McDonald's in Recklinghausen

I ordered two things, one of which wasn't packed, and a salad for €9 was the most expensive crappy salad I've ever eaten. Sad

Super warm in the store. Display with collection numbers broken, tray return trolley not available. Burger and fries, as usual at McDonalds, far too small for the price. We were there out of necessity and will save again in the future.

The unreasonable and listless-looking burger typical of most McDonald's branches shows where the lettuce and sauce from the chicken burger falls out on all sides and runs + the paper that is quickly thrown around so that everything in the bag is messed up 👍🏼 So nothing to worry about You already know the other branches, but you always have to endure it for the children 🤦🏽‍♂️😅

McDonald's Recklinghausen has become great. At the moment everything is fresh and you can taste it. Good employees who hardly make mistakes and are quick. Keep it up.

When it's full you wait longer there than in a normal restaurant! Employees overwhelmed, the display doesn't work and something was forgotten.

It was late at night, exactly at 1 a.m., when I decided to satisfy my insatiable craving for culinary delicacies and headed to McDonald’s. With the exquisite desire to dip French fries in a fine vanilla milkshake, I expected nothing less than the highest level of indulgence. However, to my utter dismay, I discovered that no vanilla milkshake was available. It is beyond my comprehension why the machine, intended for such lofty purposes, never seems to be put to use. At least the staff should be credited for being polite despite this inadequacy.

So McDonald. Nothing special. It's all ok. Admittedly, a lot has changed here in recent times. The shop is clean at 00:00 at night, the service is ok again. It fits!!! Only the audience is very uncomfortable, but the store has little influence on that! Definitely, I'll go there again! Update: Things have gotten worse again! Waiting time of over 30 minutes Horrible!!!! What's going on here?!!!

It's just the restaurant for the golden 'M'. If you like the food, everything is standardized. It's not my personal case. I only come here very rarely. Usually only when there is hardly anything else open. In some cases the waiting time is very above average.

Slow food is not what I want at McD...

Unfortunately one of the worst of its kind. No shake possible for the umpteenth time. This has been going on for weeks and there was extremely little going on around lunchtime. Everything else is the same as in all other branches. It's really surprising that people don't take care of the shake problem. I love this coffee shake with caramel which is relatively new to the range and RE is on my list.

After a long time, finally a McDonalds that makes fresh and juicy burgers (we were with 3 people)... The restaurant itself was very clean and the service was friendly

We were there after the Taylor Swift concert and were greeted by the staff with “Shake it Off” over the loudspeaker. When asked, we were even allowed to request another song. Food came quickly too. Thank you for the laughs and the great service - if we ever come to the area again, we will definitely head to this restaurant!

This branch is not recommended. Especially not if you want to pick something up for home. Something is constantly forgotten when ordering. This starts with sauces up to burgers and side dishes. You often have to wait a long time, especially if you pick up your order (via the app) for home from a restaurant. Last time I waited 45 minutes for my order (for three people) in the restaurant. At the end there was still a cheeseburger and sauces missing. The employee had them lying next to her and didn't understand that the packages belonged in my bag and I didn't get the burger anymore. I only noticed this at home because after I checked for completeness, two employees frantically checked and worked on it. While I was waiting, I often noticed that other customers were missing something and, as I observed them, I got the feeling that McDrive customers and Lieferando messengers were preferred. Today I ordered a special burger, the Big Mac Bacon TS without onions. The package had the right sticker on it, but the wrong content - a regular Big Mac without onions. It can't be the case that you not only have to check the completeness and then also the burgers themselves. Either the employees are completely overwhelmed and not coordinated or it is a profit optimization ploy - full payment if there are no products.

Clean store and fast service even though we were 4 friends.

Mostly everything is always just lukewarm, the whole atmosphere is very stressful, far too loud and too hectic, I would go crazy after half a shift there if I had to work there.

The fries were a disgrace, lukewarm and soggy. Were not to be enjoyed. The Mc.Rip is even better

A super friendly young man works here, his name is Kevin (I asked him) he is always so polite and always so eager no matter how busy it is, that's very remarkable!! I think praise needs to be given for such a good employee! :)

The dining experience left room for improvement. The ice cream was accompanied by an incorrect sauce, the sweet chili wrap was soggy and undercooked, and the cola was diluted and lacked ice. Despite these shortcomings, the staff provided pleasant and accommodating service. I may revisit in a few weeks to assess if there have been improvements in the food quality. Until then, I cannot recommend this establishment.

I've never seen such a dirty McDonald's and I can't recommend the very unfriendly staff.

Waited 30 minutes for the order on Wednesday evening, the fries were handled with our hands in order to pack them up. No napkin was placed over it anymore, the pack was not touched from the side, but rather the hands were placed on the fries and money was accepted shortly beforehand. Hygiene is overrated here.

Every time the same problem with the McDrive. Order incorrect, you order a Sprite and get a Coke. Apart from the cheeky tone of the employees. Will never go here again.

Worst Macdonalds I've ever been to. Undercooked fries, they were pale, soft and unseasoned. The order was incomplete and when I asked to complete it with the missing fries, they told us we received everything. 2 of the burgers we're cold and the milkshake was gritty with ice flakes. And finally the line for McDrive is routed through the parking space blocking parked cars, which resulted in a lot of hassle to get away. Skip this one and find another

Catastrophic. Something is missing from every order we pick up through the drive-thru. Now I think this is being done specifically. Went there at night because the other McDonalds in town was already closed. Didn't wait long for food even though it was really full at that time. Even though we took it home, the food was hot. Unfortunately I had to wait a while at the checkout until someone noticed me.

So I ordered a TastyBacon from the menu which was delivered without bacon and sauce and there was also no ketchup and mayo for the fries. I thought I'd write to customer service and see, Mr. Ramazan Araz wrote back to me with a standard phrase that he had spoken to the employees, etc. It wouldn't happen again, etc. But when I asked if they wanted to be a pity for Behr and me would offer compensation, silence follows. I paid for something that I didn't receive in the advertised quality, which is why this review and the poor attempt at arbitration are cute.

For me it was the last time that McDonalds Recklinghausen on the Westring saw me. Several times now that I didn't receive my complete order and each time I had to use fuel to correct the employee's mistake. Of course, I understand that when things are hectic in the store, you forget something... but several times? I beg you. For me that was it.

Ordering from MC Drive worked very well, it was quick and the food was very warm and fresh.

As always, McDonald's is greasy in itself but you can treat yourself 🤭 I like the different pockets best but also the chicken nuggets because they never taste the same anywhere else. I also love the cocktail sauce.

Only if it really doesn't work any other way.

Meine vielleicht 4te Bewertung eines McD. Bin also Wiederholungstäter, mit Vorsatz und dann dem gleichen Ziel: "Hunger soll weg" bei "hab keine Zeit". Das klappt jedes Mal und deswegen die 3 Punkte-ausserdem, man wird ja nicht gezwungen hier zu.... und da hört die Geschichte dann auf. Denn Essen ist das nun wirklich nicht. Und wer sich mal Gedanken macht, das die Menüs in schöner Regelmässigkeit weit über 10 Euro kosten, der sollte sich nicht über richtiges Essen, in einem richtigen Restaurant für 18 Euro beschweren. Einmal McD gespart, schon reicht es für ein Steak mit Salat und Pommes 😇. Im übrigen lohnt sich ein Besuch im Heimatland des McD, da sehen die meisten aus wie Ein Big Rösti oder Doppelwhopper, wo das wohl herkommt

Auf die Frage, ob die Mitarbeiterin bitte kurz den Tisch abwischen könnte, wurde uns geantwortet, dass wir doch das Tablett auf den Dreck stellen können. Sauberkeit wird hier wohl nicht groß geschrieben.

Der große MC Donalds in Recklinghausen ist ein toller Laden. Man bekommt schnell sein Essen und kann auch per Bildschirm sein Essen auswählen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, der Laden ist auch sauber. Außerdem gibt es dort auch einen Drive in. Für die Kinder gibt's Tabletts, wo sie sich etwas beschäftigen können. Diese sind fest installiert. Ich kann diesen MC Donalds nur empfehlen.

Es waren genug Mitarbeiter da, trotzdem sind die Bestellungen etwas schleppend und durcheinander gekommen. Aber ansonsten alles 👍🏻

Was soll ich sagen. Das war das müsste Essen was ich je bei einem McDonald's hatte. Die Burger waren kalt, und schmecken abgestanden. Die Mayo war ekelhaft. Der Mensch der unser Essen brachte war hektisch, und es wurde nicht alles gebracht. Zwar war das bestellte vollzählig, aber Besteck für das Eis, Servietten und so, wurde nicht mitgegeben. Und fast food.... Naja, 15 Minuten auf das Essen warten, dann auch noch kalt.... Das kenn ich besser.

Wir waren heute nach langer Zeit wieder am Westring im MC Drive,alles lief gut,keine lange Schlange,kein langes Warten und Zack zu Hause angekommen mussten wir feststellen daß 2 Burger falsch/nicht bestellt waren(aber im richtigen Papier ) und 1 Burger hat gefehlt.Dann doch lieber zur Konkurrenz und man hat alles bei was man wollte

Der übliche Fastfood-Kram, ich geh nur wegen der Chicken Mc Nuggets hin. Die Wartezeiten lassen vermuten, dass die Hühner frisch gejagt werden. Die Temperatur lässt vermuten, dass der Weg von der Küche zu mir recht weit ist. Immerhin ist das Personal freundlich, jedoch nicht selten überfordert. In meinem Fall schritt die Vorgesetzte wiederholt ein, sonst wäre ich bei der Wartezeit unterzuckert kollabiert.

Wer nach MC Donalds geht, weiß was ihn erwartet. Essen ist immer gleich gut, egal ob im Norden oder Süden.

McDonald's ist wie immer: McDonald's! Aber leider mit dieser Krise die Portionen sind wesentlich kleiner geworden, statt ehemaliger McWrap - Mini McWrapchen, etc.

Trotz online Vorbestellung 20 Minuten im Laden auf das Essen zum Mitnehmen gewartet. Gefühlt wurde vorrangig Essen für Auslieferungen vorbereitet und rausgegeben....
