The employee with the glasses at the drive through was very cheeky. He is always disrespectful to others and with that kind of behavior I would hate to go there again!

I waited 45 minutes for a Happy Meal, then they canceled my order. I mentioned this, and they brought a menu, which they dropped on the floor in front of me.

The food is McDonald's standard. If you give it 2 stars because you compare it to a Michelin-starred chef, you can't help it. In the Mc Drive, little things are sometimes forgotten. The employees are usually friendly and work precisely, the female employees seem aloof, unfriendly and incompetent.

Once again, the toys were forgotten at the happy meal. The order itself was not taken correctly. Too little of one thing for too much of what was not ordered. The wait was a bit long, probably because the manager in the yellow shirt favored her friends. I won't be ordering takeout from there again. This is the third time the people here have been incompetent and completely overwhelmed. 45 minutes wait time for three standard meals and a happy meal. Every 200 guests were given priority over the 100. Even people who arrived after us were given priority. The staff urgently needs to be replaced. It's a complete disaster and has nothing to do with fast food.

Ordered food, Big Mac missing. Fries cold. They called and weren't helped at all. They told us to cancel and stay hungry, but they didn't offer us anything new. It was just a shame we waited an hour for the delivery.

Today I took a menu with me. The fries were so bad you could have poisoned yourself. I'm 100% sure they were from yesterday or older - just warmed up. I tried to call, but unfortunately no one answered. Very disappointing - the burgers and wings were also bad. Never again KFC!

Not recommended. Forgot the collectible figure in the Minecraft menu. And simply canceled the big Mac. My son is sad 😢

What's the deal with the Trinkgut alternative parking space? Be careful, don't park there anymore, you risk a big fine!!! Service is very bad there, everything is very chaotic. My order has already gone missing twice, as that can always happen.
