waren, im McDrive fast nichts zutun war und viel Personal vorhanden, hat man auf sein Essen >15 Minuten warten müssen. Darüber hinaus laufen mehrere Mitarbeiter an einer Milchshake Pfütze vorbei, machen diese aber nicht sauber und stehen lieber herum und schauen durch die Gegend. Immerhin war das bestellte Essen heiß und „frisch“.

Sorry but you are missing the essentials. I cannot complain about the food, because u get what you expect from McDonalds, but the way the restaurant looks… I can hardly find the words. Very dirty, there weren’t even many people inside but there was trash on the ground all over the place. I get that the usual customers are just uneducated adolescents who don’t care about anything, but the least u can do is try to step up the efforts in keeping the place nice and tidy. Update: I wanted to update this, I visited the place today and it has improved a lot, good for the owners and the team for the administration!

Unfassbar unorganisiert und chaotisch. Die Wartezeit waren knapp über zwanzig Minuten. Essen lag über zehn Minuten rum. Pommes wurden aus den to go Tüten wieder raus genommen und zurück geworfen in diesen Behälter. Es war reines Chaos. Unbedingt nachschulen um die Abläufe zu verbessern.

Diesen MC Donald zeichnet das schlechte Personal aus. Die meisten sind unqualifiziert und haben keinen Bezug zur Gastronomie. MC Ripp quillt über mit Soße, Pommes werden lauwarm rausgegeben, man muss ständig reklamieren.

Geht gar nicht. Ewige Wartezeit am Drive In Schalter. Beim Vorfahren zur Ausgabe dann noch pampige Kommentare vom Personal. Das Personal macht einen gehetzten und Inkompetenten Eindruck. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Die Pommes, die Bürger und das Eis schmecken genauso, wie in einem anderen McDonalds auch. Leider muss man bei diesem McDonalds immer auf etwas warten...entweder sind die Pommes noch nicht gut oder der Burger fehlt...Das ist ein bisschen nervig, wenn man schnell etwas essen möchte. Vorteil: Es ist dann wenigstens noch warm und frisch :) Das Personal ist nett und bringt die fehlenden Sachen in angemessener Zeit an den Tisch. Das Restaurant an sich ist nicht besonders schön. Oft sind noch Reste vom voherigem Kunden auf Tisch und Bänke. Und am allerschlimmsten ist das "gepiepe" von der Küche! Das ist dermaßen nervend, dass man dort auf jeden Fall nicht in Ruhe essen kann.
