Tolles Restaurant,tolle Mitarbeiter und immer leckeres Essen. Ich kann es nur empfehlen. Macht weiter so.

Wunderschöne, große Terrasse am Platz vor dem Rathaus. Große Auswahl auf der Speisekarte. Freundlicher Service.

Das Essen sah auf dem Teller leider genauso unappetitlich aus wie es geschmeckt hat. Die Magenprobleme ließen leider auch nicht auf sich warten. Da nützt auch ein aufdringliches Personal nicht mehr , bei dem der eine nicht weiß, was der andere tut. Schade, aber nie wieder

Wir bedanken uns recht herzlich für das leckere Essen zur Mittagszeit in Ihrem Restaurant. Die Portionen waren sehr groß und auch sehr gut angerichtet. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und Gäste orientiert. Wir kommen gerne mit unseren Freunden wieder !

Essen war super lecker, Service und Aufmerksamkeit waren überragend. Eine Servixe Kraft hatte mitbekommen das Besteck zu Boden gefallen war und brachte unaufgefordert neues. Auch das wir mit einer größeren Gruppe von 7 Erwachsene und zwei Kindern da waren ohne Reservierung, war überhaupt kein Problem.

Einfach gesagt: Bleiben Sie weg! Wir mussten zehn Euro mehr bezahlen, weil sich der Wirt verzählt hat; einmal und nie wieder!!! Zudem war die Cola-Flasche seit langem abgelaufen (MHD)!!!!

Tja. Lieferung kommt in einem angemessenen Zeitrahmen. Habe jetzt das 4. mal bestellt um zu schauen ob sich die Entäuschungen der ersten Bestellungen legen. Allerdings war dies nun die Krönung meiner Bestellhistorie. Der auf der Karte, als "Pikant Gewürzter Feta" angeprisene Käseersatz, war dann ein in Wasser schwimmender, gummiartiger, geschmackloser Industrie Weisskäse, der weder Salz, Pfeffer , noch sonst irgendeine Würzung erhielt und der sicherlich vieles war, aber kein anständiger Feta für den der Preis gerechtfertigt gewesen wäre. Das gleiche galt leider auch für meine überbackenen Auberginen. Kein Salz, kein Pfeffer, kein nix. Alles fade, geschmacklos und ohne Qualitätsanspruch zubereitet.

Seit dem Sommer ist das Kreta in Hann. Münden unser absolutes Lieblingsrestaurant! Im Sommer gibt es draußen einen großen Biergarten, was für uns wichtig ist, das es auch nachmittags geöffnet hat (leider nur in den Sommermonaten), wir haben meist um 15.00 Uhr Hunger und da hat fast alles zu.... Das Essen ist auf jeden Fall top! Das Gyros mit Zartziki superlecken, da kommen andere Griechen in Kassel nicht ran! Die nehmen alle extra Geld für Zartziki, im Kreta bekommt man große Portionen, Maria die Inhaberin ist ein sehr warmherziger Mensch, wir werden immer sehr herzlich von ihr begrüßt. Einzig der Salat ist nicht unser Ding, etwas zu trocken. Auch für die Kids gibt es reichlich Alternativen auf der Karte wenn man nicht unbedingt auf Griechisch steht: Pasta, Schnitzel, Lachs. Und am Schluss gibt es einen Ouzo aufs Haus. Wir kommen gerne wieder, im Winter schaffen wir es leider meistens nicht so oft.

Wir waren heute dort essen und normalerweise bin ich mit Rezensionen sehr zurückhaltend. Real bewerte ich mit über 4 Sternen, die ich aber auf Grund von überhaupt nicht nachvollziehbarer 1 Sterne Bewertungen zum Ausgleich auf 5 aufrunde. Zaziki mag ich gerne etwas schärfer, kann es aber aufgrund Anpassung an Kundschaft nicht bemängeln.

Super lecker, geschmackvoll angerichtet und gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis: Aktuell ist KRETA mein Lieblingsrestaurant in Hann. Münden. Wir haben uns eine leckere Vorspeisenplatte erstellen lassen. Anschließend gab es noch einen kleinen Salat und dann ein eine super-leckere Hauptspeise.

Wir hatten ein superleckeres Essen und der Service war fantastisch! Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Gyros sehr lecker und netter Service

Sind gerade Ort und haben sehr lecker gegessen, Abend und Geburtstag gerettet.

Wir haben grade dort was bestellt und das Fleisch ist zäh..enttäuschend..

Durchaus empfehlenswert, Kann einige schlechte Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Essen war abwechslungsreicher als bei den meisten Griechen. Der Service schnell und ehrlich freundlich

Sehr leckeres Essen und super netter Service ! :) wir sind satt und zufrieden!

Wir haben dort einen Gyros Spezial gegessen, dieses war umwerfend. Sehr moderate Getränkepreise.

Wir hatten zu viert eine Fleischplatte mit Reis und Pommes, der Reis war mit einer ungewürzten roten Sauce bedeckt. Das Fleisch war überwiegend zäh und trocken. Das beste waren noch die Lammkoteletts. Der Bauernsalat war eher mittelmäßig ohne Weißkohl. Die Getränke und der Service waren noch das Beste. Trotzdem waren es für uns zwei Besuche auf einmal, der Erste und der Letzte.

Das Essen ( Gyros in Metaxasauce überbacken und Hühnerbrustfilet in Sauce beides mit Pommes ) hat leider furchtbar salzig geschmeckt , schade

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend in diesem Restaurant bei wirklich guter griechischer Küche mit allem was dazugehört von Ouzo bis hin zu ganz tollem lammfilet ich kann dieses Restaurant nur empfehlen

We were at Kreta Hann. Münden again today. As always, the food was delicious and the portions were generous. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was great. We'd love to come back.

FOOD POISONING!!! It started after I ate a plate of gyros here. I was vomiting for days and had terrible diarrhea. Don't go here!

I have rarely eaten such bad Greek food. The moussaka was an undefined paste with lots of cheese gratinated, the gyros was bone dry and hard. We certainly can't recommend this restaurant.

The food was a complete disaster. Schnitzel from Aldi or Lidl. The sauce tasteless and stretched. Never again.

It wasn't a pleasure to eat here. The ambience and service were the best part of everything. Food was terrible. 1 hair was found in the lettuce. Plus point for the service, a new salad was offered and brought. The main course was bland, without any spices. Won't come back. I also found it inappropriate that lamps were changed or repaired during the evening business.

I'm disappointed. I've never had such bad souvlaki. The meat was completely tough. Had absolutely no taste. It just didn't taste like anything. Spices were probably forgotten. It took a lot of effort to get it off the spit. I could have bought the meat from a discount store without the spices and it would have had the same effect. The fries were completely cold. The rice has absolutely no taste. Put some ketchup on it. For that money I'd rather order from another Greek place. That was the first and last time I ordered food there. Disaster!

It's a shame that you can't give more stars!!!! I haven't eaten so well in a long time. The lamb fillet was on point on both days, the Metaxa sauce was a real delight and the potato chips were nice and crispy. Any time again, recommendation a clear 200%

Had menu #80. Gyros was tender and crispy as it should be. Fries are golden yellow with a bite without being too firm. The garlic herbs could have had more garlic. Salad was colorful, not just coleslaw. Service was very friendly, the ouzo was also offered. Conclusion: I would like to come back.

However, some previous reviewers, I cannot follow their verdict. Service very good, attentive and nice. Ambience clean, decorated for Christmas and not too bright or dark. Food very good, too much and appropriate for the price!!! Conclusion: whoever goes in there is definitely not lost..... 🤘

Everyone who works in the restaurant deserves only the best. They are all friendly and open-minded, always have a kind word to say and are always in a good mood!

I have to say I think the price-performance ratio is really good here. The portions are quite large. It also tastes very good. The quite large menu with a huge selection of Greek dishes is also amazing. The service is also super nice (could be the boss) the dining room is not very big, maybe around 10 tables, but very tastefully decorated in style and not overloaded. I can highly recommend it

I was in Hann for a few months. Münden to work. I ate there at least once a week. The food and service were very good and recommended. I really miss my gyros with Metaxa sauce!

Very tasty food. "Suwlaki gigantes" with cheese and potato slices. Potato slices nice and crispy, well seasoned with herbs and metaxa sauce. Nice service. Good service.

The food, in this case a grill plate, is plentiful and good. The gyros in particular are authentic and heavily grilled on a skewer. Authentic means mixed from the shoulder and without 'roast' (cutter meat) like with kebab. Therefore TOP!!! Real gyros and not, as is often the case, run-of-the-mill doner meat.

The portions are plentiful and the prices are ok when you look at the menu. But: The worst Greek meal of my life (and we eat Greek very often)! Gyros in Metaxa sauce: There was no taste of Metaxa, but all the more salt. Inedible! (Justification from the waitress: It was gratinated with cheese…) The gyros itself was very mixed; the most inferior thing a Greek has ever served me. The “fresh mushrooms” included on the menu were completely missing. Our son had gyros with fries: large portion, but again very mixed and sometimes almost raw. Even though we came hungry after a long day, he couldn't even get a third of this “specialty” down. It was served about an hour after ordering, the (loveless) side salad with the highlights of canned corn and canned carrot shreds only arrived (luckily?) when we were almost finished with the meal anyway and could be returned straight away with the majority of the main courses. When the question was answered in the negative as to whether it was tasty, the waitress also became rude. That's just a "matter of taste"... The reference to the missing mushrooms was completely ignored. Unreserved non-recommendation!

The meat is completely mixed, I don't say anything if 2 or 3 pieces are like that, but it's really disgusting. Tzatziki barely tasted like garlic, the only garlic herb was parsley. Sauce over the rice tasted like nothing. Furthermore, the service took a long time. No recommendation. We also mentioned that we wanted to pay. After 10 minutes someone came again and asked us what we had. Then the bill came which was wrong and we had to wait again. We are still waiting today for the ouzo that we were supposed to get after we were asked. Definitely not a recommendation!!!

Very friendly service. We ate outside, the ambience was quite good. The food was ok. Unfortunately, the potato slices were quite raw, there was just a lot of spice on them that made them appear darker. The meat was very mixed. The apple spritzer had hardly any carbonation.

Food took almost two hours after ordering. Everyone who came later was already full and was constantly put off. NEVER AGAIN

The worst Greek food we have ever eaten (not even half of it). And we are almost 60. In my opinion, the meat was not freshly prepared and had already been grilled/fried before. It was partly black and fried to death (tough and dry). Our stomach/intestinal problems the following night suggested that the meat was not fresh. Never that Greek again! The service and the fries allow this to be given a point.

The Jägerschnitzel that was delivered was very good, unfortunately only 5 mushrooms and a little sauce underneath, the fries were completely soggy, unfortunately today it wasn't a tasty meal like we are used to in Crete :-(

We like to eat a lot of Greek cuisine, but I've never eaten anything like this... First of all, the service was impossible, two individual ouzos were ordered and both times they were forgotten and once the blame was even placed on the colleague. The rice was just smeared with something similar to red ketchup, the gyro was so dry and very crispy that it wasn't edible. The lettuce already had brown cuts. So the food here is not worth the money. Our hotel also confirms this

My girlfriend and I recently ordered food there and had it delivered. I remember delivery only took about 40 minutes. When the food arrived, it was still nice and warm and tasted really great. The typically large portions, as we know them from Greek food, were also fulfilled. The prices are reasonable, especially considering how much you get for it.

Unfortunately we didn't have any good experiences. We ate there with several people. Some of the food was okay, but the gyros were generally inedible. Some of it was still raw and we couldn't eat it. Our complaint was not addressed at all, instead we as the customer were blamed (as if someone voluntarily ordered raw meat 🙄🤦🏻). In any case, the service was subpar and the food has mostly declined again. Then it's better to put a frozen pizza in the oven at home, it couldn't be worse.

I have never eaten such a bad gyro...completely tasteless, partially undercooked...unsalted fries ...peperoni for starters dry and without taste! NEVER AGAIN. Unfortunately you have to give one star... undeserved.

No thanks! Meat inedible, so dry and hard to chew. Stayed on the plate like that. Rice with 1 spoonful of tomato sauce, well warmed and not freshly prepared, both dry without any "shine" of freshness. Anything but appealing. Plates on the top as well as on the bottom, greasy. Serving daughter friendly. But then it doesn't change the experience. I could have saved the money.

Salad with the gyro is extremely unloving, unimaginative and uninspired. Gyros tasty and sufficient, fries very good and plentiful. Not necessarily cheap, not very comfortable, toilets need to be overhauled. Also - there was no ouzo on the house (I've never experienced that with a Greek)

Huge portion, hardly manageable for normal people

Just ordered food there, the whole food smelled like a deep fryer or whatever, especially the meat. It just didn't have a pleasant, tasty meat smell but something else... Definitely unappetizing. Of course I tried it anyway and unfortunately it tasted just as it smelled. I had meat skewers filled with cheese, the cheese was just gross and solid and the meat was far dry. I don't know how it was prepared, but they just did everything wrong. It's really a shame. A lot of money spent, ultimately for nothing, stomach still empty and appetite gone.

Good food, attentive service, relatively cheap and large portions.

Pleasant atmosphere, ok service. The quality of the food was only "even". The gyros tasted of liver, and was served with sliced ​​potatoes from a bag. The Pastitsio didn't have much to do with Pastitsio... It was penne with meat sauce….. no cinnamon and no bechamel… So all in all a slightly disappointing experience unfortunately. Greek can otherwise be very delicious.

Centrally located, good selection, tasty.

Delicious food with good service and at fair prices. It was just right. The only bad impression was that we sat directly at the table next to the toilets and it was constantly busy. But the restaurant couldn't do anything about that because unfortunately we didn't have a reservation. Definitely a recommendation from me.

Unfortunately you can't give 0 stars. We were there for the first and last time. Food came carelessly prepared. In terms of taste it was a very big disappointment. If 5 people leave almost full plates, that means something.

Went there for dinner with several people. The ambience is good. The service was attentive, polite and courteous. I think these days you have to be more patient when eating out, because the waiting time for the food was already around 65 minutes. The food is oversized in terms of portion size. So even the very good eaters will definitely be full, but for the rest of us it will be difficult to eat everything. The gyros are great, the pork loin was a bit tasteless. Unfortunately, the tomato rice on the grill plate was a bit carelessly prepared (see photo).

Very tasty food, like any Greek restaurant. Friendly staff, accommodating and nice. The menu offers a good selection of cold and warm starters, as well as many different delicious main courses. What's starting to become important to me: there are also senior plates with a smaller portion for €2 cheaper. Children's menu is also available. You can sit both inside and outside in summer. We thought the food was delicious and will definitely eat there again!

Leider hält das Essen nicht, was das schönen Ambiente und der freundlichen und wirklich netten Service verspricht. Die Portionen sind viel zu groß. Das Zaziki schmeckt nur nach getrocknetem Dill. Schade!

Vielen Dank für das angenehme schnelle Kochen - Wir beantragten 18 00, fertig war schon 18 35 (35 Minuten), Service und promptes Verständnis, das wir auch über WhatsApp erreichen können. Wir alle geben 5 Sterne für eine sehr leckere Pizza. Von all meinen freunden und mir persönlich. Der Kommentar ist nicht bestochen, sondern echt. Abgelegt. Pizzas - Nr. 188, Nr. 187, Nr. 186, Nr. 185, Nr. 184 und zwei große Cola light. Bezahlt zusammen mit Teegeld nur 50euro Respektvoll Arthur Z.

Leider nicht so gut geschmeckt wie es aussieht. Ein Gericht sollte mit frischen Champions und Paprika sein....Pilze waren nicht frisch und Paprika hatte ich nur 1 Ministück

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, der Service war super. Einen kleinen Abzug gibt es für den fehlenden Geschmack, leider die schlechteste Metaxa-Soße, die ich bisher probiert habe. Ansonsten waren wir aber sehr zufrieden! Preislich top.

Schade das der Service so schlecht ist. Wartezeit 40 Minuten. Sehr voll da das Essen gut ist. Muss ich nicht mehr haben,da nützt auch der Ouzo nichts. Die Leute wollten aufstehen und gehen viele haben sich beschwert. Personal komplett überfordert.

Ich kann leider nichts gutes schreiben... Die Tischdecke war dreckig , das Falsche Essen wurde serviert (statt der 91 wurde die 90 gebracht) auf Plastikteller serviert. zum guten Schluss war der Ouzo warm....
