McDonald's in Recklinghausen

MC Donalds halt ;-) Für n schnellen Eiskaffee kann man hier sehr gut anhalten, aber kulinarik sollte man nicht beim Essen erwarten. Aber die Mitarbeiter sind immer freundlich :-)

KKR-Service kommt nicht hierher

Der südländische Mitarbeiter der etwas lang ist ist Mega unfreundlich. Ich habe einen iced coffee Karamell bestellt, da aber da nur Eiswürfel drin waren mit wirklich ganz wenig Eis habe ich den das gezeigt der meinte das sei so normal und hat dann böse geguckt. Also wirklich so einen Mitarbeiter nichts gegen ausländer aber der ist richtig schlecht. Nie wieder gehe ich dahin. Und ich würde euch abraten.

Es fühlte sich an, als könnte Ein Mitarbeiter nicht rechnen und deswegen nicht die Kasse bedienen. Die Küche wirkte auch eher "unsortiert"

Schlechter Service, und der Umgang des Personals mit den Kunden ist furchtbar.

Einfach schlecht. Überfüllt, schreckliche Essensqualität und schmutziges Ambiente.

Nach einem tollen Kino Abend, hatten wir nach langer langer Zeit mal wieder Lust auf Mc Donalds.Also ab zum Westring/Drive in.Was wir dort erlebt haben 😱,haben wir so noch nie erlebt.Eine gut gelaunte Stimme nahm unsere Bestellung auf(so gegen 23Uhr).Weiter zum Schalter nahm diese Stimme Gestalt an.Ein junger Mann gut gelaunt,mit netten Worten, einfach super.😁.Habe ihm gesagt,wenn Er das immer so macht, Mitarbeiter des Monats wird😊.Sorry für die länge der Bewertung.Dieser Mitarbeiter hat's echt verdient 👍👍.5.Sterne für Service⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Immer gut für den schnellen Snack zwischendurch!

Bei 5° Außertemperatur wahr der Klimaanlage an, alle geste haben sich beschwert das es zu kalt ist. So eine Kälte habe ich ihn keine Filiale erlebt. 👎🏻 Erst nach ich die Bedienung angesprochen habe, ist angeblich die Klimaanlage ausgeschaltet worden, was wir aber nicht gemerkt haben.

Aufgrund eines kaputten Bestellautomat wurden keine Kassenbons gedruckt und die Zahlen der Bestellungen sind komplett durcheinander geraten. Erst wurde uns höflich eine neue Zahl gesagt und unser Essen ausgehändigt kurze Zeit später wurde die Bestellung wieder vom Tisch genommen von einem Mitarbeiter. Daraufhin haben wir nach Hilfe gefragt und wir wurden komplett angeschrien und unhöflich behandelt obwohl es ihr Fehler war! Die Frau hinter der Theke ist direkt ausgerastet. Die Mitarbeiter haben ein Fehler gemacht und wir wurden angeschrien dafür völlig unverschämt!!!! Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt wenn man unter Druck nicht arbeiten kann sollte man seine Berufswahl überdenken. Die Rothaarige Frau hat hier nichts verloren und geht garnicht!!!!

Ich habe in dem Restaurant bestellt, und es war draußen eiskalt. Drinnen war die Klimaanlage auf Hochtouren, man konnte es vor Kälte kaum aushalten, alle haben gezittert. Ich habe darum gebeten, die Heizung anzustellen, aber das hat sie überhaupt nicht interessiert! Unhöflich!

Kinder Schnorren nach Monopoly Sticker, und jetzt drei mal in Folge Süßsauer statt Curry bekommen. Nachtrag 5. Mai, Not gedrungen so dumm, gewesen hier nochmal hinzu gehen und um ein Chicken Burger betrogen worden, könnte masche sein.

Heute 19:20 Uhr bestellt und zum Verzehr in der Filiale ausgewählt. Da ich kein Tisch Service haben wollte um das Personal nicht all zu sehr zu beanspruchen wählte ich an der Theke abholen aus. Da stehe ich nun warte an der Theke. Mein Purple BBQ ( was ich als einziger bestellt habe in meiner gesamten Wartezeit ) lag dann bis 19:54 Uhr unter der Wärmelampe. Als dann nach dem Nachfragen, ob meine Bestellung jetzt auch langsam angefangen wird ( meine Nummer 216, es werden schon Nummer mit der 234, 235, 244… rausgegeben ) wird dann der halbe Stunde ruhende Grimace Burger und zwei happy meals, ein mc chicken Classic Menü und zwei Cheese Burger um 19:57 rausgegeben. Spielzeuge beide falsch, ein Wasser hat gefehlt und ein Grimace Shake ( was im Mehrwert sein sollte ) wurde in einem normalen Pappbecher mitgegeben. Fastfood war es erneut nicht abgesehen davon das dass gesamte Essen, bis auf die Pommes die lauwarm waren, kalt waren. Selbst meine Kinder sagten, dass sie nicht mehr bei McDonald’s essen möchten, weil das Essen einfach nicht gut ist. Ich weis echt nicht mehr warum man zu McDonald’s geht. Es ist wahrscheinlich pure Gewohnheit mal eben was schnelles essen zu müssen. Das spare ich mir lieber und koche selbst oder gehe für 10€ mehr ein kleines lokales Imbiss oder ne pommesbude besuchen.

Meine Frau und ich kamen am 24.04.26 gegen 23Uhr nach einer langen Autofahrt zu MC Donalds um was zu Essen und um die Toiletten zu benutzen. Leider war alles eine Katastrophe! Parkplatz dreckig, Toiletten verstopft und übergelaufen, Urinal verstopft, Böden versifft. Die Bestellautomaten würden wohl auch schon länger nicht gereinigt und an den Essensplätzen wollten wir uns auch nicht setzen, da alles verschmutzt war und Müll auf dem Boden rum lag. Also haben wir unser Essen mitgenommen. Da ich öfter mal einen Big Tasty Bacon esse, weiß ich ob er frisch ist oder nicht. Und das was wir bekommen haben war ja absoluter Schrott. Also MC Donalds, Ihr dürft Euch nicht wundern wenn alle Eure geschäfte meiden und dann noch so viel Geld für misst. Das war erstmal wieder das letzte Mal für uns.

Hab schonmal was in der Tüte gehabt, das ekelhaft nach Mäusekot aussah. Die Mitarbeiter vergessen auch gerne mal, einem die komplette Bestellung einzupacken, egal, wie wenig es ist.

Der Service ist ein Witz, wünsche werden nicht umgesetzt man muss sich den burger selbst zusammenbauen bei Änderungswünschen. Schlechtester service ever. Ich fände dazu eine Stellungnahme von MC Donalds sehr schön, da ich einen Änderungswunsch bei Unverträglichkeiten einer Bestellung in einem "Restaurant" als "normal" empfinde und es eine Selbstverständlichkeit sein sollte.

Wir waren zu dritt hier essen. Der Mitarbeiter der das Essen an den Tisch gebracht hat war mit seinen 2 Tabletts völlig überfordert. Beim abstellen des einen Tabletts hat er die Getränke des anderen Tabletts quer über den Tisch gekippt. Das kann natürlich mal passieren und er hat sich auch mehrfach entschuldigt. Er nahm die Bestellung wieder mit . Kurze Zeit später kam er dann erneut mit der Bestellung, allerdings war das Essen dann lauwarm und die Kartons der Burger und Nuggets total verklebt. Kundenservice geht anders.

“Das Verhalten des Mitarbeiters war äußerst unhöflich und inakzeptabel. Ein derart schlechter Kundenservice ist nicht hinnehmbar. Mein Einkauf fand am 04.07. um 01:57 Uhr statt. Ich erwarte, dass solche Vorfälle ernst genommen und entsprechende Maßnahmen ergriffen werden. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.”

Ein sehr freundlicher Mann hat mir meinen leckeren Latte Macchiato zubereitet und meinen Tisch abgeräumt.

Die Pommes waren kalt wabelig die nuggets waren geil ong noch nie so geile nuggets gegessen. Der Service ist cool und gelassen. Sonst cool

It's indescribable!! The shift supervisor named Marko/Marco devalued me because of my appearance and told me, "I don't like your nose," and then ordered me to "Get out of the store." I truly feel excluded and discriminated against by the shift supervisor named Marko!!! I've lived in Germany since I was born and have never experienced anything like this! 😔He clearly violated my human dignity!!! And I just wanted to eat there in peace with my brother, wife, and children. That was today, August 4, 2025, at approximately 5:30/5:45 p.m. in Recklinghausen, Westring 45. I've truly never experienced anything like this before...just because my son's food was missing...and I wanted to ask...Mr. Marko (the shift supervisor) kicked me out because of my appearance.

Very friendly and understanding. They let us eat in peace at closing time.

Unfortunately, no star is possible. I get to the counter, and there are five employees with nothing to do. The first question is, "Have you ordered yet?" No, I'd like to. The employee says, "Then go to the vending machine." I'll go, but to Burger King. I want to be served by people, not by displays. If you don't need that, you don't need my money. Goodbye, never to be seen again.

Only three people were there and the line stretched all the way out. Embarrassing.

This is just a weird restaurant. We ordered food, and a fries just fell out. I don't care about the world, as long as they're not right.

During our Saturday evening visit (around 11 p.m.), the return terminals were overcrowded, and the (men's) restroom was uninviting. Some guests could only order via screen, while others were apparently able to place their own orders. "Delivery" to the table was relatively quick and uncomplicated, with friendly service and ample parking.

Food was delicious as always 😋 Air conditioning set too cold.

So really very bad here we are already waiting 30 minutes for our mcsunday and nothing is happening I can't recommend the store

By far the best McDonald's in Recklinghausen and the surrounding area. Top-notch staff, friendly and courteous, and the order has always been spot on so far. Other restaurants could take a leaf out of their book. Top-notch!

People, when you order something to go, check your order and the item you received very carefully before you leave. I've been there three times and ordered takeaway twice. You spend almost €50 and each time something is missing. Today I was there and ordered for almost €50 and when I got home I noticed that I was missing 2 double cheeseburgers and 1 regular cheeseburger. Also, when I ordered 3 cheeseburgers I didn't have any pickles and of course the pickles were put on them properly. I drove back but because I live 16 km away from the restaurant it took a while. What do I hear: they can't determine whether the missing items were there or not. I will definitely NEVER go to that restaurant AGAIN!

Everything was ok, food as it should be, new, modern MCD ambience.

We bought two flurrys. The contents were ridiculous for that price. Other stores had significantly more contents.

What's wrong with you? Do you have new staff? It's just pure chaos, forgotten items, intentionally forgotten glasses. The quality of the food is catastrophic. The meat is musty and salty, the sauces are different/weird. But the main thing is to charge the full price and make everything more expensive. If you point out that the quality is poor, you won't get anything new. That's completely unacceptable.

Typical Mecca food, of course. But it was very clean here, there were even fresh flowers on the table, and the service was very friendly today :-)

Once again, something would be forgotten to pack, and there would be long faces at home. Unfortunately, it's very unreliable.

As always everything is good, it is better to go to Recklinghausen than to Marl because there were also glasses there

Typically, a little more going on and you have a waiting time of just under Deutsche Bahn. Wrong toy for the daughter, burger for the wife and side dish came even later, glass was wrong color and I'm really not sensitive but the cheeseburger was ice cold. Disappointing. At least the staff was friendly.

I usually go through the drive-in and don't eat inside, but it was always clean when I was there.

Just been to the drive-thru on Sunday, March 16, 2025. Ordered two Mc Flurry Oreos with chocolate sauce for €3 each. Only got half full portions for the full price. The older lady who took the order was extremely unfriendly and made me wait in the car for almost 10 minutes to order. No apologies, no sorry. There was also a lack of manners when paying. It's a shame that I only looked in the cups after 5 minutes of driving...otherwise I would have gone back in. Never again in this form

Today this branch really managed to ensure that I will never set foot in a McDonald's restaurant again and I also deleted the app straight away. At 3:50 p.m. I ordered a McSmart menu with two hamburgers and a fries and a drink. We had to wait 10 minutes for our order even though it was empty. Of course, if you wait, you'll get everything fresh and hot. No, first I got two burgers that were ice cold! The fries were missing and after 5 minutes they arrived lukewarm! See you cold! Brought them back and said they were cold. Then came sayings like the burgers arrived hot, you sat outside and immediately got cold. How are they supposed to get cold straight away if I want to eat them straight away? The fries were also missing. Then another waitress brought me the fries. So you had to tell this one employee everything 20 times. I had specified my coffee as 5 milk and only 2 came, so of course it had to come back 10 times. I'm tired of your stupid sayings in all your restaurants just because you want your food to be hot!!!!! Plus there's always something missing, it's always cold. Why do we have to beg you so much to get your food warm? So two regular customers less ;) All employees very unfriendly. Especially the one with the cap at the cash register who couldn't do anything today and THE kitchen employee who sent the burgers back to me like that ;)

Made 4 different orders and all were wrong so that wasn't the best

So far the employees have always been very friendly. I always had the feeling that they really enjoyed their work. One young man in particular is always very courteous and helpful. The food is delicious and even when it's full you don't have to wait long. Online orders are also possible, so you just have to pick up your food or eat it on site, but I haven't tried that yet. I always enjoy coming here.

Hello dear McDonald's team, the flowers on the table are a great idea, and the television with the bouquet documentary was also a delight. Everyone was happy about their Happy Meal, even though they were already 19. Friendly service. Top-notch.

One star is still too much. This place is a total disaster; none of my orders have been complete yet. Just recently, all the dips for my nuggets were forgotten, plus they gave me the wrong dip for a different meal. Unfortunately, I noticed it too late. The fries were cold and soggy. I'll go to any other McDonald's, but not this one!

Disgraceful, unfriendly and rude service. €15 worth of food was missing…The things that were there were also wrong. Food was cold. Sauce on the burger is missing. Burnt apple turnover. Wrong sauces for the dishes. All in all, the worst McDonalds experience ever. You should close the store

At least McDonald's in Recklinghausen is reliable. Apparently, Burger King in Bochum across the street at the Prater didn't feel like working until 3 a.m. I also left a fitting review there. In any case, thank you, McDonald's Recklinghausen, for not having to drive home from the concert with a hungry mouthful. Fortunately, there are still branches that are open, even if it's not always easy and, like many businesses, they lack staff. Best regards

We came with children, there were 6 of us and unfortunately we couldn't sit at one table. We had to split into different tables.

A McDonald's like any other. Dine-in. Ordering was quick, and the food itself was delicious. However, the atmosphere was a bit hectic. Large parking lot, and it's open late.

Absolutely terrible. Once again, things are left behind during drive-thru pickup. You get home and realize you left €40 there and €10 worth of food is missing. Then, of course, you feel like driving back to complain so the rest of the food is cold. That was definitely my last time there. Thanks for nothing!!!

I ordered online last night. The bill arrived around 1:30 a.m., and I was asked if everything was okay. Yes, everything was so okay that I'm deleting this ridiculous app and rethinking my visits with my son. It's simply ridiculous what McDonald's has with their pay-order system.

I ordered plant-based nuggets at the McDrive, but unfortunately realized too late that I'd gotten regular nuggets. Also, as of January 7, 2025, they're still using Monopoly boxes, which is very misleading. The Monopoly promotion ended on January 1, 2025.

Please take the older woman with the bad accent away from the drive-up counters, every damn time you get either the wrong sauce or the wrong burger. You say mayo please and she says yes, but you type in ketchup at the drive-up counter and you get something else even though you politely asked. It happens almost every time and I don't feel like getting out of the car every time and getting what you've been asked for twice. She was probably on vacation, which is how you noticed that she wasn't at the counter and the orders were always correct.

We ordered food from the McDonough Drive-In. We received very rude service at the counter, and when we asked a question about our food, we were insulted in a foreign language. Unfriendly and aggressive staff. Not recommended. Zero stars in service.

Very crowded, long waiting time

The store is great, I can highly recommend it, but it's not always flawless at the MC Drive. But you can talk to the staff, and that's the most important thing for me. I enjoy going here.

drive in supposedly open until 5 a.m. Just stood in front of a closed shop at 1:30am!

You order 3 cheeseburgers, 1 Big Mac, and 1 big tasty bacon, and then you have to wait half an hour for it... That's all well and good... It's the weekend... But when you see that people who arrived 10 minutes or even later get their food earlier, it's no fun anymore... So you say something and get a crappy Coke as compensation... Then they tried to sell us cold burgers that had been in a bag for quite some time. And to top it all off... They even ripped us off for a burger... Sorry, but that's not okay!! A catastrophe.

Weird, just had a bug under the burger. Drove back to show them, burger was thrown away straight away and then they acted as if they knew nothing about it. You should close the shop straight away, who knows how many bugs you've devoured here that you can't see in the burger. Disgusting

Ordered 3 times via Lieferando. 1 time on time 2 times 45 minutes late. the third time it should take 1h and after 1h45min. I waited on site for an hour, then I went to ask and lo and behold the "order was supposedly not there from the system" but then the order was put together. and I wasn't the only one who waited an hour. It was a Friday evening. Fast food has taken on a new meaning here. The staff also gives the impression that they are overwhelmed when there are more than 4 customers in the restaurant and the MC Drive is full

If the fries had been hotter, it would have been 5 stars. Everything else was good!

This McDolands has never disappointed me. Open late and sticks to the posted times, which can't always be said about other McDonalds.

I ordered two things, one of which wasn't packed, and a salad for €9 was the most expensive crappy salad I've ever eaten. Sad

Super warm in the store. Display with collection numbers broken, tray return trolley not available. Burger and fries, as usual at McDonalds, far too small for the price. We were there out of necessity and will save again in the future.

The unreasonable and listless-looking burger typical of most McDonald's branches shows where the lettuce and sauce from the chicken burger falls out on all sides and runs + the paper that is quickly thrown around so that everything in the bag is messed up 👍🏼 So nothing to worry about You already know the other branches, but you always have to endure it for the children 🤦🏽‍♂️😅

McDonald's Recklinghausen has become great. At the moment everything is fresh and you can taste it. Good employees who hardly make mistakes and are quick. Keep it up.
